In this research, I talked about the belief of the Jews and Christians in the cross and the crucified, and how they are in this subject in contradiction. This research deals with one of the sections of the Sharia ruling, which is permissibility. Therefore, in the first section I dealt with: defining the Sharia ruling and its sections, then the sections of permissibility. In the second section, it dealt with controversial issues regarding permissibility. First: the disagreement as to whether it is a legal ruling or not. Second: the disagreement as to whether it is an obligation or not. Third: Whether the permissible is commanded or not. Fourth: Is the permissible a type of duty or not. Then, in the third section, I dealt with the issue of what remains after abrogating the obligation. Is it permissible as it is a kind of obligation and permissibility? And what abrogates the obligation when the obligation is lifted is the prohibition of not being embarrassed by abandoning it, so it results from the sum of these two restrictions that the embarrassment is removed from both the act and the abandonment, and this is what is permissible. Or is it the matter? It goes back to what it was before the obligation of prohibition, permissibility, or original innocence. There was disagreement among the fundamentalists about that. Then I edited out the subject of the dispute, and concluded by explaining the fruit of the disagreement in jurisprudential issues that branched out from this rule.

This is by claiming that this issue is the belief of the Christians, and the research has refuted and disproved these delusions, and explained them with conclusive evidence from the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah that purifies these issues, because it is one of the unseen matters that must be believed in, as well as one of the signs of the hour cited by the hadiths of the Messenger (may God bless him and grant him peace.
The aim of this research is to respond to these suspicions and the false claims invoked by those who deny this belief, with an indication of its frivolity and its failure to withstand scientific criticism. This research is entitled: (Imam Abu Ali bin Abi Musa Al-Hashemi (d. 428 AH) and some of his doctrinal opinions (acoustics as an example) in his book Al-Irshad ila Path al-Risad). It included three sections that dealt with in the first section: the translation of Imam Abu Ali bin Abi Musa Al-Hashemi. This study compares the concepts of urbanization in the three holy books, namely (Torah ,bible and Holy Qur'an).God Almighty created man and made him his heir on earth, and he was diligent to create it The earth has become a responsibility for the sons of Adam in order to keep up with the procession of life. The aim of this research is to know and understand the concept of urbanization in the three religions through texts found in their books, and to demonstrate the human urban interdependence and civil construction between religions by shedding light on religious texts with the sayings of Sharia in them. The research was divided into the following axes: the concept of urbanization, architectural terminology, and on the topic of inheritance. It also included a statement of the nation that God had promised would inherit the land and a declaration of the aims of inheritance and reconstruction, as well as a brief conclusion highlighting the most significant findings

The aim of the current research is to identify the obstacles facing primary school students and their impact on success rates. The research sample consisted of (50) students. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was prepared as a main tool in this study. It included four axes consisting of (16) items. To extract the results, the researcher used the following statistical methods (frequency distribution, percentage, Pearson correlation coefficient). The results of the research showed that there are real challenges that hinder students from carrying out their roles, the negative impact of the mobile device on the student’s academic life, and the lack of attraction in school buildings as a result of inherited challenges. In light of the results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, including: strengthening the relationship between parents of students and the school to identify school challenges in a realistic way and work to overcome them, in addition to providing school buildings, working to improve services there, and finding realistic solutions to reduce double and triple shifts. As for the proposals, they included: activating the role of the Research and Studies Unit and the Planning and Follow-up Unit in the Education Directorate. Nineveh in order to conduct studies in the field of obstacles facing students and find solutions to confront those obstacles, in addition to conducting a study on the obstacles to developing the school environment for the primary stage in Nineveh Governorate.

This research aims to identify the opinions of Imam Al-Qurtubi in the biography of the Prophet, as well as the formulas, methods, and aspects of weighting that he used during his weighting between the sayings through his interpretation, “which brings together the provisions of the Qur’an and clarifies what it contains of the Sunnah and any criterion,” since Al-Qurtubi did not mention the opinions contained in the interpretation. Not only the verses related to the Prophet’s biography, but he resorted to weighing between them, relying in doing so on evidence that supports what he argued. In this work, Al-Qurtubi relied on many methods and means known to commentators, including: Stating the most likely statement, or explaining it with a statement while stating the weakness of another, or following the more likely statement with a phrase indicating its weakness, or stating the more correct statement in the form of assertion and mentioning the rest of the sayings in the nursing form. Al-Qurtubi has many ways of judging between opinions, including: preferring based on Qur’anic counterparts, preferring based on the apparent meaning of the Qur’an, preferring based on the noble Prophet’s hadith, preferring based on the Qur’anic context, preferring based on the reasons for the revelation, and preferring based on the sayings of the Companions and others.

God Almighty created man with a sound nature, and showed him the path of good and evil, and taught him the reasons for obedience and disobedience, God says: “And [by] the soul and He who proportioned it And inspired it [with discernment of] its wickedness and its righteousness, He has succeeded who purifies it, And he has failed who instills it [with corruption] - [Al-Shams: 7-10], Although the principle upon which God Almighty created man is goodness, evil cannot be eradicated from existence. It leads to peace, tranquility, and security. It also enhances the chances of social peace, strengthens the bonds of good relations, and protects society from evil conflicts and division, while evil brings harm on man in both worlds, because it is something that is contrary to his nature and contrary to his interest.

Dawah skills are among the most important tributaries that feed the field of calling to God Almighty. By benefiting from them, the preacher shortens time, saves effort, overcomes obstacles, his positives increase, and his negatives decrease. Dawah skills are a precious advocacy treasure, containing intellectual conclusions and practical attempts made by preachers to God Almighty across time, space and multiple race, The Islamic call, with its sober approach and methods that keep pace with all ages, was a leap to which history has never known an equal, and it remains, to this moment, a peak to which humans have never risen. My approach in this research is somewhat analytical and objective in the Qur’anic study par excellence. I dealt with the concept of inclinations (linguistic and idiomatic definition), then touched on related terms, then dealt with the explicit verses and some verses that contain the meaning of inclinations, but not all of them, because in the Holy Qur’an there are many verses. Containing tendencies that cannot be limited to the size of this research, then I mentioned the causes of tendencies and their effects, thus completing the picture to a large extent for this topic.

The study deals with the concept of humor and its use in the educational process in light of Islamic education. The importance of the study falls in the importance of the topic itself as it is a human phenomenon that attracts the attention of researchers in various humanitarian areas and is considered one of the distinctive aspects of human behavior. The study followed the descriptive approach in describing and analyzing the information.
The study includes three sections, preceded by the introduction, in which we explained the problem of the study, the reason for choosing it, the importance of the study, and its purpose. The first section dealt with Islamic education’s vision of humor, while the second section dealt with the etiquette of humor and its purposes. 3. Modifying the educational curricula or infusing them in a way that addresses most educational methods, including humor.

Every human being has a set of important qualities that regulate his actions which add beauty and reverence to them. The quality of decorum is one of those desirable characteristics that a person possesses when dealing with himself and others. Decorum and their observance are not an incidental matter in our religion, because the rules of etiquette exist in Islam. Allah Almighty and His Messenger have commanded us to observe good morality and adhere to it, regardless of the young or old, poor or rich without affectation because it is essentially an act of worship, not a habit. This is because Islam was not limited to performing religious rituals such as prayer, fasting, remembrance, and praise; rather, he added good morality to these acts of worship, which a Muslim must have. However, In English society, these behaviors are not prevalent throughout society, but the application of some of them is limited to the aristocratic classes, which from their perspective are considered a type of etiquette in order to distinguish them from the rest of society. This study aims to explain decorum or etiquette in English society from the Islamic perspective, because culture does not reflect a purely individual perception, but rather is an image of an entire society and an entire nation. To achieve the objectives of the study, its approach is represented by relying on objective analysis as a basic approach to reach the result that positive ethics among the English are carried out only by those who call themselves (the upper class) or (the aristocratic class). The study concluded that if the matter is taken according to their standard, this means that every Muslim who adheres to the etiquette is considered from the highest ranks of people and the upper classes

Schools represent one of the important components of Islamic architecture, and their presence constituted an advanced stage in the series of developments that the education movement went through in Islamic society. Their appearance was not surprising, but rather came as a logical development for the function of the mosque. Teaching in them was not limited to religious sciences, but rather went beyond teaching various sciences. Its introduction in the Islamic East began in Nishapur and Khorasan in the forth century AH/tenth century AD. It received the support of the Sunni forces who expanded its establishment and paid attention to it due to its great role in the intellectual renaissance. Regular schools spread in many cities of the Islamic East, Iraq, and the Levant and the Euphrates Island.
The interest in schools came because they represented one of the basic pillars of Sunni regimes such as the Seljuks, Zengis, Artaqs, and Ayyubids. All of whom built their rule on the political and religious levels, as they represented intellectual castles for spreading Sunni thought to stand against some hostile extremist movements, and they were a means of graduating civil servants, competent and loyal. One of the results of this was that schools spread in Iraq, the Levant, and Egypt, as well as in the cities of the Euphrates Island. They had an active role in the development of the scientific movement, and this is what we will try to review by talking about the schools of the Euphrates Island at that time in terms of their origins, its planning, financing, curricula, and its most prominent sheikhs.

The Islamic theory of the environment, and the Islamic approach to preserving the environment is one of the most important and just approaches, because its provisions stem from the niche of true revelation: the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and jurisprudence, and it is concerned with enacting laws and regulatory controls that depend on the policy of encouragement and reward, and expiation of sins for those who do good to the environment, and in return It also relies on the policy of punishment and other punishment for those who offend it, and the provisions of Islam and its theoretical directives in combating environmental pollution. It relies on the preventive aspect before the problem of pollution occurs, based on fundamentalist jurisprudential rules such as “There is neither harm nor harm, and preventing evil is more important than bringing about benefits.” The research included Introduction, four sections, and a conclusion.

One of the most important stages of the history of Judaism is the period of the Assyrian and Babylonian captivity (the main reason behind the weakness of the Jews was the internal division that occurred between them after the Prophet of God Solomon and their differences in easing legislation, which led to their division into two southern kingdoms called Judah or Jerusalem and a northern kingdom called Samaria or Shechem. This is because the life of the Jews during this captivity and their acquisition of writing and agricultural skills took them away from the Babylonian civilization, where they wrote the Talmud during the period of captivity, and to this day it is called the Babylonian Talmud. The Torah that was written during the period of captivity also appeared to be influenced by the Code of Hammurabi, and this was with the help of the prophets who were present with the people. During this period, the Torah mentioned them and stated their prophecy. The Assyrian, and then the Babylonian, captivity of the Jews was not enslavement, or enslavement, as comes to mind. Rather, that captivity was a form of exile and a change of place of residence. Then the exiles remained free in the countries of exile, as the conditions were better, life was more comfortable, and the climate was gentler. “Nebuchadnezzar” The kings of Babylon after him gave the Jews complete freedom of action.

The orbit of Islam is based on three hadiths, so they mentioned it, including the hadith: “Actions are but by intentions.” The subject was tagged with a study and investigation of the hadith ((The abundant gifts in speech on a hadith, but actions are by intentions)) by Mustafa bin Muhammad Al-Safawi Al-Shafi’i Al-Qalawi (dead: 1230 A.H.). Who explained the importance of this manuscript by saying: Our messenger, may Allah prayers and peace be upon him, and the four caliphs delivered sermons with it on the pulpits, so it is appropriate for it to be made into books, and to follow the example of the predecessors. They used to love opening their books with it. A warning to the student to take more care and attention to improve the intention and sincerity in business; It is her soul.
