Aramco has gained a unique and distinct importance in the history of the contemporary Saudi state. It did not stop at the limits of its basic mission related to extracting and producing oil, but rather extended to other fields, as the company paid special attention to the economic and social sectors, through its effective and serious contribution to establishing and modernizing the economic and social structure of the Kingdom. It was truly the sponsor of modernization and development in the joints and institutions of the Saudi state and the only responsible party for that. Even the extension of its arms and influence within the Kingdom was considered a \"state within a state.\" Accordingly, what this research can aim to do is to trace the role and efforts of Aramco in the process of construction and modernization, especially in the economic and social fields, in addition to the positive repercussions resulting from it and resulting from it in general Saudi society, in addition to the good and positive effects that accompanied that matter after creating a state of development and civilization in an illiterate and Bedouin society that lacked the simplest elements of modern life.

The Iraqi Council of Representatives, since its establishment in 1925, played its fundamental role in defending the issues and interests of the Iraqi people in all their categories and spectrums. It was a legislator of laws, a guide to the government, and an indicator of the sources of error and failure. Wherever they were found.

However, its mission did not stop there. The scope of its interest expanded to include the issues of the Arab nation, so it began to seriously confront and strive to defend the interests of the Syrian and Lebanese peoples, and what happened to them of oppression and repression at the hands of the French.

It stood denouncing and condemning those shameful and humiliating acts, trying to convey their suffering to international forums and through the demands and appeals launched by the Iraqi representatives. Which later resulted in the two peoples gaining their independence and the French evacuating their countries in 1946...

The weight throwing activity is one of the basic activities in the subject of track and field games for the first grade in the departments and colleges of physical education in Iraq, including the Department of Physical Education in the College of Education for Girls at the University of Kufa, as this activity constitutes an essential part of the curriculum, and this activity contains several technical stages, namely holding and carrying the weight, the ready stance, balancing, curling, sliding, the throwing and switching stage, and its development requires improving some of the elements of effective physical fitness that the student needs to be able to perform these stages easily and also achieve better achievement, as the evaluation process in the lessons does not depend on technical performance only, but also achievement. The element of strength, especially explosive strength, is one of the most important physical elements in the activity and means (the ability of the neuromuscular system to overcome resistance that requires a high degree of muscle contraction speed) (10:15), and is the basis for improving achievement alongside technical performance, so the importance of the research lies in the researcher\'s attempt to use some compound exercises to improve the explosive strength of the arm muscles and thus the achievement of performing the weight throwing activity within the track and field lessons for the first grade.

The study contain five chapters, the first chapter contain on the introduction and the search importance , and the search aim (Study contact relationships for some tests special with the javelin throw ). There is one hypotheses (there are contact relationships for some tests special with the javelin throw )). While, the second chapter contain some subjects (the technique of the javelin throw ) While, the third chapter contain ,The search sample(it from the students of department of sport education ). In this chapter the researcher made some tests on sample (measurement the destines javelin throw . shut put throw with tow hand in front the body and back . long jump from static and high jump . inflexibility trunk and 30 meter speed )

and the results discussion in the fourth chapter , appear contact relationships for some tests special with the javelin throw . While , the fifth chapter contain the conclusions group, this one ( you can put the tests with important rate ).
And there are group from recommendations, this one(You can application this tests on the Iraqi champions )

This descriptive-analytical study aimed to present the general justifications for the interest of different educational systems in pre-primary education and the justifications specific to Iraq and Arab countries, then indicators of the beginnings of Iraqi and Arab awareness of the importance of kindergartens. After that, it presented a number of competencies of kindergarten teachers, most notably understanding the concepts of thinking and creativity, which we hope all kindergarten teachers will understand and work to develop the skills of each of them on conscious scientific foundations among today\'s children, the leaders of tomorrow. After that, it presented a number of activities (situations) that we hope kindergarten teachers will use constantly at home and in kindergarten. Then it presented a description of the \"Russian Public Governmental Sun Kindergarten\", as an example of a model kindergarten that we hope children in Iraq and Arab countries will have similar kindergartens. The description included the kindergarten building, the number of its halls, the number of its children and their groups, the number of hours of a full working day, the number of workers in it and their specializations, and its most important programs and activities. Perhaps the awareness of kindergarten teachers and officials in the educational system about this kindergarten and the services and programs provided in it will motivate everyone to think about developing and updating the type and number of health, educational and psychological services currently provided to our children at home and in the kindergarten. Perhaps their continuous development and updating of these programs will contribute to achieving children\'s happiness in their childhood, youth, manhood and future, the challenges and size of whose problems we are ignorant of. The study included many questions that aim to stimulate the thinking of the kindergarten teacher and the researcher. The study concluded with conclusions, the most important of which is that Al-Shams Kindergarten, according to the researcher\'s criteria, is \"a tourist hotel... that stimulates thinking, develops creativity and prepares future leaders.\" The study ended with a number of Arabic and English references, and three appendices. The first explains the thinking and creativity skills that kindergarten teachers must train a number of and continuously develop in all children, and the second explains the competencies of the kindergarten teacher that should be present in her personality in order to be able to stimulate thinking and creativity. As for the third appendix, it provided a model for a training plan for one of the thinking skills, in light of which other plans can be prepared.

For the importance of learning and achieving Knowledge development to the extent which enables a person to fulfill a specific (certain) advantage (benefit) on both the individual and collective levels , a variety in learning and teaching has appeared in which different procedures and methods have been used for getting the scientific Knowledge.Thus,a new type of teaching has appeared called Distance Learning which is considered as a result of the cultural and knowledge revolution. This requires reconsidering teaching systems and plans so as to achieve (fulfill) improving general and specialized knowledge which helps in confronting the new needs and requirements . Besides, learning is represent a human need, and the place distance does not affect when ensuring to keep information communication with the required knowledge sources.
Distance teaching represents (indicates) a new experiment in Iraq which needs many changes in the educational system and its structure by means of which the required knowledge development (improvement) may come true (achieved). And as a new experiment , there must be a number of problems which face such type of teaching. Thus, the present paper aims at answering the following questions:
1. What is the nature of the resulting learning in distance learning?
2. What is the nature of the problems which face distance learning?
3. what are the important problems which face distance learning?
To achieve this , a scale has been made (prepared) for the problems which confront such type of teaching by following the objective steps in preparing the scales. This has been applied on a sample consisting of ( 45) persons: (15) teachers and (30) students.
The results have shown that there are problems facing distance teaching which have been identified by the scale of the present paper as 34 problems forming items for the scale. Eighty percent (80%) of the sample members have mentioned the existence of intellectual learning, and the greater problems were (the difficulty of evaluating the performance of open universities) ;(students feeling that they are less lucky concerning job opportunities) ;(they have no admittance) and (the difficulty of getting (having) the specialized scientific journals ).Finally, the paper has concluded with a number of conclusions

The revolution of Al-Hussein (peace be upon him) was and still is attracting many historians, researchers and scholars to understand its dimensions, its secrets, the mysteries of its greatness and its extension in history. Sheikh Muhammad Mahdi Shams Al-Din was one of these for many reasons, including: his upbringing, religious education, and his activity in Islamic work. He realized early on that history could be the means that contributes to shaping the features of the future, and he found that historical issues could be invested in the fields of awareness and advancement, and lead to realistic effects. He was thus an example of an intellectual who carries a project of change and struggle in society. Shams Al-Din spent his life working in science, acquiring, teaching and writing. He was an encyclopedic and objective researcher, known for his scientific approach and his approximate discourse. He worked to discover the truth from among the accumulations of history, and his efforts resulted in a number of books, articles and lectures that various publishing houses competed to print in many editions. This is a modest study that aims to clarify Sheikh Shams al-Din’s contributions in the field of historical studies, especially his writings on the Husseini Revolution, and to examine the scientific research rules followed in it.

The concentration of Fe ,Mn ,Cu &Zn in groundwater for the upper part of dibdiba aquifer were studied with time for six mounth .
The result reflect a considerable relation with the age of the well, where the new far groundwater has relatively low trace element concentration while the old farms groundwater has relatively high concentration due the applied fertilizers and vercylic irrigation water the aquifer as well as the extistance of these elements in the clayey lenses in the Dibdiba Formation .
Further more , the Zn and Cu variation with time is about 86% as a general mean . while can expain 46% of time- concentration variation. The (Zn ,Cu ) function is not cross correlated as they are not related .
While the Fe variation has 90% correlation with time and positive correlation was found between Fe & Mn while the reverse is true between Zn and Cu.
A regional evaluation of the groundwater for irrigation and drinking purpose was made according to the international standared for the elements Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn and it was found to good water for all purposes a and it is free from the pollution with these four trace elements.

The Current research Two Hypo theses are formulated as following :
1- There is no statistical significant differences at the level ( 0.05 ) in Multi Intelligence scores between the experimental group and control group.
2- There is no statistical significant difference at the level ( 0.05 ) in mean differences of the degrees of Smart thinking the experimental group and control group.
After the correct answers have been using statistical data processing the results had showed as the following, experimental group excelled the control group in The Multi Intelligence and Smart thinking.

Since his first existence, man touched gift of good health granted by His Almighty God, therefore; he tried every effort to maintain that gift by avoiding whatever could cause harm to it. Prophets are most honest people who gave medicine profession its due, not as physicians, but because medicine is part of the divine tenets supported by the heavenly codes, and part of the prophets\' heavenly mission requirements that could provide remedy for soul and peace of mind. Hence, comes the research vision to examine the idea of searching medicine for prophets\' in its historical dimension for it represents an important subject which is spiritually and emotionally related man\'s life, besides no other researcher has paid attention to it in study. The most important results the research reached is that potency supported by His Almighty God, and sciences granted by Him to prophets, especially medicine, are compliance with God\'s knowledge, ordinance, and creatures and that is resigned to prophets as they are the most knowledgeable persons of His Almighty God and His ordinance and creatures. Therefore, remedies of prophets descended in the form of miracles and charismata. Medicine was not a matter of acquisition for prophets, but a matter inspiration.
Islamic tenets represented in the Holy Quran and Prophetic traditions are great source for man and society fin their moral and health construction. Islamic Shari\'a is the most concerned to care of man\'s heath than those previously revealed.

Wasit Governorate is one of the agricultural governorates in the country whose irrigation depends on regulated irrigation. The total area suitable for agriculture in the governorate is about four million dunums, including the fertile lands of Al-Gharraf and the border strip, whose lands are characterized by low fertility, and the lands of gardens and forests.
The irrigation process is carried out through a group of irrigation systems spread throughout the governorate with different drainages and in both flood and pumping directions.
The predominant feature of irrigation in the governorate is its reliance on the pumping irrigation system, which is the best, as losses under it are limited for known reasons and at a vertical lift rate of (8 m) and the vast majority of the energy used is electric current, benefiting in its irrigation from the Tigris River column that crosses the governorate from its far north to its southeastern borders with a length of (327 km) limited by flood dams that exceed its peak levels in 1988 AD. In addition to that, there are dams, flood breakers and Shamshir dams.

The study contain five chapter . The first chapter involved the introduction and the search importance , the search involved two aims : 1- Knowledge the students weight in before the application period and after . 2- Effect study the application period on the general weight variable for physical education students.
And, the first chapter contain on one hypotheses:
1- For the application period have statistic relationship with the general weight variable for physical education students.
After that, the second chapter contain the theoretical studies which involved the subjects (some ways which effect on the weight , the nutrition, physical activities , Standards of Nutrition). The third chapter involved (the search method , the researchers use the method of description which it is better method and suitable for solve this problem , and The search sample from the students of sport education department / university Kufa for four stages , the researcher flow some methods it measure weight , age and the long for students before the application period and after . After that, the researcher treatment with special data about the weight , it appear statistically significant deferent in the weight variable with rate the student for before the application period and after the chapter four , by discussing the results, on the light of that , the researcher put some conclusions and recommendations .

The aim of the present research is to Know problems facing the teachers of educational arts in secondary schools . The sample of this research includes ( 90) teachers (42) males and (48) females .
The instrument of this research is a questionnire . Some statistical procedures were used including Pearson Correlation . The results of this research are as follows :-
1 – There is no syllabus defined the theoretical aspect of the subject .
2 – The teachers were found not knowing the relevant techniques to achieve the aims of the subject
