The current research aims to identify the quality of life of the directors of kindergartens, and the basic research sample consisted of (384) principals and assistants, who were chosen by simple random method from the directorates of Baghdad Education (Al-Rusafa First, Rusafa Second, Third Rusafa, First Karkh, Second Karkh Third Karkh) for the academic year (2021/2022). the researcher translated the quality of life scale for " Swamy and his colleagues, 2015", then analyzed the paragraphs of the scale logically and statistically to calculate their discriminatory ability and their validity coefficients. Stability (0.99, 0.98) respectively, so that the quality of life measure consists of (48) items, and in front of each paragraph there are five alternatives (I always agree, sometimes agree, do not agree, sometimes do not agree, and do not always agree), and the two scales were applied at the same time On the final application sample.
Based on the sample responses, the following conclusions were reached:
. The level of quality of life for kindergarten principals is high, as the results came with an arithmetic mean higher than the hypothetical mean of the scale.

The aim of the current research is to know (evaluating the performance of Arabic language teachers and female teachers in light of the evaluation criteria based on performance for the preparatory stage). For the academic year 2021-2022, their number is (2007) a teacher and a teacher, The researcher randomly chose the research sample, which amounted to (90) teachers and schools distributed over the six districts by (15) teachers and schools from each district. A group of arbitrators, and the note card included (58) criteria, distributed over four areas: Planning (15) standards, teaching aids, educational techniques, and educational activities (12) standards, implementation and interaction within the classroom environment between teacher and student (17) standards, evaluation, processes and outcomes (14) standards, and after data collection and statistical analysis of results using weighted mean and percentage weight. The researcher reached several results, including: The evaluation domain, processes and outcomes (ranked first with a weighted mean of (2.17)), and weight percentile (72.07), The field (educational means, techniques, and educational activities) ranked last with a weighted mean (1.99), and a percentile weight (66.25), and in light of the results, the researcher reached several conclusions, including: The performance of the preparatory stage represented (55.17%) of the evaluation criteria based on performance, The criteria are not achieved in evaluating the performance of Arabic language teachers and female teachers in the light of the evaluation criteria based on performance for the preparatory stage, a percentage of (44.83%) of the evaluation criteria are based on performance, and the researcher also made several recommendations and suggestions.

The current research aims to identify the organizational citizenship behavior of kindergarten teachers. The research sample included (300) kindergarten teachers from the Baghdad Rusafa Education Directorates (first, second, third), and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers built a scale for (organizational citizenship behavior) based on the theory of (Jester Bernard) after reviewing previous theories and studies. Specific to the subject of her research, as the organizational citizenship behavior scale included (49) items distributed on five dimensions (altruism, conscience awareness, civility, voluntary participation, sportsmanship), and the following alternatives were adopted in the two scales (always apply to me, usually apply to me, apply to me). Sometimes, it seldom applies to me, it never applies to me. The psychometric characteristics (veracity and stability) of the scale were verified, and the data were processed statistically through the use of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The current research aims to identify the task-related and non-task-related mental wandering among the students of the Kindergarten Department and the significance of the differences in the mental wandering among the students of the Kindergarten Department according to the variable of the academic stage. The research sample consisted of (400) female students from the Kindergarten Department in the College of Basic Education / Al-Mustansiriya University for the academic year 2021/2022 and to achieve the objectives of the current research, the two researchers followed the descriptive approach and built a scale to measure mental wandering based on the theory of executive control of Smallwood (Smallwood, 2013), which consists of (50) paragraphs equally divided into two areas:
(Task-related, and not related to the task) and the psychometric properties (validity - reliability) of the scale were verified and the data was processed statistically. The researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program
(SPSS) and the following results were reached:
1- The kindergarten students have an average level of mental wandering, and tend to the task-related domain at a higher level than the non-task-related domain.
2- It was found that there are no differences in the scale of mental wandering among the female students of the kindergarten department according to the academic stage.

The current research aims to identify the self-awareness of kindergarten students, and the significance of the differences in self-awareness of kindergarten students according to the variable of the academic stage. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the two researchers built a scale of self-awareness and then analyzed the items of the scale logically and statistically to calculate its discriminatory ability and its validity coefficients. For the academic year (2021-2022) the researchers used the descriptive approach randomly. • The first stage students have a higher level of self-awareness than the second, third and fourth stage students

The aim of the Current research is to know The availability of higher educational goals in discussing the subjects of the Glorious Qur’an and Islamic Education for the sixth preparatory, according to Bloom’s, The researcher adopted the method of content analysis by considering the question as a unit of analysis, The objectives were extracted from the paragraphs of the questions discussing the topics, and it was found that they relied on the lower educational goals of the knowledge domain only, as the level of understanding reached the highest level, at a rate of (50%), As for the lowest level in the higher educational goals is almanac and reached (2.8%), This is unacceptable for a finished preparatory and its students are on the way to the university, The research reached a conclusion that the book of the Glorious Quran and Islamic Education is the sixth grade preparatory, He neglected the higher levels of educational goals in addition to the other two areas - skill and emotional - and did not address them even with a simple thing.

اتّبع الباحث المنهج التجريبيَ كونه المنهج المناسب لطبيعة البحث وهدفهِ وأختار الباحث أحد التصاميم التجريبية ذات الضبط الجزئي وهو تصميم المجموعة الضابطة اللاعشوائية الاختيار ذات الاختبار البعدي فقط ، وتألف مجتمع البحث من المدارس المتوسطة النهارية التابعة لمديرية العامة لتربية محافظة واسط /مديرية تربية العزيزية ،وأختار منها الباحث عشوائياً (متوسطة الشهيد عهد المختلطة) لتكون عينة البحث ، إذ بلغَ العدد الكلي لطلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط (120) طالباً ، مقسمة على (4) شعب ، وقد تم إختيار العينة بالأسلوب العشوائي البسيط وهي شعبة (ب) لتمثل المجموعة التجريبية البالغ عددها (30) طالباً ، والشعبة (ج) لتمثل المجموعة الضابطة والبالغ عددها (30) طالباً. كافأ الباحث بين طلاب مجموعتي الدراسة إحصائياً في متغيرات ( العمر الزمني محسوباً بالشهور ، التحصيل الدراسي للآباء ، والامهات ،واختبار الذكاء، ودرجات مادة اللغة العربية للعام الدراسي السابق (2020-2021). حددَ الباحثُ خمس موضوعات من مادة قواعد اللغة العربية المقرر تدريسها للعام الدراسي(2021-2022) من قبل وزارة التربية للصف الثاني متوسط التي سيدرسها في أثناء مدة التجربة ، وقد صاغ الباحث (54) هدفاً سلوكياً للموضوعات المقرر تدريسها ، وأعدَ الخطط التدريسية الانموذجية ، وعرضها على نخبة من الخبراء والمتخصصين للحكم على صلاحيتها ، وفي ضوء ذلك أجريت التعديلات اللازمة وأصبحت الأهداف السلوكية والخطط التدريسية بصورتها النهائية جاهزة للتطبيق . وأعَدَّ الباحث إختبار اكساب المفاهيم ، وبواقع (21) فقرة، من نوع الأسئلة الموضوعية (الاختيار من متعدد) يقيس المستويات الثلاثة (المعرفة، والفهم, والتطبيق)وتم التثبت من صدقه، ومعامل صعوبته، وقوة تمييزه، وثباته. طبق الباحث التجربة يوم الاثنين الموافق 13/11/2021 وأنتهت يوم الاثنين الموافق 17/1/2022 وتم تطبيق إختبار إكساب المفاهيم النحوية يوم الاثنين الموافق (17/1/2022 ) ، ودرس الباحث مجموعتي الدراسة (التجريبية والضابطة ) بنفسه . واستعمل الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية ( الاختبار التائي ، ومربع(كا2)، أختبار الذكاء ،ومعامل الصعوبة، ومعامل التمييز، معادلة الفاكرونباخ- وفعالية البدائل الخاطئة). بعد تحليل نتائج إجابات الطلاب ومعالجتها إحصائياً باستعمال الاختبار التائي للعينات الوسطى لمعرفة دلالة الفرق عند مستوى (0.05) بين مجموعتي الدراسة اتضح مايأتي : وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون مادة قواعد اللغة العربية بطريقة (تعلم المفاهيم النحوية إكسابها لدى المتعلمين ) ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون مادة قواعد اللغة العربية بالطريقة التقليدية في اختبار إكساب المفاهيم النحوية ولمصلحة المجموعة التجريبية

A -There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05.0) between the average scores of the experimental group students before and after applying the realistic counseling method according to the willpower scale.
B -There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05.0) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group in the post test according to the willpower scale.
C- The size of the effect caused by the independent variable (the indicative program) on the dependent variable (will-power) among university students.
The current research is limited to male and female students of the faculties of Al-Mustansiriya University for morning studies for the academic year 2020-2021The researchers used the quasi-experimental approach, and chose the design of the experimental by comparing the results of the post test for the experimental and control groups. As for the second hypothesis, its results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05(.Between the average ranks of the scores of the students of the experimental group and the average ranks of the scores of the students of the control group on the dimensional willpower scale after applying the counseling program, and the results of the third hypothesis showed that there are statistically significant differences in the effect of the counseling program based on counseling in reality caused by the independent variable in the level of the dependent variable in the strength of Will, the researchers mentioned a set of recommendations and proposals.

The aim of the research is to know the effect of a rational-emotional counseling program on developing emotional empathy among university students. M of both sexes (males - females), as the original research community amounted to (120) male and female students, and the sample of the experiment was distributed as follows:
1- Applying the emotional empathy scale to the research sample of the fourth stage students, which numbered (120) male and female students.
2- The researcher chose the students who got less than the hypothetical mean of the scale, which amounted to (120) degrees on the emotional empathy scale, and their number was (70) male and female students.
3- (10) male and female students were excluded because they did not have enough desire to participate in the experiment.
Distribution of (60) male and female students randomly into two groups of (30) male and female students in the experimental group, and (30) male and female students in the control group. In order to reach the results of the research, the researcher used a set of (statistical methods, including: The following statistical methods were used to process the research data, and this was done through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
1. Chi-square: To find out the significance of the differences in expert opinions on the validity of a scale.
2. The t-test for two independent samples: to extract the discriminatory power of the items of the emotional empathy scale, and to identify the differences between the experimental and control groups in the post test.
3. Pearson's correlation coefficient: to calculate the relationship of the paragraph's degree with the total degree, the relationship of the paragraph with the domain, and the relationship of the domains with each other for the measure of emotional empathy, and to verify the stability by the method of the split-half test.

The current research aims to identify the effective change among the students of the kindergarten department, and the significance of the differences in the effective change among the students of the kindergarten department according to the variable of the academic stage. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the two researchers built the effective change scale and then analyzed the scale’s paragraphs logically and statistically to calculate its discriminatory ability and its validity coefficients (the apparent honesty and the construction honesty). The stability coefficient of the effective change scale, it reached (0,889) by the re-test method, and by the Alpha-Cronbach method it reached (0,870). The scale of the effective change in its final form may consist of (45) items, And it was applied to the research sample of (410) female students from the Kindergarten Department at the College of Basic Education / Al-Mustansiriya University for the academic year (2021-2022), in a random way. and the research reached the following results:
1- The kindergarten students enjoy effective change.
2- There are statistically significant differences in the effective change of kindergarten students in the College of Basic Education / Al-Mustansiriya University according to the academic stage, and that the second stage students have a higher level than the first, third and fourth stage students in effective change.

The current research aims to identify the level of behavior of requesting counseling assistance among middle school students, and the research is limited to middle school students in the first Rusafa Directorates of Education in Baghdad Governorate for the academic year 2021/2022. The (Ibrahim 2021) scale, and after processing the data in the SSPS statistical portfolio, the research reached the most important results, the most important of which is that the level of behavior of counseling assistance request for middle school students was weak, and the research came out with a set of recommendations and suggestions.

The concept of cognitive control from the point of view of the social system refers to the various forces that society exercises to influence its members to use them to protect its constituents and preserve its values and specifications, and to resist the factors of deviation and manifestations of disobedience and rebellion. Individuals and groups of society accept the prevailing system, and when the cognitive control system suffers defects and weaknesses, it is reflected on social life in its various aspects (Al-Akhras, 1997, p. 12).
The era in which man lives is characterized by rapid development and amazing progress in various fields (educational, political, economic, and informational), and with the increase in scientific progress and the expansion of life demands, the need for people to control their thoughts, behavior and actions has increased, as cognitive control is one of the basic concepts in the formation of personality. Which has importance in the individual’s ability to direct and organize himself and to modify aspects of his behavior, thoughts, emotions, and tendencies, that is, its influence extends to various dimensions of personality if many inappropriate actions can be controlled (Habib, 1997: 50).
