The Ottoman history reflects many facts and multiple lessons that make this history present in every time and place, as it spanned nearly six centuries. Multiple peoples and nationalities submitted to the Ottoman empire; hence interests and goals intersected between the empire and the European countries and pushed it towards long wars. After every defeat, the wills of European countries were imposed through treaties, which were among the main reasons for the dissolution and fall of this state. And this is what our research paper will address.

The major developments in the field of communication and knowledge led to a huge shift in the form of international interactions and dealings, and this caused the connection of the world parts with each other and turns it into a global village. Starting from this point, globalization began at the level of concepts and application in its new stage, as it is not a new phenomenon, but one with historical origins in the international relations, as it is not the result of a change in the global system, but such a change provided it with life to enable it to become a global phenomenon.
Geography, geopolitics in particular, has been affected by globalization more than other sciences, and they have influenced and globalization and produced new engines of power, have their power to affect the political, economic, social and environmental organization of countries.
Realization the facts of power in its in new frameworks that are created by globalization is the significant premise from which geopolitics adopts its own concepts of country power and its foreign policy. This was one of the prominent results of globalization and its repercussions on geopolitics.
where the transition from the regional dimensions to the global one happens, which represents the essence of the launch towards global sovereignty , and the global system will become contingent on the extent of the spaces provided by the new geopolitical map, where the borders of interests demands anew global division of borders which is dictated at the global level and specifically for the interests of the major economic powers in the world, which will take on a more tense and powerful dimension.

The present study aims to examine the obstacles of teaching Geography Matter in The Elementary Stage and their effects on the Academe Achievement from the point of views elementary schools’ teacher in Baghdad _Iraq.
The descriptive perspective was adopted in the present study. (168 ) Geography males and females teacher in the state elementary schools AL-Karkh side OF Iraq Capital Baghdad i.e.56% of the original study sample population were selected as acsample of the study. A37 item questionnaire distributed on the aspects of the study aspect of the Subject, aspectot insurance the in struetional teaching use and demonstration requireel for the teaching process –aspect of evaluation and tests, and teaching methods and class room activities was used and the (spss) application n was applied to process the study data.
The following results were drawn: 1.the degree of obstacles for the geography learners in the aspect of insurance the instructional teaching use and demonstration required for teaching process and the aspect of evaluation and tests is moderate whereas the degree of obstacles for the learners in the aspect of teaching methods and classroom activities are higher.
Many recommend mations were showned by the resrcher according to those resuilts such as training the teachers on teachning of outlying the studying objectines and well employing these objectines in daily subject matter preparation and designing the training programs to develop the teachers’ abilities in constructing the Achievement tests to encourage the school administrations the teachers to use various teaching methods and meaningful classroom activities

The study aims to apply the Cost Deployment (CD) pillar in one of the industrial organizations for the purpose of improving its economic sustainability. The problem of the study indicates the need to define the study site with modern scientific theories related to these practices to improve their economic indicators. The results of the study indicated the need for the site to apply the cost dissemination pillar and commitment to the measures taken, and the study concludes from the process of applying the seven steps of the cost dissemination pillar that the success of achieving the economic dimension of sustainable manufacturing in the study sample depends on the extent of commitment to address the root causes of losses in manufacturing plants by implementing the proposed improvements.

The research dealt with the measurement of the centralities of scientific research and community service in the two universities (Karkh for Science and Al-Farahidi Civil University), the importance of research comes because scientific research is an important means associated with keeping up with the recent developments that affect the labor market, which reflects on the quality of the educational process and scientific productivity that is reflected in the service of the community, which is one of the most important university at the moment because of its importance in developing the ability to participate and contribute to the building of society and solve its problems, the research was aimed at applying a central (research) The research aims to identify the reality of applying the centralities of scientific research and community service at the Al-Kahkh Universities of Science and al-Farahidi Civil University. The triangular scale was used according to the indicators of Iraqi institutional accreditation standards set by specialized committees in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to diagnose and analyze the data obtained from the examination lists, and the research found that the application of al-Karkh University of Science for the two axes is higher than the rate of application of the University of Al-Farahidi civil where the ratios reached(66%,73%), While the ratio of al-Farahidi University to the two axes(48%,63%).

The main idea of the research is embodied in helping production organizations to get rid of losses and add value to their products in a way that enhances their ability to meet the expectations and needs of their customers, by providing a future map through which the weaknesses experienced by the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries / Ministerial are eliminated. Accordingly, the research problem can be summarized, which the researcher was able to diagnose during field cohabitation within (the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries / Ministerial) and through a series of meetings with administrators and technicians in the company above by asking the question that (Is there a future map for managing the flow of value within the General Company for Electrical Industries? and electronic?). And based on what was raised from the question, the objectives of the thesis were defined as follows (drawing a future map for managing the flow of value within the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries), the results confirmed that there are a number of factors that impede the progress of the production process within the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries, which It is outside the control of the company.

The research aims to identify the possibility of applying knowledge management systems according to ISO 30401:2018 and its role in the transparency of decisions, and Oil Projects company was selected One of the formations of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil to be the study community and to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to (170) samples, and in order to process the data, many statistical methods were used using the statistical program (SPSS V.28) to get out With a scientific outcome within the framework of this topic, the researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important the existence of a correlation relationship between Knowledge Management Systems in according to ISO 30401:2018 and Transparency of decisions, and the existence of having an effect relationship between Knowledge Management Systems in according to ISO 30401:2018 and Transparency of decisions.

This study aims to identify the relationship of social communication with enhancing the insurance culture of the customer, by applying it to a sample of the clients of the National General Insurance Company of Baghdad, the researcher used the descriptive approach, Where a sample of (50) individuals was selected from the clients of the company, and the questionnaire tool prepared for this purpose was applied to them, Which consisted of two axes, the first related to the insurance culture directed to the research sample, which included (12) paragraphs, While the second axis of the questionnaire included (8) paragraphs directed to the company's employees, about the company's use of social networking sites, The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of a significant correlation between the use of social networking sites and insurance culture

This paper presents suggested modified algorithm that enables the rendering of smoothly flowing curves on digital paper is presented in order to provide Providing quality in drawings in many applications.
To draw these curves, cubic Bézier interpolation had been used by generating intermediate points between each two points from a set of given points. A comparison will be made with the functions used in the MATLAB program to clarify the difference when using the proposed algorithm through drawings showing illustrate the advantages of this algorithm.

Encryption and decryption techniques are helpful to provide effective security for speech signals to ensure that these signals are transmitted with secure data and prevent third parties or the public from reading private messages.
A chaotic system is the application of the mathematical chaos theory to the practice of cryptography. Because of the sensitivity of a chaotic system to the initial condition and random properties make it suitable for encrypting multimedia.
In this review paper, some chaotic speech signal algorithms are reviewed. The comparison and reports of analysis are explained to clarify the performance of the algorithm to encrypt original signals and recover them by using the decryption method.

The aims of this work was to study the effect of noise, generated from the thermal power station of south Baghdad on its workers’ health. This study also included measuring the noise levels at different places inside the station including turbines pumping stations. A specific sample of workers from different places, ages and different work periods was sent to the clinic for clinical tests to examine the impact of the noise on their hearing ability and health. Through the analysis of the data and clinical examination 12% of workers had a hearing problems and thus we our recommendations were given; the recommendations emphasized that the workers have to apply occupational safety instructions, conduct periodic inspections, in addition to the removal of those workers affected by noise from their workplaces.

Now day's reliability evaluation of bulk power generation using many techniques is helpful engineers to assess indices of real system to feed customers with reliable power service. In this paper, the Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) presented to find three indices (LOLP, LOLE, ENS) applying outage conditions and failure events of generators for Iraqi 400 kV grid. The carryout of MCS simulated results compared with analytical approach.

In recent years, derivatives and integrals with fractional order and the structure of conventional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers have been used to construct fractional-order PID controllers for improving the performance of controlled systems. This study focuses on reducing the overshoot for second-order systems with small damping ratio or underdamped systems by using a fractional-order proportional-derivative controller. The proposed design method is direct given the use of a simple formula for selecting a single parameter. A case study based on control the transmitted power of wireless communication network (WCN) to solve the problem, which caused by the large number of data transmissions in wireless network by using construct fractional-order PID controllers to improving the performance of controlled systems. This study focuses on reducing consume power by reducing the overshoot for second-order systems with small damping ratio or underdamped systems.

The technology of Network attack detection has long been a crucial component of computer networks' network security. We need to implement operative solutions to the current issues and provide a harmless network situation for users to increase the security of computer networks. In-depth investigation and categorization for detecting network attacks are the focus of this paper. The topic of several issues caused by intruders and attackers is also covered. The report also provides a network security defense approach that can be useful to future scholars that are interested.

In this paper, a new Y-source and matrix converter combination that can be used as an AC/AC buck-boost for intelligent transformer application is proposed. This mixture can be used to solve the sag and swell issues of output voltage in various electrical power systems and to reduce the size and weight of the traditional power transforms by using power electronic devices. Relative to the input voltage, the suggested AC-AC matrix configuration can enhance the output voltage in both out-of-phase and in-phase. The output voltage can also be compared to the input voltage in an out-of-phase or in-phase method. The proposed AC/AC single-phase Y-source matrix converter’s complete analysis and working principles have been presented. Also, using the Mathematica version 11.2 software, a comprehensive mathematical model of the converter has been developed and validated. A co-simulation using OrCAD/PSpice and Matlab/Simulink has been constructed for both the ZS-MC and the suggested YS-MC in order to evaluate the performance of the converter. Where the thorough simulation analysis indicates that in terms of gain, input current, input power factor, and unifying the ground, the proposed YS-MC performs better than the ZS-MC. The results further prove that by adjusting the duty cycle, the output voltage can be either boosted or bucked and by modifying the PWM technique, the output voltage may be either out-of-phase or in-phase with the input voltage.
