In light of the results, the researchers presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.

Of those narrators was the scholar “ Muhammad al-Amiri, nicknamed Abu Zakaria” who died in the year ( died : 893 AH), in his book (Bahjat al-Mahafil Wa Bighyat al-Amthal in summarizing biographies, miracles and merits) and his method in his book is that he quoted information from many sources and many resources, and among these resources are the honorable hadiths from the books of Al-Sihah. For The importance of this book I wanted to show its resources from Al-Sihah books.

It clarifies the role that practical education plays in teacher preparation programs, as well as allowing the student/applicant to practice the basic tasks of the teaching process by employing the theoretical aspects he received during academic preparation and translating them into an applied reality that helps him in exercising the role of the future teacher.

The research aims to know the level of mastery of students/applicants in the departments of history and geography from the skills of classroom teaching? And whether this level reaches the educationally acceptable medium or not.

The current research community is represented by students of the fourth stage in the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Anbar, and their number is (252) male and female students, and the researcher chose (100).
Conclusions: In light of the research results, the researcher reached the following conclusions:
1- Adopting the objective observation form is an effective means in evaluating the performance of students/applicants of teaching competencies during the period of their application in schools.
2- The evaluation of the performance of the students/applicants of the teaching competencies was below the educationally acceptable average (75%), with the exception of only six paragraphs. The estimate of their performance was above the educationally acceptable average.
3- The obvious deficiency in the preparation programs in the College of Education for Human Sciences, as it does not keep pace with recent developments in the field of observation, application and teaching methods.

Second: Recommendations: In light of the results and conclusions reached by the researcher, he recommended the following:
1- That we put the College of Education into a guide that explains everything related to viewing and application, from which the responsibility of the college administration, the school administration and the supervisors of students/applicants are determined.
2- Not to use supervisors who are not specialized in education.
3- The specialized supervisors in the education directorates have benefited from the objective observation form for the current research in evaluating teachers’ performance of teaching competencies and training them on how to use them.
Third: Suggestions: To complete this study, the researcher suggests the following:
1- Conducting a study similar to the current study on students/applicants to other college departments to compare the results of this study with its results so that the conclusions and recommendations about the preparation programs are more objective and accurate.
2- Conducting a study similar to the current study to identify the level of use of teaching competencies other than those discussed in this research.
3- Conducting an empirical study to identify the effect of using modern strategies in training students/applicants on teaching competencies such as yellowing strategies.

The current research aims to know “the effect of the two strategies of collection and filtering of ideas on the reading comprehension of first-grade intermediate students.” The researcher followed the experimental research method and chose an experimental design with partial control. The researcher chose Division (B) to represent the first experimental group, which numbered (37) students, and Division (C) to represent the second experimental group, numbering (34) students, and Division (A) of the control group, which numbered (36) students. Research groups in a set of variables, the researcher prepared a test to measure reading comprehension that included (23) paragraphs that varied between (16) objective paragraphs of the type of multiple-choice and (7) essay paragraphs. The experiment continued for an entire semester of the academic year ( 2021-2022 AD), and the results resulted in the superiority of the two experimental groups over the control group in the reading comprehension test. The aim of the research is to identify “the difficulties of applying e-learning from the point of view of the teachers of the Arabic language departments in the colleges of basic education.” and its stability, and statistical packages (SPSS) were used to analyze the data, and the results revealed that the use of e-learning from the point of view of the faculty faces difficulties with a rate of (74.60%), and the order of these difficulties was as follows:In the first place were the difficulties related to students, in the second place were the difficulties related to evaluation, and in the third place came the difficulties related to university administration, and in the fourth place came the difficulties related to the curriculum, while the difficulties related to the teachers came in the fifth place.

Challenges and obstacles facing Challenge schools in the northern Palestinian valleys in Tubas governorate as seen by the teachers of Challenge schools
This study aimed to identify the challenges and obstacles facing the challenge schools in the northern Palestinian valleys, and to highlight the importance of preparing the teacher to meet these challenges and obstacles that face and obstruct these schools.
In order to achieve this goal, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, which depends on the opinion poll by studying the phenomenon as it is in reality, and describing it accurately. The quantitative approach was also used to study and analyze data such as rates, percentages and statistical tests. The researcher used two main sources of data as follows:
Secondary sources: where the researcher resorted to the secondary data source to address the theoretical framework of the study, through Arabic and foreign books and references, in addition to previous research and studies that dealt with the subject of the current study.
Primary sources: It is represented in the questionnaire prepared by the researcher as a main tool for research, as it was distributed to various teachers.
The study population consisted of all teachers of Challenge schools in the Directorate of Education / Tubas in the academic year 2021 AD - 2022 AD, and the study sample consisted of (20) individuals distributed on three basic variables, and the study sample was chosen randomly from the members of the original study community.
The researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool. In light of the comprehensive review of previous theoretical studies and educational literature related to the subject of the research, and after surveying the opinion of a number of specialists in this field and verifying the validity of the tool, the questionnaire in its final form consisted of 35 paragraphs distributed over four fields.
The study reached a set of results, including:
* It was found that among the most important challenges and obstacles facing the challenge schools in the northern Palestinian valleys, as seen by the teachers of these schools and related to the student:
Weak motivation towards education among students of these schools. Significantly low levels of student achievement. In addition to the poor psychological state of the students due to the presence of the occupation soldiers and settlers.
* It was found that among the most important challenges and obstacles facing the challenge schools in the northern Palestinian valleys, as seen by the teachers of these schools and related to the teacher:
- Poor qualification of male and female teachers to teach integrated classes. Delaying the appointment of male and female teachers in these schools. And the lack of teachers’ commitment to the times of morning attendance due to the military checkpoints and the distance from schools.
* It was found that among the most important challenges and obstacles facing Challenge schools in the northern Palestinian valleys, as seen by the teachers of these schools, related to the environment:
- Poor suitability of squares and facilities for students' activities. Lack of educational aids. And the scarcity of a library and laboratory to provide the necessary services for students. In addition to the poor physical environment inside the classrooms (ventilation, lighting, heating and air conditioning).
* It turned out that among the most important challenges and obstacles facing the challenge schools in the northern Palestinian valleys, as seen by the teachers of these schools and related to the practices of the Israeli occupation:
- Teachers are subjected to humiliation and humiliation by the Israeli occupation soldiers at military checkpoints. In the northern Jordan Valley, the Israeli occupation impedes the arrival of male and female teachers to their schools on time. Teachers often resort to dirt bypass roads because of military checkpoints. Likewise, the occupation partially disrupts work hours due to preventing students and teachers from reaching their schools.
* It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) about the challenges and obstacles facing the challenge schools in the northern Palestinian valleys as seen by the teachers of these schools due to the gender variable.

The current research aims to know:
1- Cognitive complexity of educational counselors.
2- The significance of the differences in the cognitive complexity of educational counselors according to the gender variable (males – females).
For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the current research, the researcher built a measure of cognitive complexity for educational counselors, which in its final form consisted of (20) paragraphs, after completing the conditions of honesty and stability and distinguishing the paragraphs. 70.7). The research is determined by the educational counselors in the directorates of education in the province of Baghdad for the academic year 2021/2020, and the research community consists of (1469) male and female counselors, amounting to (508) educational advisors and (961) educational counselors, and the research sample was chosen by random method, so the number of research sample members reached (400) As a guide, with (160) educational guides and (240) educational guides, the research relied on the descriptive associative approach. The results showed that educational counselors have: cognitive complexity, and males outperform females in cognitive complexity. According to the findings of the research, some recommendations and suggestions were presented.

The current research aims to identify the willpower of university students, and for the purpose of achieving the goal of the research, the researchers used the descriptive approach, and the researchers prepared a measure of willpower, and for the purpose of conducting a statistical analysis of the measure of willpower, a sample consisting of (400) university students was selected, and the sample was chosen randomly from Students of the colleges of Al-Mustansiriya University, and the researchers extracted the psychometric characteristics of the scale and the use of statistical indicators.

The current research aims to apply and standardize Gardner’s linguistic intelligence scale after its Arabization and standardization on the Kurdish environment and its application with the aim of measuring and identifying the level of linguistic intelligence on the Arabic and Kurdish scales at the same rate according to the variable of the population. Gender (male - female), and for the purpose of achieving the research objectives, the researcher adopted the scale (Gardner), the pioneer of the theory of multiple intelligences adopted in the current research in its Arabic version and translated into the Kurdish language, and after calculating it by checking the characteristics of the psychometric measurements. On a sample of (30) children (13) males and (17) females, and after data collection and statistical analysis, it appeared that the sample members have linguistic intelligence on the Kurdish-based environment-scaled environment-based scale. This research investigates whether the flipped learning can lead students to increased learning grammar outcomes in EFL contexts in Iraq. (88) Students were used to determine any differences in students' achievement that might be associated with the flipped approach . The efficiency of the flipped approach on stu¬dents’ success with grammar-student learning results was assessed with grammar pretest and posttest. Flipped classrooms change the conventional way of teaching by shifting what students do in school and at home. The outcomes pointed to that students were helpful achieved towards implementing the flipped classroom, and also that it may lead to increased learning of grammar. The study was performed with a quasi-experimental design. While the experimental group received the course through flipped learning , control group did not use learning strategies in the flipped classroom .
