The omitting of the important grammar elements in the past ,and that had under a word –ellipsis- under group of grammar elements in the modern text science ,and the elements is implied to achieve the firm and harmony in the same text ,and this is an ancient phenomena in the search that was taken a lot of care by the ancient editors ,where they implied it on their precious religious and literature texts that contains with such methods, and because of the Holy Quran,-Nahj Al Balagha- Sajadiat paper –are the most important treasures in our heritage and the wondrous literature of our heritage ,it is funny when we look to the omitting elements and their beauty as analytical look to imply on these books on the base of a descriptive way –analytical- and this what this article is going to describe the omitting and it`s laws, and the conditions of the omitted and their kinds ,and to describe this phenomena in the range of grammar and modern quotations science ,and then they imply the new and old scientific systems for Holy Quran,and some quotes of Sajadiat paper ,and finally it concludes the beauty of it`s grammar and text .Main words : firm ,omitting ,grammar, reference

Allah blessed Moses –Allah blessed him- in the holy Quran, where mentioned him 163 times in 34 Surratt and all these verses clear many things that must people know specially the faithful people about Allah monotheism and Tyrannizer’s arrogant

1- The search shows the various orientalists view to the Sufism that appeared in the time of the Islamic Arabic Nation, some of them see that Sufism born of the Islamic belief, and some of them it was an intruder to the Islam and it appeared due to the effective foreigner factors because of the spread of Islam from east to the west .2- Another groups see that Sufism due to the quietism movement that appeared in the Islamic world in the end of the first century of –Hijra- and at the dawn of second century, and they don’t put a boundaries between the Sufism and quietism, some had another opinion .they see that the appearance of Sufism was due to the political disorder and the tribal conflict that appeared in the late of Umayyad era.3- Some of them see that Sufism is nearer to the Persian mood than Arab ,because the first Sufis were from Persia

Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam is one of the cultural issues that have been studied ,but it still needs to edit a analytical, critic, and cultural studies ,this study is to show the importance of the poet's imagination and how he picture the deep feelings, because (Omar) was a poet, philosopher and mathematician ,where he gathered between sciences and the poetry ,and this is very rare phenomena .

1- The legislation of the adjusted influent discipline law No. 14 -1991 is the most important guarantee 2- The attempt of the legislator to confirm the employment duties is one of the most important, so there are no rights for the administration to punish the employees with penalties that the law doesn’t mention them, and it must restricted with elements of the law and not with as it sees the matter.3- Define the administrative sides that have the authority in enforcing the law, and reducing the administrative procedures.4- The administrative decisions must not gain immunity .where the employees could challenge the decision which it is not according with the law in front of the employees court without presenting a complain,so it will be guaranteed as the law assured it.

The grammatical and linguistically studies have an effective trace in the field of the scientific search which took the attention of many linguistic and searcher ,and they found that were many certain characteristics, and it have been found many which were unknown before.And as a result for this developing studies, it took a wide range in the scientifically search and it`s curricula, and in the subjects of the language branches inside certain study curriculum, and also describing the curriculum that considered the great effect in the field of searches ,also this curricula had it`s allies ,it`s aspects, basics and it had the right curricula elements.

1- The preposition –Min- has many meanings, it differs among all meanings, and according to the sentences, and all the grammatical with all their different opinions for the meaning of this preposition in the Quranic Surat 2- The multiple meanings of this preposition is rarely if we can find a specific grammatical control so the interpreter could stop on it in to specify the meaning.3- When the interpreter gives a great value for one meaning than other, it is according to the meaning apparently showed in the Surat, and the interpreting of this preposition in this Surat is according to the Quranic texts and the grammar rules that this interpreter used to tem.4- In spite of the interpreters differ for their giving the great value of the meaning, but they agreed to oppose the corrupted believes of the Jews.

1-He is the honorable Mr. and Sheikh Dr. Muhamed Bin Fadhil Bin Ali Al Hasani Al Asha’ari Al Shafi’e Al Samiri,born in Iraq –Salah Al Din governorate ,in Samara’a district ,Al Qala’a place in 1-7-1957 and died in the afternoon on Tuesday -13 Rajab 1427 Aug.8,2006.2-His way to follow was his books , and that was the way of the world that scientist who wants to read and search about it.so he recognize what he missed of meaning and a search plans in Fiqh fundamental .and as Ibn Hazim Al Dhahiry and Ibn Rushud in their books ,where he mentioned answers for what thinks against their opinions.3-He was showing between the genuine and moderation in the thinking ,and none, he was criticizing the scientist who shows something illogic, and this was clear in many fundamental searches that he did them

The martyr is the most human chill and the resisted love of human along the history, it is the in his fighting journey according with the ideology that he believed in ,where our poet Samih Al Qasim wrote poems about martyr and it became his repeated image in his poetry ,and he motivated many protesters for the martyr by his poems ,the search points to study the ideology of the poet and his thinking about martyr ,and it seems by his poems and the repeated images of the martyr ,we notice his beautiful look to the martyr and this strengthens the resistance soul for his people ,where he considers that martyr for Palestine like a commitment in the political ,patriot ,ego, and national terms.It is cleared after the study the repeated images of martyr that the poet stood on this issue on two levels, ego and communal, where in the national, patriot and political issues ,he cleared his beautiful martyr image and its evidence to describe the bitter colonial reality .Samih found the opposition and the enthusiasm motives through the meaning of martyr , where we see a complete harmony among the patriot ,national, political and humanity issues in the meaning of the martyr .The martyr for the poet was like the real life ,as we see the beautiful image of the martyr in Islamic way .
