Arabic Linguistics is a science of clarification and rhetoric. Parsing is one of the most important characteristics of the Glorious Quran. A parsing deictic is a tool that linguists and Muslim jurists use to determine the meaning and interpretation of a text. The Glorious Quran is the classic source that linguists use as a reference. It is also the source the Muslim jurists depend on for guidance and drawing judgements. It is, moreover, the first source for formulating grammatical and juridical rules. Another discipline that has been used for clarification is the one that studies the ways of reciting the Glorious Quran. It is one of the sublime disciplines that study the most Glorious Book, namely the Quran, Allah’s Book. It studies the different pronunciations of some Quranic words that have the same meaning. By Allah’s Almighty approval, this discipline was founded to make things easier for Arab tribes which spoke – at the time of revelation – different accents. Later on, it made the recitation easier for the whole Muslim Nation (Umma).

We did not see in all the eastern religions any mention for Allah، but the attention was on the human personalities or on principles made by the human people .This religion worships the natures and souls and it is polytheism with Allah . The holy place is where the people cleanses from sins and they believe that the GOD came to their place. Al-shintawia religion has holy places like temples structures mountains، trees and places for praying and pilgrimage. The nature of the man is to hate the loneliness and tends to the holy places that he or she dose the visit to these places in groups with others. In this religion it is apperant that there are holy things like places، numbers، trees، humans and so on.

Searching for the truth has always been the main objective of the scientists of Sharia. Since Islamic Jurisprudence has been summed up in the famous Four Schools of Fiqh, knowing which of them is closest to the absolute truth is worth seeking. And this cannot be achieved without overall knowledge of each them.The problem of the study lies in the following question: which on of the Four Schools, generally speaking, is more likely to be closest to authenticity and truth? The present study, which is entitled "Overall Preference among the Four Schools of Fiqh, an Applied Fundamental study" is not meant to be a detailed answer to the question, rather it tries to establish a basis for examining the issue in general, because the followers of each School have supported and given evidence for their own School. Therefore, this study is limited to investigating the Four School of Fiqh in general not in detail.The study follows the scientific approach which uses both the deductive and inductive methods in an attempt to achieve the main results of the study, which are: the meaning of "overall preference" and its place in Fiqh, examining the most important characteristics that outline and control it, taking into consideration that it is limited to the famous Four Schools only, and that will be in general, and the fact that Preference among Schools can be done only by scholars who are fully qualified to do evidence-based preference. Each School has considered the most likely evidence in accordance with various factors: the Imam, who is the founder of the school, his time, the nature of the school itself and many other external clues.Finally, the most important recommendation of this study is a more detailed preference among the Schools of Fiqh and a detailed comparison.Keywords: preference, overall, Schools, Fiqh, applied, fundamental

The research dealt with ease and clarification of the points that mentioned the most important of them in a non-prejudicial summary as possible.

That which is taken took care by the imams and scholars (mercy of God up on them) is the follow-up efforts of their predecessors and the completion of what emerged from the lack, and it’s to alert them of the negligence which they had which is possible reasonably and legally, especially since these efforts are a result of a human product which is really imperfect and fallible, so the perfection is a character to God alone and the infallibility is just for the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him. Based on the above the idea of the work of Taʻaqubᾱt al-Ḥᾱfuḍ al-Iraqi came on the progress of the imams of the scholars and specifically including Imam Al-Ṭahabī, to whom appeared that had passed him some things that are related to some of the narrators and he wanted to alert them, and he view necessary that these objection had to be collected and studied to show the correct say based on the evidence from the sayings of the imams critics and keep the people of workmanship in Sciences of the Hadith, and resolve the site of difference.

This study dealt with a special category of the scientific community، who are blind، by studying their conditions in terms of accepting or rejecting their novel and the position of wound scientists and modification about the adequacy of endurance and performance، and that hearing is considered the most important prey on which the blind depends in his novel، and، I have divided my research into three demands.As for the introduction، it dealt with the importance of the topic، the reasons for choosing the topic and the research methodology- The first requirement: the definition of the blind in language and terminology، the conditions for accepting the novel and the eligibility of the novel for the blind.- The second requirement: in which I addressed the position of the scholars of wounding and modification and in which there are three opinions: acceptance of the novel or not to accept it at all or accept it but with conditions.- The third demand: in which I dealt with the blind companions and blind narrators to whom Imam Bukhari narrated and said the imams of the wound and the modification in them and the narrators to whom Imam Muslim narrated and the words of the scholars in them and then took a repudiation from the blind narrators whose account is not accepted because of their extreme weakness or mixing due to blindness.As for the conclusion، it included the most important findings reached.

Taha Hussein Ali, an Egyptian writer and author, was infected with smallpox, when he was young and lost his sight. He entered Al-Azhar to learn and study, but failed to obtain an international certificate. He entered the Egyptian University in 1910 AD, and obtained his doctorate from it in 1914 AD. The university decided to send him to France to study at the Sorbonne. He obtained his doctorate in 1918. He returned to Egypt and was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Arts, then a technical advisor in the Ministry of Education (Education). syntax is not only a genius phenomenon in the Arabic language, nor is it a sublime origin only. Rather, it is an inevitable necessity that every language must be included in order for it to be properly communicated. It is correct to call it a language of communication. As for the saying that Arabic is unique to the phenomenon of syntax without the rest of the languages, this is an important and broad issue that needs to be proved by evidence in proof and nothingness. Without rules and foundations to control it, that saying is not worth even listening, not to mention invalidating it and debating it. This is what I explained in these papers. The choice of this topic was to show the difference between the ancient grammarians and the modernists in this phenomenon and to show that the syntax in the language is an inherent feature of the language by which the meaning becomes clear. The dissertation entails a study of the economic and financial aspects within Almabsoot book by the Imam Assarkhasi, which is considered to be one of the most fundamental sources that are adopted in the Islamic legislation and this aspect constitutes war spoils and the legalities concerning them within the book (the holy Qur'an) and the Sunnah (the honorary prophetic practices and traditions) as well as their segments. Linguistically, the word 'spoils' (ghana'im) is derived from 'the gain' (al ghunm), meaning 'to win' and 'to attain a certain thing', while idiomatically, it means the goods taken from the enemies after achieving victory and triumph over them in the context of war. The spoils, that are taken by the Muslims from the disbelievers after defeating them, are on three categories: prisoners, captives among women and children، movable and immovable funds.

The research aims to show that the Prophet - peace be upon him - did not know the unseen through verse (188) of Surat Al-A'raf except with what God Almighty told him, not independently of himself, peace and blessings be upon him.
