The constitutional jurists have agreed that the superiority of constitution will be worthless un less to be compassed of guarantees that strengthen it.In this research we tried to show the best system for judicial observance on the constitutionality of laws in Iraq , through explaining the scope of the legal system of the observance on the constitutionality of laws in Iraq and the political legal and historical aspects that affect this system and the future of such observance in Iraq.

Concluding legal disposition through pseudonym . Sometimes , the real contactor tries to use another name (assumed name) to conclude a contact , either to defraud the law , which prevents him from concluding a certain contact , or to hide his character from the other party in the contact.This procedure is called contracting through pseudonym .The importance of this subject comes to the for through its widespread use and extended in the practical reality .The most prominent problem which this reseach .Tries to solve the problem of the contract legitimacy through pseudonym .

The idea of encompassing the consumer with legal protection is not a new idea or related just with the contracts of e.commerce .As the consumer - whatever was the contract neads the peotection where the other party of the contract is a professional trader , because the later has the expertise and economic ability which the consumer does not have, and that effects on the balance of the contract and makes it necessary to protect the week party which is the consumer .But this idea is raised again in the field of e.commerce contract , because the consumer in this contracts deal with a person unknown to him and the consumer does not know where his residence , and that adds to the excusis of consumer protection a new excusis , which need to find out the legal framework of consumer protection according to this new excusis . And this is the aim of this paper.

The Iraqi legislation starting has permitted revocation of gift for reasons set by the legislator as an example, considering them excuses commonly occur, provided that there should be no hindrance to prevent such revocation whether this hindrance exists at the time of the gift initiation or even occurs after initiation.
If revocation of gift takes place by consent of its parties, it is thus a termination of the gift should exist and be at the disposal of the drone at the time of termination. However, if revocation of gift takes place by force of judiciary, it is thus an abolishment of the gift; if it is with compensation; but, this is an abolishment which dose not take place with a regressive effect, but its effect will appear prospectively. The revocation is abolishment of the very agreeing parties as well as third parties. The revocation of gift is abolishment of its effect as of time of revocation; implies protection for the period between commencement of the gift and revocation thereof.

THE PROVISION OF LABOURS CONTRACTS IN THE PROGECT PF THE NEW IRAQI BETWEEN CRITICISM & ANALYSIS
A LABOUR LAW PROJECT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE TEMPORARY GOVERNMENT BY (ILO), THIS PROJECT WAS DESINED TO COPE WITH THE TRANSITIONAL PERIOD THAT IRAQIS GOING THROUGH TO THE ECONOMICAL MARKET LABOUUR PROTECTION RULES SOECIALLY WHEN GIVES PERMEATION TO ESTABLISH PRIVATE EMPLOYED AGENCIES IN WHICH TO PROVISION LABOURS. THOUGH THERE IS A SPECIFIC REQUITE ON SPECIAL AGE LABOUR RECRUITMENT, WHICH IMLYON UN LAWFUL OF SOME RECRUITMENT CONTRACTS TO EXPOSE BOTH SIDES OF CONTRACTORS TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PUNISHMENT.

The TOPIC OF RIGHT OF LEGISATION WITHDRAWAL WHICH INCLUDED A LEGISLATION PROTECTION OF CONSUMERS. ARISES THE SEVERAL QUESTION. CONERNEED WITH ITS CONCEPT, SIMILARITY WITH LEGL SYSTEMS, LEGAL PRINCIPAL, AND ITS EFFECTS.
HOWEVER, THIS STUDY A SERIES TRYING TO PRODUCTION ANSWERS TO THIS QUESTION, AND CLEAR THE POSITION IN LEGAL IRAQI SYSTEM.

OUR RESEARCH RELATES WITH THE IDEA WHEN SOME ONE REACHES TO AN INVENTION IN INDUSTRIAL FIELD. THE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE SUBJECT IS THAT THE INVENTOR KEEPS HIS INVENTION AS A SECRET WITHOUT OBTAINS A PATENT ACCORDING TO HIS WILL. WHEN SOME ONE- WHO DIDN T REACH THE INVENTION OF THE ABOVE-HAS BEEN COMPETED THE INVENTION, IN THIS CASE A PROBLEMS COULD BE A RAISED SPECIALLY THE PERSON WHO IS CALLED (INVENTOR) DIDN T REGISTERED HIS INENTION AND WANTS TO PRORECT IT BY THE SECRECY.

The divorce, is canceling of requirement of martial contract by the man with special conditions. Because the divorce is individual conduct by the man, the Islamic law and the other laws give the man change in order to review his decision, if he is retreating his act and feeling that he is precipitating in his decision, This research defines the returning, and gives it the lawful adoption and explains the lawful evidences and their charging lawful decision, which is created from those evidences. And explains the conditions of the man, who is returning, the conditions of the from, with which the returning is occurred and the conditions of the wife. Than it explain some decisions, which is result from the returning.
