The phenomenon of time lags is considered to be one of the obstacles that encounters monetary policy which may be long or short according to the economic circumstances of the countries. It contains two aspects: the one which is related to the appropriate timing where right procedures are taken place for the modifications of the track economic achievement. The other aspect is the time required for the manifestation of these procedures in the macroeconomic variables including the function of aggregate investment. The research dealt with measuring the effect of the time lags of monetary policy channels on aggregate investment in south Korea for the period (2005-2020) for quarterly data using the auto-regressive distributed lag. A significant effect of the time regression of the monetary policy channels on the aggregate investment function, the results of the estimation showed that there is a significant effect of the time regression of the monetary policy channels on the aggregate investment function.

The short story in the modern era is considered one of the most prominent literary genres because it is distinguished by its elements of social and cultural influence with the ability to interpret reality and address its problems. In ways that protect it from all harm that befalls it or its owner, so that rights are protected from ingratitude and denial, or extravagance and waste, and warningFrom hoarding and disabling it and urging adherence to the requirements and conditions of contracts to establish the purpose of its stability and to achieve fairness and justice among people, this research came to study some financial applications related to the verses of transactions in terms of the purpose of saving money.

This study deals with the strategies of the phenomenon of speeding up the reading of the vowel while teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers. It is a phonetic phenomenon that is taken by hearing and orally, and occurs between the teacher and the student. Speeding up the vowel in the Arabic language is mentioned in Arabic poetry, the Holy Qur’an, and Arab dialects. The ancients and moderns talked about it and wrote about it, but it was not mentioned in an independent study and its effect on teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers was not addressed. This study is directed to studentsArabic is at an advanced stage, and not taught at the elementary or intermediate levels. The researcher hopes to answer the following questions in this research:
1- When should we speed up the reading of vowels in Arabic?
2- Are there specific words that we can speed up?
3- Does the meaning of a word change if we speed up the reading of vowels?
4- What is the effect of speeding up vowels on non-native speakers and learners of Arabic.
