This study aims to examine the utilization of Qur’anic text in the poetry of a group of poets from different historical periods, whose works were compiled by Ibn al-Abbār al-Quda‘ī. The Qur’an served as a fundamental source of inspiration, shaping their expressions and reflections. Their engagement with the Qur’anic text is evident in their poetic compositions, where scattered references and allusions are woven into their verses and poetic fragments.
Andalusian poets, in particular, sought to refine their literary craftsmanship, striving for eloquence, balance, and artistic excellence. They meticulously incorporated Qur’anic themes and expressions into their poetry with precision and sensitivity, maintaining a delicate equilibrium between artistic creativity and reverence for the sacred text.
This study adopts an artistic approach, analyzing these poetic texts to uncover instances of Qur’anic intertextuality, highlighting how Qur’anic elements are integrated into their poetry, and demonstrating the depth of their literary and spiritual engagement with the Qur’an.

Scholars and exegetes have established the foundational principles and procedures that a critical researcher applies when analyzing the scientific methodologies found in the sources of Abrahamic religions. The objective is to distinguish their authenticity and assess their conformity with the Qur’anic source. This process addresses critical issues by employing methods of analysis and synthesis, ultimately leading to judgments regarding accuracy, correctness, agreement, or divergence from the Qur’anic framework

The study of logical rules and their understanding is of great significance, as it plays a crucial role in various branches of knowledge. The importance of this research lies in its contribution to establishing and refining the scientific methodology of other disciplines by providing foundational principles of definition and reasoning. Among these disciplines is ʿIlm al-Kalām (Islamic theology), which greatly benefits from logical rules in structuring its arguments and ensuring methodological rigor.

The research clarifies that a letter of credit is a contract in which the bank commits itself to pay the price of goods in cash or accept drafts upon the delivery of documents from the source, in full compliance with the pre-agreed terms.
The study affirms that it is permissible to engage in documentary credits within banks in light of the form described by Sheikh al-Fayyad. It is considered one of the essential banking services provided by banks today.
The significance of the research lies in the fact that there is no legal prohibition preventing the bank from acting as a guarantor and making a commitment to the seller. This research presents a critical edition of the theological treatise by Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Muhajir al-Sanandaji (1303 AH). The author of this treatise was a scholar well-versed in rational sciences, with numerous works in the fields of ʿIlm al-Kalām (Islamic theology) and philosophy.
This theological treatise is one of his valuable works, as it addresses the most important matters of Islamic belief in a concise manner. The author follows the methodology of the Ash'ari school of theology in his discussions.
The researcher has edited and critically examined the treatise, relying on two handwritten manuscripts, and has provided annotations to clarify the text. The study begins with an introduction to the author's life, a description of the two manuscripts, a brief overview of the treatise, and an explanation of the methodology used in its editing.

One of the emerging issues in the food industry is the use of insect powder in foods, particularly after the European Commission issued a decision at the beginning of 2023 allowing the inclusion of certain insect powders and their extracts in food production. The importance of this research lies in its focus on preserving one of the essential objectives, which is the preservation of life. Additionally, this topic holds significance for Muslim minorities in non-Muslim countries, where prohibited foods might be confused with permissible ones. These communities need to understand the rulings on food, especially emerging issues in this area.The research aims to clarify the nature of insect-derived substances in foods, explain the implications of using these extracts, and present the Islamic legal ruling on them. The research concludes with several key findings, including:
1. The distinction between lawful and unlawful foods in Islamic law is based on whether they cause harm, rather than being dependent on personal tastes and preferences, as these are subjective. Hence, the determinant is science, not custom.
2. The permissibility of consuming insect extracts depends on scientific and medical studies that prove their benefits or harm. If proven beneficial, their consumption is allowed; if harmful to human health, they are prohibited.
3. The more likely view is that consuming insect extracts is permissible if they are chemically treated and their structure is completely altered, provided there is no harm.
The research recommends the establishment of specialized scientific bodies for food, along with the creation of a specialized Islamic legal oversight body to examine emerging issues in food products and their compliance with Islamic

مِمَّا لا شكَّ فيهِ أنَّ اللغةَ التي هي الوسيلة الوحيدة التي فطرَ اللهُ عليها جميع المخلوقات قصد التواصل مع الجنس الذي تنتمي إليه؛ قد تعدَّدَ استعمالها منذُ الوجود صوتاً أو إشارة أو كتابة، كما قد تعدَّد التفنن فيها بحسب نوع التواصل وصولاً أو إيصالاً. ولا شكَّ في أنَّ الإنسان على الرغم من تعدُّد وسائل التواصل عندهُ، إلا أنَّهُ -في كثيرٍ من الأحيان- يتفننُ في أي وسيلة يستعملها بحسب حاجته، وغرضه، ومشاعره، وأحاسيسه، وعواطفه التي تقفُ وراء تلك الأغراض. ومِمَّا لا شكَّ فيهِ أنَّ من الوسائل التي استخدمها الإنسان في التعبير عن الأغراض وتحقيق التواصل هي النثر والشعر ذلك المنظومة التي يودِعُ الإنسان فيها مقاصده التي تصطبغ بين حين وآخر بالمشاعر، والأحاسيس، والعواطف الإيجابية والسلبية بحسب الدوافع التي تحفزها؛ لذا أصبحتِ البلاغة -التي هي ذروة لغة التواصل- بفنونها وأفنانها خادمة أغراض البشرِ؛ كي يفرِّغ بها البشرُ ما يتردَّدُ في أذهانِهم، وتتضايق به أنفاسهم، ولا سيَّما صنعة البديع التي أصبح محلَّ الخلاف بين العلماء بين كونها وسيلة للحسن وجمال التعبير، وبين كونها وسيلةً للإيصال بِمآل البشر إلى مبتغاها. فهي، على الرغم من كونها تسمَّى بفنون الجمال، فالجمال لا يخرجُ عنْ كونهِ وسيلة أُخرى؛ للتعبير عن الأغراض، واحتضان المشاعر أياً كانتْ إيجابية أم سلبية. فتلك الفنون لا تتشكَّلُ عبثاً من دون جدوى، بلْ يختفي في طيات كُلِّ حركةٍ لها غرضاً أو حاجة أو سِرَّاً يحتاجُ إلى فكِّ شيفراتهِ. فلا أعقدَ مِنَ الإنسان، فهو يُلقي حاجتهُ في لمحة بصرٍ أو لفتةِ نظرٍ. وكيفَ لا يتخذُ منْ صنعة البديعِ بديلاً آخر؛ لتحقيقِ رغباتهِ ونزواتهِ كونها أوسع رحباً لأنفاسِهِ.

Abraham (peace be upon him) is one of the messengers sent by Allah to call people to the worship of Him alone. The Quran recounts the course of Prophet Abraham’s (PBUH) mission and how Allah saved him from his people when they sought to burn him.
Throughout history, scholars have studied the story of Prophet Abraham (PBUH) in ancient religious traditions, including Judaism and Christianity. Their research has yielded various findings, some of which align with Islamic teachings, while others diverge from them.
The study highlights that the Quran narrates the story of Prophet Abraham (peace be upon him), detailing the course of his mission and how Allah saved him from his people when they sought to burn him.
The significance of this research lies in understanding the challenges faced by divine messages in liberating nations from idol worship. It emphasizes that the mission of Allah’s close friend, Abraham (PBUH), was a divine message and that Islam is a continuation of his prophethood.
The study concludes that Prophet Abraham (PBUH) holds a significant place in the hearts of both Muslims and non-Muslims.

The predecessors, may God have mercy on them, left behind a great heritage, precious treasures, and a great scientific wealth in various types of sciences and knowledge. There is no science or any art without them delving into its path and extracting pearls and gems from it. Their works varied, so they wrote great books, small treatises, and... Among what they left was the book Sharh Tuhfat al-Muluk by Faid bin Mubarak Al-Abiyari Al-Hanafi. I chose this book for what is good for the people, and I investigated part of the book on zakat, as stated in the title. The most important reasons for choosing the topic and its importance.

هذا البحث دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لتطور منهج تفسير الحديث بالحديث عبر العصور الإسلامية. يرصد البحث تطبيقات الصحابة -رضوان الله عليهم- لهذا المنهج، محللًا آلياتهم في الربط بين الأحاديث وقواعدهم في التعامل مع النصوص النبوية، ثم يتتبع تطور هذا المنهج عند التابعين وتأصيلهم لقواعده.
ويعقد البحث مقارنة منهجية بين التطبيقات التاريخية والمعاصرة، مبرزًا كيفية توظيف هذا المنهج في معالجة القضايا المستحدثة. اعتمدت الدراسة منهجية متكاملة جمعت بين الاستقراء والتحليل والمقارنة، مع التركيز على نماذج تطبيقية محددة.
وخلص البحث إلى نتائج مهمة، أبرزها: أصالة المنهج وارتباطه بفهم السلف، ومرونته في التعامل مع المستَجِدَّات المعاصرة، وأهمية الجمع بين العلوم الشرعية والمعاصرة في تطبيقه. وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز استخدام هذا المنهج في الدراسات الحديثية والفقهية المعاصرة، مع الحفاظ على أصوله وضوابطه الشرعية.

By the grace of Allah, this research has elucidated the concept of the "general", which is considered one of the cornerstones of the science of Usul al-Fiqh. I then clarified the nature of the general term, exploring whether its meaning is derived from the context of the word or the meaning itself.
I began by defining the general term both linguistically and technically. Following this, I outlined the divisions of the general term and highlighted the consensus among the scholars of Usul that the general term pertains to the attributes of words rather than meanings. This is because the Islamic law has prescribed for us guidance through the words of Allah, as revealed in the Qur’anic verses sent to the heart of our noble Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Subsequently, I addressed several foundational principles that fall under the scope of this research, providing examples from Usul scholars that demonstrate how they derive legal rulings in accordance with this principle. I sincerely hope that I have succeeded in conveying the meaning of this concept and its related matters, with the help of my Creator.

This study, titled " The Shariah Objectives in Preserving the Status of Prophethood: Applied Jurisprudential Models," explores the juristic applications where the lofty objectives of Islamic law are manifested in preserving the honorable status of the final and sacred Prophethood. The status of Prophethood is the most exalted, and the Prophethood of the best of creation, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), is distinguished by two significant aspects that emphasize the necessity of safeguarding and protecting it from any form of disrespect or diminishment. The first is that it is the final Prophethood, with no Prophet to come after him. The second is that it is a universal Prophethood.
This study addresses several issues from various sections of Islamic jurisprudence, including: the principle that the default ruling in acts of worship is prohibition, the principle of following the Prophet (PBUH) in acts of worship and the prohibition of innovations (bid'ah), the legitimacy of testifying to his Prophethood in the call to prayer (adhan), the virtue of sending prayers upon him after the adhan, the virtue of sending prayers upon him upon entering the mosque, the legitimacy of sending prayers upon him after the final tashahhud, the prohibition of receiving zakat for him and his family, the permissibility of the Prophet (PBUH) taking from the spoils of war and the booty, the prohibition of marriage with his wives after his death, the legitimacy of punishment for insulting the Prophet (PBUH), the punishment for innovators and its relation to this issue, the precedence of the Prophet (PBUH) in all matters and the prohibition of advancing before him, the propriety of showing respect in his presence, and the legitimacy of sending prayers upon him when his name is mentioned.

The issue of invoking Allah’s pleasure (taraddi) or mercy (tarahhum) for individuals other than the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) has been widely discussed, particularly in academic circles. It has become a well-known view that taraddi is reserved for the Companions, while tarahhum is used for others. Many people assume that this distinction is an established and undisputed rule. However, differences in preference exist among jurists, both in the past and present, with the understanding that both expressions are, in essence, forms of supplication.
This is where the idea of writing about this topic began, and in order not to go too far, I will mention the sayings of the jurists on this issue along with their evidence, and what is more correct according to them, and is this in agreement with what many specialists today hold?!, while mentioning some issues related to that. Or it may be related in a close way, noting that some scholars have stipulated what is best in this issue, but a number of scholars have not stipulated that, and perhaps the reason for that is that they believe that everything is permissible, and God Almighty knows best, which led me to do so. Extrapolating a group of their sayings in which non-Companions (may God bless them and grant them peace) were mentioned, among the Followers, and others, to find out their way of using these two words, and thus arriving at their opinion, which they did not express, as it is also noted: that within one school of thought, its scholars may differ in the use of these two words.

The significance of this research lies in the conceptual metonymy, which stands as one of the foundational properties of human cognition. Like metaphorical concepts, metonymic perceptions do not merely shape language; rather, they primarily construct ideas, attitudes, and actions, relying on leaps toward conclusions. Consequently, they establish a link between cognition and interpretation. Research in cognitive linguistics related to the shared category, in conjunction with the works of Lakoff, has introduced anthropological and cognitive concepts that explore cognitive universals with a form of universality. The concept of the mythic-cognitive metonymic paradigm relies on the notion of the mental image and referential meaning, highlighting the relationship between cognition and language within the framework of empirical realism—the foundational premise of cognitive theory. The research problem emerges from the consideration of conceptual imagery in the Qur'anic system as mental frameworks characterized by inclusivity and comprehensiveness. These frameworks link cognitive processing mechanisms and derivation principles to recurrent cultural patterns in their abstract and figurative structures, conveying specific meanings within a dynamic reality. This responsiveness to human needs and intellectual curiosity has rendered them a continuous source of sustenance for the survival of human existence, both materially and spiritually

Rhyme is one of the most important elements that form the rhythmic structure of poetry. It is an essential element in building the poem and determining its identity. It has a rhythmic function with the rhymes preceding and following it in the poem, and thus contributes to an increase in the tone at the end of each line, in addition to its semantic function, which is linked to the rhythmic function.
We chose pre-Islamic poetry in one of the best books because of the literary, linguistic and rhetorical wealth it contains
So we focused on studying the various rhythmic formations of rhymes in the pre-Islamic poetic evidence cited by Ibn Qutaybah in the first part of his book called (The Eyes of the News), which amounted to 301 poetic lines. We tried to reveal the patterns of rhymes and their musical characteristics, their types, letters, formations, and movements, and how they contribute to creating an aesthetic experience. According to the statistical monitoring followed in the research.

The Sunnah purified is the second source of legislation, and by which the Holy Qur'an is interpreted, it is either indicated for its entirety or restricted to its absolute or dedicated to its general or legislating for a new rule in the Qur'an, and this is why the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (I came to the Qur'an and like it with him).
The interpretation of the purified Sunnah is the pillar that does not do the interpretation in any form without it, it was the Prophet (Allah peace be upon him), is the mediator between the Allah, and between people and the Qur'an is his miracle and constitution and program prepared by the Allah Almighty to reform humanity

It is worth mentioning that the Holy Prophet explained what Muslims needed from the Holy Qur'an, and what Muslims understood was not exposed to the Prophet (Allah peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) unless he felt that they might have understood it other than what Allah Almighty wanted.

And to know the extent to which the evaluation questions focus on developing cognitive thinking skills ((remembering, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, evaluation)) for the exercises included in the Arabic language book, and the researcher chose the method of analyzing the exercises. The lower levels of thinking obtained high percentages ((remembering, understanding, application)) while the higher levels of thinking obtained low percentages (analysis, synthesis, evaluation).
The researcher also reached a set of conclusions and recommendations.

The idea of the research is summarized in the description and evaluation of artificial intelligence programs that serve the graduation, judgment and evaluation of hadiths, and ways to benefit from them, and the importance of the research is its discussion of artificial intelligence, and identifying how to employ it in the field of graduating hadiths and the problem of research in knowing the ability of artificial intelligence to imitate the hadith scholar in graduating the prophetic hadith, and benefiting from it in that, and the controls of this benefit. The research aims to try to identify the artificial intelligence programs that are suitable for graduating the hadith, and to know the problems of artificial intelligence programs, and to set controls and solutions for them. As for the method used in the research, it is the method of reading and application, and one of the most prominent results is that the application of artificial intelligence in graduating the prophetic hadith and judging it is with knowledge and professionalism, and the best artificial intelligence programs are the (claude) program and the (ChatGPT) program, and there is no artificial intelligence program yet specialized in everything related to the Sunnah of the Prophet, and it has not yet resembled human intelligence in graduating the prophetic hadith, and attention should be paid to programming commands in artificial intelligence, so one of the results of the research is that artificial intelligence has not yet resembled human intelligence in graduating the hadith, and attention should be paid to warnings in the use of artificial intelligence programs.
