This book is valuable as it includes many aspects of governance affairs, starting from authority to the relations between the ruler and the ruled, in addition to representing an important historical document that reflects Islamic political thought in the Middle Ages, and discussing the reality of kingship and caliphate, their conditions and the reasons for their existence. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the seal of the Prophets and Messengers, Muhammad, and his pure and good family. The topic of the hermaphrodite and its Islamic laws is one of the important topics, especially in the present time. The research includes the hermaphrodite and the effeminate and the difference between them, and the rulings of the hermaphrodite in terms of inheritance, testimony, shortening (cutting hair during Hajj), and changing gender, according to the Imami jurists, ancient and contemporary, i.e. mentioning their statements with evidence if found in these issues. The purpose of the study was to clarify the opinions of the Imami jurists as being a doctrine that includes all jurisprudential matters, they delved into every detail in discussing these issues related to the hermaphrodite. That said, the study was on jurisprudence Imami sayings and evidence, The research methodology required that it be divided into an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of footnotes, and then sources and references. The introduction dealt with the importance of the research and its divisions. The first chapter contained the hermaphrodite, its legitimacy, and its evidence. The chapter included the hermaphrodite in language and terminology and the evidence scholars have used to prove its existence. As for the second chapter: the effeminate, its evidence, and its legitimacy, it included two aspects: the first aspect: the effeminate in language and terminology, and the second: the narrative evidence on the effeminate. As for the third chapter: an applied study on the hermaphrodite and some of its Islamic laws: inheritance - testimony - shortening - changing gender according to the Imami jurists. The chapter included four aspects: the first one: is laws on the inheritance of the hermaphrodite according to the Imami, the second: is on the testimony of the hermaphrodite according to the Imami, and the third: on the shortening of the circumcision according to the Imami jurists, the fourth: changing the gender of the hermaphrodite to the third gender, then the conclusion, inferences, and recommendations, finally a list of footnotes, sources, and references, after which a translation of the abstract and sources into the English language.

This research is the problem of linguistic interpretation. It studies the problem of relying on linguistic interpretation, beginning by studying its early beginnings, the evidence of its legitimacy, discussing it, and the evidence of its illegitimacy. The most important evidence of its legitimacy is citing poetry in interpreting the Holy Qur’an, which was the greatest evidence of its legitimacy. Finally, the research concluded that the graphic interpretation led some of them to disbelieve in God and His Great Book because they approached the study of the Qur’an as a language separate from religion, its principles, and its basic rules. The research recommended the need to separate interpretive studies from linguistic ones.

This research aims to study the effect of using graphic organizers as a teaching tool in developing deep understanding among students of the Department of Art Education in the subject of school theater. Graphic organizers are visual educational tools that help students organize and link information in a way that enhances critical and analytical thinking, which contributes to achieving a deeper understanding of the subject matter. The research relied on an experimental approach that included a sample of students of the Department of Art Education, where they were divided into two groups: an experimental group that studied using graphic organizers, and a control group that studied in the traditional way. A pre- and post-test was applied to measure the level of deep understanding among students in school theater topics.
The results showed that the experimental group that studied using graphic organizers was superior in achieving higher levels of deep understanding compared to the control group. This superiority is attributed to the ability of graphic organizers to help students analyze information, identify relationships between concepts, and organize ideas in a way that facilitates comprehensive comprehension of the material.
The research recommends the necessity of integrating graphic organizers into school theater curricula, and training teachers to use them as an effective educational tool to enhance students› thinking and deep understanding skills, which contributes to improving the quality of the educational process and developing students› abilities in the field of art education.

It is not hidden from the minds of specialists the importance of Arabic dialects, as by studying them many linguistic phenomena are known. The study of dialects reveals the phonological, morphological, and grammatical levels and knowledge of the semantic developments taking place in changing their dialects. It also represents an introduction to understanding the classical Arabic language, In addition to being a book of interpretation written to serve the Holy Qur’an, the author did not neglect what is related to the Arabic language, and his knowledge of Arabic dialects, and he combined the quality of the material with good tabulation and division, and this indicates the breadth of his knowledge and his knowledge of the sayings of grammarians, Paying attention to the languages of the Arabs, and mentioning them in their appropriate places, especially since the Holy Qur’an was revealed in the dialects and languages of the Arabs. From this came the choice of our research entitled (Jami’ Al-Bayan fi Interpretation of the Qur’an).

In this research, we are trying to shed light on the origin and evidence of Islamic legislation, which is consensus, which differed in its evidence, cause, and validity between Islamic schools of thought. Some considered it to be a foundation in politics and legislation, and some completely denied it, and the third group of Muslims agreed with its origin that it is a truth. Injustices are the plural of injustice, and they are every unjust act towards the oppressed, whether the injustice is such as taking money, destroying it, taking its benefit, wasting a right, or robbing one of honor, and whether the oppressor initiated the injustice himself, or caused it, and the oppressed person suffered material or financial loss through his act. Morally, the oppressor may be an individual, he may be a group, and the oppressed may be an individual, a group, or an entire society, as in the case of deprivation of public rights.... Restoring injustices means returning the money taken from the oppressed by force, fraud, or any illegal means, or compensating for him, and returning what was stolen from the oppressed in terms of respect and social status, and what was stolen from him morally, and satisfying him in any way that leads to acceptance of the oppressed and forgiveness of the oppressor. The importance of doing this work has been emphasized in the sources of legislation, and praise of those who do it. Redressing injustices is considered one of the necessary legal duties in itself, and it is also considered one of the main conditions for accepting repentance.

The current research aims to identify the effect of the test performance strategy on the achievement of first-year middle school students in the social studies subject and their deductive thinking. The sample of the current research was determined by the students of Afak Intermediate School affiliated to the Third Rusafa Education in Baghdad Governorate for the academic year (2024 - (2025). The first-year middle school students were chosen to be the research sample intentionally. Two halls were chosen out of a total of four halls, one of the two groups is experimental and the other is control. The research sample amounted to (70) students, with (35) students in the experimental group and (35) students in the control group. The researcher rewarded the two research groups in the variables of the intelligence test, chronological age, and the deductive thinking test. The test was prepared by the researcher, which is deductive thinking, which consisted of (20) paragraphs. The data were analyzed and processed statistically using the statistical program (21.SPSS.V). The results showed that the students of the experimental group who studied with the test performance strategy outperformed the students of the control group who studied in the usual way in the deductive thinking scale. Based on the research results, the researcher recommends the necessity of adopting the test performance strategy in teaching social studies because of its positive impact on students’ deductive thinking skills. In order to verify the research objective, the researcher developed the following urban hypothesis:
There are no statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students, who study according to the test performance strategy, and the scores of the control group who study according to the usual method of achievement.
There is no statistically significant difference at the (0.005) level between the average scores of the experimental group students who study using the test performance strategy and the average scores of the control group students who study using the traditional method with deductive thinking.

The political developments that the Iraqi political arena witnessed during the past two decades affected all levels of political and economic life, changed many military and security alliances and treaties, and brought many neighboring countries onto the front line. Iran, as one of the most important countries with which Iraq has long geographical borders, a political history, and, on the other hand, common cultural and religious levels, is at the top of the important countries that we must study from all levels. In this research, we focused on one of the most important media channels directed to the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is Al-Alam Channel. We used the qualitative approach in analyzing the news published during three months on this channel. The main question was: How was the issue of Iraqi security analyzed on the Al-Alam channel from an objective standpoint? On the basis of triple coding and the scientific theories used in this field, three sub-questions emerged from the topic: 1. What are the primary topics in the analysis of the Iraqi security issue on Al-Alam channel? What are the organizational topics in the analysis of Iraqi security on Al-Alam Channel? What are the main topics in the analysis of Iraqi security on Al-Alam Channel? In order to answer the research questions after choosing the intended target for the research sample, which is news about the security issue, we carried out a three-way coding process in order to reach the results and answer the research questions. The most important results of the research are as follows: Al-Alam Channel specified the security news that it dealt with regarding the Iraqi issue, specifically covering issues. One of those issues is covering the news of the attacks carried out by the Islamic resistance in Iraq against the American occupation and against the bases of the American forces, in addition to the issues of security cooperation between Iraq, Iran, and Iraq. And other Arab countries, such as Qatar, also addressed the issues of combating drugs and combating terrorism.

The issue of women›s participation in political life has become a topic of significant debate, with opinions sharply divided between supporters and opponents. This research addresses the matter of women assuming supreme leadership (Imamah al-Uzma) from historical and contemporary perspectives. After presenting the views of Islamic schools of thought and their evidence on the matter, it becomes clear that the concept of supreme leadership, as discussed by earlier jurists who generally prohibited assigning it to women is no longer applicable today for men or women. This is due to the modern transformation of the concept of public authority, shifting from the «rule of the individual» to the «rule of institutions,» where power is shared by a group of authorities and specialists. Therefore, the issue requires nuanced consideration, which is elaborated on at the conclusion of the study.

Based on the fast-paced life we live today, and the technologies it has brought that aim to serve man and humanity, the most important of which is the use of the Internet in its various forms, and the negative effects that have resulted from this at the same time on the individual and society, this research sought to address harmful content via the Internet, and the danger of its impact on students, by addressing the functions of the Internet and its sites, specifically social networking sites, and the negative effects of the Internet and these sites on students, addressing the types of harmful content on the Internet and its risks to our students, and the role of the media in strengthening media immunity and protecting students from harmful content, reaching a set of results and recommendations that the research directed to researchers, scholars and society.

The Holy Qur’an is the astounding intellectual miracle with which Allah supported the best of His creation and the seal of His prophets (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him and his pure, good family). Its miraculous nature is eternal, and scientific progress only increases its profoundness. It is Allah’s conclusive proof to His creation, compelling them to recite it, contemplate it, understand it, and act upon it. Through it, He reveals some of His secrets in His dominion and kingdom.
The Qur’an is the Book of guidance and the way of life, elucidating for His servants what is permissible for them and what is forbidden, what benefits them and what harms them, in a clear and radiant style, free from any crookedness or ambiguity. It addresses their realities and meets their needs regardless of their races, environments, and times. There is nothing they need in their private and public affairs that its legislation does not encompass and its explanations do not cover. Allah Almighty says: «And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims» [An-Nahl 16:89].
Thus, it is truly a comprehensive book that extensively details rights and obligations through encompassing rulings and general principles. It includes everything new and ongoing in life matters. The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) was tasked with clarifying what might be obscure to some people, drawing his explanations from the Qur’an itself with a special ability granted by Allah, in a specific manner taught to him by Allah. The Qur’an is the wise reminder that taught people wisdom, and with wisdom, they can place things in their rightful places and recognize the straight .

The article deals with the study of religious rulings for people who do not master Arabic in Imami jurisprudence. This topic is one of the important jurisprudential researches in contemporary studies. The article aims to clarify that Imami jurisprudence provides a comprehensive vision for all Muslims, including non-Arabic speakers, as many religious rulings require their pronunciation according to the rules of the Arabic language. The article is divided into two chapters:
1. Rulings on reading for people who are not fluent in Arabic.
2. Rulings on prayer remembrances for people who are not fluent in Arabic.
The article relies on the inductive and analytical approach, where the opinions of Imami jurists were reviewed and analyzed.
Most important results:
1. The jurists agreed on the necessity of learning to read in Arabic, with a distinction between ample and limited time. Learning must be done in cases of ample time, and in cases of limited time, it is permissible to use what is possible from Al-Fatihah or the Qur’an, or dhikr in Arabic, or translation.
2. In the provisions of prayer supplications, if a person is able to learn them, he must do so, and if he is unable, he can use the translation or the malhoun. The article shows the importance of understanding religious rulings and how to apply them in a framework that is appropriate for all Muslims, including those who are not fluent in Arabic.

The problem and objective of the research were determined by answering the following question: What is the evaluation of the Holy Quran and Islamic Education book for the first intermediate grade in light of social issues?
Its importance stems from the fact that the current era is an era of scientific and technological progress that is widespread and that cognitive and informational events and changes occur at every moment in the ends of the earth. Therefore, improving education is the basis of all economic progress. Accordingly, education is the most important investment of advanced societies and peoples that always seek to advance all their energies and human capabilities. This matter requires a continuous evaluation process to identify the defect, difficulties or problems that arise in the educational process.
The researcher followed the descriptive approach as it is the most appropriate scientific approach for the course of the study, as the research community and a sample of the contents of the Holy Quran and Islamic Education book for the first intermediate grade for the academic year (2024-2025 AD) 8th edition for the year 2024 AD, amounting to 140 pages, which will be evaluated in light of the social issues that were established in the analysis form.
After evaluating the Holy Quran and Islamic Education book for the first intermediate grade in light of social issues, the results of the analysis showed the following:
■ Most of the social issues were not mentioned directly as examples or implicitly stated in the content of the book.
■ The most mentioned issues directly are fighting (the issue of moral decay) in first place with a percentage of (37.6%) by urging good morals, and fighting (the decline of values) in second place with a percentage of (27.9%) by urging adherence to the tolerant Islamic values.
■ The content of the book did not refer to social issues such as fighting (unemployment, emptiness, Internet problems, and the harms of modern means of communication.
Then the research concluded by mentioning a number of appropriate recommendations and suggestions.

In this research, I discussed the opinions of a group of Orientalists who challenged the Qur’anic readings, with some of the responses I mentioned, defending the sanctity of the Holy Qur’an. Among the most important of these, which are most important in this study, are the books of the Orientalists themselves who wrote them on the Holy Qur’an and Qur’anic readings, including the history of the Qur’an.
