This research deals with the effect of the science of criticism and
modification in preserving the noble prophetic hadith from distortion. It
begins by discussing the concept of the science of criticism and modification
in language and terminology, then mentioning the words criticism and
modification that indicate this science, and its levels of criticism and
modification in terms of the truthfulness of the narrator and the levels
of this truthfulness or its weakness, then talking about the rules of this
science and the need for it and the obligation and permissibility in it. The
importance of the research lies in the scholars’ attention to it, and the clear
effect of criticism and modification in preserving the noble hadith through
the statements of scholars, jurists and hadith scholars who contributed
to collecting the names of the narrators of hadiths and the reasons for
criticizing the narrators.

Stylistics or stylistics is a modern science with foundations and rules. Saussure gave
his students some of its features, and among his students was Charles Paley, who
adopted the ideas of his teacher, but he did not find ears listening to these ideas, until
Jacobson came and revived this
science, which connects linguistics, literature, and stylistics, is the method of speech
laden with rhetorical methods that affect the recipient negatively or positively,
according to what the speaker wants. The study aims to highlight the use of the article
(waj-ha) in Surahs Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran, and the contents of this article. Meanings
and methods, in terms of counting, statistics, and selection. The study followed the
analytical approach, and the study reached several results, the most important of

composition in terms of its definition in language and terminology، then

permissible, forbidden, and suspended, and other approaches of the
fundamentalist scholars, and its impact on the branches of jurisprudence.

things: First: What it contains of news about the writer being translated came
from his own tongue, in addition to critical touches that the author of the book
implied in the writer’s biography.
Second: The book preserves biographies of writers who were not paid
attention to by scholars, just as verses of creativity were written by the compiler
of biographies, Shihab al-Din Ahmad ibn Yahya ibn Abi Bakr ibn Abi Hijla al-
Tilimsani al-Maghribi, in which there is a critical spirit and clear creativity.

The Sunnah is the second source after the Holy Quran, as it contains

comprehensive in their meanings. Therefore, it is necessary to stop at
these rich meanings. Therefore, my research was based on the word (was)
in the Prophetic Hadith and the meanings it contains.

The research was titled: (Ta’zir Punishment in Islamic Law – A Jurisprudential
Study) The researcher addressed in his research an important issue related to
the aspect of disciplinary and ta’zir punishments in Islamic law, in order to ensure
the protection of society from chaos and corruption; to prevent injustice,
and to deter and restrain sinners and discipline them; so that this would be a
deterrent and restraint for sinners and anyone who dares to harm individuals
and tamper with the system of society, its interests and its security.

Intention is considered one of the most important pillars of worship in Islam.
It is a basic condition for the acceptance of deeds and a basis for determining the
extent of the servant's closeness to God. Intention means the inner purpose and
pure will in the heart to do something for the sake of God. Without intention,
deeds become formal and do not carry spiritual value, which indicates that
the acceptance or rejection of the deed depends on the intention of its owner.
Intention plays an essential role in various acts of worship such as prayer, fasting, zakat, and Hajj. It is what turns these ordinary actions into acts of obedience
and closeness. Intention distinguishes between habit and worship, as doing
the same deed without a correct intention may not carry any religious reward.
Intention also determines the degree of sincerity in the deed. The more sincere
the intention and its orientation towards God Almighty, the greater the chance
of the deed being accepted and its spiritual impact on the individual. On the
other hand, intention directly affects the quality of performance in acts of
worship. Sincere intention motivates the servant to complete the deed in the
best possible way, which enhances humility and focus in worship. Intention also
plays a role In transforming worldly actions into worship if the intention is to
please Allah Almighty, and the effect of intention is not limited to acceptance
only, but extends to include doubling the reward, as a simple action can have a
great reward if the intention is pure and correct, and in some cases, intention
is a reason for the servant to continue obedience despite hardship or difficulty,
as he finds in his intention the driving force to continue, so intention is not
just an internal matter, but rather it is the main driver that directs every action
towards its correct goal, and it is the servant's means to reach Allah's pleasure
and achieve spiritual tranquility.

Interpretation of the Holy Quran is one of the most important Islamic sciences
for Muslims to understand and act upon. This science has developed over the
centuries to include two main approaches: interpretation by transmitted texts,
which relies on reliable texts from the Quran, Sunnah, and the sayings of the
Companions and Followers, and interpretation by ijtihad, which uses rational
and linguistic tools to understand texts and interact with developments.
This study aims to compare these two approaches and show the points of
agreement and difference between them, and the extent of the impact of
each on understanding the Holy Quran in different eras, through an applied
study of a number of verses, and highlighting how the approach followed by
the interpreter affects interpretation, and explaining the difference between
ijtihad in interpretation and transmitted transmission. The challenges facing
each of them will be identified, and the impact of the traditional approach in
confronting cognitive and technological developments in the modern era will
be examined

Studying a poet of the caliber of Khalil Gibran will lead to multiple results.
By virtue of the diversity of its genres, the different personality of its
creator, and the multiplicity of his talents, he is a poet, painter, novelist,
storyteller, and translator. This was certainly reflected in his creative experimentation,
and made him plan for himself a different direction from
those of his contemporaries, and those before them and after them. Because
it represented a milestone in the history of Arabic poetry. Because
it combined the two trends of originality and modernity, and this is what

This research aims to show the Hanafi approach to resolving conflict،
and to clarify their differences in the place of conflict and their perception
of it، in addition to highlighting the approach of the majority who say that
the combination is given precedence over others، and the Hanafi opinion
in giving precedence to abrogation and preference، and the evidence that
removes the contradiction.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about radical changes in all aspects
of life, including religious and advocacy activities. With the restrictions
imposed by the pandemic such as social distancing and the closure
of mosques, Islamic advocacy has found itself facing unprecedented challenges.
However, this situation has provided an opportunity to develop
new strategies and employ technology to overcome these challenges and
ensure that the Islamic message continues to reach Muslims and non-Muslims
during this critical period. This research focused on studying the impact
of the COVID-19 pandemic on Islamic advocacy activities and preachers’
strategies to adapt to these urgent changes. It also aims to ensure that
Islamic advocacy remains effective during health crises and how to harness digital means to enhance the dissemination of Islamic values in these
circumstances. The importance of the research is highlighted because it
addresses a modern topic that combines religion and health together; It
seeks to provide solutions and strategies for preachers and Islamic institutions
to continue performing their role during health crises. The research
also provides successful models of advocacy experiences during the pandemic,
which can be useful in developing future advocacy methodologies.

This research aims to study the psychological effects of advertising on consumer
behavior and its impact on purchasing decisions in Iraqi local markets. The research
adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, with data collected through a questionnaire
distributed to a stratified random sample of 125 consumers.
The research addressed four main axes: direct emotional impact, psychological
needs satisfaction, exposure repetition and brand loyalty, and advertising content
and purchase decision. The results showed that direct emotional impact was the
strongest factor influencing consumer behavior with a mean of 3.85, followed by advertising
content and purchase decision with a mean of 3.78.
The research findings revealed a strong relationship between advertising credibility and purchase decision with a correlation coefficient of 0.734. Results also showed
that the age group 26-35 years was the most affected by advertisements, and females
were more responsive to emotional elements in advertisements compared to males.
The research found that the sense of security represents the most important psychological
need affecting purchase decisions with a mean of 3.91.
The study recommended developing advertising strategies that focus on emotional
elements while maintaining credibility, and designing customized advertising content
for different age groups. It also suggested conducting future studies on the impact of
digital transformation on consumer behavior and establishing specialized centers for
consumer behavior studies.

Grammatical significance is defined as the significance extracted from
the grammatical relationship with words that have a specific position
in the sentence and the effect of this relationship through syntactic
movements. So, this significance was studied in Juz’ Tabarak because of
the importance of this part to the reader. The study aimed to understand
the grammatical connotations used in the Qur’an and their extent. Its
influence on the Qur’anic text And it relied on the inductive descriptive
analytical method. The results of the research are that the grammatical
significance has a significant impact on knowing the sentence indicating
continuity and time, the sentence indicating stability and event, and the
use of sentences, whether nominal or actual. The study recommends
studying the grammatical significance in the verses that contain the legal
rulings, because of their importance. In deducing the ruling and knowing
its continuity at a specific time or in a specific event

The aim of this study is to reveal the educational values included in the
literary texts book for the fourth grade of middle school in the schools of
the Department of Religious Education, where this study was applied to all
units of the book and analyzed it educationally, where the research resulted
in the fields including: religious, social, moral, cultural, and educational,
and through what I reached the results in terms of the majority available
in this book; It became clear that all pages of the book contain educational,
religious, and moral values, in terms of words, sentences, poems, or prose
material.

The concept of Al-Maslahah Al-Mursalah (Unrestricted Interests)
represents one of the Sharia-based evidences aimed at achieving benefits
and averting harms، aligning societal interests with the objectives of
Islamic law. This research explores the definition of unrestricted interests،
their types، legal authority, and their relationship with the objectives of
Sharia (Maqasid Al-Sharia). Additionally، it examines the concept and
significance of population census، emphasizing its role in fulfilling the
objectives of Sharia and its overall impact.

People vary in their prayers. Some of them neglected ablution and neglected

into prayer, he must believe that he is in the hands of Allah, the Almighty,
the Majestic, so he is communing with his Lord, humbly, reciting the Book of
his Lord or listening to it, contemplating its meanings, and drawing closer to
Him by glorifying and magnifying Him, and calling upon Him in the places of
supplication in prayer. If a person is like this, he will close the door of obsessive
thoughts, distraction, or forgetfulness in prayer, and will not surrender to
the devil and his whispers. I have spoken in this research about humility in
prayer (which is the presence of the heart) and maintaining it as a reason for
entering Paradise. Allah, the Almighty, has linked success to the humility of the
worshipper in his prayer. Whoever misses the humility of prayer is not among
the people of success. Humility is never achieved except with tranquility, and
the more tranquility one has, the more humility one has. Although the scholars
agree that if one of his limbs is occupied with an action other than the action of
prayer, or if he occupies his heart with contemplation of something other than
the matter of prayer, then his reward is diminished and he has neglected part of
the perfection and completeness of his prayer. The one praying is as if he is not
in this world or in any of it; this is because he is communing with the Greatest
King, so he should not mix communing with the Great God with anything else

The importance of the research is evident in clarifying the concept of

of the great Iraqi poet Muhammad Bahjat Al-Athari, and how he used the

is religious culture or what a particular people believes in religious beliefs or

Working on enhancing teaching has been the subject of numerous studies
that may have led to better results. Among these studies, there was the effect of
what has been called the learning styles. The pivot idea of learning styles is that
students differ in understanding the lessons. Some students understand better
when they see, others would understand if they hear, while other
students understand when they do. Some specialists think that such an idea(the
learning style is much or less a myth) because they think that there is not enough
evidence to prove it true. The current study is to investigate whether learning
styles are real or just a perception with no effect on the teaching /learning
process in reality. The researcher hypothesizes that learning styles are effective
and should be taken into consideration to achieve better teaching.
