This research studies the methods of Al-Allamah Al-Hilli and his chains of transmission in the circle of general documentation, as Al-Allamah al-Hilli mentions in his book of men (Khulasat Al-Aqwal) some methods of narrations, and considers them correct, and tried to find many ways to correct those narrations; so he documented some of those whose status is unknown, and this is the opposite of what some scholars did; as they rejected and opposed that, and in any case; there are methods for scholars to prove and deny that, and here I am seeking in this research to mention the theories of those who agree with the rule of general documentation, and those who disagree with it, and what is related to them of problems and responses.

During the reign of the Black Sheep State (814-874 AH), the city of Hillah witnessed a series of political conflicts and military disputes in which the city was one of the most important arenas. These events and their effects were greatly reflected on the city and its inhabitants. During these events, the city suffered from the ravages of war and the resulting effects that negatively affected the city’s economic and social conditions. Therefore, this research studied the nature of these conflicts and disputes and the effects and results they left on the city and its inhabitants for a period of more than half a century.

This research aims to identify the types of interrogative style that appeared in the Diwan of Taj al-Din al-Hasan bin Rashid
al-Hilli, with an explanation of the most important grammatical characteristics that distinguished them. The researcher used the descriptive method, which is a method based on counting the number of times that the poet al-Hilli used each of the interrogative tools, and analyzing the linguistic contexts in which those tools appeared.

This research studies the structures of derivatives in the book (Manhaj Al-Qassad fi Sharh Banat Su’ad) and its importance lies in knowing the method of the Hillian writer in dealing with derivatives, whether the active participle or the passive participle or others; to know the method of his study of the morphological level and how he employed it in his explanation of the poem Banat Su’ad, and to sense his method in it by examining selected models, within a descriptive and analytical method.

The Hilla School was distinguished by its large attraction of students of religious sciences and what Al-Allama Al-Hilli and his son Fakhr Al-Muhaqqiqin did to consolidate the relationship with the Mongol sultans, which was reflected in the security calm and political stability, which allowed this school to be a destination for students of religious sciences. Therefore, scholars from all parts of Iraq and outside it, such as Jabal Amel, Medina and others, came to it, desiring to study at the hands of its scholars and to bear the transmission of hadith from them with authorization. Fakhr Al-Muhaqqiqin was one of the most prominent scholars of Hillah in the eighth century A.H/fourteenth century AD, because he gained the trust of his father, Al-Allama, so scholars sought to learn from him and read his father’s books to him, so he granted many scholars authorization, and Fakhr al-Muhaqqiqin granted these authorization to some of those who read books of jurisprudence and doctrine to him, especially his father’s
works.
The granting of different authorization by their sheikhs to people, as a common method for transmitting the narrations, hadiths, books and various works of the predecessors, was of great importance in Islamic history. These narrators who were busy receiving hadith during their travels, and when attending the classes of the masters of their time, in order to transmit what they learned in a documented manner, wrote books in which they explained and clarified their different methods of narration, including the authorization. There is no doubt that the large number of students, their eagerness to receive hadith, as well as the establishment of different schools played an important role in writing down this group of books. Therefore, scholars have become aware of the fruits of the authorization, which in their entirety return to preserving the frequency of hadiths and controlling their texts and chains of transmission, which most sheikhs have emphasized in their authorization for their students. Several benefits have been identified for the authorization.
 

The happiness of man in both worlds depends on acting in accordance with the Qur’an, and this cannot be achieved without understanding the Qur’an. Therefore, the Qur’an must be read with contemplation, in order to obey its commands, refrain from its prohibitions, consider its stories, and learn from its sermons. The word supplication and its derivatives have been mentioned repeatedly in many verses, but their meanings and variations differ according to the context of the verse and the situation in which they are mentioned. Therefore, supplication occupies a large and important place in the Noble Book of Allah. Perhaps you notice the scattering of supplication from the first Surah in it, passing through the long and short Surahs, Meccan and Medinan, until when we end at the last Surah of the Glorious Book, we find it a noble supplication that embodies an expressive image of man’s recognition of his weakness and his resort to his Creator and his attachment to His fortress from everything that comes to mind or crosses the mind of a great matter. So the beginning of the Qur’an with supplication and its ending with it is an incentive to think that there is a divine secret in the fact that the opening of the entire Book is supplication and its ending is supplication, and between the opening and the ending is belief, worship and supplication. One of the most important necessities of life is supplication, as it repels calamity, is one of the most beloved deeds to Allah, the Almighty, and is the weapon of the believer, with which he repels the inevitable fate. Based on the above, the Holy Quran includes types of supplications for prophets, saints, righteous people, and even sinners and even Satan, because the Holy Quran is life for humanity, happiness for the nation, and salvation for the individual. Supplication is one of the most prominent factors in victory over enemies and evil people and leads society to the shore of security and safety. This study in our hands is a study of the book “Uddat al-da’i wa najah al-sa’i” by its author Ahmed bin Fahd Al-Hilli, one of the valuable and important books in which the author adopted an approach in the literature of supplication, and his touches were clear in the presentation and treatment. He included a useful collection on the virtue of supplication and its effect on the completion and perfection of worship of Allah, the Almighty, the Most High, and the places of supplication in the Book and Sunnah, and discussions on the comprehensiveness of supplication, and the times of answering supplication, and supplications mentioned in the Quran. Supplications from the authentic Sunnah, the benefits of supplication and its merit.
The research is divided into three sections preceded by an introduction and a conclusion, which are: An introductory section: It studies through: The witness, the Qur’an, the discourse, ethics, and the ethical discourse.

In this research, we focused on the extrapolation (the phenomenon of supporting the exegetical opinion with the sayings of linguists) according to Al-Allamah Al-Hilli (d.726A.H)reading of the methodological criticism in the interpretation of the verses of rulings, and a statement of Al-Allamah al-Hilli’s endeavor to prove that his views are preponderant; because it is consistent with the rules of the language; Evidence that he inferred the validity of his views, and made it a supporter of him. In this revealing the tributaries of the language revealing the meaning of the text, and a statement of the effort of linguists supporting the opinion of commentators and jurists alike in the chapter of interpretation jurisprudence.
And since the Qur’an is Arabic, and its understanding is carried out according to the rules of the language, and the meaning of their understanding came in accordance with the building of Al-Allamah al-Hilli, and this agreement made his opinion preponderant over other commentators and jurists, and by this we would have provided a great service to the Islamic heritage, especially the Imami heritage in general ) especially in the chapter on (jurisprudential) interpretation. At the same time, we will have shed light on a prominent flag of (Islamic) thought in general, and (Imami) thought in particular, especially the ornaments of it.
We revealed the strength of its inferential structures at the level of jurisprudential interpretation and jurisprudence, and showed the bridges of cognitive communication, and the exchange of (interpretation) rules between commentators, jurists and linguists. It is fattening and nourishes from hunger, it does not disappoint its intent, and it does not respond to those who sought it, if it comes to it intending to help it, provided that the owner of a conscious mind is aware of its premises, and understands its methods. Thus, we can say that this research is unprecedented, as it is original in its field. And from God is success, and the purpose of repayment.
