They shed light on the classical age though discussed here in this thesis, conveying the ethical message to two types of audience: those who prefer the noble tone in tragedy, and those who seek entertainment in comedy. The present research aims to measure the emotional intelligence of a sample of high stage students in the province of Baghdad on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa. The current research sample consisted of (100) male and female students (50) from boys 'schools on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa and (50) female students from girls' schools on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa. The current research as Pearson correlation coefficient and Alfa Kronbach equation to extract the stability of internal homogeneity and t-test for one sample and t-test for two independent samples. The results indicated that the male sample does not differ from the female sample in emotional intelligence and the researcher came up with a number of recommendations and suggestions.

2-There is no significant difference according to the gender variable in the intrinsic vitality.
3-There is no statistically significant difference in the intrinsic vitality of teachers in the governorate of Baghdad according to the functional service variable.
In the light of the current results, the researcher recommended a set of
recommendations and suggestion- Giving priority to focus on the positive aspects of life, because of the needs of the Iraqi society and the fact that the positive aspects are found to strengthen the points of human power and contribute to the realization of psychological satisfaction.

The present study aims at identifying children's perception of colors and shapes according to the variables of the age of (3-4-5-6 ) and gender (male and female) and the difference between the perception of colors and shapes according to the variables of the age of (3-4-5-6) and gender (male and female).
A sample population of 200 children was recruited; fifty boys and fifty girls were selected for each age group specified in the study in nursery, kindergarten and primary school in Al- Qadisiyah Governorate, 2017-2018 academic year. To pursue the aims of the research, the researcher adopted Mohammed's 2015 experiment of color perception which includes thirty sections divided into seven components and Frostege's 2010 experiment of shapes perception which includes forty four sections divided into five components.
The results indicate the following:
1-Three year old children do not have the ability to perceive colors and shapes.
2- Children's perception of colors and shapes follows a developmental path for ages 4-5-6. The development follows an accumulative path which proceeds upward in accordance with their own aging. This supports the behaviorist views that development is accumulative.
3- There was no statistically significant difference in the perception of colors and shapes with respect to the variable of gender.
4- There are no statistically significant difference in the perception of colors and shapes with respect to the variable of age and in favor of the old age.
5- The interaction between the gender and age variables has no effect on the development of the perception of colors and shapes.
6- Children's perception of shapes precedes their perception of colors as shapes are more general and comprehensive, Piaget's theory.

This study aims to expose the spatial analysis of Euphrates water streams pollution (AbuGhraib –Radhwanya –Yusfia-Latifia)and its environment effects .The study area is limited from the beginning of AbuGhraib branch from unified channel in western part of AbuGhraib district up to the end of Latifia stream in Latifia that determined by latitude (32.50 – 33.24 ) North and longitude (43.50 -44.30) east.
Human factors effect are clear in the influence of water policy that control the amount of water resources of Euphrates that feed these streams after water drainage of Alqaem station was (1478) m3/sec on 1988 it reduced to (482) m3/sec. which reduces the water rate in the whole water streams .Because of the reduction of water drainage of Euphrates and increase of . and friend dangerous residents the water consumption increased with increase of industrial , agricultural and organic a pollutants amounts in addition to sewage water that are poured in water streams .These factors effects reflected in increase of pollution concentration .

The study of traffic accidents from the spatial and temporal aspect, aims to reduce the incident of traffic accidents, this study focuses on traffic accidents in Riyadh city in a joint project between the High Commission for the Development of Riyadh City and the General Directorate of Traffic. The aim of this study is to analyze the traffic accidents and to know their characteristics spatially and temporally and display their results in Riyadh during 7 years from 2004 to 2010
This study methodology has followed the descriptive approach and analytical through the use of a range of analysis using GIS methods, and the most important results of this study showed that the spatial factors were concentrated in specific densities in the city of Riyadh, Center of Riyadh between West of Riyadh from the east of Riyadh and a minor part of the north of Riyadh, accidents of serious injuries by 70.53% Accident and 21.13% deaths Accident and results of temporary analysis showed that the accidents that occurred on Wednesday is the Highest incidence of accidents By 15.93% Accident, and most accidents, which accounted for 88.76% Accident in the atmosphere, factors affecting the largest cause of accidents is the sudden deviation of 27.75% Accident and that the dangerous accidents were on the highways and dangerous sites In the occurrence of Traffic accidents and is the southern ring the most accidents that occurred among other highways because of the sudden deviation of the mo St important causes in accidents by 90 accident for this reason, which leads other causes, and that the road contains dangerous curves compared to other highways.

Regional development seeks to achieve economic growth as much as possible through the use of available economic and human resources within the specific regional space, to reduce economic and social disparities between regions of the region and between the region and other regions. The study aims at measuring the degree of regional disparities in development Economic and social sectors between the districts of Diyala in 2016,Through the use of methods descriptive and quantitative analysis, and the diagnosis of the priority of development among the regions of the region, through which regional policies can be developed for the distribution of population and investments and to identify future development projects for all sectors and provide basic services to reduce the development disparities between them and identify the least developed areas in the region, The courts of Baquba and Khalis are the best districts of the region according to the developmental planning indicators adopted in the study, followed by the courts of Khanaqin and Muqdadiya and finally the judicial Balldrouz and Kfri.And the relationship between the population and the existing allocations was positive and strong. Therefore, this study has been highlighted to employ tourism through the development of a mechanism that can be implemented using GIS technology. which play on important role in the analysis and the production of tourist maps in all forms, and can benefit from these monuments in attracting tourists at the local and international levels, which contribute to the development of the national economy as well as create jobs in this sector and other sectors associated with them, and the results of the research leads to the absence of planning and mismanagement State to archaeological tourism activity in Iraq, and the lack of interest despite that it represent a huge tourist wealth but not invested in the right way of serving tourism development.

This study aims to find out the implications of communicating through social networking on the reality of direct social relations. This could be done through identifying the social and demographic characteristics of the members of the sample, and detecting their perceptions of the negative and positive effects of communication across networks on social relations. The study intends to identify the degree of awareness of individuals concerning whether communicating via networks is parallel or is an alternative to direct social communication.
To reach these objectives I selected an intended sample consisting of 120 network users, male and female in the Emirate of Sharjah, and a questionnaire was distributed to them. Most of the respondents are female and university degree holders or still students. The majority are single and between the ages of 17and 22 years, and their incomes are relatively moderate. As for their perceptions of the positive effects of social networks they ranged as follows: consolidation of relations, shortening of time and distance, raising the level of awareness and the speed of communication, increasing the sense of comfort and freedom, refining of personality and opinion, and contributing to the identification of the other users.
The study also reveals that the respondents ranged between rejection and acceptance of the negative consequences of social networks. However while most of respondents recognized that the network relationships are often made at the expense of the time spent with parents, family and friends, a majority of them do not feel an obvious impact of these networks on their real relationships, despite receiving persistent complaints from those around them. Also most of the respondents opposed the idea of replacing real social relations by relations via networks, and preferred to reduce the time spent on social networking. As for the networks effects the respondents stressed that they vary depending on the way they are used and how realistic the network relationships are. In this context the results revealed that the majority of young users consider network relations as a mean of interacting with others in everyday life, regardless of their level of education and age. Therefore network relations occupy the same position as the daily contact especially for females, and it is the user who chooses the topics covered as well as the time and person on the networks and not the network itself. Consequently the user bears the implications of the use of these networks

Al-suyuti has taken his sources from the huge wealth of books and narrations recorded by the scholars, narrators and jurisprudents. These are steps that enabled Al-Suyuti and the stability of his feet in the domain of narration criticism.
4- Al-Suyuti appears in his book in the collection of true narrations from their sources and the care of the imputations and mentioning the sayings of those before him, in addition to that he showed the narration on more creditable narration.
5- Al-Suyuti lived in age in which the encyclopedic pattern in composition, in addition to affiliation to the school of modernists, as shown by his background.
