Major General Mahmoud Sheet Khattab (may Allah have mercy on him) was a significant
figure in the Islamic da’wah movement, serving the religion of Islam greatly
through his military expertise and his interest in Islamic history. His practical experience
in this important field, along with his active participation in military arenas and
his relentless effort to write Islamic history, enabled him to extract beneficial lessons
that serve the present and future of the Islamic nation.
Through his impactful activities and diverse scientific contributions, he made a notable
contribution to the Islamic da’wah, working diligently within its broader framework.
He rightfully earned the title of a revolutionary preacher due to his focus on the
efforts and lessons that can be drawn from the glorious history of our predecessors,
particularly in recording the heroics of dignity and victory. Additionally, he enriched
Islamic and military culture with his profound thoughts.
This research is significant as it addresses a vital aspect of da’wah. Understanding
the mechanisms through which religion can be spread is critically important, as
it forms the general framework that guides preachers in their da’wah efforts, helping
them to proceed correctly in fulfilling this duty.
The study consists of two main sections. In the first section, I introduce Major
General Mahmoud Sheet Khattab, while in the second section, I explore the means
of spreading Islamic da’wah in the thought of Mahmoud Sheet Khattab. Each section
contains various detailed topics.

This research aims to study Ahmed Matar, the human and the poet. He is a poet
who removes the boundaries between his poetry and his life, a person yearning for the
freedom of Arab nations from corrupt regimes. He uses his art as banners carrying the
voice of rebellion and revolution. Through his politically sarcastic poetry, he modifies
the concept of commitment by employing a direct rhetorical tone towards subdued
peoples, while also rebelling against artistic commitment based solely on suggestion.
The poet achieves his creative individuality by surpassing his predecessors, boldly
contrasting with them on a human level and in terms of their poetic works, particularly
those he directly engages with. His verses emerge within contexts of irony and
paradox, further advancing by blending different poetic meters to create a new one.

Islamic doctrine is characterized by its harmony with both natural disposition (fitrah)
and reason. It contains no obscurities or ambiguities like some other belief systems;
rather, it is as clear as the sun. By embracing it and understanding its objectives,
a Muslim can live a life of unparalleled happiness.
For this reason, psychological disorders are found to be least prevalent among devout
believers who maintain a strong connection with their Lord. How much we need
to reflect and contemplate on the verses of the Holy Qur’an to realise this, for there
is no doctrinal issue presented in the Qur’an without being accompanied by a clear
proof of its truth and a definitive, rational argument supporting it. Therefore, every
researcher must pay attention to the rational evidence contained in the Qur’anic text
that relates to the subject it addresses, especially with regard to belief in the unseen
and its indicators. This aspect has long been, and continues to be, a point of contention
between religious and philosophical thought.

Due to the importance of the holy Qur’an and its great influence on various aspects
of our lives on the one hand, and the importance of religious and social values and
its great impact on building our personality, and advancement of our societies on the
other hand. This tagged search came up with: ( Religious and social values in Surat
Al –Forgan and their role in the well-being of the individual and society ) with the
aim of explaining the concept of religious and social values and their importance in
Muslim life, and showing the status of Surat Al-Forgan the holy Quran. This study
also aimed to uncover the rock of these values in the well-being of individual and
society. In order for the research to achieve its purpose it relied on the inductive
and analytical approach in treating it, within four demands. The first dealt with the
definition of Surat Al-Forgan. The second included the linguistic and terminological
definition of religious and social values, and as for the third, I devoted into explaining
the religious and social values in Surat Al-Forgan. As for the fourth requirement, it
contains an explanation of the role and importance of religious and social values in the
individual and social levels.

Imam al-Sarakhsi was a prominent Hanafi jurist nicknamed “Shams al-A’immah.”
He studied under the leading scholars of his time, graduating a select group of jurists.
He was born in Sarakhs and was known for his knowledge and patience, even during
his ordeal of imprisonment, where he dictated his famous book “Al-Mabsut.” This
research addresses the definition of “Istihsan” linguistically and technically, a jurisprudential
guide based on ensuring the public interest and alleviating hardship. It also
discusses the jurisprudential issue of “killing a person who has been granted protection
by someone who has been granted protection” and the scholars’ disagreement
over whether or not to retaliate.

The research sought to uncover the definition of the “Other” and the biography of
the poet Ibn Khallouf, along with the sensory imagery he employed. Ibn Khallouf was
an encyclopedic poet who traveled between Constantine, Mecca, Jerusalem, Cairo,
and Tunis, which granted him a broad cultural background and a comprehensive Arab
identity. He excelled in poetry and education, and he left behind a variety of scholarly
works, most notably his book “Mawahib Al-Badee’ fi ‘Ilm Al-Badee’” (The Gifts of
Rhetoric in the Science of Rhetoric).
Ibn Khallouf was a masterful poet, especially in Prophetic praise poetry, dedicating
an entire collection to this genre. He relied on the traditional poetic style while adding
detailed elaboration and amplification, which turned his poetry into a vivid record of
the Prophet’s biography (Sīrah).
He drew his cultural and religious foundation from the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah of
and classical Arabic poetry. Influenced by the religious educational ,صلى الله عليه وسلم the Prophet
system prevailing in the Maghreb at the time, he became a memorizer of the Qur’an,
a jurist, and a sensitive poet who expressed his deep faith and love for the Prophet
with sincerity and devotion. صلى الله عليه وسلم Muhammad
Additionally, Ibn Khallouf made effective use of sensory expressions in portraying
the “Other,” employing the five senses to enrich the emotional and imaginative depth
of his work.

This study examines the impact of Qur’anic readings (qiraʾat) on the interpretation
of verses with similar expressions (mutashabihat), focusing on the linguistic and
interpretative guidance of these readings. It aims to clarify the role of the variations
in determining the meanings of the verses and how linguistic direction influences the
interpretation of similar verses. The subject is divided into three main sections. The
first discusses Qur’anic readings and the types of guidance associated with them, including
the definition and importance of Qur’anic readings, linguistic guidance, and
interpretative guidance. The second addresses the concept of ambiguity in the Holy
Qur’an, exploring the definition and types of ambiguous verses, the reasons behind
their presence in the Qur’an, and the views of scholars regarding them. The third
section outlines the rules of guidance in similar readings, including grammatical, morphological,
and rhetorical principles.
The conclusion presents the most important findings and recommendations.

This research came in an effort to revive a linguistic heritage that has been forgotten
or left to rest on library shelves and in museum boxes scattered across various
regions. It also responds to an urgent need among researchers and scholars for precise
academic clarifications contained within this work, in which the Sheikh—may Allah
have mercy on him—compiled most of the opinions related to the topic of “the attachment
of the prepositional phrase.” Thus, he presented us with a valuable study that
delights the reader and spares them the trouble of searching through numerous books,
saving both time and effort.
For this reason, this treatise is of great benefit to students of knowledge and those
interested in the sciences of the Holy Qur’an in general, and in Arabic linguistics in
particular.
In this study, I followed the methodology of previous scholarly investigators. I began
the academic section with a brief biography of the Sheikh—limiting it to the bare
minimum—since extensive biographies of him already exist in earlier sources, and in
order to avoid unnecessary length in a matter that has been sufficiently addressed. I
then proceeded to describe the manuscript, followed by an explanation of my methodology
in verification, and finally presented the verified text.

Silent consensus is a type of consensus and the third source of Islamic legislation.
Scholars have differing opinions on its validity; some regard it as a binding authority
while others do not recognize it at all, and some impose conditions for its acceptance.
The importance of this research lies in understanding the implications of this
disagreement and its effect on jurisprudential branches. In writing this research, I
followed an analytical and inductive approach, highlighting prominent real-world
applications by examining the decisions of jurisprudential councils and scientific
bodies from which this type of consensus can be derived, especially in contemporary
issues.
This research includes an introduction, three main sections, and a conclusion. In the
first section, I explained the meaning of consensus and the views of scholars regarding
its validity. The second section discusses the meaning of silent consensus and the
disagreement among fundamentalists regarding its validity. The third section includes
contemporary jurisprudential applications related to the topic of silent consensus.

Narrating a noble hadith resonates with every Muslim ،and if the hadith is included
in Bukhari’s Sahih ،it has a greater impact. It is well known that hadiths have many
narrators ،some of whom are jurists and others are not. Some narrations come from
the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) ،and they resonate with Muslims because they
are included in Bukhari’s Sahih ،and their narrators are the best and most blessed
of their descendants ،the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). Among those hadiths
narrated in Bukhari’s Sahih are those narrated by al-Baqir Muhammad ibn Ali ibn
al-Husayn ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon them) (may Allah be pleased with
them all). He was one of the scholars to whom knowledge is attributed. He was given
this name (al-Baqir) only because he was a scholar of knowledge. Bukhari narrated
four hadiths from him in his Sahih ،traced back to the Messenger of Allah (peace and
blessings be upon him and his family). He narrated three hadiths from Jabir ibn Abdullah
al-Ansari ،and one hadith from Ubaydullah ibn Abi Rafi’ from Abu Hurayrah.

Abstract :
Praise be to God, who created humankind and granted them the ability to express
themselves. Peace and blessings be upon the Prophet, upon whom the Holy Qur’an
was revealed in clear Arabic, as a miracle and guidance for all of humanity. Now
then: The issue of teachers’ betrayal of their educational trust is considered a moral
and legal crime that negatively impacts the educational process. Therefore, all stakeholders,
from individuals to educational institutions, must work to promote the values
of honesty and responsibility among teachers and provide an educational environment
that encourages them to be dedicated to their duties. It is also necessary to establish
regulatory controls that prevent practices that harm the educational mission, to ensure
the educational justice we seek. I chose this topic for my research, which I titled:
“Teacher Betrayal in Fulfilling the Educational Trust: A Contemporary Jurisprudential
Perspective.” Following this summary, the research was divided into three sections
and a conclusion, according to the specified plan, as follows: Section One: The
Shari’a basis for the concept of trust and teacher betrayal. Section Two: The forms
of teacher betrayal and their jurisprudential rulings. Section Three: The causes and
legal solutions to the problem of teacher betrayal. Finally, I concluded with a summary
of the findings of this modest research. Keywords: (betrayal, teacher, trust,

This study aims to clarify the causes of theological disagreement concerning belief
in divine decree (qada’) and predestination (qadar) between Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘
ah and other opposing groups. The research employs a descriptive-analytical methodology
and discusses several key topics, including, but not limited to, the principles of
Ahl al-Sunnah regarding belief in qadar, their divergence from other sects, the issues
of moral valuation (al-tahsin wa al-taqbih), the affirmation of Allah’s justice and His
transcendence from injustice, human ability and moral responsibility, and the nature of
human actions. Each issue is addressed from the doctrinal perspective of Ahl al-Sunnah
wa al-Jama‘ah, along with a review of opposing viewpoints within Islamic theology.
This study demonstrates that the approach of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘ah is characterised
by a sound understanding of the implications of the Qur’anic and Prophetic
texts, harmonising the various scriptural evidences, and yielding to their ultimate authority.
In contrast, other groups rely on selective textual evidence, leading to flawed
interpretations of key theological issues. Divergences on the matter of belief in qadar
are particularly notable: the Jabriyyah maintain that human beings are compelled in
their actions, possessing neither power nor will nor choice, and that Allah alone is the
Creator of all human acts. Conversely, the Mu‘tazilah assert that human actions are
not created by Allah; rather, individuals are the creators of their own deeds, acting
with full autonomy in will and power.
Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘ah agree unanimously that human beings are obligated
to follow Allah’s commands and avoid His prohibitions, and they affirm belief in
Allah’s promises and warnings as conveyed in the Qur’an and Sunnah. Ultimately,
human will is subordinate to the divine will: people do not will anything except as
Allah wills.

The Quran al-Karim and the Sunnah al-Nabawiyyah are in the Arabic language,
and understanding these texts requires familiarity with the language of the Arabs and
knowledge of the meanings conveyed by words. The qawaid usuliyyah (legal theory
principles) serve as the frameworks developed by scholars to explain these meanings,
whether linguistic or conceptual. Among these principles is the indication known as
mafhum al-mukhalafah (the implication from the contrary), which I have examined in
this study by first defining it and then clarifying its role in deriving legal rulings from
various branches of fiqh.
In my research, I selected specific fiqhi applications related to the chapters of salat
(prayer) and nikah (marriage). I adopted the istiqra’i usuli (inductive legal-theory)
method. The research is structured into an introduction, three main sections containing
relevant topics, and a conclusion in which I summarise the key findings. I found that
scholars who accepted this principle set a number of conditions for its application,
while those who did not accept it did not completely reject it either.

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon our
Master Muhammad, his family, and all his companions. In this research, I have addressed
selected issues from the views of Imam Ibn Rushd in his book “Al-Muqaddimat
Al-Mumhadat,” a comparative jurisprudential study. I have divided the research
into an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and a list of sources. In the introduction,
I mentioned the necessity of Islamic jurisprudence in various aspects of life,
the reasons for choosing the topic, and the methodology for writing the research. The
first chapter was about the personal biography of the Imam, and the second chapter
was about selected issues from the jurisprudential views of Imam Ibn Rushd, may God
have mercy on him. I have limited myself to mentioning the book tags in the list of
sources.
