This study aims to analyze and investigate the impact of magnetic leadership and its dimensions on achieving organizational readiness through the mediating role of strategic foresight in the Palestinian Ministry of Interior in the West Bank governorates. To achieve this objective, the study adopted a descriptive analytical approach, using a questionnaire as a primary tool for collecting the necessary data. A purposive sample of (general director, director, head of department) was selected, consisting of (208) respondents. To analyze the study data and test its hypotheses, the structural equation modeling method with partial least squares (SEM-PLS) was used by SPSS V.25 and Smart PLS V.40 software. The study found that the Ministry of Interior, the subject of the study, generally pays attention to the practice of applying the study variables represented by (magnetic leadership, strategic foresight, and organizational readiness) to a high degree. The results also showed a positive and statistically significant effect of magnetic leadership with its dimensions combined on both organizational readiness and strategic foresight, and the existence of a positive and statistically significant effect of strategic foresight in achieving organizational readiness. The results of the study also confirmed the existence of a partial mediation of strategic foresight in the relationship between magnetic leadership and organizational readiness.

This study investigates the influence of financial factors on bank profitability using return on equity (ROE) as the dependent variable. The independent variables include Bank Size (BS), Growth (GRO), Asset Utilization Ratio (AUR), Equity Multiplier (EM), and Debt-to-Assets Ratio (DTA). Data for 10 listed banks in the Iraqi stock market between the years 2017 and 2021 were used in this study with the Generalized Least Squares (GLS) method to provide accurate estimations. This period was selected because of the significant development of the banking sector in Iraq. The results show that bank size (BS) and growth (GRO) have no significant effects on profitability, indicating that as operations get more complicated and expenses rise, company and asset expansion may not always translate into higher returns. Efficiency ratio (AUR), on the other hand, has a big influence and emphasizes how crucial it is to use assets efficiently in order to generate bank profitability. Debt to assets ratio (DTA) negatively impacts profitability in terms of capital structure, implying that an excessive reliance on debt increases financial expenses and possible risks. On the other hand, the equity multiplier (EM) has a positive impact on profitability, indicating that banks may perform better by keeping their debt levels at an ideal level. These findings highlight the need of a sensible debt management plan. Future studies should focus on bank profitability by considering additional factors, such as macroeconomic factors and regulatory frameworks must be taken into account.

The research aims to demonstrate the role of multicultural marketing in reducing organizational stagnation and through the mediating role of digital human resources management, applied to a sample of workers in Karbala Cement Factory. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data, which included (118) valid questionnaires for analysis. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V.25) was used to test hypotheses and statistical description of the sample. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that multicultural marketing makes a big difference in attracting the brand, increasing sales and diversifying the audience, which in turn improves the efficiency of the organization, supports its activities and motivates workers from senior management to the bottom of the pyramid.

The research aims to study the relationship between toxic leadership and emotional abuse, an applied study in the Iraqi hotel sector, which amounted to (20) hotels in the city of Baghdad. The research was based on a basic problem, which is the extent of the impact of toxic leadership on emotional abuse. Workers in those hotels represent the research community, numbering (1620). (310) questionnaires were distributed, and (285) questionnaires were retrieved from hotel employees in the city of Baghdad. These data were processed using advanced statistical programs as well as the structural equation modelling method. The research reached a set of conclusions and recommendations, including: that toxic leadership suppresses individual and organizational activities in the Iraqi hotels under application, in addition to its harmful effects on the behavior and attitudes of employees. The research recommends reducing the negative impact on employees and improving the general organizational climate by developing training programs targeting leaders to help reduce narcissistic and self-promotional behaviors and enhance ethical and effective leadership.

Economic entities face challenges in keeping pace with technological developments in the business environment, affecting their ability to deliver products that meet customer needs. This research aims to apply the Green Quality Function Deployment (GQD) tool to achieve shared value and attract customer attention to their requirements. The research promotes the integration of economic and environmental requirements into product design, contributing to value generation for the economic entity and society. A soft drink, mineral water, and juice company was selected as a sample, as it seeks to deliver green products. The researcher found that applying the tool helps categorize customer requirements, providing information for the design team to better understand what customers want and, consequently, deliver products with features that meet their aspirations.

This research aims to investigate the impact of accounting disclosure of geopolitical risks (GPR) on earnings quality, within the context of the Iraqi banking sector, The research was conducted on ten Iraqi banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX), where the questionnaire was distributed. The questionnaire consisted of two sections, The first section addressed the accounting disclosure of geopolitical risks and included 35 items distributed across 7 dimensions: wars and military conflicts, terrorist attacks, cyberattacks, climate change, subsequent events, internal control of financial reports, and management plans and strategies (with 5 items for each dimension), The second section dealt with earnings quality and contained 15 items, The sample consisted of 117 employees, and data were analyzed using IBM SPSS software.
The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that the disclosure of geopolitical risks—such as wars, terrorist attacks, cyber threats, and others—is considered a vital element that enhances the earnings quality, in light of these conclusions, the research offered several recommendations and suggestions for future studies.

The research highlights the measurement of the impact and correlation between indicators of unconventional monetary policy instruments, represented by variables (GDP, net primary income), on the financial crisis recovery indicators for the research sample countries (the United States of America). This is done through quantitative analysis of time series data (2006-2021). This is achieved by using banking stability indicators as intermediate indicators, represented by variables (term guidance and credit facilitation). The research problem is manifested in the inability of traditional monetary policy instruments to address financial crises, which necessitates the existence of an unconventional monetary policy that plays a role in financial crisis recovery. The researcher reached a set of results, most notably the existence of a statistically significant direct correlation and impact of unconventional monetary policy instruments on crisis recovery indicators. This impact was evident in the relationship between the forward guidance and credit facilitation indicators and the profitability index, in addition to their correlation with the GDP index. One of the most important recommendations reached by the research is the necessity of adopting unconventional monetary policy tools, especially the forward guidance tool regarding future interest rates. The recommendations also included proposals for the financial and banking sector regarding the application of these tools in response to recurring financial crises.

This study aims to examine the impact of workplace social loafing on contextual performance through a field application at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Karbala. Social loafing was adopted as the independent variable, while contextual performance served as the dependent variable. The study sample consisted of 70 employees across various departments and administrative levels. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire supported by personal interviews. The research tested several main and sub-hypotheses using statistical tools such as Pearson correlation, t-test to determine significance, F-test for model validity, as well as R² and B coefficients to assess the extent and strength of the effect. Results revealed a moderate presence of social loafing behaviors, which had a clear negative influence on contextual performance. The study recommends implementing training workshops to reduce social loafing and enhance awareness of the importance of teamwork in academic work environments.
