Abstract:
(Provisions, expiation, intentional, accidental, killing)
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and the best blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family and companions, and may he grant many, many greetings. And after:
Islamic law is a pure law, a complete, integrated and comprehensive divine law, a balanced law that is valid for all times and places and for all people regardless of their colours, races and languages. It is a law that came with its first and last goal to be the happiness of the servants and to achieve and preserve their interests, and to ward off harm and corruption from them. It is a law that was created to establish the interests of the servants in Retirement and return in the immediate and future.Our Lord Almighty warned of the danger of the crime of murder, legislated its prohibition, explained its punishment, and made it clear to those who were able to commit it that he would fall into this crime (the crime of murder), that the door to repentance is open, and that in the matter of murder there are two rights: a right related to creation, which is retaliation or blood money, and a right related to the Almighty Creator. His Majesty, which is repentance and expiations. In this research, I explained the meaning of expiations as well as their evidence from the Holy Qur’an and the noble Sunnah of the Prophet, which is the truth. I also explained the opinions of jurists regarding the ruling on expiations and their rulings, and I showed the evidence for those who are permissible and forbidden. We ask God Almighty to atone for us our sins and accept our repentance. He is the Hearer, the Nearest, the Answerer of prayers

Abstract:
One of the terms that appeared in the jurisprudential arena is the term taste of the law. Perhaps it is one of the later terms among jurists, and the ancients, such as Al-Allamah and others, did not address it. Rather, it is present in the words of some of the later ones, such as Sayyid al-Hakim and Sayyid al-Khoei. The oldest person to use this term was the author of al-Jawahir, and he was not known among the fundamentalists. They dealt with it in their research in detail, and perhaps they dealt with it in the form of references, and it is considered either one of the indications or reliable evidence that the jurist uses in fatwas and deductions in matters for which there is no evidence. However, what is notable is that the jurists also did not elaborate and contented themselves with pointing out, and did not refine its subject. And its ruling, but they expressed it in many expressions: including the foundations of the law, the foundations of the legislator, the smell of jurisprudence, and transgressing from the source of the text, to other expressions mentioned in the words of the predecessors. As for the expression “the flavor of the law,” it arose among the later scholars.
