Abstract:-
Tliata is west Andalusian city, located between the cities of Niebla and Sevilla, and it is one of the Sevilla’s suburbs, the Great Valley river passes through it , which makes it linked with the sea.
It was conquered by the leader Abdul Aziz bin Musa bin Nusayr in 94 AH /712 AD , and it was inhabited by many Arab tribes, especially the Yamaniya, which entered with the army of Musa bin Nusayr, and in the third AH /ninth century AD they were subjected to the invasion of the Normans because of their location that connects to the sea, as it succeeded It was ruled by the rulers of Seville, such as the Almoravids from Bani Al-Hajjaj, then the Bani Abbado , and it is one of the first cities of Andalusia that pledged allegiance to the Almohads, and also at the forefront of the cities that rose up against them.
And its lands turned at the end of the Almohad era into a battlefield between the forces of Christians of Castile and Portugal on the one hand and the Muslims who defended them on the other side until it came to its fall in the hands of the forces of the Kingdom of Castile in 646 AH /1248 AD.

Abstract:
The main objective of this research is to search for the nature of the relationship between two main variables(Paradoxical leader Behaviors and the personality architecture of health service providers), In Imam Al-Sadiq Hospital (peace be upon him) Babylon Province , Thus, the cognitive importance of the current research was represented in the attempt of this research to bridge or reduce the knowledge gap in the relationship between the aforementioned variables, As for its practical importance, it was represented as a real attempt to present a number of proposals and administrative treatments to a real problem that the health sector suffers from in Iraq. To achieve the requirements of the research, a questionnaire was designed based on a number of precise criteria, Using the intentional sampling method, the researchers distributed the questionnaire directly to a sample of doctors, nurses, and nurses. After analyzing the data collected by the program SPSSv.24 a program AMOS v.24, The results of the statistical analysis showed a negative and significant effect of the leader's contradictory behaviors on the personality architecture of health service providers.

Abstract:-
Semiotics is one of the new sciences that study the codes and symbols in the text in order to discover the deep content hidden in it by considering special meanings and with the help of key codes and symbols. Today, this knowledge studies, analyzes and decodes various works, since all of them as well as language are expressive and readable. Mottos and proverbs, as a subset of folklore literature, contain a huge treasure of social and cultural elements that can be studied and deciphered to describe a particular social and cultural order. The most complete collection of Arabic proverbs and mottos is Meydani's Majma-al-Amsal which expresses precious social and cultural elements in the form of a specific spatial and temporal range. In this research, an attempt has been made to use the approach of social semiotics in the form of Piro Giro theory and to study and analyze symbols such as religious identity, food, clothing, names, titles, tone, etc., in order to depict the hidden angles of the social and cultural elements of people in a specific land and period. Findings indicate that these signs, in many ways, produce meaning and imply different meanings, influenced by a specific spatial and temporal range.

Abstract:-
This study is a brief attempt to identify the most important evidence of weighting language and grammatical guidance in the direction of the text of the Koran within the boundaries of the verbal joint, taking from the fence short applied field. The study is based on the position of the ancient scholars on this phenomenon, the factors that contributed to its inception, and its impact on the polymorphism of semantic possibilities, in the light of two samples, one nominal and the other actual.

Abstract:-
It is a kind of concise and a means of semantic intensification; its great ability to construct a picture full of meanings in a few words، an image that is able to stimulate the mind of the recipient, and to activate his mind in finding and connecting the relations between the parts of that image To reach the end desired by the speaker, so this research came to reveal that image asked by the imam to view the meanings that he wants to transfer, by standing on the metaphors contained in the story of the top and how to build and its impact on the recipient.

Abstract:-
The fuqaha 'said that the first principle in the transactions is the necessity and the word of the verb. This origin is sometimes in terms of the practical origin and the other in terms of the original verb. The practical origin requires that the effect should not be arranged before the transaction and the face in it. In the case of the transaction we doubt whether the effect occurred or not. Do not arrange the effect either in the verbal origin of the work is that the word is considered apparent or identical to the duty as in the words of the Almighty fulfilled the contracts as this signifies the commitment to contracts, moreover there is some evidence that is based on the rule of necessity, the Prophet's Sunnah, To hold the curriculum and build wise.

Climatic geomorphological characteristics, which deals with the study of climatic effects on terrestrial shapes, which means that each type of climate gives rise to a similar unit of terrestrial shapes. The research is concerned with the Korbinian thought by studying the history of Iran, especially with regard to Shiite thought and its schools during the Safavid rule and everything related to Shiism, especially since Corban created a strong relationship between Shiism and Sufism, as the latter was born from the womb of the first, influenced by the vision of Haider Al-Amali and other thinkers. It is to talk about Iranian mysticism different from others, and Corban was linked spiritually and physically with Iran through his frequent presence there during his life and his close association also with contemporary Iranian personalities at the time. Corban in his study of Shiite thought is that he was interested in the spiritual and philosophical aspects, crossing every historical sequence of events based on numbers.

Abstract:-
Economic diversification has been widely Spread at the global level because of the great role it plays in reanimation most of the world economies, especially those of the oil countries with a unilateral economy.
The concept of economic diversification as a process of creating new production bases through the exploitation of oil surpluses in the development of economic activities alternative to crude oil, such as agriculture, industry and production services. And it highlights on the importance of economic diversification in the raising the issue of great significance, namely diversification through the follow up of economic policies to get rid of relying on unstable oil revenues which affected by external shocks.
The study mentioned that if the Iraqi economy remains dependent on oil revenues in financing will be vulnerable to fluctuations and external shocks, and in order to avoid this problem must be invested in non - oil economic sectors.
The study was divided into three topics dealt with the first topic of knowledge of economic diversification, while the second topic concerned with economic diversification in Iraq, while the third section focused on the determinants and opportunities for economic diversification in Iraq.
This study came up with a set of conclusions and recommendations.

Abstract:-
Phonological Substitution is the replacement of one letter instead of another in a word based on the phonetic homogeneity of sounds found that word. Phonological substitution is a phenomenon shared by Semitic languages. In the Semitic languages, two phonemes of a word are produced with no change; the third one is substituted according to the phonological rules that govern all each language of the same origin. Phonological substitution occurs only if the phonemes have the same place of articulation. There is another view according to which the shared place of articulation of the substituted phonemes is not necessary for phonological substitution to occur.

Abstract:-
Given that women are half of the world's population, They have always played a key role throughout human history and the formation of governments, so that either they directly have governed society, or in life and along with men, they have prepared the main and basic role of training and preparation of men's personality; in such a way that by examining the verses of the Qur'an we find that God Almighty considers men and women equal in the structure of personality and does not consider rule to be exclusive to men. The present article, which has been compiled by descriptive and analytical methods and using relevant sources: Holy Quran, commentaries, authoritative books, articles, etc., has analyzed the relationship between the role of women in worthy governance with emphasis on the ruling of Queen Sheba and has examined some of the effective components in this issue. The result of this study, considering the components of worthy governance and its study in the history of the rule of the Queen of Sheba is that in the view of God Almighty, women's leadership is not incommensurate if it has the necessary conditions and women have the power to hold the right government and sovereignty, because God Almighty has not condemned or forbidden the Queen of Sheba in the Holy Qur'an for such things as proper management, righteousness, consultation, etc. in sovereignty and ruling.

Arab literature was characterized by many forms of poetic images that spread in the collections of ancient and modern poets. The social topics of Arab poetry made an impact to the poets inspiration. Therefore,Sociology, which is concerned with problems of society in general, has been introduced. Sociology considered new in the perspective of Sociology and a part of this science. In the modern era, this term has received the interest of poets, so many of them wrote about social issues in their poems. Women, love, science, and renewal in the scholarly seminary in Najaf, sectarianism and racism, and the martyr, and migration, and others, these are the sociological issues that our poet Mustafa Jamal al-Din talked about, and he also focused on many social and political issues in his collections. Hence, we find that studying such a topic may be considered new in literature. Through the sociological study, Mustafa Jamal al-Din 's poetry will be a kind of clarification of how the poet pays attention to community issues, as he is considered a writer, poet and literary critic whose work has distinguished him before his scientific and literary biography.

The Andalusian era is considered one of the distinguished ages in Arab literature because of its wide resonance in poetry and literature and in other fields for which it is famous in this era. Elbiri, the well-known poet and ascetic scholar, was distinguished by his poetry by wisdom, asceticism and exhortation in all his poems, and we focused in our message on wisdom in particular and on its images in general. He lived an ascetic life in this world despite receiving many important positions in the countries of rule in Andalusia, and here our study focused on the collection of Elbiri poetry to clarify and clarify the speech of wisdom he has.

Abstract:-
Media tend to employ certain political and cultural models to circulate news and cover different events. This behavioral model exhibited by journalists has been dubbed framing in social and communication sciences. Informed by the ideology that dominates the media, these frames determine what news packages become available to the public. Saudi Arabian’s daily paper, Okaz, is thus no exception and follows its own specific models in covering the news. In particular, these frames have become fiercer in covering the news of the IRI and representative cases such as lieutenant general Qasem Suleimani, IRGC’s Quds Corps and translating the related news and showcase the political hostility between Tehran and Riyadh. In some cases, they exceed the bounds of journalism and news profession and amount to direct insult.This research attempts to study based on descriptive-analytical approach the implementation of particular frames by Saudi Arabia’s Okaz journalists in covering the news of Islamic Repoblic of Iran (the case study of assassination of General Suleimani in Iraq). The findings revealed that as is the case with other audio, video and written media, Okaz followed certain frames and clearly replicated the hostility that exists between Iran and Saudi Arabia in its news coverage.

Abstract:-
The literature of the Palestinian resistance, in a wide range of literary genres, was against the Zionist regime for war and defense of the oppressed Palestinian nation. The authors used different methods in this regard. This includes the use of color image and color symbolism. Color plays an important role in stimulating emotions and stimulating different meanings for the audience. The Divan of Martyr Mohammad Al-Dura is one of the cultural struggles against the Zionist regime, which was organized by the poets of the Islamic world after the martyrdom of Mohammad Al-Dura. The poets of this divan have used various colors for different purposes.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of color, its meaning and symbol, in a descriptive-analytical method and the results indicate that poets have used red, green, black, white and yellow directly or indirectly. They have used colors for different purposes which include expressing the oppression of the Palestinian people, achieving a sense of hope and victory over telling the truth over falsehood, widespread oppression in Jerusalem, living throughout Palestine, and the constant resistance of the people.

Abstract:-
Interpretive basis, selected by any interpreter to understand the divine words, refers to the intellectual infrastructure for interpretation based on which, the interpreter chooses his interpretive method. In other words, the presupposition of every interpreter to interpret the holy Qur'an is what he considers and accepts; then, based on it, he selects the method of interpretation. One of the interpretive bases is to deem the Qur'an as holy or divine; i.e. the words of the holy Qur'an have all been revealed by God Almighty, and the person of the Prophet (as) has not mandated any seizure or manipulation in it. Accordingly, this research has been conducted by descriptive-analytical method and by examining some of Wahbah Zuhayli's views in Tafsir al-Muneer Fi Al-Aqeedah, Shari'a and al-Monhaj, which presents seven reasons in two parts and concludes that the interpretive basis of the holy/divine nature of the Qur'an has been accepted by Zuhayli and he has believed in it.

The issue of the Popular Mobilization and the resistance poets shook the feelings of Muslims, so blood and bodies were mixed with the pure soil, so it emerged from the mixture of feelings and feelings that were embodied in the poetry of the poets who dealt with the Popular Mobilization and their exploits, and the embers of sadness and heartbreak ignited in their inflamed wings, including our poet (Yas Al-Saidi) in his poem “Harz Al-Baroud” “As the popular crowd was considered one of the important formations, they had a great role in liberating Iraq from the Takfiri gangs, as the crowd liberated more than twenty cities, ISIS gangs took control, including the city of Mosul and other Iraqi areas.
The poets, like other sons of the homeland, glorified and mentioned this great epic, especially after the fatwa of the reference on the holy sufficiency jihad, where they liberated areas of the governorates of Salah al-Din, Diyala, Kirkuk, Mosul and Ramadi, and the areas of the outskirts of Baghdad, in which ISIS gangs were wreaking injustice, corruption, sabotage, destruction and killing souls, as they were liberated by the hands of heroic men in 2014. The poets sang enthusiastic poems, Nasr songs became sung by the various media, and the songs became an example of heroism, sacrifice and redemption, and among these poets was the poet (Yas Al-Saeedi).

Abstract:-
The supplications of Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) in Al-Sahifa Al-Sajjadiyah are full of accurate and interesting topics and show his superior spirit and rich taste. This book, a book of knowledge because it equals none of the material pleasures, is full of spiritual themes that can be explored in the field of linguistics. Because today's cognitive linguistics interest in the close relationship between experience, language, and cognition has been able to provide an adequate basis for literary analysis from a cognitive linguistics perspective. In this research, we intend to study the letters of meanings in a carpet newspaper within the framework of Johnson's cognitive schemes using the descriptive analytical method. According to Johnson, our experiences from the outside world create structures in our mind that we transmit to our tongue, meaning our language. These conceptual structures are the same as the visual schemas. In fact, visual schemas are a type of conceptual construction that humans make based on their physical experiences in the external world. Mark Johnson divided these diagrams into three general areas: volume, engine and power or power diagrams. The purpose of this study is to show the prominent role of these visual schemas as cognitive tools in making the letters of meanings tangible in the Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya. Based on the research, it was found that the motion diagram has a higher frequency than the other two diagrams (size and strength) in the meanings of this Bible.

Abstract:
The research presents a treatment of one of the various problems and opinions related to the issue of abrogation in the Holy Qur’an, the number of its verses, and the diagnosis of the abrogator from the abrogated, then exposure to a concept related to abrogation known as postponement, which is the delay of the rule of the verse as a result of changing its spatial and temporal conditions and its special conditions that lead to the change of the subject of the ruling so it changes judge accordingly; Then it soon returns if its subject and conditions return, and this has caused a difference in the credentials of both abrogation and postponement, so that the situation has reached the point where some deny the occurrence of idiomatic abrogation in the Qur’an and claim that everything that was said of its authentications is a postponement of the ruling and not a copy of it, which is What is expressed by some as conditional abrogation, gradual abrogation, or temporary introductory transcription, and the research concluded that there is no evidence for this and that it did not happen if a specific ruling returned after its abrogation. All stipulated in it the unity of the subject in the abrogated and the abrogated, and that it remains and does not change. Rather, the abrogation of the ruling occurs as a result of the end of its term and the special time assigned to it from the beginning and the change of the faculties that are basically related to what is commanded and what is forbidden. And the like, so there is no correlation between changing the ruling and changing the subject, and that the logical ratio between them is the general and the exclusive, and in light of that and what is known of the conceptual differences between abrogation and postponement, the credible suspicion can be resolved. It is not right to deny one at the expense of the other.

The connection between mysticism and politics is one of the most interesting topics to be addressed, due to the inherent nature of these two fields of study that seem to contradict each other; Because politics emphasizes the science and practice of achieving material power, while in mysticism, material power is of little value and importance. Some scholars believe that there is no connection between mysticism and politics, or if there is, it is a destructive link. Others, however, see mysticism in relation to politics as a complement to it. However, it should be noted that mysticism has been confronted with the politics of the era in different ways in different periods, and in fact, one of the origins of mysticism is the same issue of politics. Some believe that mysticism has an apocalyptic approach and does not pay attention to worldly affairs, including politics, and that their attention to politics is low for mystics. What is more, stepping on the path of mystical journey and the formation of mystical spirits in individuals creates a personality that is very different from ordinary politicians. A mystic is a person who is cut off from the world and its belongings and ignores the conflicts and noise of this world. He despises the whole material world for nothing, and in solitude, he is always engaged in the remembrance and worship of God, and from every thought or action that pollutes worldly affairs. This is while the politician thinks only of this world and his concern is to overtake his rivals and opponents. He has to make decisions with composure that sometimes lead to bloodshed and human sacrifice. In this research, the historical course of the relationship between mysticism and politics has been studied and in this course of connection, 5 historical periods have been briefly examined. The first period covers from the second to the fifth century, that is, until the formation of monasteries and sects. The second period is from the formation of sects to the formation of Shiite-Sufi sects. The third period continues from the emergence of the Shiite-Sufi sect until the creation of the Safavid dynasty. The fourth period begins with the occupation of Safavid rule (tenth century) and continues until the contemporary period. Finally, the fifth period is included after the victory of the Islamic Revolution.

Abstract:-
Among the Algerian scholars, kateb Yacine is one of the most prominent authors who played a significant role in fighting the French colonists. The Algerian revolution which was a reaction to the colonial policies, i.e. removal of Algerian identity, eliminating Islam and the Arabic language and culture, has grabbed the attention of numerous writers as one of the most important incidents in the history of Algeria. Meanwhile, Kateb Yacine, having political-social knowledge, joins the revolution and closely touches its incidents and leaves famous works such as Najma, the body with a ring on the neck, and circle of revenge novels as his legacy. The Najma novel is the manifestation of Algeria in the form a beautiful but sick woman with many problems. In other words, Najma is the symbol of Algeria injured and wounded by the colonial France. Also, the play "a body with a ring on the neck" recites the events of May 8, 1945. In which the Algerian people launched a massive protest against the French colonialism and Kateb Yacine also joined this protest which made him end up in the jail.

Abstract:-
Life style as a subject of social science has a firm and established relation with a collection of concepts. The Islamic life style which originated from Islam religion has special bases in economic matters. Observing economic justice is one of the economic bases in Islamic life style. Economic justice means providing monetary rights and needs for people, determining a portion of each social person from natural sources and facilities and from present wealth being in the society and contesting with all kind of monopolization and malversation.
There are many verses and narrations which mentioned to observing the economic justice and imam Ali′ way of governance was also relied on it. Observing and doing economic justice will be helpful in removing the social poverty.

The paper’s title is the interpretation of Al-A’la "The Most High" sura by Sadrulddin Al- shirazi (Died: 1050 A.H
The attitudes of Quranic text interpretation are not restricted to one approach., but varied in accordance to the different (marja’yat) reference of interpretation schools. So, the interpretation could be narrative, rhetorical, grammatical, and philosophical or it may involve all these arts in one interpretation. The current text is the interpretation of Al-A’la (The Most High) sura by Mohammed Ibn Ibrahim known asSadrulldin Al-shirazi (Died: 1050 A.H). The author attempted to employ many sayings and references of philosophers and gnosis to track the sura’s interpretation without prejudice to the basics of the interpretation of the Quranic text: linguistic, mental, and transference, but from there to a new vision in the interpretation of the sacred Qoranic text.

Abstract:-
The rise of Islam marked the beginning of significant changes in the rights and status of women; Islam denounced ignorant habits and traditions as well as inhumane treatment against women, changed the standard of values in society, proved the equality of men and women in the human essence, and identified the human identity of women to everyone. In the era of the Prophet (PBUH), women were actively present in various social arenas. They enjoyed high self-esteem, intellectual independence, freedom and the right to vote. They were present alongside men during wars and sacrificed their lives to defend Islam. They had the right to vote, comment and participate freely in political, social, cultural and economic issues. As a result, the conditions were provided for women to become a valuable and role-playing element. The role of the wives of the Prophet (PBUH), as one of the important pillars of Islamic society, in the evolution and development of Islamic jurisprudence is of high significance; this includes the evolution and development of Islamic jurisprudence through narrating, spreading and interpreting verses and hadiths, answering jurisprudential questions, explaining and interpreting women’s jurisprudence, issuing fatwas on emerging issues, educating students in the Islamic school, enjoining the good and forbidding wrong, and encouraging parents to educate their children correctly based on the teachings and manners of the Prophet (PBUH). Relying on first-class sources and applying a descriptive-analytical method, the present study aims at addressing this issue.

Abstract:-
The novel, more than any other literary genre, reflects the realities of society, and female novelists have been able to portray the troubling issues of contemporary women from their point of view. Egyptian novelist "Razva Ashour" has devoted her novel "Al-Tanturiyah" to the Palestinian issue, during which she addresses the problems of Eastern women in a war-torn and occupied society. The women's community in this novel spans three generations, and the characters of the novel and what goes on in them give a clear picture of the social situation of Palestinian women over the past seventy years. The dominance of the patriarchal system, the types of violence, discrimination and social restrictions for women, the differences between generations and the efforts of modern women for social activism, are among the most important structures governing Palestinian society, which in the novel "Al-Tanturiyah" represented well. The present study will be based on the theories of Lucien Goldman, who believes that the novel reflects the historical position of a group or class in the form of a worldview of that class. His theory of formative constructivism is based on the relationship between social structure and the structure of the novel, in which problematic characters are responsible for representing these structures. Therefore, the issue of research is the quality of reflection of the social structures that govern the Palestinian women's community in the novel "Al-Tanturiya".

There are legal consequences of the damage of nuclear activities, although those activities for peaceful purposes, and characterized by these effects that they can lax and do not appear for a period of time may exceed ten years, as well as the effects of long distances such as what happened in Fukushima and Chernobyl, in addition to the cause of nuclear damage to stop the damage And compensate those affected.

Abstract:-
In the face of pervasive disasters, a variety of approaches are taken to discover the cause. In this research, we have dealt with this issue taking an approach from the inside of religion. One of the issues that has always occupied the human mind is the existence of things that are not pleasing to man, but on the other hand, cannot be separated from his life. In analyzing the existential philosophy of this evil, it is necessary to see that what is the criteria of religion itself towards them? Taking a look at the religious texts, we come to the conclusion that: First: In some cases, we misunderstand them in a wrong way which is we consider some events evil while they are not. In fact, they are the result of human ignorance, man poor performance, partiality, the necessity of the natural world. Second: Is this evil primary or disciplinary evil? If this evil is primary and without purpose, it is incompatible with God's wisdom and justice. In the primary evils, there are benefits such as: erasing negligence, flourishing of talents, the revival of the remembrance of God, etc., and if it is to discipline, the awakening from the sleep of negligence, the reduction of the punishment of the Hereafter, the removal of the rust of cruelty from the heart, and so on. Therefore, in the definition of evil, one should not have a view of delivery and rationality. This article also suggests a way to analyze religion-related issues with the teachings of religion itself; Misunderstanding religious issues will have many negative consequences and it even may lead man to the abyss of disbelief (atheism) or Determinism.

Literary formalism means the investigation of the aesthetic characteristics of a literary work in the form of literary works and their relationship to the meaning and content of a literary work. Among the prose texts, the art of rhetoric, because it is said in public and also because of its effect on the addressee, always has a strong connection with the literary and rhetorical industries and shows the power of rhetoric and the skill of the speaker in motivating the addressee and their companions. Hence, “the role of the rhetorical and badiah matrices in this art is very important, because the message and the purpose that the speaker seeks will be more effective and stimulating by combining the aesthetic elements. Given the rhetoric and aesthetics found in the speech of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), it is necessary to study the style of speech of these nobles and analyze it formally to understand how the form and content of the speech of Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, are related. Also, paying attention to the fact that this issue has not been studied much in the words of the women of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) doubles the importance of the topic. The authors of this treatise intend to use the descriptive and analytical method of the sermon of Hazrat Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her) from a formal perspective. Various techniques of alienation of concepts and artistic deviation from the normal norm of language were demonstrated in the sermon of Hazrat Fatima (peace be upon her), in addition to various references to the verses of the Noble Qur’an to beautify the sermon and make it more effective.

One of the features that the followers of Imams believe in it is the knowledge of Imams. This feature has an important place among the qualifications that Imams should have.
The Shia followers were trying to prove, clarify and specify the features of Imams, the idea and disagreement among the Islamic scholars.
Hadiths are among (انا مدينه العلم and (اقضاكم علي)
The most important narrational reasons in approving that imams are the most learned people.
Menhaj Alsunnah written by Ibn Teimiyah is the most famous book which criticized Shia′ idea about Imams′ knowledge especially imam Ali′knowledge who is known as the most learned person.
This book has received too much attention from Shia adversaries in the following courses. After surveying and assessing the problems of Menhaj Alsunnah in these three hadiths, it specified that these hadiths were told by the prophet in order to prove that Imam Ali is the most learned one and they were approved by companions and followers and they were narrated through different ways.
None of the companions even Maaz Ibn Jabal was considered as the most learned person by Islamic scholars.
Not only the knowledge of Imam Ali but also his innocence was proved by the (Iam the city of science) hadith and companions′ missions couldn’t have considered as an implication on being the most learned one however the authenticity of some missions mentioned to some companions should have regarded. This research surveyed the doubts under the narrational and speech views.
