Imam Jaafar al-Sadiq, peace be upon him, spread the knowledge of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, freely and reassuringly. The period in which Imam al-Sadiq lived represented the aspect of intellectual and political maturity. He had witnessed different intellectual trends and opinions that deviated from the principles and rulings of Islam. He confronted them with intellectual strength, invalidated their advocates, and refuted their delusions. Sheikh Muhammad Abu Zahra says: (Imam al-Sadiq stood in the face of those who deviated in their belief or attacked the correct belief).

The comma in the Holy Quran: It is the last word in the verse, like the rhyme in poetry, and the evidence of rhyme in prose, contrary to Abu Amr Al-Dani (d. 444 AH) who considered it the word at the end of the sentence. As one verse may include several sentences, and the word at the end of the sentence is not a comma for it, but the comma is the last word in the verse, so that after it the beginning of the new verse is known by the completion of the previous verse.
Judge Abu Bakr Al-Baqillani (d. 403 AH) said: The commas are similar letters in the sections, through which the meanings are understood.
The comma occurs when resting in speech to improve the speech with it, and it is the way in which the Quran differs from the rest of the speech, and it is called a comma, because the two speeches are separated at it, and that is because the end of the verse separates it from what follows it.

Abdul Arabi’s poem was not a means of entertainment or a superficial means of understanding, but rather an emotional weapon sharper than swords and more far-reaching in its effect. If the sword has a temporary effect that passes with the passing of a moment, then the poem has an effect that does not pass, especially if its words are carried by travelers. Resorting to the sword was the last thing on this Arab’s mind, and it was difficult for him even though he was capable of it, because it was an option that would bring him the mark of (ignorance), while the tongue was the means of the human progress that he sought and longed for. However, the environment in which he lived had its rules; it attracted him to what was imposed on him of ignorance, fanaticism and conflict, but he quickly returned to his humanity and the eloquence that he was born with. Resorting to the sword was an extremely complex matter, scattered on its margins with feelings of regret, blame and retreat. From here you find that war had a great effect in lengthening speech and the emergence of poetry - as the ancients saw it - to contain these concerns and justify this ignorance after the Arab’s life was easy, represented by simple verses that a man would present before his need - according to the expression of Al-Jahiz.

Research in the field of epistemology was controversial among thinkers and researchers. Some of them believed that there was an agreement between them and the science of logic, considering that logic investigates the basic laws of human knowledge. A section went to define its scope as how to acquire knowledge or gain information. Therefore, in their opinion, it was a branch of contemporary psychology that presents the study of the mental processes that the mind consciously performs in gaining its information - such as sensory perception, imagination, memory, and the like - and this resulted in the theory of knowledge being considered a science because psychology, which it was attached to, has today become one of the partial sciences and is based on psychology and claims the validity of its issues, while the partial sciences refuse to accept it or take it as a basis for their research.

Justice is relative with regard to human beings because cosmic justice is within the power of God Almighty, as He created the universe according to a balanced and equal system, and placed the scale of justice and its measure in all aspects of the universe, as the image of absolute divine justice is embodied in many verses of the Qur’an. The Holy Qur’an has decided a system for every matter and placed the system in a scale that achieves equivalence and equality, and thus social, economic and political justice is achieved.....etc. Therefore, one of the names of God Almighty is the Just. Accordingly, justice is not a characteristic of humans, as they are prone to error, and no person can achieve justice as God Almighty has decided in His perfect Book. Rather, man is commanded by God Almighty to achieve justice as stated in the Holy Qur’an * In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful * (And when you judge between people, judge with justice).

The concept of agreement to amend the provisions of civil liability
The task of compensating for damage is a task that falls on the person responsible in accordance with the provisions of civil liability, the provisions of which the legislator has outlined in order to reach compensation for damage.
If the issue of compensation is one of the tasks of civil liability, then the person responsible, of course, works to get rid of this liability or reduce its burdens.
If this is the case, then the person also seeks to protect his rights from harm caused to him by others. Therefore, he is on the side of those who call for tightening the liability of the person who caused the damage, and he may resort to agreeing in advance to draw a picture of this liability in anticipation of what happens to him in the future or to those for whom he is responsible or under his care.

After the development of modern medical studies and the When I looked around Shawqi\'s rich poetic gardens, I was dazzled by the fresh flowers and ripe fruits hanging from his Andalusian, Islamic, Brotherhood, Egyptian, Turkish, Khedivial, descriptions, love poems, and plays. Among those dazzling things, the prophetic poems were the most beautiful in formulation, the highest in status, the noblest in goal, and the holiest in subject or focus. That is why I could not resist their magic mixed with the lights and graces of prophethood. Much has been written about Shawqi - as far as I know - but I have not found an independent study on prophetic poems, which has left me in front of the temptation of confusion and longing for what is beautiful and noble in our Arab and Islamic heritage

Allah revealed the Holy Quran as guidance for mankind, a permanent, apparent miracle, clarifying everything. He left nothing out of anything except the origin of its origins and made its knowledge clear, (...We have neglected nothing in the Book...) (1) From here, every knowledgeable person sought knowledge from it in different eras in introducing people to its rulings and wisdom. Some people have been strange in interpretation, especially those who followed the science of the universe and nature in the verses of the Holy Quran, knowing that the Quran has clarified its origins, explained its method, and pointed to some of its rare facts. Researchers have expanded in taking from the Quran by attaching possible scientific theories to it, an expansion that has taken away from the wisdom for which it came, from guiding people and its miracle, until some interpretations have become as if they were books of natural sciences and not an interpretation of the Holy Quran. Before we talk about scientific interpretation, its method, and the opinions of those who agree or oppose it, we must clarify the reality of science and its connection to religion.
