This research examines the statement of Imam Ya’qub ibn Sufyan al-Fasawi in
Al-Jarh wa al-Ta’dil: “Hasan al-Hadith” as mentioned in his book Al-Ma’rifah wa al
Tarikh. The narrators who were described by this phrase have been collected, and the
contexts in which it was used have been analyzed and compared with the statements
of other Imams regarding the same narrators, such as Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Yahya ibn
Ma’in, Al-Nasa’i, Al-Dhahabi, Ibn Hajar, and others.
The study reveals that Imam al-Fasawi was precise in his use of the phrase “Hasan
al-Hadith”, as he used it with multiple meanings depending on the narrator’s status.
Sometimes, he intended it to indicate a rank below authentication, and other times, he
meant it as a restricted authentication.

This research deals with: “Quranic Narrations about Dormant Energies - An Ob
jective Study”
The research highlights that Allah, the Almighty, has created humans with nu
merous energies and abilities, and nothing is created in vain. The Quran encourages
humans to reflect on their creation. However, some energies become dormant due to
various reasons mentioned in the Quran, which also provides solutions for this issue.
The research explores the types and causes of energy dormancy and presents ways
to stimulate these energies, such as acquiring knowledge, promoting intellectual free
dom, and encouraging righteous deeds. It emphasizes that when humans fail to per
ceive the true nature of things, their intellectual abilities become dormant.
The Quranic verses emphasize the importance of enjoining good and forbidding
evil, and neglecting this duty can lead to social and spiritual stagnation. The research
concludes that faith and good deeds are not achieved by mere wishes but by sincere
intentions and actions

The Holy Qur’an is considered the miraculous Book of Allah, through which He
challenged both humans and jinn in its eloquence, clarity, and meanings. It is also a
reference for guidance and instruction for all generations. One of the most important
characteristics of this Book is that the names of its surahs are not merely titles but carry
clear and profound meanings that help in understanding the content and interpreting
the message they convey.
Surah Al-Kahf is one of the surahs that exemplifies the beauty of correspondence
between its name and its content in a prominent way.
The term “Al-Kahf” in its original language refers to a hidden place where a person
seeks refuge for safety from dangers. The stories and contents of the surah are consistent
with this central meaning, highlighting the beauty of the correspondence between
the name and the content. The manifestations of concealment recur in multiple forms:
the concealment of the youths in their cave, the hidden knowledge of Moses with
Al-Khidr, the hidden causes of the trial of Dhul-Qarnayn, and even the hidden divine
tests in the lives of believers. This semantic repetition indicates a thematic unity that
governs the surah and gives it a cohesive aesthetic dimension.
This study focuses on examining the correspondence between the surah’s name
and the meanings of concealment it addresses, through an analytical and interpretive
approach, while also considering the rhetorical aspects that enhance the beauty of this
correspondence.

Judicial Disputes Usually End Naturally, With A Ruling And The Issuance Of A
Final Judgment. However, Sometimes Judicial Disputes May Encounter Obstacles
That Prevent The Continuation Of The Proceedings, Thus Preventing The Achievement
Of Their Intended Purpose. Jordanian Lawmakers Have Also Established Procedural
Penalties For Neglecting To Continue The Litigation Process. This Creates
A Favorable Environment For The Application Of Appropriate Procedural Penalties.
This Study Addresses The Penalty Of Considering A Case As If It Never Existed,
Which Was Adopted By Jordanian Lawmakers In Its Latest Amendment To The Code
Of Civil Procedure No. 31 Of 2017. The Main Problem Lies In The Ambiguity And
Inadequacy Of The Provisions Regulating The Penalty Of Considering A Case As If
It Never Existed In The Code Of Civil Procedure.

This study examines the factors influencing political participation in Jordan from
2012 to 2024, with a particular emphasis on electoral and political party legislation.
Utilizing both the descriptive-analytical approach and the structural-functional approach,
the research is structured into two main sections: the first explores the concept
of political participation, while the second analyzes the key factors affecting participation
rates.
The findings reveal that electoral laws had the most significant impact on political
participation. Voter turnout increased to 56% in 2013, then declined to 29% in 2020
due to the COVID-19 pandemic, before rising again to 36% in 2024 following legislative
amendments. Additionally, political party participation grew from 11.3% in 2013
to 58% in 2024, underscoring the critical role of legislative frameworks in fostering
political engagement.

This study explores the jurisprudential rulings related to the Beautiful Names of
Allah and their influence on creed, worship, and behavior.
The researcher begins with the noble hadith:
“Indeed, Allah has ninety-nine names—one hundred minus one—whoever enumerates
them will enter Paradise.”
He clarifies that knowing these Names and worshipping through them is among the
main reasons for loving Allah and truly knowing Him.
The study discusses several jurisprudential issues, such as the ruling on writing
Allah’s Names on walls and prayer beads, swearing oaths and supplicating by them,
naming with them, learning them, and using them in healing or chanting their remembrance.
It concludes that Allah’s Beautiful Names are ninety-nine, completed to a hundred
by the Greatest Name, and that whoever enumerates them and acts according to their
meanings will enter Paradise.
It is permissible to write them and name with them, as long as this does not involve
disrespect or the use of a Name exclusive to Allah alone

This research, titled “The Interpretive Relationship Between Qur’anic Readings
in Al-Maturidi’s Tafsir: Selected Examples from Surah Al-Baqarah”, explores the
interpretive connection between the various Qur’anic readings (qirāʾāt), with a focus
on the exegesis of Imam Al-Maturidi. The study demonstrates that the wisdom behind
the multiplicity of readings goes beyond merely facilitating recitation for the Muslim
community; rather, it enriches and clarifies the meanings of the Qur’an. Each reading
contributes to expanding the semantic scope, resolving ambiguities, specifying
generalities, or clarifying concise expressions.The study highlights Imam Al-Maturidi’s
significant role as one of the eminent exegetes who paid close attention to the
variant readings. His tafsir incorporates both canonical (mutawātir) and anomalous
(shādh) readings, providing interpretive insights and detailed analysis. Al-Maturidi
also demonstrated the possibility of reconciling different readings and deriving meanings
from each, relying on early sources in the science of qirāʾāt. His tafsir is thus
considered an important source in the field, containing precise interpretations and rare
references.

This study explores the theological dilemma of determinism and free will in light
of recent advances in biotechnology, particularly gene-editing technologies such as
CRISPR. It investigates how these scientific developments raise profound theological
questions regarding the boundaries of human agency vis-à-vis divine will. The
research begins by analyzing the classical Islamic doctrines of determinism and free
will as articulated in the Qur’an and the Prophetic tradition, with special attention to
the perspectives of major theological schools - Ashʿarī, Māturīdī, and Muʿtazilī - on
the relationship between human actions and divine power. It then highlights how this
doctrinal debate has shaped the perception of the human body as a divine trust and
as a creation originally endowed with perfection. The study further distinguishes between
therapeutic genetic interventions, which aim to cure diseases, and enhancement
interventions that attempt to redesign or improve human beings beyond their natural
state. By drawing this distinction, the research examines the implications of gene editing
for human freedom, moral responsibility, and the theological concept of human
limitation, in light of Islamic creed that emphasizes the perfection of divine creation
and the limits of human agency. The study argues that gene editing should not be approached
merely as a technical or medical issue, but rather as a theological challenge
engaging core doctrines of divine creativity, destiny, and natural law. It concludes
that Islamic theology provides a critical framework capable of guiding the ethical
and theological discourse on biotechnology, maintaining a balance between scientific
advancement and the preservation of human dignity and primordial nature as affirmed
by revelation. This study thus opens a new horizon in contemporary Islamic theology
by connecting the classical debate on determinism and free will with cutting-edge
biotechnological issues.

This research aims to address the ownership of AI-generated data in light of jurisprudential
rules and Islamic objectives within the framework of comparative jurisprudence,
it begins by explaining the concept of ownership in Islamic jurisprudence and
highlighting its development as an independent jurisprudential theory capable of absorbing
new developments. It then examines the types of ownership in terms of their
relation to tangible assets and intangible rights, paving the way for their application
to the research topic. The technical aspect of the generated data was then presented,
defining it and explaining its types in the AI environment.
Within the comparative jurisprudential framework, this data was analyzed and
characterized in light of the concepts of property, benefit, and right. The research
concluded that the generated data constitutes intangible property whose ownership
is legitimate, and its ownership is established based on its source and cause. Based
on this classification, the ownership of the generated data has general jurisprudential
implications related to the permissibility of disposal, the guarantee of destruction, and
the obligation of protection, making it included within the objectives of Sharia in preserving
property and protecting rights.
The study concluded that the Islamic jurisprudence system possesses flexibility in
its rules and principles, enabling it to accommodate contemporary digital property
ownership and present an authentic jurisprudential vision that balances technological
development with the requirements of Sharia justice.

Scholarly gatherings and assemblies of knowledge represent one of the most
significant educational platforms for instilling faith-based values in the hearts of
younger generations. They play a pivotal role in shaping their personalities and
guiding their conduct in accordance with the principles of the Islamic faith. Genuine
education aims to elevate the spiritual and moral state of Muslim youth, teach
them proper etiquette with scholars, provide them with exemplary role models, and
strengthen their connection with God—fostering reverence and piety that safeguard
them from intellectual and ideological deviation. Such gatherings cultivate a love for
obedience and a commitment to the pursuit of knowledge, broaden their intellectual
horizons, and promote cooperation in upholding the authentic Islamic creed, free from
both extremism and moral laxity. Moreover, they reinforce the Islamic identity of
young individuals, equipping them to confront intellectual and ethical challenges.
Accordingly, encouraging youth to participate in these gatherings and creating an
enabling environment for them is of paramount importance, as it contributes to the
development of a conscious, knowledgeable generation well-versed in their religion.

Islamic law was established to serve the interests of people in this world and the
next، and to justify rulings based on the interests of people، as agreed upon by the
majority of scholars of the nation from the beginning of Islam to the present day.
However، opinions differ among scholars regarding the permissibility of using the
principle of maslahah mursalah (public interest) as a basis for justification. This study
aims to clarify the Hanafi position on reasoning based on the interests of the people،
as expressed by Ibn al-Humam in his book Al-Tahrir fi Usul al-Fiqh. The study begins
with a translation of Ibn al-Humam’s book and an introduction to it، followed by a
definition of maslaha and its categories، an explanation of maslaha mursala and related
terms، and the conditions for applying maslaha mursala according to scholars and
their arguments. The study examines the Hanafi position on this issue and concludes
with practical examples of maslaha mursala in the Hanafi school of thought، including
the most important results.

This study examines the use of omission (ellipsis) in the didactic poetry of Abu
al-Atahiya. It begins by defining omission linguistically and terminologically, followed
by an overview of Its types and rhetorical functions. The second section focuses
on the semantic guidance of omission in Abu al-Atahiya’s wisdom poems, analyzing
the kinds of omission and their Impact on meaning direction. The third section explores
the aesthetics of omission, emphasizing brevity and condensation in conveying
wisdom, with a brief comparison to other didactic poetry examples. In conclusion, the
study finds that omission In Abu al-Atahiya’s poetry Is not merely a linguistic device
but a rhetorical tool that enhances the delivery of wisdom and Intensifies meaning,
while also highlighting the risks of excessive omission.

This study examines the role of heritage figures in contemporary poetry, focusing
on Mahmoud Farhan’s collection Huroof Al-Jubb. By invoking figures from religion,
history, and literature, the poet highlights the enduring connection between the nation’s
past and present. These figures are not merely historical symbols but convey
profound meanings that link generations and reflect the intellectual and cultural values
shaping historical identity. The research explores how Farhan reinterprets these figures
within a tragic framework, intertwining past and present while emphasizing their
contrasts. In his poetry, these figures do more than evoke historical imagery; they
serve as a dynamic expression of contemporary concerns, embodying pressing human
questions. This study demonstrates how the poet draws on his heritage to revive the
past’s significance and construct a contemporary vision that reinforces human values.
Through literature and poetry, he reshapes this heritage, offering a renewed perspective
that bridges tradition and modernity.

This study aims to investigate the effect of interactive augmented reality environments
on developing flexible thinking among mathematics students in intermediate
schools in the northern sector of Fallujah. The research problem stems from the limited
use of flexible thinking skills when students face new mathematical problems,
which hinders their ability to adapt to diverse learning approaches. The study employed
a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test for a single experimental
group. An augmented reality-based learning environment was developed and
applied to teach selected mathematics topics. A flexible thinking test was used as the
main measurement tool, administered both before and after the intervention. The results
revealed statistically significant differences in favor of the post-test, indicating
the effectiveness of interactive augmented reality environments in enhancing flexible
thinking. The study concludes that integrating augmented reality into mathematics
teaching methods is beneficial and recommends extending the experiment to other
educational stages, along with developing further digital tools to support creative and
critical thinking alongside flexible thinking.

Every novel has a specific event that directs it to the direction of the idea it proposes;
it may be (detective, social, realistic, historical, political, or romantic), and this is
what makes the novel fall into one specific style and not another, but with the development
of cultural life and technology, diversity came as a necessity to break the monotony.
The narration draws the recipient to the text, which called for the emergence
of a new narrative style that includes more than one narrative style, which causes the
recipient to move between the narration styles in one novel through a highly precise
literary and artistic touch. This diversity is considered a hybrid style because it results
from the mixing of more than one narrative style in The novel itself, we find that the
novel is sometimes detective, sometimes historical, and in other places romantic, and
this diversity has come to require a new critical term that is appropriate to it and to the
event it contains that helps critics determine the aesthetics of the fictional text.

Lexical cohesion is considered one of the most important textual standards in linguistics,
representing the first axis of text linguistics. We judge speech as a text
through the presence of these standards, and the first thing that is asked about is the
criterion of cohesion, which can be grammatical and lexical. In this research, I have
chosen to focus on a part of lexical cohesion, specifically collocations. I have selected
the book “Al-Asma’iyat” as the research sample due to its significant importance in
the Arabic language, as it is an important poetic collection that includes a considerable
number of poetic texts that are rich in linguistic collocations.

figure within the Druze sect. We began by providing a brief definition of the Druze
sect and their fundamental principles. Subsequently, we addressed Al-Hakim bi-Amr
Allah, his actions, and his stance towards Islam and other religions. We then explored
the concept of divinity attributed to Al-Hakim bi-Amr Allah within Druze theology.
The research commenced with an introduction, followed by the main body, and concluded
with a summary of the key findings, a list of sources, and references. Success
comes from God.

This research addressed a delicate linguistic issue: the impact of neglected grammatical
devices on highlighting meaning. This research explored a practical approach
to heritage texts, as this phenomenon provided a fertile ground for exploring the nature
of the relationship between grammatical structure and textual meaning in the Arabic
heritage. The research proceeded from the observation that describing some devices
as neglected or redundant did not mean they were devoid of function; rather, it indicated
the disruption of their syntactic function, while their semantic and rhetorical
effectiveness continued. The research sought to establish the concept of neglect in
grammatical, rhetorical, and exegetical studies, by reviewing the linguistic heritage
from Sibawayh, through al-Farra’ and Ibn Jinni, all the way to Ibn Hisham and al-Muradi,
to reveal how scholars dealt with the phenomenon and defined its boundaries.
Efforts then focused on highlighting the semantic functions of neglected devices, such
as the impact of “ma al-kafah and ma al-adda’i” in restricting and emphasizing, “in
al-mukhtafi’a al-muhalla” in confirming the news, redundant prepositions in absorbing
and strengthening the relation, and “la” (non-functional) in directing negative
meaning. The research relied on the descriptive-analytical approach to establish concepts
and the applied comparative approach to analyze Quranic, rhetorical, and poetic
evidence, highlighting the points of agreement and disagreement among grammarians,
rhetoricians, and interpreters. The analysis demonstrated that these phenomena were
not secondary or subordinate, but rather clearly contributed to enriching and directing
meaning, revealing the depth of integration between grammar, rhetoric, and interpretation
in text construction. The research concluded that studying neglected styles from
an applied semantic perspective represents a qualitative addition to contemporary linguistic
studies, as it reveals the effectiveness of tools that have long been described as
neglected and emphasizes their necessity for a deeper and more accurate understanding
of heritage texts.

The administrative contract is one of the most important tools of modern administration
in organizing its legal and economic relationships with individuals and private
entities. The lack of precise legislative regulation for the authority of termination in
Iraqi law has led to discrepancies in judicial applications, allowing for multiple interpretations
in determining the legitimacy of termination decisions. Technological and
economic developments have also imposed new obligations on the administration related
to transparency, justification, and respect for the rights of contractors, especially
with the increasing importance of administrative contracts in implementing public
projects and attracting investment. Comparative experiences, particularly the French
and Egyptian ones, confirm that the administration can exercise the right of termination
for the public interest, but on the condition that it ensures full compensation
for the affected contractor and that the decision is subject to administrative judicial
oversight. These legal systems have also established precise regulatory and procedural
frameworks to ensure that termination does not become a tool for arbitrariness or a
means to undermine trust in administrative action.

The current research aims to develop higher-order thinking skills in grammar among
preparatory stage students through a proposed program based on the SWOM model.
The research sample consisted of 30 fifth-grade preparatory students, randomly assigned
to experimental and control groups. The researcher used the following tools:
a list of higher-order thinking skills in grammar suitable for fifth-grade preparatory
students, a test to measure higher-order thinking skills in grammar, and the proposed
program based on the SWOM model. The researcher followed the experimental approach
and quasi-experimental design, and used the following statistical methods:
means and standard deviations, independent samples t-test, η2 equation to calculate
the effect size, paired samples t-test, and eta squared. The results showed statistically
significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental
and control groups in the post-application of the higher-order thinking skills
test in grammar in favor of the experimental group students. The results also showed
statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of
the experimental group in the pre- and post-applications in favor of the post-application.
These results indicate the effectiveness of the proposed program based on the
SWOM model in developing higher-order thinking skills in grammar among preparatory
stage students.
