Blockchain technology is being hailed as the next significant phenomenon, with potential near-term usesthat might profoundly impact society and the economy. While the previous studies emphasizedcryptocurrency research, our article focused more on the blockchain-based applications applied in publicsectors. This review was conducted by collecting articles from different libraries, and the search strategywas applied Nvivo software was utilized to code the literature and extract the themes used to build thebody of this research. Finally, the study identified several applications and concerns regarding adoptingand implementing blockchain technology within these sectors and the recommendations offered byscholars to manage this technology successfully.

Due to the increasing use of computerized information systems in higher and further education for bothadministrative (Human Resources, Finance, Student Records) and instructional (Teaching, Learning, andResearch) purposes, the challenge of systems integration has emerged like Virtual LearningEnvironments, electronic resource discovery tools, etc. COLUMS is a comprehensive and deeplyintegrated software product for large, medium, and small educational institutions that automates datastream and can be thought of as an Organization Wide Computing Package. The concept of COLUMSis to interconnect Students, Teachers, Parents and Management in effective manner. To meet all therequirements of the customer, the system needs to be upgraded and merged with the E-learning system.In terms of administration and remote learning, the new system provides all requirements of theuniversity. The use of this technology is to enable people to learn anytime and anywhere, and not onlydepend only on attend of the student to the university to learn and take the courses. Given theshortcomings of the COLUMS, this project introduces new capabilities and services to address theseissues. such as selecting the course to study online, with easy and fast way to enroll to the course, eachcourse will contain number of lessons which contain the scientific material, as well as add someextra feature to the course like announcement, drop box, homework, document and chat room. Forthe future work, add a more feature of alerting the users by sending phone SMS when the any changehappen in the course. Moreover, white board technology (virtual Class) so the teacher can use theelectric white board to describe the content of his subject online and the student can see the lesson asstream video. Finally, make the accessing of this system not only though browsing by the computer butalso use the smart phone and tablet.

A non-linear applied math knowledge modelling tool, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) arepredominantly used to model complicated interactions between inputs and outputs or to look for patternswithin the data. Using VHDL coding, we developed a generic hardware-based ANN. This classifier hasbeen trained to recognize letters on a 4x4 binary grid that a user fills out using 16 toggle switches. AnLCD shows the most likely classification that the ANN proposed. The ANN was taught to recognize 20English character patterns and 9 Arabic character patterns on a 4x4 grid to showcase the viability of theFPGA execution of ANN. The Altera DE2 development and education board use the generated designfile to flash the Altera Cyclone II FPGA. A training supervisor is also included in the design, which isresponsible for training the ANN to recognize a set of 29 standard characters drawn from the English andArabic alphabets. Positive patterns were found, with the ANN successfully recognizing all trainingcharacters. Finally, this study demonstrates the adaptability and boundless possibility of hardware-basedimplementation of ANN and the infinite possibility of prototyping and building recent systems withVHDL coding on an FPGA platform.

Researchers have carried out many approaches to recognizing the OCR through software-based andFPGA-based and its relationship with the ANNs and training these NNs by using the BP algorithm. TheFPGA supports high speed to recognize the character because it works in parallel. It involves many logiccircuits and can process at the same time (clock cycle). There have been problems with the establishedsystem because the size, shape, and style of supposedly identical characters might differ from person toperson and even within the same person on rare occasions. The photograph is vulnerable to noise andcan lose some or all of its visual clarity as a result. There are strict guidelines that govern the way acharacter looks that the character must adhere to. The NN and its learning process could only be definedby heuristically deducing its rules from samples and the enormous dataset.

Learning Management Systems (LMS) are web-based software that is used to create and delivereducational content in a controlled and measurable way. They are designed for an LMS-specific teachingprocess. These systems are available in different forms and can be purchased as open source or closedsource solutions. This paper provides an explanation for the LMS and the approach used to implementit. We introduce and describe background study of LMS and discusses the advantages and disadvantagesof LMS. Then the study on other LMS existing systems that have the same purpose of this project andexplains the advantages and disadvantages of these systems to come out with new system have all feature.Finally, we provides the comparison study with some related system in term of advantages, drawbacks,techniques, features, technology.
