Since metaphor is one of the most prominent linguistic topics in Arabic rhetoric in general and the Holy Qur’an in particular, scholars have addressed it in their studies through the Holy Qur’an. Among these is Imam Alawi Al-Maliki ( ) in his book: ((The Style that Contains the Secrets of Rhetoric and the Sciences of the Realities of Inimitability)), as he spoke about it clearly, and the Qur’anic examples that he cited contained many of the precise meanings of Qur’anic expression. This research shed light on the precise meanings and the exquisite secrets.

This study examines the syntactic styles in the poetry of Abdul Razzaq Abdul Wahid, with a particular focus on the styles of interrogation, vocative, exclamation, and prohibition. It analyzes their syntactic and semantic structures from a narrative perspective. The study demonstrates how these styles move beyond their traditional linguistic functions to become rhetorical and narrative devices that reveal human emotions such as sorrow, brokenness, emotional intensity, and reflection on reality. It also highlights the role of these styles in enriching poetic texts, making them more dynamic and vivid, while adding emotional and expressive dimensions for the reader. The study concludes that the poet often employs these styles not for their literal grammatical purposes, but rather for figurative expression and psychological intensity, more than for genuine interrogation or direct prohibition.

This study focuses primarily on Maya Angelou, an important poet in African American literature. The purpose of this research is to determine how Maya Angelou's poems "Still I Rise," "Caged Bird'' and "Phenomenal Woman" describe forms of oppression and resistance experienced by black women. These poems will be taken from The Complete Collected Poems of Maya Angelou by Maya Angelou 1994. Her poems focus on African memory of black women's oppression, and she is regarded as a narrative voice for oppressed women. This study employs a literary analysis with a black feminist theory perspective. As this study demonstrates, poetry depicts oppression and resistance in a variety of ways, most notably through her own literary and poetic works. The poet did this to convey black women's equal right to live freely, to elicit kindness from readers, and to describe the various forms of oppression and struggle they encountered. Angelou, often considered as a voice of the downtrodden, used her tremendous gift to amplify the tales of those silenced by history, giving them a place in the larger narrative of American identity. It is divided into four sections, each of which focuses on a specific topic.

This study presents a scholarly investigation of a rare jurisprudential manuscript entitled “Al-Jawahir al-Hassan fi Hal Shurb al-Dukhan” (The Precious Jewels in Permitting Tobacco), attributed to the Hanafi jurist Isa ibn Isa al-Safti. He authored it in the early twelfth century AH in response to a newly emerging jurisprudential issue: the ruling on smoking after its spread throughout the Islamic world. The significance of this manuscript stems from its representation of an early model of juristic reasoning diligence (ijtihad) on contemporary issues, in the absence of explicit texts from the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah, and the lack of discussion of this matter by jurists of the early centuries.
The study employs a scientific methodology for textual criticism, through collation of manuscript copies, documentation of the text, and commentary, along with an analytical study of the jurisprudential and legal principles contained within the treatise. The author explained his methodology for deriving legal rulings by applying fundamental principles, primarily analogy (qiyas). He determined that the ruling on smoking is based on its similar legal characteristics (obligation, recommendation, permissibility, reprehensibility, prohibition), according to its effects and underlying reasons.
The study concluded that al-Safati leaned towards permitting smoking in itself, based on the principle of permissibility and the absence of proven harm or intoxication at the time. He distinguished between smoking and other substances that impair or weaken the mind, which are subject to prohibition. The study also highlighted that this interpretation reflects the nature of juristic reasoning in dealing with new developments and reveals the flexibility of the legal system in accommodating contemporary issues.
The scholarly value of this work lies in its contribution to enriching comparative jurisprudence studies, highlighting the evolution of legal rulings with the development of knowledge and reality, and shedding light on a neglected aspect of the jurisprudential heritage related to everyday life issues. The study also opens the door for further research into the jurisprudence of contemporary issues, especially in light of modern scientific data that may influence the re-evaluation of previous diligence rulings.

Sheikh Hussein Maan achieved resounding success on both the intellectual, religious, and political fronts. He forged his path in the Najaf seminary, surpassing in a few years levels of study that typically require many years, thus becoming one of its most prominent scholars and a genius. What aided him in this was his mentorship and guidance under the leading thinker of the age, the martyred Imam Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr, who served as his role model, authority, teacher, and guide. This mentorship had the most significant and profound impact on his studies, in addition to his unique abilities, enabling him to become a brilliant professor within the seminary. Furthermore, he left behind a considerable scholarly legacy of insightful intellectual works, despite his young age of only 25. On the political front, his affiliation with the Islamic Dawa Party was a starting point for achieving one of his most important goals: establishing an organized Islamic movement to create a state governed by Islam, its principles, and its teachings. Moreover, he recognized the danger of Iraq remaining under the rule of the dissolved Ba'ath Party and the consequences that would ensue. Things would be tragic if that authority continued to rule him, so he devoted his whole life to Islamic work and to fighting and confronting that tyrannical authority, fully aware that his opposition to that authority would ultimately lead to his martyrdom, and that is what he wished for, and that is what happened in 1980.

This research addresses the legal issues arising from the integration of intelligent robots into the commercial environment and the challenges they impose on the traditional legal system, which is based on the dichotomy of person and thing. The study adopts an analytical-deductive methodology to functionally interpret legal texts, aiming to adapt concepts of civil liability to keep pace with algorithmic autonomy.
The research concludes that classical rules are inadequate for addressing the black box of artificial intelligence, proposing a shift toward objective liability and a mandatory insurance system as practical alternatives. Furthermore, it emphasizes the necessity of adopting algorithmic transparency and the rule of explainability as mandatory governance mechanisms, alongside developing evidentiary rules to include technical expertise, to ensure balanced and fair competition in the digital market without hindering technical innovation.

The role of accounting in supporting environmental policies and achieving climate justice is a key component in promoting economic and environmental sustainability, particularly in Iraq. Therefore, through this research, we highlight the role of accounting in supporting environmental policies and achieving climate justice, and examine the impact of this on achieving responsible green accounting. To achieve the research objective, we will: We adopted the field survey method with its two aspects, descriptive and analytical, and a scientific questionnaire was designed to collect data. It was distributed to a random sample of employees in the financial and accounting departments in companies operating in the Iraqi industrial sector. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant direct effect of applying green accounting on achieving climate justice in companies operating in the Iraqi industrial sector at 0.05. It was found that there is a strong, statistically significant, direct correlation between the application of green accounting and the achievement of climate justice in companies operating in the Iraqi industrial sector at 0.05. It was found that every time the level of green accounting application increases by 1%, the level of achieving climate justice in companies operating in the Iraqi industrial sector increases by 0.758%. Therefore, the study recommends increasing the capacity of companies operating in the industrial sector to implement environmental policies to help them fulfill their environmental responsibilities.

This study examines the precious stones that adorned the High Priest's breastplate in Jewish tradition and traces the transformation of these symbols in Christian interpretation through a descriptive, analytical, and comparative approach. The study aims to reveal the significance of these twelve stones in their original context (the Old Testament), then trace how they were translated and interpreted in the Septuagint and in the writings of Josephus Flavius, and finally observe the symbolic transformation of these jewels in the Book of Revelation where they became the foundations of the New Jerusalem. The study concludes that the translation process from Hebrew to Greek created an epistemological rupture with the original stone names, leading to multiple divergent lists. This ambiguity paved the way for a radical transformation in symbolism from representing the twelve tribes of Israel to representing the twelve apostles of Christ, reflecting a Christian theological vision that sees the church as a continuation of God's ancient people and the fulfillment of its symbols.

The science of Hadith is the pinnacle of knowledge, the most valuable and the most beneficial. Whoever acquires it and acts upon it has attained both this world and the Hereafter. It is the second source of Islamic law after the Holy Quran.
Our scholars have devoted great attention to this noble science, devoting their efforts and exhausting their resources to deriving its rulings from their sources, explaining and clarifying it.
The result of their efforts and the fruits of their labor is a vast scientific heritage that fills libraries worldwide, a source of pride and glory for every Muslim. However, the greater part of this scientific heritage remains in manuscript form, lying dormant in manuscript centers and libraries, in need of someone to dust it off and bring it back to light so that researchers and students of knowledge everywhere can benefit from it.

This research aims to highlight the role of artificial intelligence technologies in news content creation on Iraqi satellite channels. To achieve this aim, we adopted a survey methodology, employing both descriptive and analytical approaches, and used a questionnaire to collect data. The study population consisted of all employees working in Iraqi satellite channels. The simple random sampling method was used, and the number of individuals in the study sample was 394, who answered the questionnaire. The study concluded that the level of application of artificial intelligence technologies in Iraqi satellite channels was high, with a value of 3.98 and a standard deviation of 0.80, and that the level of application of all its dimensions was high (expert systems, neural networks, machine learning, deep learning, Internet of Things). The study also found a high level of news content production on Iraqi satellite channels, with a score of 3.85 and a standard deviation of 0.85. Therefore, the research recommends that Iraqi satellite channels rely on credible and up-to-date sources and verify the accuracy of information, figures, and names before broadcasting.
