The study aims to highlight the role and contribution of small and medium enterprises in supporting development Economic in Algeria during the period (2010/2020) in the areas of operation, added value and exports Outside of hydrocarbons, and to achieve this, we undertook an analytical and descriptive study of the institution's statistical publications Small and medium and issued by the Ministry of Industry during the studied period.
The study concluded that small and medium enterprises contribute to creating wealth and creating Positions of jobs and export upgrade outside hydrocarbons, but their role remains not at the level, especially in the field Export development outside hydrocarbons.

The research aims to demonstrate the behaviors of skilled leadership and their impact on outstanding performance. The research was conducted at Wasit University, affiliated with Wasit Governorate. The research adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, and a questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection. A random sample of (63) faculty members, department heads, and employees with higher degrees were selected. The statistical programs (SPSS) were used to extract the results. The research concluded that there is a significant correlation and impact between skilled leadership and outstanding performance. The most important recommendations are the need to enhance the competencies of those with lower academic qualifications than the leaders in the research sample by providing them with the necessary information and knowledge.

In recent years, it has witnessed a significant growth in the use of digital marketing to enhance customer engagement with government services. Empowering customers through digital marketing techniques has become a primary goal in developing service sectors. This study explores the opportunities that digital marketing offers to empower customers in the Civil Registry sector in Dakahlia Governorate, as well as identifying the challenges that may hinder achieving these goals. Based on data analysis from customers, the study provides a comprehensive view of the role of digital marketing in improving the quality of government services and its impact on customer empowerment. The study found that digital marketing offers significant opportunities to enhance customer empowerment in the Civil Registry sector, including improving access to services, increasing customer satisfaction, and facilitating interaction with the system. The study recommended the need to adopt more comprehensive marketing strategies to address challenges, while leveraging the available opportunities to maximize the benefits of digital marketing in the government sector.

This research aimed to measure the role of strategic planning in achieving institutional excellence, by applying it to workers at Mansoura University Hospital in Dakahlia Governorate, and the research community was represented in all employees at Mansoura University Hospital in Dakahlia Governorate, and the research sample was (361) single, and the number of valid forms was (345) form by 95.5%.
The researcher used a survey list prepared for the purpose of collecting data, which represents the variables of strategic planning (independent variable) and institutional excellence (dependent variable), and the researcher used Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (Alpha) to calculate the reliability and reliability coefficient , while I used both Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis method to validate the research hypotheses.
The researcher reached several results, the most important of which was the presence of a significant correlation between strategic planning and institutional excellence at the level of significance (0.05), and the presence of a significant effect of each of the dimensions of strategic planning on the dimensions of institutional excellence at the level of significance (0.05).

Many countries seek to provide Islamic banking services in their banking systems, and this is through the remarkable growth of Islamic banking in countries of the world, both with Muslim and non-Muslim majority. That is why this study came to know Algeria’s openness to Islamic banking, based on the license of Regulation No. 20-02 of March 15, 2020, which defines banking operations related to Islamic banking and the rules for its practice by banks and financial institutions for Islamic banks by opening Islamic windows (windows) at the level of commercial banks traditional usurious.
As a result of this study, Algeria, like other countries, has sought to activate Islamic banking by enacting new laws that will help overcome difficulties, as despite the limited space available to it and the obstacles it faces in the field, the results achieved in the field of Islamic and traditional banks are a rather positive result, but they remain limited if compared with international and even Arab windows, due to the lack of an environment suitable for the work of Islamic banks in Algeria.

This study aims to investigate both the direct and indirect impact of telecommuting and Organizational Engagement of Employees while taking into account. A questionnaire was done so as to collect data from Mansoura University. Data were collected from 380 academic staff in Mansoura University using questionnaire (50% response rate).
The Results have proved many points. Telecommuting is generally adopted from home to ensure consistent delivery of services, adhering to social distance standards provided by national and international health organizations to avert transmission of the disease.
However, only a few studies have attempted to explore management perspectives regarding the use of telecommuting as a tool for timesaving among technology professionals. The varying definitions of telecommuting complicated the understanding the implications of shifting from the conventional office model to telecommuting and associated terms such as teleworking and working from home.
Teleworkers’ ability to transition to and from their work and family dimensions has a significant influence on their productivity and quality of life. also utilized the Border Theory to examine employees’ ability to transition from their work to their family dimensions without causing significant conflicts. noted that whereas employees might physically refrain from their work, a significant portion of them struggled to complete the accompanying cognitive role transition. observed that telecommuters experienced a significant portion of work-to-home and home-to-work interruptions that led to frequent conflicts. Employees tend to experience reduced work to-home interruptions when working from their organizations’ premises.

This study was conducted on a sample of 313 students from Batna 1 University, using the Thinking Traps Test to assess their thinking trap scores. Adopting a positivist philosophy, the research followed a deductive approach and utilized both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. The primary data collection tool was the Thinking Traps Test.

The findings revealed significant differences in mean thinking trap scores between students from practical and theoretical faculties. Additionally, a notable difference was found in the mean scores based on gender.

The study offers valuable practical implications and recommendations for Batna 1 University, along with theoretical insights for researchers exploring the study's variables.
