Abstract:
When reading the book, the text reflects the detailed jurisprudential approach in analyzing the meanings of words and conditions, citing the sayings of the great Shafi’i scholars such as Al-Ramli, Al-Nawawi, Al-Damiri, Al-Haytami and other jurists. The jurisprudential text deals in detail with the tools of conditionality in divorce and khul’, which is considered, in most cases, to be an explicit declaration of divorce in Islamic jurisprudence according to the Shafi’i school. Then it elaborates on the issues raised and their answers by the great scholars of the Shafi’i school, relying on the sources of their writings, faithfully conveying what they see as the answers that are useful to the questioners. Thus, the book came as a comprehensive collection of the meaning of the book, and a concise summary of the subject.
