The breadth and comprehensiveness that characterize the study of justice in the Holy Qur’an indicates the basic and foundational impact that this subject leaves on all Quranic studies. Hence the aim of this article was to show the location of justice in all divine limits and laws.
In the folds of our research we will learn about the general and basic approaches to achieving the goals of legislation from the point of view of the Holy Qur’an and we will study and shed light on them. These goals are represented by what the prophets of God aspire to achieve justice and comprehensive justice in human societies.
On the other hand it has been stressed in this article on the need to carefully pay attention to the origins of legislation and its essential role in the process of knowing the laws the objectives and how to implement the laws. And it becomes clear that justice is the basis for enacting legislation and setting divine laws in the Holy Qur’an which contributes to resolving many complexes and raises many problems raised on this subject.

In the previous research we dealt with the views of the Imami Shia interpreters regarding the interpretation of the verse of Jizya which is the twenty-ninth verse of Surat al-Tawbah which included the law of Jizya in the Quranic system. The ancient and late people of interpretation and there are differences between the two groups that require an explanation of what the school of the Sunnis went and an understanding of their starting points and methods that they adopted in the interpretation of this Quranic text and an explanation of the dialectic in that and the research focuses on the comparison between the interpretations represented in the statement of the faces of convergence and difference in the interpretation of this verse and the statement of the object.

In the Arabic language there are expressive methods in which the speaker expresses his own emotional feelings including the method of praise. Basically by the emotional function that the speaker shows about his feeling of satisfaction and then he is not subject to ratification and denial which makes him fall into the circle of non-demanding construction. This is to clarify the purposes of the speakers by linking the morphological forms and their multiple connotations. And the matter went beyond that when they studied the connotations of the single formula and the clarification of its meanings by means of morphological justification which is one of the chapters of expansion in the Arabic language and among the connotations of morphological justice is the sign of non-explicit praise.
This research reveals the multiplicity of connotations of the morphological formulas in the unauthorized praise through the reversal of the morphological formulas in the Holy Qur’an and under the title ((The significance of the morphological reversal of the non-explicit praise in the Qur’anic expression)).

This research sheds light on the Moroccan researcher (Mohamed Bazi )’s attempt to invest in the concept of (cross-interpretation) by describing the opposite a universal characteristic and a method of human interpretation valid for every time and place and the corresponding meanings are one of the faces of the rhetoric of the Quranic discourse in general especially through his study of Surat Al-Fatihah In his book (Interview of the Text and Rhetoric of Discourse Toward Interpretative Interpretation) this concept opens without hindering the realization of the dimensions of the textual levels but rather it allows summoning everything that facilitates understanding vaccination or enrichment in order to enable the interpreter and allow him to identify possible textual relationships in what constitutes meanings The text is the subject of interpretation whose field of application was found in the study of the aforementioned researcher through Surat Al-Fatihah which is reduced to the entire Qur’an adhering to the same Muslim his existence and his thinking.

This research deals with the effect of separating and mediating in grammatical guidiating in the book of Al-Durr Al- Masoon by Samin Al-Halabi(d756 AH) there are many places in Al-Durr Al- Masoom showing the difference of commentators and Arabizers in diaectiog the Holy text because of their different sects in directing separation and mediation we find from them those who stood hard and did not allow separation and mediation denying that and we find some of them who permitted separation and mediation citing what he said was his coming from the fluent Arabs whether poetry or prose.
the pages of this research contained a set of the most important issues in which the effect of separation and mediation was manifested with the presentation of the opinions of scholars in them.

Semantics is the search for meanings whether it is related to the lexical meanings of words or The meanings of the sentences or the manner in which the vocabulary is used within a specific linguistic context And the statement of its relationship to the mental process and the grammatical aspect is to focus on the structures of sentences In this research the grammatical and semantic aspect of Surat At-Takweer is shed light

Some commentators have followed the method of restricting the meaning in the interpretation of the meanings of the expressions of the Holy Qur’an so that it does not reveal the precise intentions they carry in the contexts in which they are mentioned These interpretations resulted in the formation of an image that is far from the goal and purpose of the Holy Qur’an when it used these terms and this method is inconsistent with the words and structures of the noble book which bears the characteristic of inclusiveness and plurality in its aims which it included in its verses and perhaps the word (illiterate) with which the Messenger described (P) Of these expressions that did not take their space from the multiple connotations the commentators confined themselves to mentioning the meaning (which does not read well and does not write well) which is considered the weakest of its connotations and this meaning has been adopted by many commentators and highlighted it at the expense of other meanings that this word bears which offended the position of the prophethood in contradiction Image of the Prophet (P) the sublime model presented by the Holy Qur’an.
This research is an attempt to clarify the meanings that the word “illiterate” carries through the lexical and grammatical data presented by the Arabic language and its laws that contribute to clarifying the truth of the misconception that is based on taking one aspect of meaning and neglecting other aspects in addition to what the Holy Qur’an has provided of the evidence that clarifies the Qur’an’s intention from The use of this word through linguistic data according to the Arabic language system through two axes:
The first: It deals with tracing the meaning of (the illiterate) according to the commentators and their multiplicity among them and showing the image of their neglect of this multiplicity by not adopting it which made the meaning of (not good reading or writing well) among the meanings that do not fit the status of prophethood.
The second: It deals with the grammatical aspect that contributes to clarifying what is meant by (the illiterate) through the grammatical and linguistic views of this word as well as the Qur’anic clues that clarify the intent.

The researcher in this study to clarify the peaceful efforts in the interpretation of the lord god almighty where this study icareed by Mohammed bin AL Hussein peaceful through a statement his name his birth and its ratio and the statement of his death The researcher sought to define the interpretation by presenting its introduction than explaining its method tafsir in general then explaining his method for his interpretation of Quranic verses for example his interpretation for the verses of the stories and his interpretation of the verses of the creation of the universe and his interpretation of the verses of rulings and their interpretation for the verses of ethics this study concluded that it is sufficient to refer only when interpreting it for the verses of the story as for the verses of the creation of the universe the peaceful ones are mentioned and abbreviated in his interpretation of the verses of the rulings except that he explains and gives more than one explanation when interpreting verses of ethics

The study examined the concept of linguistic presumption and its relationship to the context of the place; By studying words in terms of independence and non-autonomy and addressing words that are independent of themselves words that are never independent and words that are independent of one face and not independent of another and their relationship to the context of the place in which they appear.
The study discussed the functional trends of the presumption's work such as an explanation of what was outlined and interpretation; by public and private absolute and restrictive emphasis; by cutting with a certain significance copying from the revocation of the legitimate judgement; Let's get down to a copy judgment and show how consistent the function of the presumption is with the denominator.

This research is concerned with studying the pragmatic theory and applying it to the Arabic language and showing the benefit of its laws in analyzing texts and clarifying their meanings.
The research dealt with the sayings of the commentators in the noble verse and detailed them on several axes which were formed through hypothetical questions that we answered in detail.

Verbal similarity occur among some verses of the Holy Qur'an that have similar words. These verses despite the verbal similarities are different with respect to the priority or delay in the order addition or omission mentioning some components or omitting them being defined or non-defined plurals or singulars brevity or extension conversion of one letter to another or word to word. These features make it difficult at first glance to understand why these words are being repeated due to similarity and obscurity in meaning. This study intends to re-read the interpretive opinions of some commentators of the Qur'an on the one hand to explain the key position and role of the context in their confrontation with these verses and on the other hand to remind the differences between these verses of the Qur'an. Examining the context in these verses indicates that there is no indulgence in the words of revelation and eliminates the apparent contradiction of these verses. Thus it approves semantic continuity hidden in the Qur'an and the possibility of finding the correct meaning of this part of the verses.

The orientalists did not cease to deal with the Qur’anic text while studying it with Western tools so they were always keen to study the Qur’anic text with modern Western approaches excluding the curricula of the Islamic heritage from the field of the Qur’anic study in order to be able to extend their intellectual authority to the scholars of this field so the orientalists directed to introduce modern linguistic approaches Especially the structural approach in the contemporary Qur’anic lesson until those curricula gained wide fame and were widely adopted by many scholars of heritage especially those who were passionate about applying Western curricula to heritage following in the footsteps of their teachers in an attempt to show the superiority of Western culture over its Islamic counterpart by spreading their ideas sciences and curricula in Quranic medium.

This research deals with an advanced method and a new style for explaining the truth of the Quran text according to the correct Islamic approach by presenting the views of modernists and most prominent of those who said Quran is a human work and a cultural product that is invalid for every time and place then criticize it with objectivity and transparency so that the religion of God remains free from any error for those with good instincts.
Both Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd and Abd Alkarim Soroush had used western approaches and they tried to criticize and
de-sanctify the religion by saying the holy Quran is distorted.
After research investigation analysis and discussion it was found that the approaches they presented are deficient and there is no scientific evidence to prove their credibility. This reflects the superficiality and fragility of these approaches when applied to the Quranic text.
The main goal of the research is to conclude that any understanding of the Quran text must stem from the Quran due to the deficiency of the ideas and thoughts meanwhile the Quran is neither deficient nor confined. The Quranic text remains the only divine constitution and the first reference.

Our study is about a scholar of the Shiite scholars, and he is (Sayyid Ali Hussain bin Khayrat Ali Al-Zanjifuri Al-Hindi), the owner of various classifications in various sciences, including the sap of his thought, and the core of his mind. Among the proofs of his knowledge are these research papers that were marked: (benefit in mentioning some of the Qur’anic exhortations).

As for the second topic: a useful text in mentioning some of the Qur’anic sermons, and the conclusion that included the most important results, and finally the proven sources and references.

This article is an attempt to introduce some copies of the Holy Qur’an found in the Musawwarat treasury (the center for photographing and cataloging manuscripts of the House of Manuscripts of the al-Abbas’s holy shrine) which is estimated at thousands of copies. researchers and investigators to pervade the desired benefit; And to be a source in writing their research on the honorable copies and the associated readings lines drawings decorations and gilding.
The focus of attention of this article is (25) copies of the Qur’an whose dates range from the fourth century of the Prophet’s migration to the thirteenth century.

The investigative writer has dealt with a fundamental issue and it is the subject of questioning and inquiring about the significance of Laylat al-Qadr if we say for example that it is the twenty-third night of the month of Ramadan and across the multiplicity of the horizon the nights are multiplied so in the country of the twenty-third night and in another country after this date is the multiplicity of the Night of Decree with this multiplicity In sight ? Or is it one?
