This study presents the impact of applying risk management from the point of view of project managers and engineers. All analyzes are based on theoretical background on risk and risk management in construction projects. The research problem is due to the factors that cause the failure and delay of projects. Insufficient documentation for monitoring and registration, poor performance of project managers, inaccurate cost estimates, weak communication, and ignoring warning signals for projects that are about to fail).
The problem was thus identified by the following question: The importance of research is of theoretical importance in presenting and discussing scientific developments and knowledge contributions in the field of risk management. The practical importance of the study was to discuss and deal with a real and realistic problem based on the findings of the exploratory study and the questionnaires distributed to engineers in projects. The main objective of the study is to test the effect of the independent variable (effective risk management) in the approved variable (success of projects), and the main conclusions of the study is the impact For effective risk management in project success, as well as an effective risk management impact in project success dimensions.

The aim of the present research is to investigate the impact of the characteristics of women leadership in the selecting of organizational conflict strategy through which empowerment as an intermediate variable. The questionnaire was the tool adopted in the collection of data consisted of (70) questions distributed over three variables The questionnaire is distributed to survey the views of subordinates who work under their command at the University of Basra, where 240 questionnaires were distributed to subordinates. Taking their views of what came out, where returned 215 questionnaire was good for the analysis of which 210.
The research reached to a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the impact of the characteristics of women\'s leadership on the selection of the strategy of organizational conflict and this means that these characteristics support and strengthen the leaders in their work and orientation in choosing what is appropriate to perform the role assigned to them. Increasing its impact with the presence of empowerment leads to an impact in the choice of conflict strategy that serves the organization and help in the resolution of conflicts and also confirms the results that the women leader in the researched university to invest their characteristics and high, which leads to a positive result when the leadership These findings support the hypothesis model of the research.

Nonprofit service organizations operate in ethically complex environments, requiring leaders with a humanistic orientation to lead these organizations. This study aims to determine the impact of pro-social leadership in improving the performance of social services. A hypothetical scheme has been constructed according to the study variables. The research community consists of managers of departments and divisions and all workers in the departments of work and social affairs and the Center of the parties. The questionnaire is used to collect data. The results of statistical analysis indicated that there is a positive impact of the pro-social leadership in improving the performance of social services measured through the use of balanced scorecard for nonprofit organizations. In the light of the results reached, a number of recommendations has been proposed.

This study aims to determine the effect of Leagile production system on the supply chain performance. The conceptual framework and hypotheses of this study were built based upon the variables. And this study applied in the Iraqi government sector which is represented by South Refineries Company. The questionnaire was used as a method for collecting data from the sample of 313 respondents. The results indicated that there is a positive impact of the Leagile production system on improving supply chain performance, which enables the achievement of the goals and objectives of the organizations. And a set of recommendations has been proposed based on the findings of this study.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which the three - dimensional trinity of dark triad affects the Counterproductive Work Behavior as well as the diagnosis of indirect influence through emotions to reduce the phenomenon of adverse behaviors in the work environment. The conceptual framework of the current study was built on these three variables. This study was applied in the public health sector in Iraq. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool in eight government hospitals for a sample of 201 managers in government hospitals randomly selected using a set of statistical tools found in the SPSS v.22 (AMOS V.22) The study arrived to the following conclusions: There is a direct negative impact of the dark triad in the Counterproductive Work Behavior and indirect negative impact through emotions. The results also showed a direct negative impact between emotions (anger) and two dimensions of the dark triad (Machiavellianism and psychopathy) while there is no direct effect relationship between narcissism and anger, in addition there is a direct negative effect between after emotions (shame) (Narcissism and psychopathy) while there is no direct impact of shame with Machiavellianism.

The environment in which economic units operate is increasingly dynamic and complex because of the constant changes in technology, competition and policy. As a result, economic units need a sophisticated cost management system that reflects these changes in time and is able to help management to make the right decisions.
Since the main objective of management accounting is to provide accurate and appropriate information at an appropriate cost, the benefits of the information provided must exceed the costs and that this information helps managers to take decisions in the short and long term, which requires this information to accurately measure costs.in order to provide the Accurate measurement to the Indirect cost elements, which are a problem in all economic units, should be allocated as direct costs are allocated directly and easily. Several models have been proposed for cost management, allocation of overhead costs, such as activity based cost (ABC) and time driven activity based cost (TDABC) and resource consumption accounting (RCA), which are an integrated and comprehensive cost management system that combines the principles of flexible standard costs – or so called German cost management – (GPK) and the activity based cost accounting system that provides management With appropriate information on the allocation and efficient use of available resources, and that this combination involves characteristics that significantly improve cost management systems.

Achieving sustainability in manufacturing requires a comprehensive vision covering product design, manufacturing processes, manufacturing systems and even the entire supply chain to ensure that environmental, economic and social objectives are achieved. This study aims to achieve sustainability in the manufacturing system by employing an economically and environmentally efficient value steam map. The researchers used the simulation program to analyze current and future value flow scenarios. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that the use of simulation contributed to reduce costs and improve the indicators of energy, water and materials used and reduce the production cycle time across several scenarios and the possibility of designing a flow map of the value of environmentally and economically efficient through the use of simulation to achieve sustainability in the plant production system.

This study aims to determine the relationship and impact of official power of managers on attracting staff in Bank of Rafiden/University of Mosul.
The study depends on questionnaire which is used as a tool of data collection from a random sample of Bank of rafiden which consists of (40) persons as well as the hypothesis of this study:The official power of managers impact on attracting staff in organization research and this hypothesis is tested through many statistic tool such as (regression and correlation) that declare the relationship and impact between official power of managers on attracting staff and the study reached to many conclusions such as there are clustering between variables of official power and dimensions of attracting as well as find the relationship and impact between the variables on organization research and the study introduced many recommendations.

This study aims to explain the role of BSC in ERP. the descriptive and analytical approach in the research were used This study draws its importance from the fact that many projects have moved to apply the tools and methods developed for cost management and planning, including balanced scorecard and linking these tools with developments It is known that ERP system helps the project to link its operations with each other in a unified and integrated manner, which facilitates the work of the project and make it efficient and effective work and reduces the time required to conduct operations and make decisions based on the numbers and calculations available and updated permanently, the research found that the scorecard represents a carefully selected set of metrics derived from the project strategy aimed to improving performance where the metric is a tool for managers to use to reach to the staff and is a wave of performance is achieved during the achievement of the project vision and objectives of the strategy and thus recommend applying the scorecard to assess the performance of industrial projects and highlight the weaknesses in the current performance.

The aim of this study is to present a practical and theoretical framework about "The impact of the green economy on the success of small and medium enterprises."The theoretical framework was then constructed according to the study variables. This study was applied and tested in small and medium enterprises in Basrah Governorate. The questionnaire was used as a method for collecting study data and the sample size was 95 employees. The path analysis was used by using AMOS V20 program to test the hypotheses of the study. The results showed that there is a direct positive impact of the green economy on the success of small and medium enterprises.
