The current study aimed to identify the impact of scenario planning on the strategic response in the Shell Oil Company operating in southern Iraq. The study started with a main problem that included several questions, the most important of which was (Does the study sample have a clear vision or a sufficient awareness of the planning of the scenario and what is its impact on achieving the strategic response? The research community included the leaders of the Shell Oil Company operating in southern Iraq, and the study sample reached (186) person manager The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data and information needed to complete the study, and for the purpose of analyzing and processing the data statistically, the study relied on a set of statistical methods available in the (SPSS V.23 program, Amos V.23). The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the presence of an impact of scenario planning on the strategic response, which is reflected in an improvement in the level of the company in question.

The aims of the research is to present the role of customer insight in improving the perceived mental image according to the opinions of a sample of managers of (Zain Iraq Mobile Communications Company). In order to achieve this, the customer insight variable was measured with its dimensions (customer attitudes, customer behavior, and customer culture) An explanatory variable. While the variable of mental image was measured with its dimensions (cognitive, emotional, and behavioralas a dependent variable.

The current research aims to demonstrate the effect of psychological well-being in reducing bullying behavior in the workplace within the research community, which is represented by the employees of the Holy Karbala Water Directorate who are at the level of decision-making and shouldering responsibility. - self-acceptance - positive relationship with others - goal in life - mastery of the environment - personal development) while the dependent variable bullying in the workplace was measured with five sub-dimensions, which are (underestimation - undermining work - criticism - loud screaming - verbal abuse) based on The main research problem, which was represented by (psychological well-being and its impact on reducing bullying behavior in the workplace). 98% of the retrieved questionnaires used the analytical descriptive method. The research relied on a set of statistical methods represented by confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics and simple correlation analysis based on ready-made programs The practical results showed that there is a significant effect between psychological well being and bullying in the workplace

The current research seeks to explain the nature and determine the level of the relationship between human resource empowerment and organizational loyalty for individuals working in the All Iraq Civil Foundation, and this comes as an attempt to develop and develop the knowledge framework for the research variables. As well as trying to lay the right and appropriate foundations for the industry of human resources capable and able to keep pace with global developments by relying on talents emanating from the Iraqi society, it is possible to invest in order to be the most important capital for its profit-oriented or service organizations. In order to achieve this, the researcher distributed (75) questionnaires to a number of employees in the All of Iraq Civil Foundation, and the number of the retrieved questionnaires was 59), while the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis was 58) with a rate of (96%) of the retrieved questionnaires. The theoretical results showed the existence of a knowledge gap to explain the nature of the relationship between human resource empowerment and organizational loyalty in organizations in general and in the organization under study in particular. As well as the existence of a moral and positive impact of human resource empowerment and organizational loyalty.

This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the hybrid manufacturing system in enhancing strategic success at the level of the study sample. In order to achieve this, the variable of the hybrid manufacturing system was measured in four sub-dimensions (continuous improvement, waste management, supply chain information sharing, and the point of delay). The study aimed to test the effect of cognitive models of strategic resilience on sustainable strategic performance. The Al-Furat State Company for Chemical Industries and Pesticides in Babil Governorate was selected as the field for this study. Data was collected through a questionnaire. The study sample included (115) decision-makers in the company. The data was analyzed by benefiting from the statistical program (SPSS, V.23), and a set of statistical methods were used to process the data, including (descriptive statistics, correlation coefficients, and gradient multiple regression analysis). The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the adoption of rational corrective measures by the company's leaders (reaction) in the field of responding to environmental changes rather than being rationally proactive.

The main objective of this research is to test the effect of talent recruitment in promoting proactive work behavior, by surveying the opinions of a number of teaching staff in private universities - the holy governorate of Karbala. Distributed the questionnaire to (200) teachers. After sorting and checking the questionnaires, the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis reached (102 questionnaires. Statistical analysis of the data collected from the respondents was carried out using (SPSS v.25) and (AMOS) programs. The research reached some conclusions, the most important of which was that through the results of the statistical analysis of the research data; it was found that there is a positive and significant effect of talent recruitment in promoting proactive work behavior in the universities of the research sample. Some proposals, the most important of which is that if the private universities in the holy governorate of Karbala under discussion want to promote the proactive work behavior of their teaching staff, they should adopt the concept of talent recruitment.

This study aims to demonstrate the effect of psychological ownership to reduce the feeling of loneliness in the workplace at the level of a sample of industrial companies, and in order to achieve this, the psychological ownership variable was measured in three sub-dimensions (commitment, attachment, and affection), and the feeling of loneliness in the workplace was measured in two sub-dimensions. They are (emotional deprivation and social companionship), and the study started with a main problem that included several questions revolving around the nature of the relationship between its variables in the field, and it was summarized by asking (what is the level of influence of psychological ownership and its dimensions on feeling lonely in the workplace?). The study population included two food industry companies in the holy city of Karbala, and a purposive sample of individuals was chosen, which was represented by administrators and technicians working in the study sample companies, as the study sample amounted to (124) individuals. The questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting the necessary relevant data and information. For the purpose of analyzing and processing the data statistically, the study relied on a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of two correlation and influence relationships with statistical significance between psychological ownership and loneliness in the workplace.

The current study aimed to identify the extent to which soft skills are employed in reducing organizational inertia at the level of administrative leadership of the Etihad Company for Food Industries Ltd. in Babylon Governorate ,as soft skills were measured through six dimensions(Communication skill, teamwork skill, planning and organizing skill, leadership skills, personal mastery skill, initiative skill),while the Organizational inertia was measured through three dimensions (Insight inertia, Action inertia, psychological inertia ), In order to reach the results, the current study relied on the descriptive analytical approach in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting data in a sample of (132) individuals from (Heads of departments and officials of divisions and units) The study reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which is the existence of a negative effect relationship with a significant significance of soft skills in organizational inertia and this indicates the possibility of investing in the skills of leaders that increase their ability to adapt to all environmental variables as well as achieving success at work and overcome difficulties.

The impact of emotional marketing in enhancing customer insight :
The research aims to determine the effect of emotional marketing in enhancing the customer's insight at the sample level of the Kalah Food Products Company, based on a major problem that the company's management is not interested in emotional marketing in enhancing the customer's insight. The questionnaire was adopted to collect data from the company's sample, which amounted to (63) individuals. The research included two main hypotheses, from which several sub-hypotheses emerged. A number of statistical methods were used and a number of conclusions were reached, the most important of which is the company's management has a quick response to the requirements of customers through designing products that meet the needs and desires of customers and according to their preference. For these products, he concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that the company uses smart practices to reach the customer.

The research aims to study organizational resilience in its dimensions (human resources flexibility - functional flexibility - financial flexibility - structural flexibility - operational flexibility) and its relationship and impact on crisis management with its dimensions represented by (the stage of discovery and early warning - the stage of preparation and prevention - the stage of containing and limiting the crisis – the activity recovery stage – the learning stage), and the research problem was the extent of the correlation and impact of organizational resilience in crisis management and the role of this flexibility in reducing the impact of crises to which the researched company is exposed. The research was conducted in the General Railway Company / General Center, and it was approved . On the descriptive analytical method, a random sample of (80) individuals from the company was tested, and the questionnaire was employed as a main tool for collecting data and information. Efficiency supported by a structure that has the ability to adapt to the changes surrounding the company. The researcher also recommended the necessity of strengthening the organizational culture that supports organizational flexibility, with the company adopting a flexible organizational structure that responds to the changes surrounding the company.

This study aimed to determine the nature of the correlational and influential relationship between the independent variable of spiritual leadership and its dimensions represented by vision, faith, sacrifice, meaning, and membership, and the dependent variable of social responsibility. It is also aimed to develop a specific mechanism adopted by university presidencies to apply the principles of social responsibility and raise awareness among students and affiliates to commit to social responsibility and promote the philosophy of spiritual leadership among senior leaders at the university. The Central Technical University has been chosen as the research site, and a purposive sample has been selected consisting of the university president, his assistants, deans of colleges and institutes, their assistants; a total of (67) individuals. A questionnaire has been used as a tool to collect data. (61) questionnaires have been retrieved out of the total distributed questionnaires which represents (91%) of the study population. The descriptive analytical method was used to analyze the data using SPSS v.26 and Amos v.26 software. The study’s findings shows that the responses of senior leaders to the application of social responsibility standards in the University are good, and that there is a correlational and influential relationship between spiritual leadership and social responsibility.

The research aims mainly to determine the impact of smart maintenance in improving industrial performance at the level of the General Company for the Automotive Industry - Alexandria. And based on a major problem that was diagnosed with several questions. The extent to which the influencing relationships between variables are realized in the field. An expressive intellectual framework has been formed for the research. Smart maintenance was adopted as an independent variable. It consists of four dimensions (Data-driven decision-making - Human capital resource - Internal integration - External integration). Industrial performance was adopted as a dependent variable. Which consists of three dimensions (profitability - technical progress - production efficiency). And the sample was formed. Of the workers in the General Company for the Automotive Industry, their number is (72). workers. (engineers and technicians). To analyze the data, a set of statistical methods were used. Available in the statistical program (SPSS.V.25). The research reached several conclusions, including (the great importance of the impact of smart maintenance on many aspects related to production processes to keep pace with the great developments in industrial environments, to be reflected in raising the level of industrial performance). The search resulted in a set of recommendations. Among them (the General Company for Automotive Industry - Alexandria should develop a system that shows the most appropriate maintenance and repair methods and instructions while monitoring the condition of all targeted equipment and machines using smart methods and work to prevent unexpected breakdowns and unplanned disturbances while increasing the reliability of the system in order to prevent potential damage due to equipment failure).
