This research aims to study the performance of operations to provide nursing services, which included dimensions (quality, timeliness, leadership skills, behavioral manifestations, relationships with others, problem-solving and decision-making, job performance) and its effects in nursing performance. The research to prove the value of the performance of service delivery processes dimensions by nursing staffs working in Iraqi hospitals, nursing and measuring performance. To find out the nature of nursing services, and a comparison between hospitals to measure the extent of the application dimensional among themselves, and that by relying on the dimensions of a global study, which was measured on a sample of the Angels nursing working in hospitals, health Baghdad circle Rusafa, particularly in intensive care units, namely, (Hospital Ibn al-Nafis, Neurosciences Hospital, surgery nervous Hospital), and hit the sample (58) members, including nursing staffs in all functional levels.
It was a resolution the primary means of collecting information that adopted by the researcher, has been the subject of research included a set of intellectual questions that crystallized a whole research problem, and then determine its objectives and its importance, as well as the formulation of seven questions, and a quantitative measure to measure the performance of nursing. It was the use of a lot of statistical methods, such as (mean, standard deviation, and testing of moral arithmetic mean, and then compare it with the central premise, and through the test (T), as well as test analysis of variance table, and test analysis of variance table (LSD), to see the distinction between the two variables, and through the diagnosis and measurement of research variables, and test the effect relationships and the differences among them. was reached to a set of conclusions was the most important, the lack of significant differences between hospitals on the dimensions of operations differences.

The research found a set of conclusions and recommendations including: The results showed that all the statistical correlations between the dimensions of organizational change and strategic success were strong and meaningful relationships as well as significance and influence were all meaningful significance, Which indicates the importance of the role of organizational change in the impact on achieving strategic success of organizations, And the study concludes with a set of recommendations was: increased attention to training through courses outside the center and developing a specialist training program to workers to encourage them to embrace the process of change، And the use of modern technology of electronic computing more effectively within the researched organization which contributes to the achievement of the strategic dimensions of success

In this research The study of Multi-level model (partial pooling model) we consider The partial pooling model which is one Multi-level models and one of the Most important models and extensive use and application in the analysis of the data .This Model characterized by the fact that the treatments take hierarchical or structural Form, in this partial pooling models, Full Maximum likelihood FML was used to estimated parameters of partial pooling models (fixed and random ), comparison between the preference of these Models, The application was on the Suspended Dust data in Iraq, The data were for four and a half years .Eight stations were selected randomly among the stations in Iraq. We use Akaik′s Information Criterion ,deviation statistic and Shwarz's Bayesion information criterion to compare between the partial pooling Models, The results show that the direct affect for the both degrees maximum temperature and the Rising Duston the Suspended Dust, where humidity was on a direct affect ( so increases the average monthly humidity will cause fewer occurrences of Suspended Dustin the same time the results show also the significant affect of geographical are as, and when the comparison between the three estimated models show that the Varying intercept -Varying slope Model is the better model .

The study aimed to spread the culture of efficient performance between nursing staffs, which would contribute and achieve health care quality, and to clarify the role of nursing in improving the quality of high-quality health care, as well as to clarify how to reach national standards for the quality of health care in Iraq, Therefore, the study dealt with the efficiency of nursing performance as an explanatory variable, and the quality of health care as a dependent variable. The results to be objective and reflect the reality of the quality of medical service and more accurate, the researcher used a random sampling method in the selection of the study sample consisting of 60 nurse where a questionnaire was distributed 70 were retrieved 60 of them, and the rest is not valid due not to answer on all paragraphs. In this research, has been to building a multi objective Stochastic Aggregate Production Planning model for General al Mansour company Data with Stochastic demand under changing of market and uncertainty environment in aim to draw strong production plans. The analysis to derive insights on management issues regular and extra labour costs and the costs of maintaining inventories and good policy choice under the influence medium and optimistic adoption of the model of random has adoption form and had adopted two objective functions total cost function (the core) and income and function for a random template priority compared with fixed forms with objective function and the results showed that the model of two phases with k = 4 is the best model of random which contributed to reducing costs by approximately 7%. It was also a statement that the change in the total costs will be changed by the possibilities associated with cases predicted demand (scenarios) where we note the low cost and with a high probability of low demand. In contrast, the total cost increases with increasing demand. Because the change in the possibilities leads to change in the Production plan for future.
