This research has dealt with the study of linguistic substitution in the book “Mukhtasar Gharib Al-Hadith” by Abu Ali Al-Hasan bin Ahmed A-Istrabadi, which is a summary of "Gharib Al-Hadith" by Abu Obaid al-Qasim bin Salam. To highlight the linguistic efforts of Abi Ali Al-Istrabadi in his summary, including phonemic phenomena, especially the phenome-non of linguistic substitution and its relationship to Arabic dialects; Because of its importance in the language, the research included a statement of the possibility of phonemic substitution, whether in the convergent sounds in their exit or diverging from them, and an explanation of what was abstaining or weak of them. He had a large share in the summary of Abi Ali Al-Istrabadi, which called for a detailed independent study, and that study we present in our this topic.

This study is about some of the attributed grammatical opinions on the verbs in the book (Mughni Al-Labib on the Books of Al-A’arib by Ibn Hisham Al-Ansari (d. 761 AH). Ibn Hisham had several special opinions that came in response to what some grammatical scholars claimed about these verbs. Some of these attributed opinions were presented scientifically My research is based on the descriptive approach based on the description and analysis of the question through what the eminent grammarians mentioned in this issue, and based on the opinions of Ibn Hisham (may God have mercy on him) in the writing of “Mughni Al-Labib” in which these opinions were in compliance with what was mentioned In the Book of the Mighty God and the Sunnah of His Noble Prophet Muhammad (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him) and the words of the Arabs in poetry and prose, and from God the success.

The differentiation between the original and the branch is one of the important issues in the distribution of tasks, Grammatical works, Rank, and the sufficiency of some vocabulary and structures by themselves, And the need of the other to other issues that took a wide space in this type of studies, the origin does not need anyone else, And it depends on itself, whether At the level of words or at the level of composition, As well as strength and weakness in the two advanced levels, The grammarians’ state-ments that the origin is always strong, and the branch is on the contrary, and these two issues took from Ibn Malik a large space, and an unavoidable criterion in explaining the difference between the original and the branch, as well as the research In the issue of completeness and imperfection, Everything that is felt to be complete is an origin, and if others are lacking in it, It is a branch.

This research tackles (chapter of ha'a) from Al- Falah Theory in Definition and Terminology by Ahmed Nazhat Al -Rahawi Al-Qustanteeni (died 1192 AH) with study and investigation, this authorship that is considered one of the specialized lexicons that has multi science. This research requires to fall onto two parts; the first is for the study and the other is for the text to be investigated. The research ends with a conclusion includes the results I reached to.

The sample was the \"Diwan of Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani (d. 852 AH)\", as it carried a wide range of innovated styles - and here is the pun - that did not stop at the level of external decoration; Rather, it extended to the formation of the in-depth literary image that needs contemplation and reflection, so that the reader can explore its value, and the research consists of a theoretical description of the limits of the pun within its historical con-text, and within the contemporary rhetorical vision as well, with an analysis of poetic choices.

This study aims to trace the recipient’s understanding the poetry of Yusuf bin Muhammad Al-Balawi, specifically in the intertwining of the art of simile and metaphor, and what this understanding can lead to in terms of the service of the text on the researcher part: the poet’s intent and the un-derstanding of the recipient. This study is divided into three main areas: linguistic overlap, recruitment overlap, and interpretive overlap. As for the linguistic overlap, it is concerned with the techniques inherent in the lan-guage. While the recruitment is concerned with the skill of the poet and his special functions. For the interpretative, on the other hand, is concerned with the interpretations of the recipient and what can be understood from the text.

Then this idea grew clearly after the translation movement in the Umayyad era and its prosperity in the Abbasid era and Islamic schol-ars are trying their best to harness this Science and knowledge and benefit-ing from them to spread Islam or defend or support its faith and to show its conformity to normal human nature and sound human reason, so some succeeded in this matter and others failed in it.
In this research, we shed light on the failure and luck of success that accompanied the Mu'tazila in their quest to achieve this project, which lasted for decades and was characterized by confusion, wandering and intellectual chaos. Then the researcher tried to show the great role played by the Ash'ari doctrinal school, represented by its founder, Imam Abu al-Hasan al-Ash'ari, in its endeavor to correct the course of the Islamization of science and knowledge, and an explanation of the great success has been identified in achieving the ideological intellectual stability of the Islamic nation due to its tolerance, moderation and rationality in dealing with ideological intellectual matters, following a middle approach that combines adherence to the legal texts and the positions of the predecessors and relying on the mind and its tools and logical arguments in what can be relied upon on them. Thus, he established an ideological approach that was accepted by the majority of the Islamic nation and its scholars.

This research dealt with the study and investigation of a nice treatise on the rules and issues of the science of interpretation, called (The Treatise on the Science of Interpretation and the Conditions and Ethics of the Interpreter), by a scholar of the twelfth century AH. He is Ahmed bin Lutf Allah Al- Slaniki Al- Othmani, (deceased in the year: 1 1 13 AH), and the research plan required that I swear by him After this introduction, it is divided into two parts: As for the first section : it is the academic section , and it contains five topics: The first topic: the personal biography of Ahmed bin Lutf Allah Al- Salaniki . And the second topic: the methodology of Ahmad bin Lutf Allah Al- Salaniki in his book Risala fi the science of interpretation and the conditions and etiquette of the interpreter. And the third topic: studying the scientific material in the book. And the fourth topic: the sources of Ahmad bin Lutf Allah Al- Salaniki in his book, and its evidence. And the fifth topic: the title of the book and its attribution to its author, description of the written version of the book, and the investigation methodology. As for the second section: it is the investigated text, and it includes the text of the message, and the author built his message on an introduction, purpose, and conclusion. As for the introduction, the author dealt with the definition of the terms of interpretation, interpretation , the surah, the verse, the concept of the science of interpretation, its subject, its purpose, its purpose, its benefit and the need for it. In it, he dealt with the etiquette of the interpreter and its conditions, and ended the letter with a conclusion that included mentioning the layers of the interpreters and translating some of the famous late interpreters as a matter of summary, and made them into seven layers. And the verses, and a requirement in the first thing that was revealed from the Qur’an. In the investigation of this thesis, I followed the approach of the trustworthy investigators in verifying the written texts.

This research is part of a doctoral thesis under the title (Managing En-dowments Funds in the Kurdistan Region - An Applied Jurisprudence Study), and this research deals with the issue of endowment problems in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq, by explaining its administrative reality and shed-ding light on administrative, social, economic, and legal problems and shortcomings. And then it presented a number of proposals and solutions necessary to fill those administrative and economic shortcomings that exist, and this issue, although it is a doctrinal and legal issue as well as an economic and administrative issue related to endowment revenues and how to manage and disburse them to serve the competent authorities, and that the absence of a law for the management of endowments in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq, it gives another importance to the research; Through this research, it is possible to lay the foundation stone for the legislation of a special law for the management of endowment funds, taking into account the legal aspect in order to preserve the interest of endowment properties, and the conditions and objectives of the endowment.

This research aims to study the phenomenon of verbal paradox in the poetry of sixth century as one of the artistic means that had a great impact in creating amazement and breaking the horizon of expectation for the recipients . It commonly possesses the verbal connotations intended for contradictory connotations، which made this Poetry is a wide field for new readings. It would reveal the richness of the poetic text and its linguistic nature. This study was represented by an introduction، an introductory threshold، and two sections. In the introductory threshold, the researchers presented a brief overview of the concept of paradox linguistically and idiomatically, and what is verbal paradox means. As for the first topic, we dealt with the paradox of antagonism. The other topic is the paradox of anaphora, as they are among the most prominent forms of verbal paradox in this poetry.
