Abstract
A greater emphasis is placed on educational and training programs. However, prolonged physical training is not the only method for learning fundamental motor skills. There are numerous approaches and techniques that help accelerate the learning and acquisition of motor skills, including the use of mental training. This type of training reduces the burden on the athlete by balancing the workload between the physical and mental aspects. Learning is a unified process that encompasses both mental and physical dimensions

ﺇﻥ ﺍﻷﻨﺸﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﺭﻴﺎﻀﻴﺔ ﻭﻤﻨﻬﺎ ﻟﻌﺒﺔ ﻜﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻴﺩ ﺘﻌﺘﻤﺩ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻬـﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻻﺴﺎﺴـﻴﺔ
ﻜﻘﺎﻋﺩﺓ ﻫﺎﻤﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﺒﺤﻴﺙ ﺘﺠﻌل ﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﺴﻴﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﺒﻴﻥ ﻴﻘﻀﻭﻥ ﻤﻌﻅﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﻗـﺕ ﻓـﻲ ﺘﻌﻠـﻴﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺩﺍﺀ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﻭﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻬﺎ ﻭﺍﻋﻁﺎﺀ ﺤﺼﺔ ﺍﻜﺒﺭ ﻟﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﺭﺍﻤﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻴﺔ، ﻭﻟﻜﻥ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ ﺍﻟﻁﻭﻴل ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﺒﺩﻨﻲ ﻟﻴﺱ ﺍﻷﺴﻠﻭﺏ ﺍﻟﻭﺤﻴﺩ ﻟﺘﻌﻠﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺤﺭﻜﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺴﺎﺴﻴﺔ ﻓﻬﻨﺎﻙ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴﺭ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﻭﺍﻷﺴﺎﻟﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﺴﺎﻋﺩ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺴـﺭﻋﺔ ﺘﻌﻠـﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺤﺭﻜﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻜﺘﺴﺎﺒﻬﺎ ﻭﻤﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﺴﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﺫﻫﻨﻲ ﺤﻴـﺙ ﻴﻌﻤـل ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺘﺨﻔﻴﻑ ﺍﻟﻌﺏﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻘﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻼﻋﺏ ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼل ﺘﺒﺎﺩل ﺍﻟﻌﻤل ﺒﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻨـﺏ

ﻜﻘﺎﻋﺩﺓ ﻫﺎﻤﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﺒﺤﻴﺙ ﺘﺠﻌل ﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﺴﻴﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﺒﻴﻥ ﻴﻘﻀﻭﻥ ﻤﻌﻅﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﻗـﺕ ﻓـﻲ ﺘﻌﻠـﻴﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺩﺍﺀ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﻭﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻬﺎ ﻭﺍﻋﻁﺎﺀ ﺤﺼﺔ ﺍﻜﺒﺭ ﻟﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﺭﺍﻤﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻴﺔ، ﻭﻟﻜﻥ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ ﺍﻟﻁﻭﻴل ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﺒﺩﻨﻲ ﻟﻴﺱ ﺍﻷﺴﻠﻭﺏ ﺍﻟﻭﺤﻴﺩ ﻟﺘﻌﻠﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺤﺭﻜﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺴﺎﺴﻴﺔ ﻓﻬﻨﺎﻙ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴﺭ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﻭﺍﻷﺴﺎﻟﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﺴﺎﻋﺩ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺴـﺭﻋﺔ ﺘﻌﻠـﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺤﺭﻜﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻜﺘﺴﺎﺒﻬﺎ ﻭﻤﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﺴﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﺫﻫﻨﻲ ﺤﻴـﺙ ﻴﻌﻤـل ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺘﺨﻔﻴﻑ ﺍﻟﻌﺏﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻘﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻼﻋﺏ ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼل ﺘﺒﺎﺩل ﺍﻟﻌﻤل ﺒﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻨـﺏ
