The Arabic Grammar is a set of explicit rules that keeps the tongue from slipping . the researcher has chosen number of suggestions to make the Grammar easier to be conceived . Most important of which are the following points:
1- Invalidate the theory of the factor and all what is related to it .
2- Neglect the rule of obligatory omission of any kind
3- Synonymic words should refer to each other .
4- Following the rule of shifting the subject and main – clause and any other viable shift .
5- Leave out any rule built on the poetic necessity .
6- A voiding the parsing of question words and conditional particle .
7- A voiding hypothetical matters.
8- Concentration on revealing the meaning
9- Accepting sentences with single attribution .
10-Leaving out the non – phonetic explanations

This study tries to reveal the effect of two aspects of Ibn Kutayba's criticism of the pre-Islamic poetry; they are the reality of the imaginative and the authority of the familiar. These two aspects dominate the vision of this critic and his evaluation of some pre-Islamic texts. He grants the poetic imagination-some times. A chance of reality through presenting some tales which interpret some texts.
Further more, he rejected any violation of the familiar in Arabic traditions which were stable at that time. This made the critic inaccurate in reading these texts for most of the tales he depends on are unreal but extracted from the texts. His attempts to make the poet move within the circle of what is dominating in the pre-Islamic text made him unaware of the texts which transcend the real and the imaginative and their wonderful poetic features.

This research discusses a stylistic and rhetorical theme which is called "Homonymy" for its importance in forming the form of the literary text and revealing its implicit meaning emerging from Homonymic structures it achieves as well as revealing its aesthetic and semantic functions.
The researcher has reached through his work the following results:
1- The semantic function of Homonymy in Nahjul Balagha is defined through finding a kind of connection based on the resemblance and identical form which participates a great deal in giving the meaning of the text and arousing the mind of the receiver with all what he has of aesthetic taste and linguistic experience that helps in figuring out the real deep meaning.
2- The aesthetic function of Homonymy is achieved in Nahjul Balagha through finding a touching Homonymic structure related to the literary form on all levels through repeating the sound structure and concentrating on it in a way that gives a coordinated view of all its parts which is the base for achieving the aesthetic aspect of the text.

Still there is a lot of academic studies working hardly to remove the dust from poets anciently .These are jewels of Arabic language and its arts to include them to Arabic library references.
To discover that heritage it is important to discover literature and knowledge that are associated with language and its philosophy .
In this study we interest about this poet Abdulaaa Alwayel Al ahsaii from the 13th century A.H -19th Century A.D .
His sociological poem comes into several entities : bemoan , diseases , complaints from poverty concentrating on social life in his time.

Holy Quran is a complete source of all kinds of discourses in which two types of discourse could be observed: dialogical and artistic. This article is to investigate the second type as internal and external discourses. Then we are to study the artistic discourse within the story of Joseph the Prophet (Yusef) as a way to get to know the characters and their roles in the story. Next, in order to depict the unique characteristics of the Holy Quran, we will focus on the language, structure, and dream in the mentioned sora of Yusof. The language and structure of that story is on the basis of reality and truth, as opposed to the non-Quranic stories which use imagination as a tool to reach their artistic aims.

Al Jahiz Abu Uthman Amir Ibn Bahir, author of books Al-hayawan (Animals) and Al-bayan wa al-tabyin (Elegance of Expression and Clarity of Exposition) and Islamic theologian, intellectual, and litterateur known for his individual and masterful Arabic prose. Al-Jahiz's writing is characterized by deliberately contrived disorderliness and numerous digressions. He tries to utilize such a technique to provide reader(s) with a variety of issues but under a single topic. The individuality of his alert and lively style lies in a concern for the exact term, a foreign word if necessary, picturesque phrases and sentences which are nearly always unrhymed, but balanced by the repetition of the same idea in two different forms. In fact, using digression increases reader's knowledge. The present article aims to examine Al-Jahiz's digression, quantity, and its cause according to his aforementioned books.

he was taught by scholars of his time as Ibn Al Meed, Al Sirafy, and others. he was born in (326 A. H.) and (385 A. H.). He was entitled " Kafi Al Kufat - Sufficient of the sufficient", and "The companion". his poetry to be marked by linguistic affluence and this comes out through his high level of education. this linguistic affluence encourages me to study his poetry and his poetic lexicon was distinctive among other poets, in that he has his own style in choosing his terms and expressions employed to serve the purpose trying to pass on to recipient, and for this we have to page through the poet's divan (collection of poems) searching his poetic lexicon of different terms and expressions which classified according to purposes .
