The study attempts to determine the nature of relationship and impact between Ergonomics as an (independent) variable and the requirements of establishing the Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard (OHSAS:18001) as an (dependent) variable through a filed study investigating the Children Garment Factory in Mosul. The theoretical framework of the study considered Ergonomics and it investigated applications including (work task design, workstation design, design of equipment and tools, and designing the physical work environment), in addition to the requirements for establishing the (OHSAS: 18001) standard which includes (the general requirements, Occupational Health and Safety policies, planning, implementing and operating, checking and correction actions, and Administrative review). The field part of the study included the description and discussion of study variables, analyzing the results of correlation, impact, and variance of effect. The study reached a number of conclusions

Two dimensions interacted to form the theoretical and empirical framework for this search; they are the customerization successful requirements, which are considered an approach whatever the organizations adopt in order to meet the customers' individual needs, making the organization enjoys a competitive advantage that makes it distinguishable from other organizations. The marketing mix is also to employ its elements in order to serve one customer and producing products in accordance with the individual specifications of the customer. The private organizations of furniture manufacturing in Mosul City were the field of the empirical study. Therefore, the research aimed to identify the contributions of the customerization successful requirements to the marketing mix. In order to conduct this research, thirty five questionnaires were distributed to the private organizations of furniture manufacturing. The research reached a set of conclusions, the researchers, on this basis, submitted the relevant suggestions.

Identifying the elements of cost has witnessed considerable importance by comparing the true per formance with the standards of the plans, analyzing its causes and indentifying these who are responsible for it in practical life. There are several techniques to test and analyses the variance and regard them as the final important stages of the process of controlling the costs. The mission of cost accountant arise in the economic unit and has role not restrict on determine direct and indirect of deviations cost elements and its quantities on expressing about its quantities or financing but in providing the admits traction with in formation about these deviations reasons and controlling reports designing that more analyses for cost elements that determined degree of the right cost elements deviations to test and analyses, supervisors onit and suggest suitable curative solutions on it.
The research aiming to show and evaluation the implement accounting methods and selected suitable method to test and analyze the direct and indirect cost elements deviations and the degree of its right with aim ensuring the control on cost elements and evaluate its performance and necessary practical means for implementation.
The research reaching to collections of conclusions the most importance it test and analyze direct cost elements deviations and accounting on it realize different purposes the administration and another authorities benefit from it doesn’t mean on identification on mistakes but to know on the wasting sides and responsible for it.

During the beginning of industrial renaissance period and industrial revolution which happened in the world, and with the increasing of commercial exchanges among nations, the commercial insurance in its western concept followed by capitalism depending on profit and Riba (usury) has been moved to Islamic countries, therefore the capitalists started to construct the commercial insurance companies depending on western system. At this time, the importance of cooperative insurance has appeared as Islamic alternative to prohibitive commercial insurance according to all Islamic rules. Its importance has accordingly been increased for benefits and advantages offering to individual and community. Hence, the present research shows the possibility of adopting this insurance through proposing advantages, social and economic reasons. The difference between it, commercial insurance and the Islamic judgment is that both depend on the available academic references. The practical side of this research was through the reconnaissance study which has been achieved by insurance companies in Nineveh Province. Seventy four questionnaires have been distributed.
Several results were concluded in this study after analysis and the researchers have presented the suitable suggestions.

Decision-making is one of the factors that significantly affect the conduct of operations in the economic unit. This research provides fuzzy model multi-criteria decision - making selection of the most appropriate pricing policy for product pricing. Selected price policy must meet all the requirements of the market in a balanced and impartial manner. These requirements contain elements vague and imprecise, especially in terms of market capitalization because of the uncertainty and lack of information required for the needs of the market, therefore they must have access to a method to depend on the accuracy of the data available. The method of choice, in this research, depends on fuzzy logic by means of fuzzy weighted average assessments provided through specific committee of decision makers in order to reach the most appropriate pricing policy for product pricing. Steps have applied this method through practical example of a decision to choose the most appropriate pricing policy for product pricing on the basis of the linguistic and inaccurate data obtained through examination form designed to view opinions of academics and professionals. In general, this method yielded careful selection of the best pricing policy of product pricing from a number of the proposed policies. It is an easy method of application in the economic unit and provides a clear picture of the decision - maker through demystify the requested information

This study aims to demonstrate the extent of effectiveness of the information systems training, and its contribution in the success of information systems security and protection. The study aims to identify the availability of information and personal experience of trained and untrained individuals, and to identify the availability of infrastructure and potentials of hardware and software in the organization, and the availability of legal legislation that supports it. This study depended in its practical side a descriptive analytical method. Fifty five questionnaires were distributed on a group of workers in the area of information systems, the most important result is the existence of variation in the level of gender and direct practical experience in the answers on the topic of information security, while the results did not show any variation in the answers of the trained and untrained individuals, finally this study came out with a set of recommendations that can be utilized in developing information security training programs.

Business organizations in general and educational organizations in particular face problems in achieving development processes, in the context of their existing budgets and current infrastructure in the sides of developments and expenditures. They seek to increase performance while reducing levels of complexity and cost in developing the current infrastructure of information technology, which led the confrontation organizations to a great trouble in the use of information and communications technology, particularly in the transition to any new situation. This is because it requires exploration of modern technology and investment to achieve the evolution. Demand has led to lower the cost of computing to devise a cloud computing model that offers the best services through better use and reduce the cost of management and infrastructure. The current research seeks to shed the light on this new the paradigm globally through acknowledging the concept of cloud computing which can be used in the educational organizations to shift to e-work in all dimensions through reference to education Google Apps. as a proposed model for educational organizations in Iraq.

The study aims to get an idea about the causal relationship between the velocity of money the general level of prices and GDP in order to define the direction of the relationship as well as to the effectiveness of the monetary policy on of Iraqi economy, and that through studying the annual data of time series for the period (1991-2011). The study includes too presenting the theoretical presentations of the economic schools about the relationship among the said variables. As the classical school regarded that the velocity of money circulation is static, at least, in the short term, while kainsyians emphasized that the velocity of money circulation is unstatic due to the effect of interest rates and the icome. We depended on Granger causality test to define the direction of the relationship among variables. The study concluded the there is a causal relationship in one direction between GDP and velocity of money circulation. These results were in accordance with most of the theoretical presentations which were presented the theoretical framework and reference presentation

This research aims at to identify the relationship between certain personality variables of primary school teachers with the dimensions of the job alienation in their schools. The sample was selected randomly from some primary schools in Nineveh Governorate depending on the hypothesis that takes into consideration the nature and the dimensions of the relationship between the personality variables and the dimensions of job alienation. A questionnaire was designed for this purpose and the questionnaire forms were distributed to the respondents (47 teachers). Data were collected using of Spearman correlation coefficient and Chi Square, which were preceded by theoretical framework prepared depending on the opinions of some authors concerning the concepts of the personality variables and job alienation, the researcher reached a set of findings that resulted in several conclusions.

The study aims to decide whether there is compatibility between the demographic characteristics of the administrative leaders and the degree of organizational awareness in Badush Cement Plant. In order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire has been designed and the distributed to the sample individuals (30). Depending on coefficient analysis (chi-square), data were analyzed and that proceeded by preparation of ground - based and theoretical framework to benefit from views of writers and researchers around the belongings of organizational awareness. The researchers concluded to a number of results that may be crystallized into a group of conclusions; the surveyed organization can have a good range of organizational awareness, but it needs additional qualifications to perform businesses effectively, the organizations may require a high degree of attention to invigilate and ready to rapid succession. So, the study referred that there is no compatibility whatsoever between the demographic characteristics and organizational attention.
