This paper examines the change in planning pattern In Lebanon, which relies on vehicles as a semi-single mode of transport, and directing it towards re-shaping the city and introducing concepts of \\\\"smooth or flexible\\\\" mobility in its schemes; the concept of a \\\\"compact city\\\\" with an infrastructure based on a flexible mobility culture. Taking into consideration environmental, economical and health risks of the existing model, the paper focuses on the four foundations of the concepts of \\\\"city based on culture flexible mobility, \\\\"and provides a SWOT analysis to encourage for a shift in the planning methodology.

This research investigates the subject of the impact of wars (as a manifestation of crisis) on architecture, and the extent of continuing wars physical and moral results of wars, even after the end of the cause of the crisis. The impact of different rebuilding which exposed to the effects of the war seems different in crisis regions.
The problem of research is about the uncertainty of the impact of the way chooses for reconstructing the buildings after wars in the continuity of the crisis of war. The goals of this research are to clarify the influence of methods of reconstruction of buildings in a city chosen which is Beirut, on the continuation of the war crisis with the argument of demolishing and rebuilding newly or keeping traces of war.
Main concepts, methods, and studies of wars’ crisis have been reviewed. The case study includes two buildings, which are located on both sides of contactless civil war in Beirut line. Two approaches of renewing these building have been adopted. It has come in the most important conclusions, that the selection of the way of the reconstruction of post-war buildings. In the first case, the method has used to rehabilitate the building structure to keep the impact of the crisis as it is to survive the war’s memory. In the second building, the used method was totally demolish the whole building and rebuilt a new one in order to remove all connections from the effects of the crisis war. The reconstruction has produced new crises and caused the continuation of the crisis linked to the original one.

This study seeks to shed light on the aspects of visual pollution and its impact on the aesthetics of the town of Al-Eizariya known to suffer from the phenomenon. In order to identify the real causes of the problem which develops in various forms and patterns, threatening not only the aesthetic appearance of the towns, but also causes the emergence of new problems and phenomena that will have negative repercussions on the population. The researcher uses the analytical descriptive method to analyze the phenomenon of visual pollution in terms of reality, development, manifestations and spread and uses photos which document the visual pollution and its impact on the aesthetics of the known. The study concluded the existence of a strong relationship between the level of cultural awareness of the population and the spread of visual pollution in the study area. The low awareness has caused many manifestations, also, there is a relationship between the role of the municipality and the spread of the phenomenon. The location of the study area is near the city of Jerusalem link between the north and the south of the West Bank played a role in a leading the emergence of visual pollution. Political factors contributed to the spread of many aspects of pollution. The study recommended the importance of increasing cultural awareness about the causes and dangers of visual pollution and ways to reduce it at the official and non-official levels. It is also necessary to organize publicity and advertising by setting technical, environmental and aesthetic standards and the activation of the public role to encounter this phenomenon.

Of the importance of the concept of ownership of real estate as the basic basis from which various projects are launched in various economic, tourism, and urban areas .... The need to research the diagnosis of real estate reality went astray in the difficulties, which played a decisive role in the process of urban development.

This leads us to the research problem of the difficulty of implementing urban development plans in many cases due to the absence of a clear methodology for organizing and modernizing the ownership of real estate and its coordination with the management of urban land and to achieve the objective of the research by seeking a methodology for a new proposed legal planning for the future ownership of real estate in the capital Baghdad To facilitate dealing with them and to limit the problems and obstacles to the development of urban areas related to the acquisition of real estate.

The concept of real estate ownership, legal classification and its relation to the management of urban land was clarified and clarified, from the theoretical side to the practical aspect. The research tackled the issues of ownership in the study area (Baghdad) and the methodology of regulating the real estate for the residential project based on field work. And finally, relying on the above, the hypothesis has been proven by the methodological work of a proposed new mechanism to acquire real estate to overcome its problems and facilitate the acquisition of real estate.

One of the most important conclusions of the research is that the changing and multiple contexts of rights and property systems in the resources that follow urban growth and urbanization cause problems and slow the implementation of urban development plans due to the collision of ownership of real estate due to the lack of a clear methodology in dealing with them and organizing them. To facilitate the use of real estate and to create a comprehensive perspective on the acquisition of real estate (legal, institutional, regulatory, procedural).

Since its establishment, cities have been looking for a special urban architectural language that distinguishes them from other cities and expresses their distinctive identity through continuous products through time and controls the totality of temporal and spatial changes through a bridging dialogue that manages the language of the city correctly, Which gives the stability of that language and its ability to adapt to the total changes that occur in the city over time, and thus the possibility of producing ideas integrated series and ideas are renewed overlapping with the legacy and bear multiple layers of meaning and signals and symbols create a total of two meanings The problem of research (not comprehensive studies to create a contemporary urban architectural language is ongoing.

The strategy of bridging the dialogue is looking for a rich variation through the buildings that span over time such as architectural bridges The objective of the research was to find a modern urban architectural language in the city looking for a rich variation in urban bridges over time through a bridging strategy. Bridging is one of the tools of dialogue that includes the characteristics of bridges, tools, tools and indicators.

The research was based on the objective of addressing the research problem in a way that provides for the possibility of achieving contemporary urban architectural language that achieves the objectives of the bridging strategy based on the management of dialogue and its mechanisms in Dealing with buildings that span the city as bridges of dialogue). For the purpose of verifying the


hypothesis, a theoretical framework for dialogue, bridging, bridging strategy, and building over time, such as urban architectural bridges, were developed to define the vocabulary of the rules and mechanisms of the language To identify the value indicators of urban architectural bridges and to know the extent of the transformation of these bridges from the heritage to the contemporary on the basis of (consensus, discontinuity, variation) and to know the extent of the city's ability to preserve its inherited urban architectural language while at the same time continuing with the present, A part of Al Nahr Street (located between Al-Mamoun Street and Al-Samawal Street) has been studied. The area contains extensive buildings rich in elements that represent the privacy of the language that goes through time and its ability to create a continuous language for the present and future.

In light of increasing demand for energy consumption due to life complexity and its requirements, which reflected on architecture in type and size, Environmental challenges have emerged in the need to reduce emissions and power consumption within the construction sector. Which urged designers to improve the environmental performance of buildings by adopting new design approaches, Invest digital technology to facilitate design decision-making, in short time, effort and cost. Which doesn’t stop at the limits of acceptable efficiency, but extends to the level of (the highest performance), which doesn’t provide by traditional approaches that adopted by researchers and local institutions in their studies and architectural practices, limits to assumption of prototypes and their design characteristics to evaluate and select the efficient ones. Without comprehensive coverage to variables range and design possibilities with points of balance between the conflicting influence on performance. Forcing them to shorten, round up and exclude many (values and determinants) to avoid consequent of extra time and effort and the additional costs for performance assessment methods. All due to the cognitive weakness in adopt modern approaches, which become easier for designers to learning and apply. Highlighting (Performance-Based Parametric Design), which achieves this level of performance and avoided all the negative aspects of traditional approaches. Although this approach has been applied in several architecture trends, however, this research will focus on (climate performance and energy consumption). Highlighting a research problem, “lack of cognitive clearness about the nature of adopting parametric approach for performance-based design in order to achieve more efficient designs”. The research will focus on local housing patterns as a simplified model for applying the parametric approach, So the research goal will be “Highlighting and unveiling the nature of the parametric approach and its mechanism in performance-Based Design, to create and optimize design characteristics, towards most efficient designs within the local housing styles”. To achieve this goal was to build a hypothesis “The mechanism of parametric approach Managed to address a conflict influence of design characteristics in building’s thermal and light performance, such as (dimensions, locations orientation of building spaces and windows to wall area ratio). To reach a balancing point between them, for maximum reduction in cooling energy consumption in the summer, while keeping a comfortable level of natural lighting.” The research adopted an applied method to Revealed the parametric design mechanism To represent these characteristics as (parameters) to process and test them within three sequential process, (modeling, simulation and optimization), combined in one digital tool, uses algorithm to select the effective characteristics, that matching the resulted performance with specific criteria determined by the designer. The approach optimizes characteristics of three local housing pattern (Detached, Attached, and courtyard), within local environment, in order to achieve optimal efficient design. Ending with a set of conclusions about the importance and necessity of adopting this new approach within local architectural and environmental practices and studies.
