The book that is titled (communication Skills in Arabic Language) and the authors of which are Mohammad Jihad Jameel and Rawhy Samar al-Faisal is one in a series of books that have taken the task of recognizing the art that will be known by the name (communication skills)
The book is divided into three chapters preceded by an introduction. The thing that drew my attention in the introduction was what the authors said, i.e. that the contact theory is a linguistic theory, but - in spite of that – they did not mention anything concerning the linguistic theory that controls communication practices.
In the first chapter of the book I found the writers confused in the subject that they called (skills of the sender); i.e. in distinguishing between (general skills of the sender), and (private skills of him).
In the second chapter, which is titled (oral communication skills) the writers confined themselves to be concerned only in treating (Question skill techniques), and totally neglected (answer skill techniques) that are of no less importance.

The language scientists in the time of Al-Khalil and before, concentrated on collecting language synonyms .But this collection was restricted to difficult synonyms to declare and explain in which it was called ( Al- Gareeb) like those stories happened in the yard of Al –Haram Mosque between Abdulla bin Abbas and Nafaa bin Al- Arzaq.
Since the sound study was the pillar of every language and it can't be advanced without it. There is no doubt the genies of Al Khalil in the grammar and language sound science ,carried him to discover some important properties in which the musical of Arabic terms subjected to them. To give an example, in his important theory in homogeny of word's letters and dislike of some sounds in it. For example, he mentioned that it can't be collected three original letters in one word which has the same outcome like letters ( f, b, m). We don't see these letters combined in one word to be the origin of this word but if these letters don't come together , we can combine them like: (k, r , b ) can be put together and we can make six words two of them started with (k) like ( k , b, r) and ( k, r , b) and two started with (b) like ( b, k , r) and ( b, r, k ) and two started with (r ) like ( r, k , b ) and ( r, b, k). This deriving theory of this six term from the origin called ( anagrammatic – order ).
This six faces are only Theory but really they are also practical or they are all neglected or some of them used but some didn't. And what is called ( used ) or ( neglected) is from what Al- Khalil put it. We called it ( neglected terms) not because Arab didn't use it but the sound rules to unify those letters rejected to happen as we mentioned in ( f , b, m ).
The study of this research after the introduction of anagrammatic , is to apply these three letters in which the Holly Quran used all the six faces to know their meanings in the Arabic speech and especially in Quran Al Kareem and if is it possible to return these meaning to one origin.
It isn't noticed in the Holly Quran the use of three letters with this anagrammatic and all used. Only inletters ( h, r ,b) and the radical are ( h, r ,b ) , (h,r ,b) and ( r, h , b). There is no doubt the arrangement of these radical relied on Al Farhadi arrangements of letters.

The grammatical of Maimih Hazem Alqirtagni is one of an educational poem. In this research we tried to study the method of the poem by the presentation of grammatical topics and the impact of the poet with previous grammarians and the poet's opinion with the Arabic dialects, I concluded the following result, that the poet is a remote from any examples of the Holy Quran as well as from the Hadith, and Arabic poetry, and this goes back to the educational goal of the poem, so the poet was making to far away from the assets as corroborating reports.

This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of technical design skills for educational materials in ،Production of Educational Materials،, a course offered to College of Education students; as well as students، attitudes to adding a ،Technical Design of Educational Materials، course for Early Childhood majors. It also aimed to identify the differences in the degree of availability of these skills between students of Science and Humanities majors. A questionnaire specifically designed for this study was administered to (70) female students enrolled in ،Educational Materials، during the Fall semester of (2011-2012). Results of the analysis of the data using analytical description research methodology revealed a mear 2.56, 51.3% and availability of design skills for educational materials in all categories. Insignificant differences, in favor of Humanities students, appeared between Humanities and Science majors. 92.87% of students strongly agree to adding a ،Technical Design of Educational Materials، course in the academic curriculum of College of Education.The study recommends conducting training courses for faculty members in the Early Childhood department for the acquisition of skills in technical design of educational materials. It is also suggested that further studies of the availability and application of technical design skills for modern educational materials in postgraduate studies should be carried out in the ،Fields of Design، majors.

The current research aims to introduce skills of vocation of required education teaching at students of Arabic in college of education / Ibn AL-Rushid and the statistical community of this research consists of students of fourth stage ( science ) in department of Arabic language – where their total in academic year ( 2004-2005 ) ( 168 ) students ( males & females ) are distributed into four studying classes , the researcher chose (80 ) students (males and females ) out of group of the research and they represented ratio ( 50 % )
