Abstract

This research sheds light on some of the terms mentioned by the Samurai; To investigate it let us check it by following in the dictionaries, and this does not mean defaming the opinions of our great Prof. Ibrahim Al-Samarrai (Ph.D.), but as the Arabic proverb says: Every scholar has a gag.
The nature of the research necessitated that I divide it into two parts: the first is a brief summary of the life of Dr. Ibrahim Al-Samarrai, and the second part included the verified words.
The research concluded that there are words that we thought were colloquial, but they have been proven that they are eloquent, and there are words that have preserved their meanings until present time.

Abstract

يسلطُ هذا البحثُ الضوءَ على بعضِ الألفاظِ التي ذكرَها السامرائي؛ لنتحقَّقَ منها عن طريقِ تتبعِها في المعجمات, وهذا لا يعني القدح في آراءِ أستاذنا الكبير الدكتور إبراهيم السامرائي, ولكن كما يقول المثل العربي: لكل عالم هفوة.
واقتضت طبيعة البحث أن أقسمه على قسمين: الأول نبذة مختصرة عن حياة الدكتور إبراهيم السامرائي, وأمَّا القسم الثاني فاشتمل على الألفاظ المحققة.
وتوصل البحث إلى أنَّ هناك ألفاظًا كنَّا نعتقدُ أنَّها مِنَ الألفاظِ العاميَّةِ, لكنْ ثبتَ أنَّها فصيحةٌ, وهناك ألفاظٌ حافظَتْ على معناها إلى عصرِنا الحاضر.

حظيت أبنية الجموع بعناية العلماء قديمًا ، وإنْ لم تنل العناية الكبيرة إلاّ أنّ مؤلفاتهم كانت حافلة بها ، وعلى الرغم من ذلك إلاّ أنّ دلالة تلك الأبنية حظيت بالإشارة دون التفصيل ، وبعد استقرار الدرس الصرفي بدأت العناية بها ، والناظر إلى مظان كتبهم يلحظ ذلك ، وجاء البحث يسلط الضوء على تلك الدلالات ، واكتشاف مدى اهتمام المعرِّي بها عن طريق استعمالها ، وتوظيفها في نصوص هذا الكتاب القيم الذي لم ينل من الدراسات اللغوية الكثير ، ويكشف مدى توافق المعرِّي أو اختلافه مع العلماء ، والجدير بالذكر أنّ الباحث استعمل المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في بحثه .

Abstract

This work deals with a manuscript from one of the manuscripts of the Arab and Islamic heritage in the field of the pillar of language, which is the grammar, which is a manuscript (A message in parsing there is no god but God for Al-Malawi d.774 AH), and it is - as far as we know - with a single copy deposited in Baghdad, Manuscript House No. (22861 towards) The work came in two parts; The first, in its theoretical aspect, is to study the author’s life from the well-known aspects such as the author’s age, then a translation of him, his scientific status and the like, then study the manuscript and the effort we made to produce it as intended by its author; As for the second section, it is located in the verified text, highlighting what is in it and documenting that from its implications.

Abstract

هذا العمل يتناول مخطوطة من مخطوطات التراث العربيّ الإسلاميّ في مجال عماد اللغة وهو النحو، وهي مخطوطة (رسالة في إعراب لا إلهَ إلّا اللهُ للملّوي ت 774هـ) وهي – فيما نعلم - ذات نسخة وحيدة مودعة في بغداد، دار المخطوطات برقم (22861 نحو) وقد جاء العمل على قسمين؛ الأول في جانبها النظري بدراسة حياة المؤلف من النواحي المعروفة كعصر المؤلف، ثمّ ترجمة له، فمكانته العلمية وما إليها، ثمّ دراسة المخطوطة وما قمنا به من جهد في إخراجها كما أرادها مؤلفها؛ أمّا القسم الثاني فهو النصّ المحقق، وإبراز ما فيه وتوثيق ذلك من مظانه.

Abstract

The novel is one of the literary genres that accompanied man in presenting his internal and external problems, crises, and concerns affected by the changes imposed on man in the modern era. The Algerian novel was also not excluded from other novels, but rather served the Algerian writers as well as the Algerian people in the face of the colonial other. Post colonial theory is one of the other theories that the Algerian novel full of , and Because Zuhur wanasi is considered the most important Algerian female novelists who helped directing the Algerian novel towards important topics this article deals with the post colonial vision in the novel of A Bridge for Revelation and another for Nostalgia for Zuhur wanasi according to the descriptive analytical approach. One of the findings of this article is that the issue of alienation in its various forms and the issue of the other is dealt with by Algerian personalities and the analysis of the steps and the ideas with The idea of liberation and the memory of the homeland are among the other sub topics that expresses the idea of the novelist and her post colonial vision, and that the phenomenon of alienation in its three forms, i.e. spatial, temporal, and self alienation is one of the most successful and important topics that the novelist mastered in taking post colonial writing methods.

تعدّ الرّوایة من الأنواع الأدبیّة التي سایرت الإنسان في طرح مشاكله وأزماته وهواجسه الداخلیّة والخارجیّة المتأثّرة بالتغییرات التي أفرضت علی الإنسان في العهد الحدیث. الرّوایة الجزائریّة كذلك لم تكن بمستثناة عن الرویات الأخری بل خدمت الروایة الجزائریّة الأدباء الجزائریین وكذلك الشعب الجزائري في مواجهة الآخر المستعمر. النظریّة ما بعد الاستعماریّة من النظریّات الأخری التي حفلت بها الروایة الجزائریّة. بسبب أن زهور ونیسي من أهمّ الرّوائیّات الجزائریّات واللاتي ساعدن علی توجیه الروایة الجزائریّة نحو الموضوعات المهمّة یعالج هذا المقال الرّؤیة ما بعد الاستعماریّة في روایة جسر للبوح وآخر للحنین لزهور ونیسي وفقاً للمنهج الوصفي التحلیلي. من النتائج التي توصّل إلیها هذا المقال هي أنّ قضیّة الاغتراب علی أشكاله المتنوّعة و قضیّة الآخر وتناوله من جانب الشخصیّات الجزائریّة وتحلیل خطّطه وأفكاره وفكرة التحریر وذكری الوطن من الموضوعات الفرعیّة الأخری التي عبّرت عن فكرة الروائیّة ورؤیتها لما بعد الاستعماریّة وأنّ ظاهرة الاغتراب علی أشكالها الثلاثة أي الاغتراب المكاني والزّماني والذّاتي من الموضوعات الأكثر نجاحاً وأهمیّة والتي أجادت الرّوائیّة في أخذها أسالیب للكتابة ما بعد الاستعماریّة.

Abstract

The concept of intent represents the focus of linguistic studies, especially those concerned with analyzing texts and understanding speech. Arab scholars, both ancient and modern, have been concerned with the concept of intent and its role in understanding and interpreting Quranic discourse. The Glorious Qur’an, this is due to the impact of the eternal Qur’an text on enriching minds and open ideas The study of that great text is based on understanding its purposes, knowledge of its aims and objectives, and the circumstances surrounding it in all its aspects. The concept of (intentionality) organizes the objectives for every place and time, and the recipient, by observing his knowledge of the rules and interpretive principles, can reach that intention. The first topic included talking about intentionality in the two styles of command and forbidding, and the second topic included talking about intentionality in the methods of interrogation, wishful thinking and calling. We have concluded that the manifestations of deliberative intentionality were clearly manifested in the orderly sentences in the Holy Qur’an. By making it the intention of the speaker as a constraint in determining the desired significance. The ordering sentence acquires its significance from it with the help of linguistic and non-linguistic clues to reach that.

يمثل مفهوم القصد محور الدراسات اللغوية، ولاسيما التي تُعنى بتحليل النصوص وفهم الكلام، فقد عُنِيَ علماء العرب قديمًا وحديثًا بمفهوم القصد وأثره في فهم الخطاب القرآني وتأويله؛ لإغناء العقول وتفتيق الأفكار، ودراسة ذلك النص العظيم تقوم على فهم أغراضه، ومعرفة مقاصده ومراميه، والظروف التي تحيط به من جوانبه كافة. ومفهوم (القصدية) ينتظم المقاصد لكل مكان وزمان، وبإمكان المتلقي بلحاظ معرفته للقواعد والأصول التفسيرية أن يصل إلى ذلك القصد. تكلَّمنا على القصدية في أسلوبي الأمر والنهي، وقد توصلنا إلى أنَّ مظاهر القصدية التوجيهية في القرآن الكريم قد تجلَّت واضحة في جملتي الأمر والنهي الطلبيتين بجعلهما قصد المتكلم قيدًا في تحديد الدلالة المرجوة منها، فالجملة الطلبية تكتسب دلالتها منه مع الاستعانة بالقرائن اللغوية، وغير اللغوية للوصول إلى ذلك.

Examining the Technical Characteristics of Mental Drama as Exemplified by Tawfiq Al-Hakim’s “ Nahrul Junoun”

Abstract

Taking as its starting point what is known as mental drama in the Arab world, a theatrical genre that employs a narrative form created by the pioneering writer Tawfiq al-Hakim, the study will focus primarily on the characteristics of this genre and upon those elements that distinguish it from other well-known theatrical drama forms. Taking al-Hakim’s shortest text “ Nahrul Junoun” as a model, the study analyzes theatrical elements and the philosophy of mental drama in order to explain each element and the method of its representation and employment.
In addition, technical changes to theatrical elements, such as idea, development, characters, time, place, conflict, plot, solution are highlighted to show how they were deliberated changed by al_Hakim to make them fit his theory of the mental drama.
Analysis of the technical characteristics of mental drama will focus on their connection with the function of the thought of this method. Their specific purpose will be deduced from an analysis of Hakim’s drama as well as his statements on drama theory, thus proving that Tawfiq al-Hakim was aware of the influence that these dramatic elements have on theorizing thought as they affect the dramatic artistic construction, and the aesthetics observed in theatrical works.

تتكيء هذه الدراسة على كينونة ما يُعرف بالمسرح الذهني في عالمنا العربي؛ طبقًا لتسمية الأديب "توفيق الحكيم" الذي نظَّر لهذا النوع المسرحي، فقُلِّد ريادته. وسيُركّز فيها تحديدًا على استنطاق خصائص الدراما الذهنية بتحبير ما يُميزها عن النظائر المسرحية المعروفة؛ من خلال نموذج من أقصر ما كُتب فيها للمنظِّر نفسه، وهو نص مسرحية (نهر الجنون). سيُسعى في هذه الدراسة النقدية إلى التحليل الفني للعناصر المسرحية في النص - بفلسفة فكر الدراما الذهنية - لإبراز كل عنصر بأساليب تمثُّله، وكيفيات توظيفه، والنظر في ارتباطه بالغاية من فكر هذا الأسلوب. وستخلص الدراسة إلى تحديد التغيرات الفنية الخاصة بالعناصر المسرحية (الفكرة، الحادثة، الشخصيات، الزمان، المكان، الصراع، الحبكة، العقدة) في هذا النوع الدرامي، وإلى إثبات قصدية التَّغيير؛ لتحقيق مقاصد التَّنظير، المرتبطة بغرضٍ محددٍ من التَّأثير. وهي التأثيرات التي ستستنبط من عملية التحليل؛ ليكون المتلقي والنَّاقد على درايةٍ بما يتأثَّر من العناصر الدرامية بتبنِّي فكر هذا الضرب من التأليف، ووعي بما يلحق البناء الفني الدرامي، والجماليات المرعية في البناء المسرحي.

Abstract

This paper tries to present a critical study of metric pattern of the subject as it is newly developed in rhythmic studies in contemporary Arabic poetry assumed to be firstly introduced by Nazik AlmaLaika.
This study shows that Ahmad Shawki , I lleiya bu-madhi and Khalil Mutran used it. And still eatlier used by Al hussar Alqairawani (D 448H), Imam Ibn Al-Jawzi. D 597H) and Imam Sharafaldeen Albuseery (D 696H), and was used by all later poets as it is palatable in foot poetry and classical poetry alike.

Abstract

يحاول هذا البحث تقديم دراسة نقدية عن تفعيلة (فاعلُ) بوصفها تفعيلة مستحدثة في الشعر العربي المعاصر، مبيّنا أن نازك الملائكة أعلنت أنها هي أول من ابتكرها، وقد تبيَّن لنا من خلال البحث أن هناك من سبقها في استعمال هذه التفعيلة من دون الإعلان عن ذلك، فقد استعملها في الشعر العمودي أحمد شوقي وإيليا أبو ماضي وخليل مطران، وسبقهم كلّهم استعملها الحصري القيرواني (ت448هـ)، والإمام ابن الجوزي (597هـ)، والإمام شرف الدين البوصيري (ت 696هـ)، وشاعت هذه التفعيلة في شعر التفعيلة، وأصبح استعمالها متاحا للجميع، ويعدُّ استعمال تفعيلة (فاعلُ) اليوم مستساغا ومتواترا في كلٍّ من شعر التفعيلة والشعر العمودي على حد سواء.

تسعى الدراسة الى مقاربة مفهوم المرجعيات الثقافية في رواية الخيميائي للكاتب البرازيلي باولو كويلو, إذ حاولنا تتبع أهم المرجعيات الثقافية في روايته التي غذت النص الروائي بشكل متناسق مع الحدث وحوار الشخصيات مع بعضها , ومن أهمها المرجعية الثقافية الدينية والأدبية والفلسفية , وجاءت الدراسة بتوطئة لمفهوم المرجعيات الثقافية عند الباحثين والدارسين , والوقوف على قراءة بسيطة لهذه الرواية واحداثها ووقائعها , وخاتمة لأبرز النتائج ومنها : وجدنا مجموعة من المرجعيات الثقافية حاضرة بقوة في رواية الخيميائي ومنها الدينية من خلال ذكر بعض النصوص الدينية والاقتباسات من القرآن الكريم والتوارة وذكر بعض المظاهر الدينية , وكذلك وجود المرجعيات الادبية والفلسفية وقد اعتمد عليها الكاتب في تشكيل بنيته الروائية , لتشكل لنا نسقا بنائيا متكاملا , فهي رواية فلسفية بأمتياز.

The Meaning of the forelock in the Glorious Quran

Abstract

The forelock is one of the Quranic expressions and its derivatives are also mentioned in the Glorious Qur'an and Sunnah (the prophetic traditions of Muhammad, PBUH), and its meaning revolves around two basic meanings, tangible and spiritual. The tangible is the front of the head or the hair growing on the front of the head, while the intangible is the majestic position, the prestige and the honor, and there are some more linguistic meanings for the word as well.
It has mentioned in four ayas in three Surahs (Suras) in the Glorious Qur'an, which are: Surah Hud (Sura 11, Aya 56), Surah Al-Rahman (Sura 55, aya 41), and Surat Al-Alaq (Sura 96, ayas 15 and 16).
As for the Sunnah, it has mentioned in its various derivatives in several places, to indicate many meanings, including in addition to its indication of the well-known part in the head: it expresses the human being from the door ‘front’ (mentioning the part and the will of the whole), and including a statement of its honor because it is the place of prostration to Allah and the place of wiping over it in ablution.
From a scientific point of view, it has a great importance as it is responsible for thinking and willing and the inclusion of under it the living cells of the sane that guide man and change his/her will, from which good and evil are issued, charity and abuse, injustice and justice. So, who has his/her forelock towards good and justice, it will be the forelock of good. However, who has his/her forelock towards evil, injustice and lying, it will be the forelock of evil and lies. Thus, God Almighty named the forelock of Abu Jahl as a liar and sinner, where Allah said: “A lying, sinning forelock”. (Quran, 96:16)

تعد الناصية من التعبيرات القرآنية ، ووردت مشتقاتها في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية ، ويدور معناها في معنيين أساسيين ، ملموس وروحي. الملموس هو مقدمة الرأس أو الشعر الذي ينمو في مقدمة الرأس ، بينما المعنوي هو المكانة المهيبة والهيبة والشرف ، وهناك بعض المعاني اللغوية للكلمة أيضًا.
وقد ذكرت في أربع آيات في ثلاث سور في القرآن الكريم ، وهي: سورة هود (سورة 11 ، آية 56) ، سورة الرحمن (سورة 55 ، آية 41) ، سورة العلق (سورة آية). سورة 96 وآيات 15 و 16).
أما السنة فقد ذكرت في مشتقاتها المختلفة في عدة مواضع ، لتدل على معاني كثيرة ، منها بالإضافة إلى دلالة الجزء المشهور في الرأس: فهي تعبر عن الإنسان من الباب (ذكر). الجزء وإرادة الكل) ، وإقرار عرضه ؛ لأنه مكان سجود الله ومسح عليه في الوضوء.

Abstract

The paper dealt with the topics of recitation and tajweed in the Glorious Qur’an, and the secrets and observations it held in the provisions of tajweed, which was an integrated system of laws consistent with the truth of pronunciation and the Quranic sound among ancient and modern scholars among them; this led to the development of a methodology that helped the reader to facilitate pronunciation in line with human instinct Then the researcher presented the reality of the provisions of tajweed and its duties and recommendations of recitation, then between the types and ranks of all or most of the provisions of tajweed , and summarized the reality of the theory mentioned in the concern for the recitation of the Glorious Book of God through the presentation of the Quranic texts and the noble hadiths of the Prophet, trying to reveal what is the lowest to The spirit of Quranic truth in it. And it was clear from its launch that the Qur’an is a clarification of everything, then the researcher mentioned a number of the opinions of the ancient and modern tajweed scholars on this theory - the theory of attention in the provisions of tajweed - and then concluded that it - the provisions of tajweed - is one of the colors of integrity in the statement and the height of the tongue’s eloquence in pronunciation.

تناول البحث موضوعات التلاوة والتجويد في القرآن الكريم وما تحمل من أسرار وملاحظات في أحكام التجويد والذي كان يشكل منظومة متكاملة من القوانين المنسجمة مع حقيقة النطق والصوت القرآني بين العلماء القدماء والمحدثين منهم ؛فأدى ذلك الى وضع منهجية ساعدت القاريء على تسهيل النطق بما ينسجم مع الفطرة الإنسانية , ثم عرض الباحث لحقيقة أحكام التجويد وما فيها من واجبات ومستحبات تلاوية , ثم بين الانواع والمراتب لكافة أو أكثرية أحكام التجويد , ولخصت منها حقيقة النظرية المذكورة في الاهتمام لتلاوة كتاب الله العزيز من خلال عرض النصوص القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة , محاولاً تجلية ما هو ادنى الى روح الحقيقة القرآنية فيها . وقد تبين في انطلاقها من كون القرآن هو تبيان لكل شيء , ثم ذكر الباحث جملةً من آراء علماء التجويد القدماء والمحدثين على هذه النظرية – نظرية الاهتمام في أحكام التجويد- , وخلص بعدها الى أنها –أحكام التجويد - لون من ألوان الاستقامة في البيان وعلو فصاحة اللسان في النطق.

Shari’a rulings on Muslim women’s participation in political matters, including demonstrations, and through this study, the researcher tried to shed light on women’s participation in demonstrations from an Islamic perspective and mentioned some provisions related to women during their participation in them by explaining the concept of participation and demonstrations, and clarifying the ruling on women’s participation in them through List the sayings of the authorized and their evidence. Then the impediments and their evidence, and from that to the topic of discussion and weighting, where the arguments of both groups were weighed and it was concluded that the participation of women in demonstrations from an Islamic perspective in which useful acceptance is conditioned regulations verified by the researcher at the end of this study.

المرأة المسلمة لها دور مهم في بناء المجتمع ، والعمل السياسي ، وقد أكد الإسلام على مشاركتها في العمل السياسي من خلال السيرة النبوية وسيرة الخلفاء الراشدين واعطاها الحق الكامل في العمل السياسي الذي يتناسب مع طبيعتها وتكوينها الجسدي ولم ينقص من حقها شيئاً، لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة تبين الأحكام الشرعية في مشاركة المرأة المسلمة في الأمور السياسية ومنها المظاهرات.
ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولت الباحثة تسليط الأضواء الكاشفة على مشاركة المرأة في المظاهرات من منظور اسلامي وذكر بعض الأحكام المتعلقة بالمرأة أثناء مشاركتها فيها عبر بيان مفهوم المشاركة والمظاهرات ، وبيان حكم مشاركة المرأة فيها من خلال سرد أقوال المجيزين وأدلتهم . ثم المانعين وأدلتهم ، والتوصل من ذلك إلى مبحث المناقشة والترجيح ، حيث تم وزن حجج كلا الفريقين والتوصل من ذلك إلى أن مشاركة المرأة في المظاهرات من منظور اسلامي الأصل فيها : (الجواز المقيد ) بشروط وضوابط اثبتتها الباحثة في نهاية هذه الدراسة والله الموفق .

Abstract

Custom and habit are of great importance. Besides, they are of indispensible importance for faqeeh. Scholars during past and present time, paid great attention to custom and took great care of it, because of its great role in deriving legal rulings. People’s customs change and change according to the change of time and place. It contains a text from the Sharia, and the importance of custom and habit is shown in changing and altering the rulings that were based on the foundations of customs and habits. Rather, everything that is in the Sharia follows the returns and changes in it when those returns change to what is required by the renewed custom. Research on this topic has a great role in lifting the embarrassment for the figures assigned to finding legal solutions, given what the legal evidence proves. This research included an introduction and four parts. The first requirement is in the meaning of custom linguistically and idiomatically, the second one is in the legal evidence of its consideration, the third requirement is in the sections of custom and the conditions for considering the correct custom, and the fourth requirement deals with the most important topic which is concerned with dealing with the right custom in Islamic law.

للعرف والعادة أهمية كبيرة لايمكن للفقيه الاستغناء عنها , فقد اهتم العلماء قديماً وحديثاً بالعرف واعتنوا به عناية شديدة ، وذلك لدوره الكبير في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية ، فأعراف الناس تتغير وتتبدل حسب تغير الزمان والمكان ، فللعرف دور كبير في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية في المسائل الفقهية التي لم يرد فيها نص من قبل الشرع ، وتتبين أهمية العرف والعادة في تغيير وتبديل الأحكام التي كانت مبنية على أسس من الأعراف والعادات فعندما تغيرت تلك العادات والأعراف تغيرت تلك الأحكام المبنية عليها تبعاً لها ، فإجراء الأحكام التي مدركها العوائد مع تغير تلك العوائد خلاف الإجماع وجهالة في الدين ، بل كل ما هو في الشريعة يتبع العوائد يتغير فيه عند تغير تلك العوائد إلى ما تقتضيه العادة المتجددة ، فالبحث في هذا الموضوع له دور كبير في رفع الحرج عن المكلفين وإيجاد الحلول الشرعية ، نظراً لما يثبته الدليل الشرعي ، فتضمن هذا البحث على مقدمة و أربعة مطالب المطلب الاول في معنى العرف لغة واصطلاحا والمطلب الثاني في الادلة الشرعية على اعتباره والمطلب الثالث في اقسام العرف وشروط اعتبار العرف الصحيح والمطلب الرابع تناولت فيه اهمية العرف الصحيح في الشريعة الاسلامية.

Abstract

Abdullah Bin balkeen's book "The Identification" has a very prestigious status among historical works, for being a historical document written by an eyewitness of the sedation era, and the era of the most important sects in the history of Andalusia. Thus his memoir is of high effect and importance.
This research talks about (The Defensive Tricks of Ibn Balkeen), in which the book uses the methods of psychology and the connection between the types of the psychological methods adopted by experts of psychiatry, and the memoir of Ibn Balkeen in his book "The Identification".
The first part of the research contains the definition of: the defensive tricks, Ibn Balkeen, and his book "The Identification". Whereas the second part will include selected models from his book, where he justifies his views towards the events. While the third part talks about Ibn Balkeen's personal character to being the key to understand why he resorted to it in order to defend himself and his behavior.
It seemed obvious that the purposes of Ibn Balkeen's notations were addressed in a big part of it, to convincingly explain, his role in the consecutive events, to the readers. Starting from his takeover of rule, and ending with Al-Moravid throwing his rule and taking over, passing by his exile to Aghmat in the South of Morocco.

وقد تضمن المبحث الأول مدخلاً تعريفياً بالحيل الدفاعية ، وابن بلقين ، وكتاب التبيان ، فيما استفاض المبحث الثاني بالحديث عن نماذج منتقاة من كتاب التبيان ، والتي عبر فيها مواقفه تجاه الأحداث ، فيما توقفنا في المبحث الثالث عند صفات ابن بلقين بكونها مفتاح لفهم لجوئه لذلك للدفاع عن نفسه وسلوكياته .
وبدا واضحاً ان مقاصد ابن بلقين في تدوينه كانت موجهة في جزء كبير منها نحو تقديم تفسير مقنع للقارئ بخصوص دوره خلال الأحداث المتتابعة بدءاً من توليه الحكم وانتهاءً بخلعه من قبل المرابطين ونفيه إلى مدينة أغمات جنوب المغرب الأقصى .

Kurdistan has witnessed a great scientific movement in the service of Islamic sciences since the advent of Islam and to this time. Many scholars have emerged in this region. History books and translations have recorded the names of most of them who spent their lives serving the Islamic religion and its sciences.
Among the sciences that Kurdish scholars took care of teaching, teaching and authoring in it is the science of interpretation. It has received great interest, and many scholars are famous for this art, because of the science of interpretation of a high status, which is honored over all other sciences; Because it is the way to understand the words of God and to clarify the purpose of God Almighty.
Kurdish scholars - old and new - had a prominent role in serving the sciences and interpretation of the Noble Qur’an, and they wrote many books and interpretations in different languages, such as Arabic, Kurdish, Persian and Turkish.
Among the Kurdish scholars who paid great attention to interpretation is Sheikh Abdul Qadir Al-Siddiqi Al-Kuwai, who spent years of his life writing a complete interpretation of the Holy Qur’an. He called it (Summary of interpretation in the solution of its words worthy of the help of the Almighty King)
And in my desire to contribute to the service of the Noble Qur’an, I investigated (Surat Al-Ankabut) from the manuscript of Mukhtasat Al-Tafsir, and the research includes this introduction, a preface, and the verified text.

شهدت كردستان حركة علمية كبيرة في خدمة العلوم الإسلامية. وقد برز علماء كثيرون سجلت كتب التاريخ والتراجم أسماء أغلبهم أفنوا أعمارهم في خدمة الدين الإسلامي وعلومه.
ومن العلوم التي اعتنى علماء الكرد بتدريسها وتعليمها والتأليف فيها علم التفسير، فقد لقي اهتماما كبيرا، واشتهر منهم علماء كثر بهذا الفن، لما لعلم التفسير من منزلة رفيعة, شرف بها على سائر العلوم؛ لكونه الطريق الموصل لفهم كلام الله وبيان مراد الله تعالى.
وكان لعلماء الكرد –قديما وحديثا – دور بارز في خدمة علوم القرآن الكريم وتفسيره، وألّفوا كتبا وتفاسير عديدة بلغات مختلفة، كالعربية والكردية والفارسيّة والتركية.

Abstract

Al-Azhar actively participated in the political life in Egypt since the revolution of January 25, 2011 until the year 2019. This philosophy was linked to his deep understanding of the nature of his role and the tasks entrusted to him in that difficult stage that Egypt went through, with the huge events and violent changes that had an impact on society. This necessitated Al-Azhar to be on the front lines of all these challenges, armed with its methodology derived from the Glorious Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, to take everyone’s hand to safety. Neither the courage nor the boldness to stand in the face of everything that is wrong and what he saw intersects with the values of the true Islamic religion, cherishing his independence and his prestige despite the attempts of successive authorities to impose their hegemony on him. ساهم الازهر بفاعلية في الحياة السياسية في مصر منذ ثورة 25 كانون الثاني 2011 وحتى عام 2019 فكانت له فلسفته ومواقفه التي تنسجم مع خصوصيته الدينية والروحية كونه معلماً بارزاً على صعيد مصر والعالم الإسلامي. هذه الفلسفة ارتبطت بفهمه العميق لطبيعة دوره والمهمات الملقاة على عاتقه في تلك المرحلة الصعبة التي مرت بها مصر بما حملته من احداث جسام وتغييرات عنيفة كان لها وقعها المؤثر على المجتمع. مما استلزم من الازهر ان يكون متصدياً في الخطوط الامامية لكل هذه التحديات متسلحاً بمنهجيته المستمدة من القران الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة للاخذ بيد الجميع الى بر الأمان. ولم تجانبه الشجاعة ولا الاقدام في الوقوف بوجه كل ما هوه خاطئ وما رأه متقاطعاً مع قيم الدين الإسلامي الحنيف معتزاً بأستقلاليته ومكانته المرموقة بالرغم من محاولات السلطات المتعاقبة فرض هيمنتها عليه. ولدوره الارشادي والدعوي والتربوي فقد تقاطع مع قوى التطرف والإرهاب والتكفير بما حملته من منهج تعارض مع جوهر ما دعا اليه الإسلام من رحمة واخاء وإنسانية.

This study aims to know the geographical analysis of the death cases caused by traffic accidents in Iraq, to reveal the causes of their occurrence, and to propose a comprehensive strategy to raise the level of traffic safety in Iraq.
The research includes an analysis of the data of the Ministry of Planning, Directorate of Transportation and Communications Statistics for the year 2019, which indicates the occurrence of (10753) traffic accidents in Iraq, and collision accidents recorded the highest percentage (5666) accidents, 52.7% of the total traffic accidents, followed by run-over accidents (3770) accidents with a percentage of ( 35%) with overturning accidents (999), accident rate (9.3%).

To achieve this, the researcher adopted a tool (a questionnaire) for evaluation criteria by reviewing previous studies and literature that dealt with the concept of evaluation and scientific innovations, and the tool consisted of (92) items, and since the tool was adopted and built in the year (2014) It was presented to arbitrators and had a high agreement rate (93%). It is also subject to the laws of honesty and stability, so it is ready to be applied to the research sample directly.
As for the sample of the research, it consisted of (50) teachers and teachers of biology for the second intermediate grade of graduates of colleges of education in the province of Baghdad, as well as educational specialists of biology in the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Karkh first, whose number is (5) educational specialist, either The statistical methods used to analyze the research results are: (percentage, Pearson correlation coefficient, weighted mean, weight percentile)

اما عينة البحث فتكونت من ( 50 ) مدرساً و مدرسة لمادة علم الاحياء للصف الثاني المتوسط من خريجي كليات التربية في محافظة بغداد , و كذلك الاختصاصين التربويين لمادة علم الاحياء في المديرية العامة لتربية بغداد / الكرخ الاولى و البالغ عددهم ( 5 ) اختصاصي تربوي , اما الوسائل الاحصائية المستخدمة لتحليل نتائج البحث فهي : ( النسبة المئوية , معامل ارتباط بيرسن , الوسط المرجح , الوزن المئوي )
و اظهرت نتائج البحث ان مجالات الكتاب محققة في ضوء المستحدثات العلمية بدرجة عالية ما عدا مجال ( الصور و الرسوم التوضيحية ) .

Abstract

The current study investigates crime short story linguistically and ideologically. The aim of the current study is to show the different types of interpersonal meanings used within the selected data and its ideological aspect. The current study follows Fairclough (2015) approach of critical discourse analysis. This model contains an integration of Halliday’s systemic functional grammar, particularly that of ideational meta-function, and its ideological aspects. The data selected for the analysis is a crime short story of Heather J. Gisi called “Dark and Evil”. The analysis indicates the connection between transitivity processes and the identification of murders within the text.

The Role of Motivation in Learning Arabic Language to Enhance Communicative Competence by Arab American Students

Abstract

Language as the main way of communication among humans holds a crucial role in understanding and expressing the world around us. Because of this fundamental importance of language in the life of humans, it has been investigated from different dimensions such as structure, sound processes, and cultural aspects. The central aspect of language examined by the current paper is a cross-language aspect of Arab Americans’ motivation and strategies are used to learn a second language, which can be referred to as communicative competence. Two participants were involved in this study. The first participant is a female student from Palestine and the second one an Iraqi male student. Both participants came to the U.S. when they were children. This is a qualitative case study, phenomenology inquiry of Arab American students' motivation to learn the Arabic language as a foreign or second language at the university level in the southeast of the United States. Three main methods of data collection have been used. First, interviewing each one of the two participants for 30-45 minutes. Second, observing the participants in the department of modern language and linguistics at Florida State University which they were taking a part in the class for which the researcher kept fieldnotes. Each observation was organized by following Emerson, Fretz, and Shaw (1995) format. Third, the researchers took into account the syllabus of the Arabic course, as a document to analyze it. Each interview was transcribed, and then all the interviews, observations, and syllabus were analyzed and coded into themes to see any trends or relationships between Arab-American students and their motivation to learn the Arabic language. In the light of the study results, several useful recommendations concerning EFL learners, instructors, and syllabus designers were presented and several pedagogical suggestions for further research were stated.

يُعدُّ الحرفُ قسمًا لا يتجزأ من أقسام الكلام (الاسم والفعل والحرف)، وتتضح وظيفتهُ في تكميل الجملة العربية الخالصة، فهو من مكملاتها، وتختصُّ هذه الوظيفة في إظهار دلالته النحوية واللغويّة، إذ يشكّلُ حلقةَ وصلٍ مع الأسماء والأفعال في صناعة المعنى الذي يقتضيه حال الجملة، وهو القسم الذي يؤدي المعنى في نفسهِ، ولهُ أهمية تتجلى في المفهوم العام للجملة العربيّة، وقد أبدى علماءُ اللغة آراءهم فيها ومنهم قطربٌ وبرهنوا على أنَهُ ركنٌ من أركان الكلام المفيد الذي لا يُستغنى عنه.

Abstract

The critical lesson was concerned with "objective formations", since it represents a basic theme of poetic discourse as a linguistic system that is in direct contact with the recipient. To monitor the poetic share of these formations in the poetry of Ibn Nubata al-Masri, observing the evolutionary stages of the poet's poetic language through its evolutionary stages, because the stage of youth for him represented the real beginning of the poetic experience; What followed later in terms of evolutionary artistic stages were reflected in the characteristics of his poetic language. We have been tempted to search in objective formations due to the richness of this topic because of the controversy that exists in defining the poetics of objective formations in poetry, as it is a thorny concept, because it is related to various knowledge and aspects of human life. Each poet has his own concept and position, which differs a lot, or slightly from other poets, towards life, the universe, and human issues. Rather, every poem differs from others for the same poet. And based on the foregoing, we first tried to define the title of the research accurately, so it was the objective formations in the poetry of Ibn Nubata al-Masri. Ibn Nubata al-Masri because his poetry falls under the umbrella of the Ayyubid state and represents a type of literature in a close period of time and a spatial area of its product, which falls within the limits set for the research, as it contains appropriate data to establish the specificity of research and study to determine the poetics of these formations within the structure of the poetic text, as a space Textually and poetically dramatizing the events that follow in chronological order that give the aesthetic function of the poetic text in general.

عني الدرس النقدي بـ" التشكلات الموضوعية "، كونها تمثل ثيمة اساسية للخطاب الشعري بوصفها منظومة لغوية تقع بتماس مباشر مع المتلقي، فألتفت النقاد الى تحليل هذه التشكلات ، واختلفت رؤاهم على المستوى المنهجي والرؤي في ذلك ، فجاء موضوع دراستي ؛ ليرصد نصيب شعرية هذ التشكلات في شعر ابن نباتة المصري، راصداً المراحل التطورية للغة الشعرية للشاعر عبر مراحلها التطورية ،لان مرحلة الشباب عنده مثلت البداية الحقيقية للتجربة الشعرية ؛ وما تبعها فيما بعد من مراحل فنية تطورية انعكست في خصائص لغته الشعرية .
ولقد أغرانا البحث في التشكلات الموضوعية لما لهذا الموضوع من غنى بسبب الجدل والاحتدام القائم في تحديد شعرية التشكلات الموضوعية في الشعر، فهو مفهوم شائك ،لأنه متصل بمختلف المعارف وجوانب الحياة الإنسانية ، وهو مفهوم خلافي ، له أبعاده الفكرية كونه مرتبطاً بالعملية الإبداعية، ومن المعلوم أن لكل شاعر مفهومه وموقفه الخاص به الذي يختلف كثيراً ،أو قليلاً عن غيره من الشعراء اتجاه الحياة ، والكون ، والقضايا الانسانية ، فليس هناك مقاييس ثابتة تحدد شعرية هذه التشكلات تحديداً نهائياً، فلكل تجربة إنسانية لها بعدها الخاص بها ، ولكل بيئة شعرها المتميز من غيرها، بل أنّ كلّ قصيدة تختلف عن غيرها لدى الشاعر الواحد.
وانطلاقاً مما تقدم حاولنا أولاً أن نحدد عنوان البحث بدقة ، فكان التشكلات الموضوعية في شعر ابن نباتة المصري ، فمن المعلوم أن لكل عصر خصوصيتهُ الزمنية المحملة بسمات تخصه و تنفرد به عبر علاقات :" دينية، اجتماعية ، ثقافية، سياسية "، لذا كان اختيارنا لشعر ابن نباتة المصري لأنه شعر يندرج تحت سقف الدولة الأيوبية ويمثل ضرباً من ضروب الأدب في مدة زمنية متقاربة ورقعة مكانية منتجه ، تندرج ضمن الحدود المرصودة للبحث، إذ تأتي فيها المعطيات مناسبة لتثبيت خصوصية البحث والدراسة إلى تحديد شعرية هذه التشكلات داخل بنية النص الشعري، بوصفها فضاءاً نصياً ومسرحاً شعرياً للأحداث التي تترتب ترتيباً زمنياً تضفي الوظيفة الجمالية للنص الشعري بشكل عام .

Abstract

This research is a significant study in the Qur’anic texts of the ayas of fasting in Surat Al-Baqarah, to find out what these ayas contain important subtleties, and rhetorical secrets that were inferred by scholars in deducing the rule that prayer is obligatory, through the interpretation of the ayas, and the disclosure of the masterpieces of the miraculous, as to accuracy The choice of words, the exquisiteness of their alignment, and the aesthetics of artistic depiction of the meanings they contained; A good style and its strength to have its effect on the human soul, thus creating the mental contentment that requires taking into account its meanings, and submitting to its commands and prohibitions with complete acceptance and satisfaction.
It is known of Surat Al-Baqarah as it is the first Surah to be revealed in Madeena after the initiation of building the Islamic era. It came with legal rulings and eloquent exhortations that take the Muslim by the hand to guidance and righteousness and raise him towards the lofty goal for which God created him.

هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة بيانية في النظم القرآني للآيات التي تضمنت حكم وجوب الصيام في سورة البقرة، والكشف عما فيها من لطائف بيانية وأسرار بلاغية استدل بها العلماء في توجيه حكم وجوب الصيام، من خلال التفسير البياني لتلك الآيات، وبيان ما انطوت عليه من روائع الإعجاز، كدقة اختيار الألفاظ، وبديع رصفها، وجمالية التصوير الفني لمعانيها، وحسن الأسلوب وقوته لإحداث تأثيره في النفس الإنسانية، فيهيئ القناعة العقلية التي تقتضي الأخذ بمعانيه، والتسليم لأوامره ونواهيه بقبول ورضًى تامّينِ .
ومعلوم إن آيات الصيام جاءت في سورة البقرة، وهو الموضع الوحيد لها في القرآن الكريم، وسورة البقرة هي أول سورة مدنية تنزل بعد الشروع ببناء الدولة الإسلامية، جاءت بأحكام شرعية ومواعظ بليغة، تأخذ بيد المسلم إلى الهدى والصلاح، فترتقي به إلى الغاية السامية التي من أجلها خلقه الله.

Not to mention that for being the book of ( Al-Mukhtar) one of the short books in the Quranic readings, the approved phonological examples in the study of diphthong were the most important forms of phonological handles which took place amongst the constants. The major examples those which "Ibn Idrees" had in his book(Al-Mukhtar) about the diphthong were leaning into the effortless and easy pronunciation, because it presents a Quranic knowledge for the beginners in this subject in reading the Glorious Quran in a highly level of eloquence.

إنَّ ظاهرة الإدغام في القرآن الكريم ، هي ظاهرة قوية فمن أمثلة الإدغام التي وجدت في كتاب المختار الذي أنا في صدد دراسته هو إدغام التقارب المخرجي ، وإدغام التوافق في الصفات ، إنَّ هذا البحث قائمٌ على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف الظواهر الصوتية ، وتحليل العبارة وإعادة صياغتها من منظور علمي ، ولكون كتاب المختار من الكتب المختصرة في القراءات القرآنية ، كانت الشواهد الصوتية المعتمدة في دراسة الإدغام من أهم أشكال التعامل الصوتي الحاصلة بين الصوامت ، وإنَّ أكثر الأمثلة التي تناولها ابن إدريس في كتابه المختار عن موضوع الإدغام هو يميل الى الخفة والسهولة في النطق ، فهو يقدم في هذا البحث معرفة قرآنية للمبتدأين في قراءة القرآن في أعلى درجات الفصاحة.

Abstract

Despite the many narrations of the Prophet's biography, the narrators did not cover all its aspects. There is no doubt that the Qur’an is full of biographical events. The narrators did not write a novel without referring to the Glorious Qur’an or books of interpretation and Qur’anic sciences.
In this sense, the researcher relied on one of the most famous books on the sciences of the Qur’an, which is the book Al-Ajab in explaining the reasons for Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani (T.: 852 AH / 1448 AD). What distinguishes this book is its clear way of narrating events by showing the occasions of the revelation of the Qur’anic ayas.
The research is divided into an introduction, two sections, a conclusion, sources and references. The first section deals with the translation of Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, and the second section deals with the narratives of the Prophet's biography in Bir Ma’unah and the Battle of Bani al-Nadir.

على الرغم من كثرة روايات السيرة النبوية، إلا أن الرواة لم يغطوا جميع جوانبها. فلا شك أن القرآن حافل بأحداث السيرة؛ لم يكتب الرواة رواية دون الرجوع إلى القرآن الكريم أو كتب التفسير وعلوم القرآن. وبهذا المعنى اعتمد الباحث أحد أشهر كتب علوم القرآن وهو كتاب العُجاب في بيان الأسباب لابن حجر العسقلاني (ت: 852ه/1448م). ما يميز هذا الكتاب هو طريقته الواضحة في سرد الأحداث من خلال بيان مناسبات نزول الآيات القرآنية.

كتباً كثيرة طبعت في العلوم المتعلقة بالقرآن الكريم وتفسيره, إلا أن هناك مخطوطات كثيرة أيضا في خزائن المخطوطات, أو المكتبات الخاصة أو العامة لم تأخذ حظها من العناية والتحقيق, فضلاً عن الآلاف التي فقدت وضاعت.
ولأهمية المخطوطات وما فيها من العلوم المفيدة الغزيرة, ولإحياء التراث الإسلامي العظيم, وإخراجه من دور المخطوطات إلى حيز التداول, وتحقيقه قبل أن تمضي عليه حقبة من الزمن يفقد فيها كله أو تتآكل بعض صفحاته كما هو الحال في بعض المخطوطات, ولهذا توكلت على الله طالباً العون منه أن أقوم بدراسة مخطوط وتحقيقه يتعلق بكتاب الله تعالى لما فيه من فضل ومزية على غيره من سائر العلوم, ففي هذا القسم الدراسي أردت أن أتطرق إلى بعض المسائل التي وردت في جزء من هذا المخطوط, وأشير إليها وأُدارسها لبيان عظمة كتاب الله العزيز ، فكانت دراستي لبعض الاحكام التي وردت في سورة البقرة، التي تخصُّ مفهوم الرزق, والكفر ومعناه, ومفهوم الإمامة الكبرى عند المسلمين, وهي التي وقف عندها المصنف وبينها في تفسيره.

Explanatory behavior has become the ideal icon in simulating and revealing the efforts of scholars with general dimensions that relate to the generality of the structural aspect of the Qur’anic text as a system and practice. defining divine laws; Therefore, the explanatory approach and its cognitive values became a focus of attention for scholars, researchers, and those interested in the Qur’anic issue.
These intellectual references were the basis for the selection of the manuscript (Fatih al-Manan in the exegesis of the Qur’an) by Qutb al-Din al-Shafi’i al-Shirazi (d. 710 AH), which bears knowledge bases with diverse cultural backgrounds that lie between its Islamic cultural foundations and social norms, and an inquiry into the structure of this blog, and its explanatory simulation in the light of curricula. Interpretive reveals to us about the “dynamism of construction” and “the effectiveness of discourse” that reflects the philosophy of exegesis, and here lies the importance of the research, and this is what prompted me to choose the topic for study, and my share of this manuscript was Surat Al-Tawbah from aya (113) study and investigation.

وهذه المرجعيات الفكرية كانت الأساس في انتخاب مخطوط ( فتح المنان في تفسير القرآن) لقطب الدين الشافعي الشيرازي (ت 710هـ) ، التي تحمل أُسس معرفية ذات خلفيات ثقافية متنوعة تقع بين أُسها الثقافي الإسلامي والأعراف الاجتماعية ، واستنطاق بنية هذه المدونة ، ومحاكاتها تفسيريًا في ضوء المناهج التفسيرية يكشف لنا عن ( ديناميكية البناء ) و( فعَّالية الخطاب ) العاكسة لفلسفة التفسير ، وهنا تكمن أهمية البحث ، و هذا ما دفعني لاختيار الموضوع للدراسة ، وكان حصتي من هذا المخطوط سورة التوبة من الآية (113) دراسة وتحقيقاً .

Abstract

The research, entitled "The New Philosophy of the Egyptian Army in the Light of the Policy of Normalization", deals with the definition of a new stage in Egypt's political history, which is the stage of President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak, during which he followed the policy of normalization with the Zionist entity, which naturally affected the Egyptian army and its ideological orientations, which turned from military mobilization for confronting external aggression, to intervene in internal affairs issues such as monitoring publications and tracking opponents of the authority, as well as carrying out a number of tasks at the external level, such as his participation in the Gulf War 1991. On the economic level, the military establishment during the Mubarak era did not only turn into a main partner in the Egyptian economy but has become almost completely in control of the local economy.

جاء هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على الصناعات الغذائية الكبيرة في مدينة بغداد, و كما تم الاعتماد على عدة معايير منها ( عدد المنشآت, عدد العاملين, قيمة رأس المال), و على مستوى الانشطة الصناعية و البلديات في مدينة بغداد.
و بينت الدراسة ان العدد الاجمالي للمنشآت الصناعية (80) منشأة صناعية كبيرة الحجم, جاء سبب توطنها لجملة من الاعتبارات التي ساهمت في جذب و توطن تلك الصناعات في مكانها الحالي, اذ جاء بالمرتبة الاولى عامل السوق بنسبة (40.37%), في حين احتل المرتبة الثانية عامل الرغبات الشخصية و شكل نسبة (11.06%), بينما احتل المرتبة الثالثة عامل المادة الخام و بنسبة (10.90%), اما بالنسبة الى توزيعها المكاني فقد بينت الدراسة ان اكثر عدد من المنشآت الغذائية الكبيرة تركزت في بلدية الكرادة, اذ بلغ عددها (33) منشأة و شكلت بنسبة (41.25%), و ضمت اكثر عدد من الايدي العامل بأجمالي (4.534)عاملا بنسبة (44.57%), و سجلت اعلى قيمة من رأس المال بواقع (4.719.873.000) مليار دينار و بنسبة (46.17%) من اجمالي رأس المال المستخدم في العملية الانتاجية, و اختتمت الدراسة بطرح عددا من المقترحات التي من شأنها تنمية القطاع الصناعي ليستطيع منافسة المنتجات العالمية.

Abstract

This research came to shed light on the large food industries in the city of Baghdad, and it was also based on several criteria, including (the number of establishments, the number of employees, the value of capital), and on the level of industrial activities and municipalities in the city of Baghdad. The study showed that the total number of industrial establishments is (80) large-sized industrial establishments, the reason for their settlement came due to a number of considerations that contributed to attracting and settling these industries in their current location, as the market factor came in the first place with a rate of (40.37%), while the market factor ranked first. The second factor is the personal desires factor, which constitutes a percentage of (11.06%), while the third factor is occupied by the raw material factor, which amounts to (10.90%). 33) establishments formed with a rate of (41.25%), and included the largest number of workers with a total of (4,534) workers, with a rate of (44.57%), and recorded the highest value of the capital by (4,719,873,000) billion dinars, with a rate of (46.17%). Of the total capital used in the production process and the study concluded with a number of proposals that would develop the industrial sector to be able to compete with international products.

The interest in monitoring drought has increased with the development of monitoring tools, which are no longer confined to meteorological stations only, but various measurement devices and programs have emerged, some of which are field and space-based monitoring stations are available on the Internet, which enables the researcher to monitor and control the climate elements individually represented by (remote sensing) technology. (after) and the available satellite visuals enable us to study climatic variables and then apply spectral clues as indicators and indications through which to reach and detect multiple manifestations, including drought, and this study came to reveal patterns of drought in the province of Dhi Qar, which is geographically located in the southern part of Iraq And astronomer between two circles (50'0°30"N32°00'0-N) north and arc Length ('0'50°45E47°00"0-E) using remote sensing techniques represented by judicial monitoring stations by 6 stations in addition to the earth-water station (Nasiriyah). The study aimed to analyze drought patterns in terms of spectral indicators and clues. The study relied on the use of the second improved vegetation cover index (EVI2) to detect the density of vegetation cover. The study concluded that the spectral evidence has the ability to find variation in drought patterns in a high and accurate way, as it does not deal with climatic drought only, but its values change according to the changing data on the land. Abstract

The research aims to study the qualitative indicators of the residents of residential neighborhoods in the Baghdad AL-Jadida sub-district
Represented by the average size of the household - gender ratio - the gender of the head of the family as well as the age indicators of the residents of residential neighborhoods in the Baghdad AL-Jadida district represented by the age of the head of the family - the dependency ratio, because of the importance of these indicators in determining the economic situation of the population and achieving indicators of economic well-being of the population.
The research relied on the field survey for the purpose of obtaining its data, represented by the sampling method, and distributing the questionnaire to the eight residential neighborhoods in Baghdad AL-Jadida, which are (Al Khaleej neighborhood, the 9th of April, Al Muthanna neighborhood, Sumer neighborhood, Al Amin neighborhood, Akad neighborhood, Al Khansa neighborhood, and Hay Al-Mamoun) and according to the equation of the study sample that gave the number 384 forms, and this number, according to Stephen Thompson’s equation, represents the minimum required to obtain data with an acceptable degree of credibility, but we increased the number to (466) questionnaires to ensure obtaining a true representation of the data of the phenomenon in question. the study. The questionnaires were distributed to the various residential neighborhoods according to the proportions of their population representation. The study also relied on multiple scales to extract averages as well as showing the geospatial dimension in the study area through maps using GIS technology G.I.S.
The research found that the average family size in the neighborhoods of the Baghdad AL-Jadida sub-district was (5.6) individuals, and the gender ratio recorded a discrepancy in the neighborhoods of the Baghdad AL-Jadida sub-district, as the total number of males for all neighborhoods in the research sample reached (1340) males, which exceeds the number of females ( 1277) females in all neighborhoods of the Baghdad AL-Jadida sub-district, and this is why the sex ratio appeared (103) males for every 100 females, meaning that the number of males exceeded the number of females in most neighborhoods, except for the 9th of April and the Muthanna neighborhood, in addition to that, the number of families headed by males formed 370 Households by 79% compared to 96 families headed by females, at a rate of 21%. The age groups of the head of the five families showed that the highest percentages of the number of heads of families were in the Al-Amin and Al-Mamoun neighborhood. The lowest age groups were found to be those over 65 years with a percentage of (3%) and the largest percentage (9%) within the age of the head of families for the category (55-65). year; This means that most of the breadwinners are elderly people in this neighborhood. Finally, the dependency ratio indicated the highest in Akkad neighborhood at (151%) and the lowest in Sumer neighborhood at (125%).

متمثلةً بمعدل حجم الاسرة المعيشية- نسبة النوع – جنس رب الاسرة فضلاً عن المؤشرات العمرية لسكان الاحياء السكنية في ناحية بغداد الجديدة متمثلة بعمر رب الاسرة – نسبة الاعالة، ذلك لما لهذه المؤشرات من أهمية في تحديد الوضع الاقتصادي للسكان وتحقيق مؤشرات الرفاهية الاقتصادية للسكان.
اعتمد البحث على المسح الميداني لغرض الحصول على بياناتها، متمثلة بأسلوب العينة، و توزيع استمارة الاستبيان على الاحياء السكنية الثمانية في بغداد الجديدة وهي (حي الخليج، وحي 9 نيسان، وحي المثنى، وحي سومر، وحي الأمين، وحي أكد، وحي الخنساء، وحي المأمون) وبحسب معادلة عينة الدراسة التي أعطت العدد 384 استمارة ، وهذا الرقم ووفقاً لمعادلة ستيفن ثامبسون يمثل الحد الأدنى المطلوب للحصول على بيانات تتمتع بدرجة مقبولة من المصداقية ، الا اننا قمنا بزيادة العدد الى (466) استمارة استبيان لضمان الحصول على تمثيل حقيقي لبيانات الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة. تم توزيع الاستمارات على مختلف هذه الاحياء السكنية وفقاً لنسب تمثيلها السكاني. كما واعتمدت الدراسة على مقاييس متعددة لاستخراج المعدلات فضلا عن اظهار البعد الجغرافي المكاني في منطقة الدراسة عن طريق الخرائط باستخدام تقنية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية G.I.S.
قد توصل البحث الى أن متوسط حجم الاسرة في احياء ناحية بغداد الجديدة كان بواقع (5.6) فرداً، وسجلت نسبة النوع تباينا في احياء ناحية بغداد الجديدة، إذ بلغ مجموع الذكور لكل الاحياء في عينة البحث (1340) ذكراً وهو يفوق أعداد الاناث البالغ عددهن (1277) أنثى في جميع احياء ناحية بغداد الجديدة، ولهذا ظهرت نسبة النوع (103) ذكر لكل 100 انثى، اي تفوق أعداد الذكور على عدد الاناث في أغلب الاحياء، عدا حي 9 نيسان وحي المثنى، فضلاً عن ذلك شكلت عدد الاسر التي يرأسها ذكور 370 أسرة بنسبة بلغت 79% مقابل 96 أسرة ترأسها أناث وبنسبة بلغت 21%. كما وأظهرت الفئات العمرية لرب الاسرة الخمس أن أكثر النسب لأعداد رب الاسر في حي الأمين والمأمون، ووجد أقل الفئات العمرية هي ممن تجاوزوا (65) سنة بنسبة (3%) وأكثرها نسبة (9%) ضمن عمر رب الاسر للفئة (55- 65) سنة؛ وهذا يعني أن أغلب معيلي الاسر هم من كبار السن في هذا الحي. ختاماً أشارت نسبة الاعالة البالغة أعلاها في حي أكد بواقع (151%) وأقلها في حي سومر بواقع (125%).

Abstract

Visual pollution has become a phenomenon that harms society and the beauty of the city through the problems that occur due to this phenomenon. The current study included analyzing the appearance of environmental visual pollution in the city of Kadhimiya, determining the causes of visual pollution and revealing the spatial variations of pollution manifestations within the residential neighborhoods of the study area. The study showed that there is a spatial variation of visual pollution in the city of Kadhimiya, as hardly any residential neighborhood is devoid of a certain aspect of visual pollution. Fines for violators who cause the pollution problem, which is one of the best solutions to confront the problem and limit its impact.

أصبح التلوث البصري ظاهرة تضر بالمجتمع وبالمظهر الجمالي للمدينة من خلال المشاكل التي تحدث بسبب هذه الظاهرة وتعد من أخطر المشاكل البيئية التي لا يشعر بها الإنسان بشكل مباشر ويعتاد عليها وتصبح جزءاً حياته. وتضمن البحث، تحليل مظهر التلوث البصري البيئي في مدينة الكاظمية، وتحديد اسباب التلوث البصري والكشف عن التباينات المكانية لمظاهر التلوث ضمن الاحياء السكنية لمنطقة البحث. وظهر أن هناك تباين مكاني للتلوث البصري في مدينة الكاظمية إذ لايكاد يخلو أي حي من الأحياء السكنية من مظهر معين من مظاهر التلوث البصري وأكد البحث على أن الاسباب التي أدت إلى ظهور مشكلة التلوث البصري هي عدم وجود تطبيق للأنظمة والقوانين على كافة شرائح المجتمع وتفعيل مبدأ الغرامات على المخالفين المتسببين بمشكلة التلوث الذي يعد من أفضل الحلول لمواجهة المشكلة والحد من تأثيرها.

Abstract

The phenomenon of environmental pollution is the problem of the environment at the present time, especially after the development of human activity. And urban and industrial expansion at the expense of green agricultural lands on the one hand, and the spread of the phenomenon of desertification and drought, and their indirect negative impact on heavy metals, including (copper) in solid air precipitation in Anbar Governorate. Especially since the location of Anbar Governorate, which is located in the western part of Iraq, which is one of the largest governorates in Iraq. The analysis of the variance analysis of the concentration of copper in the air precipitation in Anbar Governorate was studied between one site and another in the year 2021-2022, by collecting samples for the solid precipitation in small containers for the solid precipitation, which were distributed in (7) places of the monitoring sites. The measurement lasted for 11 months, starting from September 2021 to July 2022. Samples are raised monthly from monitoring sites. Dust samples were analyzed and heavy elements attached to dust particles were measured in environmental laboratories. The research found a temporal and spatial discrepancy for copper in the airdrops in Anbar Governorate. As the concentrations of copper in the months of September, October, November, June and July exceeded the permissible limits within the approved standards, while in the remaining months the copper concentrations were recorded within the permissible limits. The research found that the highest recorded months of concentrations were in September and the lowest concentrations were in January, and the highest sites recorded for copper were Karma site during September with a value of 1.55, and the lowest sites recorded during January with a value of (0.52), and it has health effects many on a person.

Abstract

تعد ظاهرالتلوث البيئي مشكلة البيئة في الوقت الحاضر, لاسيما بعد تطور النشاط البشري , والتوسع العمراني والصناعي على حساب الاراضي الزراعية الخضراء من جهة , وانتشار ظاهرة التصحر والجفاف وما لها من تأثير سلبي غير مباشر في العناصر الثقيلة منها (النحاس) في المتساقطات الجوية الصلبة في محافظة الانبار, ولاسيما أن موقع محافظة الانبار التي تقع في القسم الغربي من العراق والتي تعد من اكبر محافظات العراق مساحةَ.
تم دراسة تحليل التباين لتراكيز عنصر النحاس في المتساقطات الجوية في محافظة الانبار ما بين موقع وآخر في عام 2021 _ 2022 . وذلك من خلال جمع العينات للمتساقطات الصلبة في حاويات صغيرة للمتساقطات الصلبة و التي وزعت في (7) أماكن من مواقع الرصد , إذ أستمر القياس 11 شهرا ابتداءً من أيلول 2021 الى تموز 2022 , يتم رفع العينات شهرياً من مواقع الرصد وتم تحليل عينات الغبار وقياس العناصر الثقيلة الملتصقة على دقائق الغبار في المختبرات البيئية.
وتوصل البحث الى وجود تباين زماني ومكاني لعنصر النحاس في المتساقطات الجوية في محافظة الانبار , اذ تجاوزت تراكيز عنصر النحاس في اشهر ايلول وتشرين الاول وتشرين الثاني وحزيران وتموز الحدود المسموح بها ضمن المعايير المعتمدة ، بينما في الاشهر المتبقية سجلت قيم تراكيز النحاس ضمن الحدود المسموح بها , وتوصل البحث الى ان اعلى الاشهر تسجيل للتراكيز شهر ايلول واقل التراكيز كانت في شهر كانون الثاني ، وكانت اعلى المواقع تسجيل للنحاس موقع الكرمة خلال شهر ايلول بقيمة بلغت (1.55 )،واقل المواقع موقع عنة خلال شهر كانون الثاني بقيمة (0.52) ، وله تأثيرات صحية عديدة على الانسان .

تعد درجات الحرارة من أهم العناصر المناخية التي تؤثر بشكل مباشر وفعال في حياة المحاصيل الزراعية لأنها تحدد المناطق الملائمة لزراعة المحاصيل إضافة إلى تحديد وقت الزراعة لكل المحاصيل ونضجها خلال العام حيث إن لكل محصول زراعي حدود حرارية ينمو ضمنها فإذا كانت المتطلبات الحرارية للمحصول متوافرة بشكل جيد فان زراعته تكون ناجحة وتكون كلف إنتاجه اقتصادية ولكن عندما تكون الظروف الحرارية غير ملائمة فان زراعته تكون مكلفة بسبب الحاجة إلى إيجاد ظروف حرارية قادرة على سد حاجة المحصول من الحرارة لكي تساعد المحصول على القيام بالعمليات اللازمة للمحصول من أول مرحلة إلى أخر مراحل المحصول وهي النضج .

Abstract

The study included the geographical location of the study area and its role in the emergence and growth of climatic centers or regions economically, urban and civilized, as well as the geological structure and topography, which is one of the important factors that affect the establishment of human settlements in terms of their suitability for construction and road and transportation networks, and the judiciary’s climate is characterized by being continental Java has long hot summers and moderately cold winters with low rates of rain, and two short transitional seasons. The soil in Baquba district is classified into river shoulder soil, silted river basin soil, basin depressions soil, and water resources. It has become clear that there is a severe shortage of water, which is one of the most important resources, especially in recent years, as water is constantly being cut off by the upstream countries in Turkey and Iran. These countries built dams and changed the course of rivers, which in turn affected economic activities, including agriculture.

يتناول البحث الى تسليط الضوء ومحاولة معرفة تأثير كل من الخصائص الطبيعية في التنمية البشرية واستقرار الانسان في قضاء بعقوبة من وجهة النظر الجغرافية. واشتملت الدراسة على الموقع الجغرافي لمنطقة الدراسة ودوره في نشأة ونمو المراكز او الاقاليم المناخية اقتصادياً وعمرانياً وحضارياً، وكذلك التركيب الجيولوجي والتضاريس الذي يعد من العوامل المهمة التي تؤثر في انشاء المستقرات البشرية من حيث صلاحيتها لعمليات البناء والتشييد ومد شبكات الطرق والمواصلات، ويتميز مناخ القضاء بكونه قاريا جافا ذا صيف طويل حار وشتاء معتدل البرودة مع سقوط امطار بمعدلات قليلة، وفصلين انتقاليين قصيرين، وتصنف التربة في قضاء بعقوبة الى تربة كتوف الانهار، وتربة احواض الانهار المطمورة بالغرين، وترب انخفاضات الاحواض، أما الموارد المائية. فقد اتضح أن هناك نقص شديد في كميات المياه التي تعد من أهم الموارد، وخاصة في السنوات الأخيرة إذ تتعرض المياه الى القطع باستمرار من قبل دول المنبع في تركيا وإيران. حيث عمدت تلك الدول بإقامة سدود وتغيير مجرى الانهار والتي اثرت بدورها على الانشطة الاقتصادية ومن ضمنها الزراعة.

Abstract

This research deals with the study of the dimensions of the river bends of the Tigris River and the measurements of those dimensions by comparing the stages of the years (1980-2000-2022) between the two bridges (Al-Muthanna - Al-Sarafia) as the river approaches in the early stage of maturity. The activity of the process of erosion and sedimentation during those time stages, which led to a morphometric change in the criterion of meandering ratio and an increase in the activity of the process (sculpting) of the turns that differ in terms of their breadth and distance from the banks of the river. The banks retreated, in addition to measuring the criterion of range and direction, knowing the direction and the degree of deviation, by measuring the straight distance between the bend and the middle of the length of the bend. And the nature of the slope of the surface, in addition to the speed of the current, which determines the activity of geomorphological processes, including (sculpting and sedimentation).

تناول هذا البحث دراسة ابعاد المنعطفات النهرية لنهر دجلة وقياسات تلك الابعاد من خلال المقارنة بين مراحل السنوات (1980-2000-2022) ما بين جسري ( المثنى - الصرافية ) اذ يقترب النهر في مرحلة النضج المبكرة , يظهر تباين القياسات في المنعطفات بين مدة واخرى بسبب نشاط عملية التعرية والارساب خلال تلك المراحل الزمنية مما ادى الى وجود تغير مورفومتري في معيار نسبة التعرج وزياد في نشاط عملية (النحت) للمنعطفات تختلف من حيث اتساعها وبعدها عن ضفاف النهر كما وتم قياس معيار تناظر الالتواءات والمنعطفات النهرية باستخدام معادلة Whiltesell الذي اوضح نشاط عملية النحت وتراجع الضفاف اضافة الى قياس معيار المدى واتجاهه ومعرفة الاتجاه ودرجة الانحراف وذلك من خلال قياس المسافة المستقيمة بين المنعطف وبين منتصف طول الانعطاف حيث تبين ان مجرى النهر في منطقة الدراسة يتجه نحو الشمالي الشرقي اكثر من اتجاهه نحو الجنوبي الغربي ويرتبط ذلك بطبيعة جيولوجية منطقة الدراسة ووضعها الطبوغرافي وطبيعة انحدار السطح , اضافة الى سرعة التيار الذي يحدد نشاط العمليات الجيومورفولوجية منها (النحت والارساب).
