The research aims to:

The ode of ‘Night’ is one of the interesting and philosophical odes of Kurdish poetry, and its owner is eastern Kurdistan poet Kameeli Imami known as ‘Awat’. This ode consists of 7 verses, but it is a great invented ode, its construction is made deep by its words and expressions that ordinary reader does not easily make understand of it. Due to the lack of early scientific analysis of it, and it was heard as song, people had misconception about the text at an earlier time, so people found the meaning of it in reality. The connotation created by people has scientific principle and the text construction is subjected to more scrutiny than the specific one that is simply made by people.
‘Deconstruction’ is an analytical significant science of miscellaneous text types and among is literary text. In the research fields of Kurdish literature, except very few, otherwise has not been worked on.
As much as ‘rhetoric’ is concerned, it is a science from the depth of thought that addresses through its devices and through them rhetoric provides enough understanding for the literary phenomena.
It was, thus, the text under the light of ‘deconstruction’ and ‘rhetoric’ were integrated into one and made the above title. As a result, after two chapters and eight sections, the research has come to the following conclusions:
1. The ode of ‘Night’ of the poet known as ‘Awat’ is a text that has a deep construction and does not give its deep meaning on the construction surface.
2. The ode of ‘Night’ was not written for woman and it is not a love poem, but it is an allegorical poem and written for the prophet of Allah ‘Mohammad Abdullah’ (Peace Be Upon Him).
3. More than (20) literary styles of three rhetoric aspects (Semantics, Clarity and aesthetics) have intensified the text and make it be full of meaning and invention.

Employing the means of technology in higher education has become a necessity of our society due to the need for faculty to be able to keep abreast of changes and developments of the era, as of the development of science is the way to improve society; therefore, educational institutions should provide more flexibility for educational systems and the emphasis on self-scientific growth for individuals to continue upgrading and keep up with the requirements of the times
Knowing the modern technical means and how to deal with them and their optimal use has a great role in the development of scientific organizations and their outputs. This is what we have tried to explain through our research: the research results showed that enabling the faculty members by way of technical means and his knowledge of them, have a positive effect on student achievement, on the educational institution, and its outputs in general. This is evidenced by answers provided by faculty members (sample) on a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, which has 25 items divided into three main axes, all of which focus on the identification of the active role of media technology in student achievement By the end of this research a number of conclusions was achieved, one of the most important one is using technology modern means has better effect on student achievement than using traditional means, the other conclusion had shown the impact of the use of technical means in the delivery of information and clarify vague concepts, and the final one approve that the faculty member has the skills to use the means of technology that raise the motivation of students to learn and to participate in the lecture The most important recommendations of our research was to provide various types of technical means to the faculty member to enable him of diversification in the use of technical means according to the scientific material presented, as well as continuing having training courses to keep pace with evolution, and to provide a staff experienced on maintaining technical means to preserve them, and also encourage the institutes’ managers to adopt regular meetings, sharing views and approving the best in regard the technical means and improving the teaching institutes

The question of parsing is one of the issues that occupied the attention of Arab scholars, both ancient and modern. They adopted different approaches in dealing with it. Some of them see the significance of parsing and its effect on meaning. Another group raise doubts concerning this phenomenon, while a third group considers it as simply a decorative phenomenon, among other things.
In this research I will tackle in brief the views of the ancient and modern schools in the movement of parsing as a preliminary step for dealing with the main topic here, i.e., the parsing movement in the thought of Khalil Amayrah. This is followed by a survey of the application of some sections and parts of grammar where parsing movement has a great role in shifting the grammatical meaning from one side to another. Also I discuss the aspects where the parsing movement acts as simply an indispensable movement.
The justification for the present research is the new view towards the parsing movement advocated by Khlail Amayrah.It is a view-in my opinion-that is new, sound and unprecedented. I see it as alternative to the actant theory in Arabic grammar.

Sherko Bekas is one of the poets who wrote 44 collections of poems (divans). He used 290 archaic words in 16 collections of poems and he used 112 allusions in his 22 collections of poems. Hence, the poet becomes a pioneer in using archaic words in his collections of poems. One of the reasons for using this abundance of archaic words is his mother; another is his readings of dictionaries; and also he is influenced by other poets namely Ahmed Shamloo (1925-2000). In this research, all these words that the poet used as synonyms and archaisms, and also a statistics of the mentioned words are presented according to each collection of poems. However, attention is also directed to the role of archaic words on poetry at large, and on Bekas’s poems in particular.

The study aimed to identify what comes :
Identify the impact of the special exercises in the development of some physical and motor abilities and a number of basic skills of basketball for the junior class .
Identify the differences between the averages in the post tests of the experimental and control groups in some physical and motor abilities and a number of basic skills of basketball for the junior class .
The researchers postulated :
The existence of significant differences in the average results of the pre and post tests of the experimental and control groups in some physical and motor abilities and a number of basic skills of basketball for the junior class differences .
And there were significant differences in the average Badaan tests of experimental and control groups in some physical and motor abilities and a number of basic skills of basketball for the junior class .



The researchers used the experimental method to the appropriateness of the nature and problem research, sample consisted search of players Tuz Sports Club basketball for the junior class totaling 20 players, where were excluded (4) players for their involvement in the exploratory experiment, where the sample consisted Find (16) player They divided randomly into two groups, a control and experimental consisted of each group (8) players, where used control method used by the coach while the experimental group were used for exercises prepared by the researchers was the use of exercise in the main part of the training program and took this exercise Group (8) weeks and by (3) training units per week .
The researchers reached the following conclusions
The experimental group showed a remarkable development and better than the control group in physical and motor abilities and a number of basic basketball skills in the post tests as well as the shape and type of exercise had a significant influence in the development of some physical and motor abilities and a number of basic skills of basketball .
Through the findings, the researchers recommended the following;
The need to emphasize the physical exercises in the training units because of their impact on the number of basic skills of basketballInterest in the use of a variety of exercises and Petkrarat suitable for the development of some physical and motor abilities and their impact on the number of basic basketball skills

The aim of this research is to measure the Viable vision Sensation (Aesthetic Appreciation) and measure the Opening to Experience (Openness fantasy, Aesthetics ,Feeling ,Ideas) among students of College of Fine Arts and know the relationship between the Viable vision Sensation (Aesthetic Appreciation) and measure the Opening to Experience and know the relationship between them according to the variables of (sex ,study stage, and department).
the research was limited to The sample included (60) students (males and females) of student of College of Fine Arts, the research depends on Viable vision Sensation scale that tested by (alshek and Mohammed,2001) and concluded(32) items and used the Opening to Experience (prepared by Hasan,1999) the test concluded(28) items, After validity and stability these two scales, the research was applied and suitable statistical means were used in order to achieve the aims of research.
The results showed that the research samples have a high Viable vision Sensation (Aesthetic Appreciation) and the Opening to Experience and have religious between their and no suggestive relation between Viable vision Sensation (Aesthetic Appreciation) and the Opening to With a variables (sex ,study class, and department).
