This comes through extrapolation and diagnosis of the current situation of supply chain management, analysis and evaluation of its response to the requirements of the environment This paper dealt with the impact of supply chain integration on providing the best services in the Iraqi banking sector through a comparison between Al-Ahly Al-Rasheed Governmental Commercial Bankers in Basra. The results indicated that improving the efficiency of operations through the supply chain Using information technology, where the primary data were collected using a questionnaire, and the sample test A study of a sample consisting of (120) employees, who were divided equally between the two banks. The methods of statistics used are analyzing data through exploratory factor analysis . and the results of multiple regression analysis show that the integration of the supply chain greatly affects the banking performance.

Therefore, investments should be directed towards the productive sectors necessary for the economic development process, as these investments can be directed towards the industrial and agricultural sectors, especially as these sectors suffer from technological exacerbation and decline due to economic sanctions that have kept these sectors weak and far from modern scientific and technical development in the world.

This study aims to analyze the role of banking supervision in reducing distressed debt by identifying the mechanisms and procedures necessary for the success of banking supervision, enhancing the role of banks and increasing their competitiveness while submitting proposals to reduce the problem of destressed and known debts. As a sample of Iraqi governmental and private banks was selected, amounting to (8) banks and a selected time series for a period of (11) years, starting from 2008 until 2018, and the study started from two hypotheses through the relationship between debtors and their impact on destressed, increased and decrease debts. The researcher supported the statistical and standard methods used by interviews with specialists in the Central Bank and other banks. The study reached a set of conclusions, The problem of bad and bad debts is a dangerous phenomenon faced by Iraqi commercial banks and may cause financial losses and bankruptcy and liquidation of some of them , Banking supervision predicts weaknesses in banking performance and then predicts the occurrence of delinquency in debts that lead to problems and crises in the banking sector , Debtors have an impact on bad and bad debts. When the debtors increase without taking strong supervisory measures and guarantees, it leads to an increase in bad and bad debts, and when the volume of debtors decreases, we notice a decrease in bad and bad debts.
