Abstract:
Iraq is the best geographical area for US action towards the Gulf region. Iraq has occupied a prominent position in American strategic thinking since the late ninth century. The United States realized that its domination and leadership of the world is not completed without control of Iraq and the plundering of its rich resources, because of their great influence in the balance of power to achieve its long-term, medium and near goals. Also, China is keen to establish friendly relations and cooperation with Iraq as part of its strategy to achieve economic hegemony over the world and change. The present paper analyzed the components of the natural and human components that characterize Iraq to show its geo-economic importance in the US and Chinese strategies.

Abstract:
In the last Ottoman Era, Iraq witnessed the formation of various parties and associations, it had an active presence in the political arena and the events of the first world war and the declaration of the British mandate for Iraq on April 1920 and the resulting political and military developments most notably the revolution of the twentieth and the subsequent events and great results in partisan life and public opinion in the country the most important of which was the establishment of the provisional government of the provisional government "the first monastic ministry " and then the declaration of the monarchy in Iraq after the inauguration of prince Faisal Bin Al-Hussein as king of Iraq on 23 August 1921 , the law on parties and alliances, issued on 2 July 1922 , the opportunity for opposition political parties and government to exercise their activities in the field of politics and affairs .

Abstract:
There are multiple ways of distributing quantitative and non-quantitative phenomena in the methods of representation of cartography, in terms of their representation, and the methods used in their design. The study dealt with the representation of the climate components affecting crop cultivation in Muthana governorate, which was limited to the method of dividing lines in the presentation of the available statistical data. The study found that there is a difference in the characteristics of climate elements in Muthana governorate (2000_2017).

Geographical factors contributed directly or indirectly to the emergence and exacerbation of the problem of desertification in the area of present study through the fragility of its natural resources such as climate, surface, soil, water and natural plants. Surface maps are one of the most important natural maps controlling the manifestations of desertification. Interpretation and emergence of desertification in the given area. The surface in that area has its own characteristics, each property has an impact or role in the emergence of the phenomenon of desertification and its multiple manifestations, the surface and the absence of natural obstacles. In addition, surface erosion is one of the conditions for formation of sand dunes. In addition, surface erosion has helped in poor drainage, collected excess water on the surface, and then evaporated leaving the salts, which contributes to the increase of salinity of the soil, while increasing the slope of the surface helps to create water erosion, leading to erosion of soil, especially in the area ofmountain shoots.

Abstract:
The evolution and development of the cities depends basically on an important aspect which is regarded as the cornerstone of infrastructures i.e. the availability of water in terms of quantity and quality .Accordingly ,the research investigated the consumed quantities of water according to the residential neighborhoods as well as the distribution of water desalination plants, and reverse osmosis plants and the problems facing water networks or means of transporting reverse water. the study carried out a biological analysis of the water and found out a bacterial contamination of most of the water used in the neighbourhoods of the city of Qurna . the research had some recommendations and treatments to promote the use of water utilized in the city of Qurna ,basra province ,Iraq.

And that the role of geomorphologic processes in the formation of manifestations of the surface of the earth was according to the nature of factors and forces contributing to its activity, which were varying degrees of influence, Thus forming a contrarian manifestation consistent with the nature of morph dynamic processes. The objective of this study is to study the natural factors affecting the hydro geomorphologic of the Valley Sarkar basin and its effect on the geomorphologic processes that are responsible for the formation of the surface of the basin, , According to the natural forces that contributed to the geomorphologic forms in which they spread.

The problem of the research has focused on answering the questions (whether there is an impact on the relationship between the port and the city and the impact of this relationship on land uses). The hypothesis is (that the activities and events exercised by the port have a great importance and influence in the style in which land use is organized in the city). The objective is (to find a clear definition of port cities and to know the spatial importance of these types of cities and their characteristics by reviewing and comparing several experiments and studying the reality of the relationship between the city and the port (for the city of Umm Qasr), The definition of port cities and their characteristics and classification was reviewed. The importance of the research is (the study of the concept of port cities and review the importance of these cities and state planning to avoid the planning errors of our Iraqi cities and emphasize the importance of this type of cities). To solve this problem and the researcher's access to the hypothesis of research and its objectives, the researcher followed the analytical descriptive method by reviewing several studies and experiences of global, regional, and Arab cities and analyzed from the researcher point of view and according to the information and data, which included in those studies. Where the researcher created several common axes were discussed through a comparative table as the researcher studied the reality of the case of the city of Umm Qasr, according to the data obtained from the departments concerned with the city and its port, and analyzed through the comparison with those previous experiences. The most important conclusions are (although the points of contact and reciprocal relations between the city and other cities provided by the port to his city, but the existence of land transport lines associated with the existence of the port is not without the risks to the occupants, whether in terms of security and safety or the level of the environmental axis and caused by the line Transport of pollutants and noise) and the most important proposals (pre-planning of the city helps to avoid the large differences and excesses that may get to the city and the port at the expense of land uses).

The research ( Kuwait economic and service affairs and citizens' complaints in the minutes of the Kuwaiti Constituent Assembly from 1962 – 1963 ), aims at to studying one of the important aspects and main in the modern history of Kuwait, it is an attempt to uncover the role of the Kuwaiti Constituent Assembly and its contribution to the legislation and modify and approve many of the economic nature of laws the service, which is commensurate with the status of Kuwait as an independent state rich financial Revenues from Kuwait export oil abroad .. Moreover, it has touched research is to discuss the Kuwaiti members of the Constituent Assembly for many of the complaints and petitions submitted to the Board, as the owner of the legislative authority in the country, Kuwait from various segments of society, in order to find appropriate solutions to their issues, referring to the most important resolutions and recommendations adopted by the Council of Kuwait Constituent Assembly in this regard .
The research concluded that the work of the Council of Kuwait constituent during that period, had such a radical shift in the modern history of Kuwait, after the first legislative institution representative of the population to be formed in Kuwait after independence, which became the cause of creating a kind of awareness among most of the population of Kuwait, as they feel the existence of their own orderly parliamentary entity monitors the work of the ministers of the executive branch, and to defend their rights through the exercise of the functions of the legislative and regulatory authority, and about the so rushed some residents of Kuwait and dignitaries, to submit petitions and complaints related to their problems, particularly of an economic and service matter, which has already been neglected by some ministers of the executive branch before the formation of the Constituent Assembly .
Finally, the research found that the Council of Kuwait Constituent Assembly has succeeded despite the obstacles and difficulties created by the ministers of the executive branch appointed as members of the Constituent Assembly, in the tasks entrusted to him perform under the Interim Constitution of Kuwait : ( Act No. 1 of 1962 ), through legislation, modification and approval of many of economic and service laws, which formed the basis for the growth and development of Kuwait in the post-independence from Britain .
