Unity is one of the most important demands of the Arab and Islamic peoples in the modern era, as they have suffered from the negative effects of division and fragmentation, until their enemies took control of them. Most of the Arab and Islamic countries fell under the control of the European nations, which exploited their resources, entrenched the feeling of difference between them, and erected barriers that prevented Islamic unity in any form, as much as they could. The call for unity is a foundation in Islam, as stated in the Holy Verse: “And the warning against discord is also a foundation ... not a foundation, but a foundation.” From this firm belief in the hearts of Muslims: Our Islamic poets in the modern era have tweeted the call for unity on every occasion, and warned against division, and explained the positives of the former, and warned against and prevented the latter, until it became one of the most prominent topics of modern Arab Islamic poetry. Sheikh Ahmed Al-Waili was one of the most prominent Arab poets who addressed the issue of Islamic unity, as his poetry saw the only solution to confront the enemy of the Arab Muslim nation, represented by the triangle of colonial imperialism, Zionist occupation, governmental tyranny, and solidarity.” The Islamic and the light of respect for Islamic unity as the best solution instead of other solutions such as national or patriotic unity. This research seeks to study two of the poet’s evocative poems that revolve around authoritarian regimes, imperial colonialism and Zionist occupation, and to present excerpts that testify to the poet’s Islamic orientation and his deep belief in Islamic unity as the only solution to these escalating crises.

After reviewing the most important things that came in this topic, it was necessary for us to stop at an important pivotal issue, which is the issue of dealing within the contexts of culture in our reality, as culture is one of the most important means of media about the nature of the social system of each society, and following it in a real framework that overlaps with the largest percentage of its individuals, because it serves society when it enables the public to see the scientific and social aspects in a place, it can, thanks to the inclusion of this cultural situation in a thoughtful manner, achieve the desired results in the fields of science and work, but it seems that the center of the social system did not benefit except a little from raising the percentage of this culture to make it a means for it, and although any person in a society can adapt to its culture, but can culture enter society and influence the individual without trouble and harm, and there is a method by which culture can enter society without harm. Especially since the center of Eastern culture in our society stems from the thought of our society and stems from its authenticity, and others cannot be superior to it, as Eastern culture must be unified among the countries of the East, which are the countries confined between India, China and the so-called Middle East, all of whom are required to preserve this culture, which are existing social and human structures that can Benefiting from it for the purpose of enhancing the reality between the Arab countries and expanding the scope of the methodology to reach intellectual integration between them through planning that proceeds on the basis of general (and joint) activities in order to achieve the success of the immediate goal in achieving the creation of a true Eastern culture that acquires a large amount of the authenticity of our society in its human concept. Here, it must be emphasized that all Eastern cultures proceed from one point of view. The meaning of this is what we mentioned before because the universe has one eternal and everlasting spirit. These individuals emerge from it to reside on the surfaces of the appearance for a time and then return and merge as they were in that one eternal spirit. These beings that live within this social framework and through the circumstances of Eastern culture that soon returned what they brought out to their core again, because they made virtue and vice two opposites that do not come together, like beauty and ugliness, piety and immorality: since the authentic Eastern culture that stems from the message of man does not have anger, greed, killing and crime in its core. Rather, it is an expressive image of the spirit of the world in its stillness and silence. Here, effective solutions are needed, including: 1- Delving into reality to understand its problems by demolishing some of the centralities that were mistakenly placed between a wrong heritage and an imported modern one, and not mixing them. 2- Multiculturalism means multiplicity in the recipient and personalities, which puts us between the hypotheses of the sacred and the ordinary, because it begins tribally and is environmentally centered and socially withdrawn. 3- The attempts of others must be thwarted with what they have, such as cultural invasion, especially in the fields of education and teaching. 4- Creating a cultural atmosphere capable of understanding the requirements of the Arab situation and its solidarity within society with its various activities and dealings. 5- Clarifying the concept of the Arab intellectual searching for the meaning of life in its various manifestations, far from fear of the existing or the unknown.

Our treatment of the analysis of the dimensions and determinants of the Orientalist vision, in the field of historical studies, has the main goal - in this research - to reach a definition of the intellectual foundations and methodological bases on which this vision was based and on which its dimensions were formed, on the one hand, and to know its effects and reflections on the nature of the research results that Orientalists arrived at in their treatment of the issues and problems of Islamic history, on the other hand. That is, we go in this research to emphasize that the nature of knowledge and historical writing among Orientalists remained in most of its stages not separate in its dimensions from the theoretical foundations and determinants that accompanied the process of forming their vision of the issues and dimensions of Islamic history. In light of these data - which we have referred to - our point of view in determining the dimensions of the Orientalist vision will be based on stopping at two main axes that, through their interaction, formed the dominant structure of the Orientalist discourse in general, especially in its early classical stages and beginnings in the nineteenth century, which ultimately affected the formulation of the Orientalist vision, whose dimensions later appeared, not in the production of Orientalists and their contributions to the field of studying Islamic history in this period, but rather its dimensions and determinants remained present in many Orientalist writings, especially in the early twentieth century. These two axes formed the objective basis through which the Orientalist vision was established and formed in the study of Islamic history and heritage... We will try in what follows to identify their dimensions and general methodological characteristics, and how they contributed to formulating that Orientalist vision and shaping its content. But first, we will clarify the meanings of the concepts that will appear in this research, which are generally considered procedural tools that reveal, not only to determine the nature of that orientalist vision, its foundations, theoretical starting points, and goals, but also because what we arrive at in terms of data and contents through those concepts will have an impact on the angle of our approach to the subject under study, which is an attempt to reveal the most important dimensions and determinants of the orientalist vision, the effects of which were evident in the nature of the judgments and results that orientalists arrived at in the field of their study of Islamic heritage and history... On this basis, we will first define the most important of those concepts that will be used and employed in this research.

Many Arab Islamic cities were established on a religious basis resulting from the spatial sanctification of the spot on which the city was established or for the worship of God Almighty, and spatial sanctification was the reason for the establishment of many cities in all heavenly religions such as Judaism and Christianity, and the place is considered the location containing the thing and religious belief: "It is that overwhelming force that urges to follow the path of this religion, and pushes it to practice religious rituals, and the place enjoys sanctity and elevation in the Islamic religion and Muslims. Muslims have relied in sanctifying and glorifying those sites on four rules: The first rule: What is mentioned in the Qur’anic text: The second rule: What is mentioned in a noble prophetic hadith or a text from the infallible (peace be upon him): The third rule: What is related to an incident or event: The fourth rule: What is related to a personality. The city of Najaf al-Ashraf is one of the cities of the holy shrines and it is a city with a religious character that was established around the shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), as this shrine represents the center of the city and its axis and the main driver for distributing activities And the various functions, and it was characterized by the stability of the functional center of the city over time, which is what distinguished it from other cities. The shrine represents the pinnacle of the urban scene and the main focus for the emergence of the city.

The current research aims to identify: 1- Emotional creativity among university students. 2- Differences in emotional creativity among university students according to the variables of gender (male-female), specialization (scientific-human), grade (second-fourth). To achieve the objectives of the current research, the researchers relied on the following: - 1- The (descriptive method) was used to reveal the level of emotional creativity. 2- Adopting the emotional creativity scale among university students. The researchers relied on Averill's theory. The final form of the scale consisted of (28) paragraphs distributed over three areas: (emotional readiness, emotional novelty, and emotional effectiveness/authenticity). The psychometric properties of the scale were extracted from validity and reliability. The tool was applied to the final research sample, which amounted to (500) male and female students at Al-Qadisiyah University for the academic year (2016-2017). The data were unloaded using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results appeared as follows: 1- University students enjoy a high level of emotional creativity. 2- Female university students have higher emotional creativity than males. 3- University students with humanities specialization are more emotionally creative than students with scientific specialization. 4- There are no differences in the degree of emotional creativity between students in the second and fourth grades. In completion of these results that were reached, the researchers presented a number of recommendations and proposals for the research.

The subject of the efficiency of tourism services in religious cities is one of the necessary and important studies, as it is one of the effective and influential studies in the economic development that most developed countries seek. Our study used statistical methods, including the arithmetic mean and the standard distance, based on geographic information systems (GIS) for the purpose of showing the characteristics of the spatial distribution of tourism services represented by tourist and popular hotel services, tourist and popular restaurants, travel and tourism companies, as well as entertainment services, with an explanation and analysis of the factors that led to the form of spatial spread of each service. The study reached a set of results, the first of which is the failure to take into account the planning standards and controls and the extent of their suitability for the uses of the surrounding land. This was reflected in the closure of some tourist hotels extending along the Najaf-Kufa Street. The reason for the spatial concentration of tourist hotels is due to the gathering of most of the religious shrines in the old city, which represents the commercial and economic center, in addition to hosting the shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), which was reflected in the frequenting of tourists for the purpose of performing the rites of visitation on an ongoing basis.

The study area occupies the southwestern part of Najaf Governorate, most of whose surface is covered by silty soil of the sedimentary type, which is characterized by a general slope from north to south. It is clear from the above that natural factors have an important impact on the irrigation schedules and drainage network in Al-Manathira District in terms of their extension and distribution, in addition to the variation of their characteristics. They are: (location, geological structure, surface, climate with its elements (solar radiation, temperature, wind, relative humidity, rain, evaporation), and soil with its natural and chemical properties, and natural vegetation). The surface determines the course of the geographical extensions of the irrigation and drainage network system in the study area, as it takes a direction (north-south - east-west), consistent with the slope of the land. The climate also affects the quality of irrigation network water within the study area through the influence of some of its elements, such as temperature and rain, in raising the values ​​of some of its qualitative characteristics.

The pre-Islamic Jewish-Christian conflict had repercussions on the southern Arabian countries, which led to the intensification of the conflict between Jews and Christians, especially since the Persians were standing with the Jews, in spite of the Byzantines who supported the Christians - in Yemen - and the inscriptional sources did not support that King (Yusuf Asar) was the one who dug the trench - as historical narratives mention - because what (Dhu Nuwas) did was a national movement, because the Christians of Najran were loyal to Abyssinia, and his attempt to preserve the unity of his country and protect the Himyarite state from collapse, by eliminating the causes of deterioration, and the persecution was not for religious reasons, but rather for political reasons wrapped in a religious cover

Introduction: The sounds of the language are subject in their use and the relationship of each sound to other sounds to certain rules called phonetic formation. Therefore, the study of sounds in terms of their exits and characteristics is an introduction to the study of phonetic formation. When we talk about the effect of sounds in the case of their proximity in the form of substitution, assimilation, inversion, and other things that affect the linguistic sound in the case of formation and proximity, we do not find them absent from phonetic research among the ancients, but rather we find them proceeding according to phonetic laws that are almost constant. These laws were of interest and follow-up to them when they addressed them in their study of morphology, which is inseparable from phonetics. The research attempts to explore the locations of these phonetic laws in the explanations of Sibawayh’s book and the extent of their effectiveness in phonetic formation and their consistency.

Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya is a valuable collection of supplications of Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) that has great importance from different religious and literary perspectives. One of the ways to uncover the meanings and messages of the Imam hidden in it is to benefit from the theories of linguistics and semantic fields. This study attempts to clarify the semantic field of the concept of “giving” based on the theory of the semantic field in the light of semantics. In the study of the semantic fields of the word “giving”, the word “giving” came as an unnamed word and the terms: benevolence, giving, generosity, support, generosity, gift, favor, grant, supererogatory, blessing and favor came as named words. This study was documented through the descriptive-analytical method and the library style. The words were studied based on dictionaries, then the semantic relationships between them were analyzed. The conclusions obtained showed the linguistic similarities and differences between the synonymous words in one field, and all of them show that Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) selected the words creatively.

In light of the results of the current study, the following conclusions were reached: 1- The information processing strategy has the advantage in increasing the acquisition and retention of information among second-year middle school students in the subject of Arab Islamic history. 2- The use of the information processing strategy in teaching leads to the development of students' skills and raising the educational level and understanding and retrieving the subject matter more than the usual method. 3- There is a desire among second-year middle school students to use new strategies in teaching, including the information processing strategy. 4- The researcher noted that the use of the information processing strategy increases motivation for learning and supports it. 5- Teaching using the information processing strategy requires more time, effort and skill from the teacher than is required of him when using traditional methods and techniques. 6- The use of the information processing strategy led to students discovering more information about the lesson topic and linking causes to results and flexibility of thinking.

The Syrian and Egyptian Arab forces were able to shatter the myth of the Israeli enemy's military superiority in a surprise military operation on October 6, 1973. After several days of fighting, they were able to control all Arab lands in the Sinai Peninsula and the Golan Heights and inflicted heavy losses on the Israeli occupation forces, which prompted their ally, the United States of America, to intervene to save Israel and cease fire on October 22, 1973. On the other hand, Arab and international political circles considered the victory of the Arab confrontation states in the war a turning point in the history of the Arab nation, which resulted in the collapse of the theory of Israeli military superiority and the safe borders of the alleged Jewish state that had been bet on before the war. The Arab victory became a lesson for Israel, which was threatened with extinction at any time and under any circumstances in the future, in light of the great military capabilities of the Arab forces that made them an invincible force in the face of the Israeli enemy and its allies from the Western countries. As for the international positions on the war, the research revealed that the Baghdad press, through its political and military reports, had monitored a number of honorable and distinguished international positions towards the Arab countries in confronting the Israeli occupation, including (the Soviet Union, the European countries, the Asian countries, and the Latin American countries). The governments of the aforementioned countries announced, through their official statements, their condemnation and denunciation of the Israeli aggression, announcing at the same time their complete readiness to support the Arab military movements by all means, including sending military aid in the form of weapons, ammunition, and military equipment. They also announced their complete readiness to send volunteers to fight the Israeli enemy, in addition to sending economic aid, including cash, food aid, and medical relief supplies. Not only that, but the governments of the aforementioned countries announced that they had directed their representatives in the United Nations to support and endorse the Arab military movements diplomatically, demanding that the international organization implement Resolution No. 242 issued by the UN Security Council on November 22, 1976, which calls for the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation forces from the occupied Arab territories, including the State of Palestine, demanding at the same time the expulsion of the enemy’s representative and Cancellation of its membership in the United Nations. On the other hand, the research monitored the most important dishonorable and hostile positions to the just Arab cause in liberating the Arab land from the yoke of the Israeli occupation, which bore the character of support for the aggressive policy adopted by the enemy against the Arab confrontation states, including (the position of the United States of America and a number of European countries supporting the enemy), which announced, several days after the outbreak of the war, the formation of an air and sea bridge to reinforce the Israeli war machine with weapons, military equipment, and American and European volunteers from the Zionists, with the allocation of huge sums of money that contributed to preventing the Zionist entity from collapsing in the face of the attacks of the Arab forces, as Israel was able to confront the Arab warring states through them. The research data showed that the huge Soviet military efforts contributed to supplying the Arab forces with weapons before and during the war and contributed greatly to resolving the situation. The research indicated that the Soviet Union’s provision of Egypt and Syria with weapons and military equipment and an electronic system of advanced SAM missiles before the war helped paralyze the movement of the enemy air force, which in turn contributed to the ease of the progress of the Arab forces on the battle fronts.

The study aims to clarify the natural geographical factors represented by the geographical location and maritime borders with neighboring countries and the impact of marine terrain and the presence of islands and coasts and their impact on the conflict over the continental shelf and the investment of its resources between the coastal countries, as international law has stipulated that these factors achieve neutrality in the process of drawing maritime borders between countries and determining the maritime areas that fall within the sovereignty of each country and in which it exercises its rights of exploitation and economic investment.

This study aims to show the indicators of change in the frequency of climate phenomena (rain, dust storms, suspended dust, rising dust) in Iraq, as they are phenomena that are closely related to the subject of climate change, with variations in their frequency from year to year and from one decade to another of the seven decades of this study, as their change trends reflect the nature of the change in climate characteristics at the studied stations, and reflect the characteristics of the change in some climate elements associated with their formation. Among the most important results reached by the study is that the highest rainfall rate was recorded by Mosul station (389.9), while Nasiriyah station recorded the highest amount of positive change, reaching (+3.7). Nasiriyah station witnessed the highest rate of annual changes in dust storms at (24.1) and with a standard deviation of (4.16). Nasiriyah station recorded the highest rates of rising dust days among all stations, reaching (108.5) days. 0CITATIONS0 total citations on Dimensions.

The title is one of the most important thresholds of the text, as it suggests to the reader the contents of the text, so it is considered the main gateway to the text. In this research, we were required to study the title and its patterns in Al-Badrani's poetry; due to the multiplicity of forms of these titles, which came nominally at times and verbally at other times. This study worked to demonstrate the importance of the title for the text first, and for the reader second, by stating its functions related to both the text and the recipient. In addition to stating and clarifying the patterns that came in the collection (Unfinished Quatrains), from main and sub-titles, and how these titles entered into intertextuality with the text, and with references outside the text. This study showed the close relationship that links the title to the text and the reader, and the extent to which these titles abbreviate the events and facts that occur within the text, and are inspired by the poet's personal life experience, so the title was considered a text that abbreviated what is in the text. The title technique has received the attention of modern critics and scholars, especially Westerners; Being the media interface of the text, it contributes to interpreting and deconstructing the text’s implications, connotations and multiple functions. Therefore, authors paid attention to the titles of their writings and refined them to carry the greatest amount of connotations and connotations, so the title is considered the most important pillar of the text.

The subject of the governors of Iraq in the Umayyad era and their relationship with the scholars of their time is of great and influential importance in the history of Islamic civilization and thought. The noble Sharia, represented by the Holy Quran and the Noble Prophetic Sunnah, has confirmed that striving to seek knowledge and learning is a reason for winning the pleasure of God and His Messenger, because in that it is considered striving to implement a legal duty imposed by God and urged by His Messenger, because knowledge has an effect on refining souls and correcting morals, and through it hearts are filled and minds are enlightened, and a person is rescued from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge and guidance. Therefore, scholars deserved the high status that the Messenger of God set for them, as he preferred them in status over the servants, realizing that knowledge is the path of guidance to worship God in the best and most beautiful way, and he made them heirs of the prophets, certain of the importance of the role of scholars in carrying out a human message based on guidance and knowledge. Therefore, the governors adhered to the scientific method that the Messenger (peace and blessings of God be upon him) set in seeking knowledge for themselves, and their relationship with the scholars of their time was one of these methods. In acquiring knowledge, they sought to meet with the great scholars of their time by holding various scientific councils specialized in the arts of knowledge, as well as in order to consult them and direct questions to them. The motive for my choosing this topic was these aspects that the governors adhered to in their relationship with the scholars of their time, and because there was no independent study specialized in this aspect of the governors.

Debt is one of the windows that allow the individual to have the opportunity to facilitate his life by taking a specific commodity for a specific period of time for the purpose of benefiting from it and its value to change and develop to find a solution to the circumstances and crises he is going through, in addition to giving him the freedom to dispose of the commodity that he wants to borrow and to enter it into more than one transactional field. It is permissible to link the debt to a transfer, a loan, a guarantee, or a lease with it and other topics that in turn helped in improving many economic and social issues, so it became a basis and support for the developments and customary trends formulated within the teachings of Sharia that clarify the aspects of debt and its divisions in its two types, deferred and current, and the cases related to them and clarify its provisions that the individual goes through, whether in a state of life or at death; God Almighty said: ﭬ ﭭ ﭕ ﭾ ﭿ ﮀ ﮁ ﮂ ﮃ ﮄ ﮅ ﮆ ﮇﮈ ﮊ ﮋ ۮ ﮪ ﮫ ہ ﯩ ﯪﯫ ﯬ ( ).

Living organisms, including humans, are characterized by continuous growth. The growth we mean is the comprehensive growth that we see and touch in every aspect of an individual's life and being, physically, mentally, emotionally and socially, which overlaps in the form of an integrated unit in its dimensions, manifestations and functions that are manifested in distinct behavioral positions. Behavior, especially in humans, in its factors and variables, depends on a basic fact, which is that humans differ from other living organisms in that they interact within the environment with awareness and consciousness and try to use all their capabilities to control it and harness it for their benefit. This means that humans do not accept environmental influences as they are, but rather accept them with attention, intelligence and thought, trying to transform them creatively into what they love and are pleased with. Through this interaction, the environment changes, and the individual adapts and grows physically, mentally and emotionally. The main interest in psychology is the study of the changes that occur to the living organism in their various manifestations. These changes are rooted in biological factors and genetic factors that the individual inherits from his parents and ancestors, as well as in the various environmental factors with which he interacts continuously from the beginning of formation until the end of life. Therefore, what we observe of continuous change in the growth of the individual is governed by special biological and genetic factors and environmental factors, to which he is constantly subjected on a daily basis. Islam also sees that human behavior is subject to change, as the life of the individual or the life of the group was not built beforehand, as man, while subject to geographical, biological and social factors, is the master of his destiny, and is able to change his behavior whenever he wishes, by standing up to the factors that influence behavior.

The epic is a poem based on the poet's excitement and anger, or his pride in his lineage and the lineage of his family and tribe. The history of Arabic literature has not mentioned epics like those we see in Persian literature. Abu Tammam's Divan al-Hamasah contains some features of the epic that appeared in Ferdowsi's Shahnameh, which researchers have not studied. After comparing the two books, we find indications that they have common themes, such as descriptions of the sword, horse, war, courage, heroism and heroes, boasting of lineage, using and playing with the spear, and belief in divine destiny. There are also common imaginative images in the two books that were cast in rhetorical molds of metaphor, simile, comparative simile and exaggeration. Ferdowsi was a brilliant poet who was interested in both Arabic and Persian cultures. Although we followed in this research the American school’s approach to comparison, which neglects the aspect of influence and being influenced between the two literatures, we see that Ferdowsi was related to Arabic collections of poetry. This motivates us to say that it is not unlikely that this poet was influenced by the themes and images of the Divan al-Hamasah, but it is difficult to verify this, and perhaps it was emanating from Ferdowsi’s own imagination.

This article deals with war poetry in the Diwan of Al-Sharif Al-Radi, which immortalized the days of the Arabs and their wars that took place in the Abbasid era. At first, we talked about the term war, then we mentioned a brief biography of the poet and explained the features of his poetry. Then we came with the verses that are specific to war and its description. We concluded our research with the results we obtained through the research. As for the methodology followed, I relied on the induction of the poet’s Diwan and took the appropriate poems and evidence, and I also presented an explanation of the vocabulary.

International agreements are applied by all contracting states, and the scope of application of the international rule is determined by the recognition and respect of states, while in terms of commitment to common legal principles, it is general and no state is exempt from being subject to it. With regard to the application of the international rule, a distinction must be made between a written agreement and custom. If the source of the rule is an agreement concluded by states, then its entry into force does not pose a problem, as it enters into force either from the date of agreement on that, or from a later date determined by the contracting states among themselves. If the agreement is devoid of any text relating to application, implementation begins after its ratification by the state authorities or from the date of depositing the ratification documents in a state that is agreed upon to be designated. As for custom, there are certain difficulties in determining the date of its application, as custom is also a set of stable rules that states apply from the date of their adoption.

The emergence of the Arab novel is linked to the political, social and cultural conditions in the Arab countries, especially Egypt. Literary critics believe that the beginning of writing the literary novel in Egypt and the Arab world was in 1913 AD when the novel "Zainab" by Muhammad Hussein Haikal was printed. Naguib Al-Kilani is a poet and literary critic from Egypt, and a creative novelist who wrote most of the Arab Islamic novels. The following article discussed the elements of the superstructure and infrastructure in the novel Giants of the North through research and analysis. The importance of this research and the need for it lies in the fact that it provides the reader with a better and more insight into the intellectual world of the writer by focusing on the topics raised, and to be well aware of the impact of the political and social conditions of the time on the aforementioned work. The research method is descriptive-analytical, in which library tools and sources were used, and we tried to answer the following original and comprehensive question: What is the status of Naguib Al-Kilani's novel Giants of the North in the Islamic world in terms of the superstructure and infrastructure? The research results indicate that the writer used the first-person perspective, as he begins the novel by introducing Osman Aminu, the original character of the story, from his own tongue, and then the main part of the novel takes place in prison. The subject of the novel is the resistance of Nigerian Muslims during the years 1945 to 1970 AD against the conspiracies of the Zionist and Crusader colonists against them. In addition to the political idea, the novel Giants of the North also includes the moral idea, as the writer addresses in many places moral messages from the tongues of the story's characters. The novel also exploits the open plot, as the natural narration of events in it overcomes artificiality and restriction.

The phenomenon of religious intertextuality and the use of this phenomenon in Quranic texts is considered one of the advanced methods used in poetry.
