The subject of this research is )the rule of prayer between the pillars Imam Abu
Hanifa Al-Numan Mosque is a model(, which is a comparative jurisprudential study
to clarify the opinions of the jurists in the ruling on prayer between the pillars, and
the importance of the title comes from the importance of the topic in which I tried
to explain the ruling on prayer between the pillars and the evidence of those who are
permitted and those who are prevented and discussed. The research was divided into
three demands.

The virtues are of great importance, as they take on all aspects of human life. They
are so complete that they can be isolated from each other, as some of them cannot be
taken into account and others ignored.
In any human society, its people cannot live harmoniously, and happily unless
there are ties between them. Well-established virtues, so the importance of virtues in
guiding a person is like an eye to the body. Every Muslim must familiarize himself
with the methods of the Holy Qur’an through its noble verses, including virtues and
vices, so he will know how pure monotheism is, how correct worship is, and how pure
good deeds are for the sake of Allah Almighty. And how is the Sunnah of Allah in
the salvation of those who practice virtues, and the destruction of those who practice
vices? Therefore, this study aims, in addition to the above, to shed light on the virtues
contained in Surah )PBUH(, and the words related to them, through the approach of
the Holy Qur’an in Surah )Sad(The research included an introduction, three sections,
a conclusion, and the most important results.
Introduction: It included the importance of choosing the topic, its reasons, and the
research plan.
The first section: It contains two topics in which I address the definition of virtues
and Surat )Sad(.
The second section: I talked about the importance of the Qur’anic approach and its
characteristics.
The third section: It dealt with examples of the virtues mentioned in Surah )Sad(.
Conclusion: It contains the most important results of the research.

Abstract:
Textual harmony has a great importance in the Glorious Quran and this is what
motivated us to make this humble research. We set out to mention the most important
rhetorical issues of )Surat Maryam(. So to speak, non-affirmation, repetition , denial,
appreciation, and delay, all in order to understand the importance of knowledge in
the Qur’an events. I beseech Allah that this work is collected purely for his honor.
Praise be to Allah and may Allah bless our prophet Mohammad, his family and his
companions.

Given that Qur’anic studies are among the most noble sciences, and the science of
Qur’anic readings is especially significant due to its direct relation to the Book of Al-lah, it has received considerable attention from Muslims in the East and West, through
excelling, teaching, narration, interpretation, and argumentation.
Among the most prominent interpreters who excelled in this field—the field of
Qur’anic readings—to enrich the Qur’anic meaning is Imam Al-Nasafi )may Allah
have mercy on him(in his well-known Tafsir ”Madarik al-Tanzil wa Haqa’iq al-Ta’wil.“
I have chosen Surah Al-Baqarah from this Tafsir as the focal point of my research,
relying on analytical study. My research is limited to exploring how Al-Nasafi en-riched the meanings through Qur’anic readings in his Tafsir, applying all aspects to
Surah Al-Baqarah.

This research puts in the hands of its reader the call for renewal in reading the Qur’an-ic texts, its concept, origin, objectives, and negatives. It also explains the nature of cor-rect reading, its controls, and the framework of permissible renewal. It sheds light on the
importance of Islamic heritage and the necessity of feeling pride of it.
The call for renewal in reality is nothing but a call to abandon Islamic heritage with
all its writings, scholars, and achievements, and to follow Western ideas that have
nothing to do with Islam and Muslims.
Renewal is also a call to abandon everything sacred and comes from Allah Al-mighty, adhere to new ideas, and bestow a spirit of holiness upon them.
Another tool for destroying Islamic heritage and civilization is hiding behind the
guise of a call for renewal.

The concept of justice in the Holy Quran and its applications in contemporary
Islamic jurisprudence was discussed, as justice and equality are considered two fun-damental values in Islam. The research began with defining the concept of justice
linguistically and technically, and discussed the places where justice is mentioned in
the Holy Quran, and the Quranic commands to establish and rule justice. The research
then moved to the second topic, which discussed the applications of justice in contem-porary Islamic jurisprudence. Through it, the concept of justice among jurists and its
importance in Islamic jurisprudence were reviewed, and the most prominent princi-ples of the applications of justice in governance, judiciary, and justice in transactions
for the distribution and preservation of rights and others were highlighted, and the
practical applications of justice in various fields of jurisprudence were highlighted.
The research concluded by focusing on the most prominent challenges and obstacles
facing the application of the principles of Quranic justice in contemporary Islamic
jurisprudence.

Speaking about proving facts and things enters into many discussions of the science
of faith, as it addresses the most important matters in existence, which is the thing,
because existence depends on the thingness of the existent. Denying the origin of
existents and established facts is a denial of the observed and realized world, and this
is what contradicts reason, because reason cannot be breached nor accepts breaching.
If the premises are correct, the results are accepted. The scholars of )Islamic faith(
from the people of the Sunnah and the community - the Maturidis and the Ash’aris -
have decided that the thing is the existent, and this has been proven by the people of
language and terminology. The established thing is their confirmation that the thing
can only be an established and realized existent. As for the nonexistent, it is divided
into two parts: the nonexistent, which is impossible to exist; for reason conceives it,
so its existence is mental, not external; and the possible nonexistent, which falls within
the ability to exist if the causes for its existence are available through the knowledge,
will, and power of God Almighty. Whoever said that the possible nonexistent is the
thingness of the thing made the thing more general than the existent and the nonexis-tent; and whoever said that the thing is the existent made the thing synonymous with
the existent, and on this there is disagreement among the theologians.

Abstract:
Many manifestations of similarity to the West have appeared in the Islamic Society,
thinking that this similarity is a kind of Renaissance, freedom and development, and
one of these manifestations is the so-called modernity, as many of us repeat this term
on the basis that it is the savior to us, without knowing its origins, why it originated in
the West, and what called Westerners to adopt it. Hence, the study seeks to emphasize
the importance of balancing reason and revelation, freedom and legitimate restrictions,
in order to achieve harmony between religious thought and modern intellectual devel-opments, while emphasizing that the response to modernists must be based on solid
scientific and ideological foundations.

Dr. Imad Al-Din Khalil’s writings and Qur’anic studies revolve around multiple
trends in interpretation, including: the historical trend, the scientific, the reformist,
and the literary trend. His writings are distinguished by their brevity, and are domi-nated by the essayistic side, especially those related to Qur’anic studies. Because he
believes that the reader no longer has a long time with the book, he tried to present the
scientific material through a focused article that conveys the idea.
Dr. Imad al-Din Khalil was able to address many and diverse modern issues that
Muslim societies are going through, the most important of which is the issue of social
justice, the distribution of wealth among people, and reconciliation with an insightful
look into the verses of horizons and souls, and interest in experimental research. He
paid attention to the historical aspect, explaining the factors of the rise and progress of
nations, and the reasons for their backwardness and extinction. Among his interest in
his Qur’anic studies is his view of the universe and nature through the eyes of a writer,
who pays attention to the beauty of sound and colors in the service of the Qur’anic
text and expression.

The study aims to elucidate the actuality of sovereign wealth funds in the Islamic
economy, Derive their jurisprudential ruling, and clarify their role in supporting and
developing the Islamic economy. The study relied on the descriptive analytical ap-proach regarding sovereign wealth funds and the possibility of investing in them.
The study reached the following results: Sovereign wealth funds in the Islamic
economy are: Public financial funds with an independent legal personality, sover-eign, owned by states and invested in legitimate ways to achieve long-term financial,
economic, and social goals that yield positive results for the state and its current and
future generations in fulfillment of the objectives of Islamic law.
Governments should be conservative and concerned with the country’s wealth and
natural resources and spend them on public needs, so it is permissible to establish
sovereign wealth funds to preserve the rights of future generations and invest them
through the controls of Islamic law. These funds also contribute to supporting and
developing the Islamic economy. They seek to achieve its economic goals that help
achieve, first, sustainable development, and second,
address the problem of depletion of natural resources.

Al-Hussein bin Ali bin Habashi Al-Obaidi Al-Adhami was born in 1325 AH 1907
AD in Al-Adhamiya, a city located on the eastern side of Baghdad where the shrine of
the Great Imam Abu Hanifa is located. He memorized the Qur’an while he was under
the age of known education, and that was in the Holy Qur’an teaching school located
in a large room on the southern side of the Great Imam Mosque, and he obtained with
distinction several academic degrees in Sharia and law, in addition to his studies of
linguistics, literature, psychology, sociology, and history. It combines circle education
and institutional education. A Brief in The Fundamentals of Jurisprudence and the
History of Islamic Legislation is the second book by Professor Hussein Al-Adhami in
the specialty of the principles of jurisprudence, and it was preceded by the book )The
Principles of Jurisprudence(. The book Al-Wajeez, despite its connotation of brevity,
is of great benefit. In terms of the fundamentalist knowledge it contains, it represents
the summary of fundamentalist books, and this is what suits the reason for writing the
book and making it a curriculum for university students within the specialty of funda-mentals of jurisprudence.

It must be noted that the comma has a major role in the Qur’anic miracle, it has a
close relationship with the meaning to be delivered, as well as the diversity of its uses,
and if omitted to disturb the meaning, and if it was silent about it, the reader and the
listener could seal it in harmony with the high nature and good taste. The Quranic
comma has many functions, including the appropriate meaning in the Quranic verse,
by which the meaning is done, as its pronunciation progresses or permeates its pro-nunciation and meaning in the Quranic verse, then the comma comes and concludes
the verse, so that if the comma is not read, there is a disturbance in the reader’s un-derstanding. The interval varies according to the diversity of the Qur’anic verses and
depends on the different topics, so one comma cannot replace the other in stating the
intended meaning.

The aim of this research is to study the ruling on zakat al-nadāh according to the
four schools of thought )a comparative jurisprudential study(to identify the concept
of al-nadāh, which means transferred money after it was a property, and the extent of
its importance from a jurisprudential and economic perspective, and to know the legal
concepts related to zakat on gold and silver, and the obligation of zakat on it when the
quorum is met. And the year has come for them, and the gold is added to the paper
to complete the quorum, and this addition is either in value or in parts, and the zakat
on banknotes when they reach the quorum for gold and silver, and when the type of
papers differs. Currencies are combined with each other and a review of the opinions
of jurists on zakat on gold, silver and banknotes and their role in Islamic society and
the growth of its economy by helping the needy. It contains a mention of the issues
related to the two currencies and a statement of the sayings of the four schools of
thought and a mention of their evidence and the aspects of difference and the more
correct ones, along with documenting the sayings from their books and verifying the

The research aims to study the impact of administrative leadership as an indepen-dent variable with its dimensions on sustainable competitive advantage and knowl-edge sharing as dependent variables in private universities operating in Baghdad/
Iraq. It seeks to diagnose the extent of university administration’s awareness of the
practices of administrative leaders and the extent of their interest in determining
levels of sustainable competitive advantage and knowledge sharing, and for the
purpose To achieve these goals, the researcher designed a questionnaire that includ-ed )68(items to collect data and information from the study sample consisting of
)320(individuals out of the total population of )1412(individuals. The response
rate was 94.6%, after excluding a number of incomplete questionnaires to become

of administrative leadership in sustainable competitive advantage and knowledge
sharing at the macro level in universities and the research community, and it was
presented The researcher made a set of recommendations, the most prominent of
which are: working to invest administrative leaders with their experience and skills
in enhancing competitive advantage and knowledge sharing in universities, working
to enhance the level of knowledge sharing by designing organizational structures
and an appropriate organizational culture to increase and activate the process of ver-tical and horizontal communications at work. University management should pay

attention to Technical and technological skills in universities to facilitate the process
of exchanging and sharing knowledge.

This research revolves around some of the fundamentalist issues contained in the
manuscript of the great mark Mullah Abdul Rahman Al-Binguini, who died in 1319
AH, and this footnote to the collection of mosques for Imam al-Sabki and his explana-tion of Jalal Al-Mahli, which was and is still a method in the schools attached to the
mosques and mosques in the Kurdistan region .

Assef bin Barkhiya is considered one of the most prominent prophets and scholars
