The research tackles the question of issuing “the first permanent Iraqi constitution” in 1925 since the formation of modern Iraqi state and the evolution of the royal Regime in Iraq, than the amendments applied on it till its abolition after the declaration of the republic in July, 14, 1958 . The research mentions negative and positive points of the constitution comparing it with the successive republic reigns which held the temporary constitutions and this formed a shortage and urgent need for a rightful constitutional Iraqi life.

Summary
Between Iraq and Yemen there are good cultural trust relations, the Arab migrations from Yemen to the land of the two rivers were happy, after the cracking of the Ma'rib Dam, and the relations between Iraq and Yemen during the days of the Lakhmids and Ghassanids states that were founded by the Yemeni tribes that headed towards the north of the Arabian Peninsula, a deep evidence related to their continuity and persistence after the emergence of Islam and the establishment of the Arab Islamic state, and the transformation of Yemen to be an important part of this state that will show Baghdad during the Abbasid era as its capital.

This research studies the positions of Turkey's Middle Eastern neighbors, Iraq, Syria, and Iran, towards the armed Kurdish movement in Turkey since its beginning in 1984 until the Syrian-Turkish crisis in October 1998. The research analyzes these positions in light of common security interests and concerns, as in the case of Iraq until 1990 and then the Kurdish administration in Iraqi Kurdistan since 1992. Or through existing problems and disputes (the water issue, Turkish-Israeli cooperation as in the case of Syria or mutual suspicions and competition for regional influence as in the case of Iran..

There is relation between export performance , Which means the export growth & ‎export stability with economic growth , The problem of this study is , is there ‎significant effect for export performance on economic growth in Iran & which ‎starts from hypthesis that export performance in Iran neither determine large ‎percentage nor high significant effect of this growth .The study was used ‎quantitative analysis to explain the relation between export performance & ‎economic growth .The study included three sections , the first went to the ‎theoretical frame & previous studies , while the second went to the model ‎specification & to prepare the variables & data resources ,while the third section ‎specialized with estimating & analysis the effect of export performance on ‎economic growth in Iran during the period ( 1990-2003) .The basic result which ‎the study reached it came acceptable with hypothesis study that means , that the ‎export performance don’t determine a high percentage of economic growth & ‎don’t have significant effect on this growth .‎

The paper deals with the importance of privatization in the in ternational economy in general and the privatization of economy in Jordan in particular . lt spots light on the firs beginning for this process and what adminstrative measures taken to reach this goal in Jordan . The paper also discusses the main sides of the process by studying the measures taken by the Jordanian government in the process of transformetior in the projects of general sector into the private one

Abstract
The formal agricultural credit agencies are the most important sources, because they are non-profit organizations, and its goals is to maximize benefits of farmers and provide advice's and directions, also they put low interest rate, comparing with private banks which put heavy requirements. Our study acquired its importance to identify and to attempt the credit services extended to small farmers through the agriculture banks in Iraq, Syria and Jordan. So our study based on the hypothesis which assume that there are differences in this countries for trends of guideline borrowing. the broad objective of this study to comparison also the guideline borrowing through the dispensation of the loans according to source, purpose, fate, activity and type and the interest rates in Iraq , Syria and Jordan.

The researcher states that Jordan has tried to prevent a new war in the area it has destructive effect not only upon iraq but also upon the whole area . Abstract
The importance of Iran's position on the events that took place in Iraq in 1991-2003 stems from the fact that Iran and Iraq enjoy strategic importance, as the two countries have political and military weight in an important and strategic region for the interests of the great powers, which is the Arabian Gulf region, in addition to the two countries enjoying oil resources, the vital artery of the global economy, and the fact that Iran is concerned in one way or another with what is happening on its western borders in Iraq, with which Iran has relations that range between negative and positive, but they mostly tend towards negativity, and they were interspersed with periods of relative calm dictated by the interests of this or that country, represented in the conclusion of treaties and agreements that attempted to resolve the outstanding problems between the two parties, especially the border issue, but these agreements were often violated by one of the parties when the circumstances that led to their conclusion disappeared. However, this does not prevent the fact that there is an intersection between the interests of the two countries that affects, in one way or another, the decision-making process, especially regarding an important issue, which is the exposure of one of the neighbors to a war that threatens the security and safety of the other country. Among these points is the mutual hostility between the two countries and the United States of America, which is trying to contain and limit their role and prevent one of them from emerging in a way that threatens its interests in the Gulf region, and the hostility of the two countries.
