This study , in its practical part, aims at discovering the status of human engineering in the organization understudy by using its translated elements . The study tries to answer the following question :
Does the organization understudy have a clear vision on the importance of harmony between the human sense and technical aspect within the elements of human engineering ?
The study has used a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data ,which was distributed to a random sample of 40 personnel working in Badoosh Cement Factory . The study aimed at postponing the issue of human study and discovering its elements at the level of the organization understudy . The researchers have made use of the following statistical means : frequencies , percentages , means of value , standard deviations , factor analysis and correlation coefficient . The study has come up with a number of conclusions the most important among them are the availability of human engineering elements within one level when the factor analysis was used and the availability of correlation coefficient among the decided items of these elements at the level of the y organization understudy . The study also put forward a number of recommendations

Both of the prevalence and development of electronic learning lead to the necessity of the availability of the related skills to this type of learning which in turn enables the teaching staff member to be operative and to make full use of the system. Based on that, the study aims at acquiring the availability or not of these adequacies or sufficiency in electronic learning that should be seized by the staff members of the technical institute/ Nineveh “based on their own perspective”. This sufficiency is metered through the following adequacies: Having the computer using adequacy, networks using adequacy, designing and managing e-learning adequacy, electronic knowledge adequacy. The study used the descriptive analytic approach in processing the collected data which is a sample of “37” members of the teaching staff of the institute. The procedure was to fill a questionnaire disseminated to them through a link over google drive which is “https://forms.gle/D7GiLasZTs2paEV68”. In addition, the programming statistic aid “SPSS V.25” has been used in analysing data. The study came up with some conclusions, most importantly was the proven availability of the learning adequacies needed for the teaching staff and the varying percentage over the availability of these four adequacies within the teaching staff. The study proposed that it is a must to overcome the limitations over using up to date technologies by the teaching staff alongside with enhancing financial and human resources for better enactment of electronic learning at the institute.

Currently, urgent challenges such as the acceleration of technological progress, resource scarcity, globalization, and sustainability are forcing companies to redefine their manufacturing processes and create products that reduce waste, preserve resources, and reduce emissions and harmful pollutants through a wide range of strategies and practices. Therefore, this research aims to use the green innovation approach to promote sustainable manufacturing, in light of the field problem represented by the weakness of the manufacturing approach aimed at meeting environmental requirements represented by sustainable manufacturing as a window that qualifies it to stay and continue in the competitive market, with the aim of promoting the dimensions of green innovation in the practices of the researched company, the Krongi group of companies. The importance of the research is reflected in the questions raised, one of the most important of which is: what is the level of the impact of green innovation on sustainable manufacturing in the researched company? Data was collected through a survey from a random sample of 92 managers and employees of Krongi Company for carbonated beverages, mineral water, and juices in Kirkuk. The response rate was (96.84%) with 92 survey forms that were statistically analyzed using SPSS Ver-28. Several conclusions were reached, the most important of which was the validity of the assumptions included in the research through verifying the existence of a significant correlation between the research variables and the presence of a significant positive effect of green innovation and its dimensions on sustainable manufacturing, which reflects the interest of the researched company in adopting these dimensions and the compatibility of the nature of the company's work and research variables. Several proposals were presented, the most important of which are disseminating the concepts of green innovation and sustainable manufacturing and their procedures among individuals working in the researched company, paying greater attention to embracing green innovation through searching for new and innovative technologies and methods that can help reduce waste, preserve resources, and reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing processes in the researched company, which enables companies to improve their competitiveness, reduce operating costs, and benefit from markets.

This study aims to identify the correlation and effect between internal control (an independent variable) and its dimensions represented by (control environment, information and communication systems, control procedures, risk assessment, control) and transparency as a (dependent variable) through its dimensions represented by (trust and empowerment, Issue, Integrity, Participation) through a survey of the opinions of a sample of accountants and auditors at the Northern Technical University.
To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed in the researched organization as a random sample of (30) individuals. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to answer the hypotheses of the study and reach the results.
The study concluded that internal control has a positive and significant impact on transparency, while the influence process extended to reflect the impact of each dimension of internal control on transparency.
The study recommended the need to work on continuous training for accountants and auditors to deepen their awareness of the importance of internal control in order to achieve transparency and conduct more studies to serve Iraqi organizations.

The current research seeks to determine the impact of the multiple life cycle in enhancing the sustainability of the product within the field aspect represented by the Babylon battery factory, To achieve the goal of the research, a hypothetical research model was built in light of the formulation of the research hypotheses represented in the first hypothesis: There is no significant correlation between the multiple life cycle overall and individually in terms of its strategies and product sustainability in the factory under search, the second hypothesis: there is no significant effect of the multiple life cycle overall and individually in terms of its strategies in product sustainability in the factory under search, for the purpose of obtaining data And the information that serves the objectives of the research and answering its questions, the questionnaire was relied on, and the Babylon battery factory was chosen as a field for research, while the research sample included individuals working in the factory under search.

The current research seeks to determine the extent of the impact of the of the DMAIC model for continuous improvement in reducing supply chain risks in the General Company for the Pharmaceutical Industry and Medical Appliances in Samarra, As a model that seeks to identify the root causes of the problem and work to find solutions that caused defects to occur through already defined stages based on the research problem represented by the main question that states (Does the application of the DMAIC model have a direct impact on reducing supply chain risks? ?) In order to answer this question, the questionnaire was formulated as a main tool for data collection, which included the research sample of the senior management in the company as well as managers of departments, units, and production and administrative divisions, which amounted to (225) individuals, and the data was analyzed using the SPSS V.26 program to test the research hypotheses emanating from his model, and the research reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which is the significant effect of applying the DMAIC model in reducing supply chain risks. Based on these conclusions, a set of proposals were presented that would serve the company under study.

The current research aims to know the actual reality of the dimensions of health service quality provided by Bakhshin Hospital in Sulaymaniyah Governorate and to indicate the relative importance of the six Aims set by the American Institute of Medicine (IOM) represented by (Safety, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Timeliness, Patient-centered, Equity). To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used to collect and analyze data using the (SPSS 26) program, by choosing an intentional sample consisting of the staff (medical - health - administrative - technical). The questionnaire was the main tool for the research.
The researchers reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the availability of quality health service from the perspective of the American Institute of Medicine at a good rate which reflects the awareness of the respondents of the research variables. Based on the conclusions, a set of proposals was developed, the most important of which are: providing a safe environment for employees and patients, enhancing patient safety, avoiding medical errors, and providing more safe services.

The study aimed to determine the extent to which information and communication technology can achieve job maturity in the office of Nineveh Governorate, as it relied on information and communication technology (as an independent variable) expressed in its dimensions (hardware and equipment, software, applications, human resources, networks and communications) and job maturity (as a variable approved (represented by its dimensions (career planning, decision-making ability, ability to excel, crystallization of attitudes regarding work, job training) accordingly. Achieving functional maturity in the researched organization depends on what it possesses of expressive dimensions of information and communication technology in the Nineveh Governorate Office.
To achieve this, the study adopted a hypothetical scheme that reflects the nature of its hypotheses, which expressed the extent to which the study variables are available, and the correlations and influences between them at the macro and partial levels in order to exclude them. For analyzing the obtained data, the two researchers relied on a number of methods for describing and diagnosing the variables of the study according to the statistical program (SPSS), as well as the (AMOS) program to test the hypotheses that were prepared to answer the questions.
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the presence of a significant effect of the dimensions of information and communication technology combined in the dimensions of career maturity combined, and this indicates that the more dimensions of information and communication technology are available, the more it contributes to enhancing the career maturity of the employees working in the researched organization. With regard to the variables of the study.
