Scientific knowledge has a great importance as one of the scientific
bases through which the teacher's scientific capability can be determined
according to criterion that suit his/her capability and in a way that goes
with the changes of physical sports. Following-up the teacher ways to
get information is important to know what information he has that will
help him in performing his duty in a proper way. It is important to test
these information according to the scientific standers that keep pace with
the evolution. Also, it is important to test them according to the physical
achievements that schools seek to achieve and that is considered as
part of the scientific competition in recent years. The research aims at
making comparative study of Scientific knowledge among teacher of
physical education in Diyala governorate.
The researcher uses the descriptive method. He uses two ways to
fulfill his aims. The first one is the survey method to suit the nature of
the problem. The other one is the use of Aayeed A. Aun's standard for
scientific knowledge of teachers of physical education. This standard is
composed of 76 items. The researcher conducts an exploratory
experiment on a sample of 30 teachers of physical education. Those
teachers have been chosen randomly to check the appropriateness of
the used standard. The items of the checklist are clear for the sample.
Then a study is conducted on the main sample 235 teachers who are
chosen randomly. After collecting the data of the two samples, a
statistical analysis has been conducted using the following statistical
means( mathematic mean, standard deviation and t test. The results
show no significant differences in scientific knowledge among men and
women teachers in Diyala governorate

Fencing has a role in the use of scientific ways to develop and access to
the upper levels. The skills considered as a sign may be relied upon in most
of the training in order to develop fencing. The research aims at identifying
the most important offensive and defensive skills of fencing and Arabic sword
players in clubs Diyala, as well as to identify the intraclass correlation and
differences between the most important offensive and defensive skills of
fencing and Arabic sword players in clubs Diyala.
The researchers used the descriptive method with survey style and
intraclass correlation that fits the nature of the aims of the study, the research
community represents by Diyala clubs players in fencing and Arabic sword for
advancers for season 2015. The pilot study starts on Sunday, 17/1/ 2016,
then , the experiment is conducting on Monday 8/2 till Sunday 21/2/2016.
The researchers concluded that the offensive and defensive skills have
closely correlation with the performance of the players in fencing and Arabic
sword in Diyala clubs, as well as there are discrepancies in tests of some
offensive and defensive skills between the players in fencing and Arabic
sword in Diyala clubs.
While the recommendations state that the necessity of emphasizing on the
importance of offensive and defensive skills among players in fencing and
Arabic sword because of its positive impact on the performance of the
players. Also, offering special exercises to develop offensive and defensive
skills among players in fencing and Arabic sword to increase the levels of
players to the best one.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of special trainings in
developing the push force of the young football goalkeepers .The
researchers followed the experimental approach with one group
because is suitable to the study problem .So، they elected the study
sample intentionally which was the goalkeepers of Hibhib sport club and
Alkhalis sport club as such .The sample was about (8)goalkeepers with
a percentage of (50%) out of the study community Consisting of young
goalkeepers in Diyala province، totaling (16) goalkeeper of the season
(2015-2016).
After reaching at the results of the tests followed، the statistical
analysis was applied .After that، the results were analyzed and
discussed to reach to the final conclusions . The conclusions were
drawn finally، and the recommendations emphasized the significance of
the special trainings "exercises" and to graduate. in all the training
courses from the easiest to the most difficult ones.

This study aims at investigating strategic planning in the study sample
and the differences in strategic planning between the members of subunions in the areas of Iraq.
The researcher used the descriptive method in comparative style. The
study sample consisted 52 sub-union members distributed according to
the areas in Iraq (Middle, Middle Euphrates, Southern).
The researcher reached at the following conclusions: members of
sub-unions in Iraq are strategic planners and have the ability of future
strategic planning of volleyball; and there are no differences and
variations among the members of volleyball sub-unions according to
their geographical distribution
