The (Evie Lee Journal of Public Relations) is based on the literature of scientific research methodology and embraces serious studies based on theoretical frameworks, especially new ones that rely on the movement of science and knowledge, to stimulate the extent of development and growth in the fields of research that uses tests and standards in extracting its results, and in doing so it keeps pace with the beginning of International research and its contributions to open-mindedness, objective accuracy, intellectual honesty, and the search for causes, And the nature of the relationships between the variables of the communication phenomenon, leading to its controlling laws, as well as analytical and critical theoretical studies that address the opinions and ideas of media scholars, sociology, and other human sciences and their theories, in a way that creates the cognitive and intellectual accumulation that contributes to building human civilization, as the Iraqi Public Relations Society contributed ( IBRA, in providing an objective, interactive vision of the digital communication and media reality.
