Linking judgments with causes leads to the integrity of the assignment, the control and length of judgments, the stability and clarity of general legislation, and these are great benefits that are not affected by the loss of wisdom in some parts and sometimes facts.
The legal rulings are linked with interests and evils, present and absent, among those who say so. The current research sheds light on an important period in the history of Egypt during the Fatimid rule (358-567 AH / 969-1171 AD), and examines the nature of the three military campaigns that King Nur al-Din Zangi (549-569 AH / 1154-1174 AD) sent to Egypt, and its orientations and political dimensions.
At a time when King Nur al-Din was aiming to send his military campaigns to Egypt in order for him to achieve his project there; this project aimed to end the Fatimid Caliphate, to get back it to the Abbasid Caliphate in Baghdad and to re-publish doctrines of the Caliphs School therein . Leaders of these campaigns “Asad al-Din Shirkuh and his nephew “ Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi,” have employed their influence and their power to implement another project, which is the Ayyubid project that seeks to establish an entity of their own in Egypt, and this has been achieved for them, as Salah al-Din succeeded in establishing the Ayyubid state in Egypt, after removing the name of the Fatimid Caliph al-Adhidfrom the Friday sermon in the year 567 AH / 1171 AD) and the sermon of the Abbasid caliph in Baghdad.

وان بعض الطلبة يظهرون تحصيلاً منخفضاً ليس بسبب نقص في قدراتهم العقلية أو انخفاض مستوى الدافعية لديهم وانما بسبب ان أنماط تفكيرهم لا تتطابق مع الأساليب التعليمية المستعملة ، مما يعرقل لديهم التعلم المنظم ذاتياُ( ستيرنبرج ، 2004 ، 254 ) .
