The concept of sustainability of public finance has received broad attention because it emphasizes the interrelationship between public finances and macroeconomic performance. It also focuses on measures taken by governments to reduce the dependence on scarce resources or dependence on foreign aid, diversify sources of income and give greater role to self-resources in order to reduce the budget deficit to achieve financial sustainability. The concept of financial sustainability refers to the financial situation in which the government has the ability to sustain current spending and revenue policies without reducing its solvency, exposure to bankruptcy or failure to meet its future financial obligations.
The importance of research is that the challenges faced by most developing countries are not to continue the flow of their financial resources to finance the budget, thus creating a deficit.
The research aims to :Demonstrate the importance of financial sustainability and analysis of the public budget in Iraq.
The research starts from the hypothesis that \"financial sustainability has positive effects on the course of public finances in Iraq.\"
The first part concerns financial sustainability and the second part: the analysis of the public budget in Iraq. In the third part, we analyze the indicators of financial sustainability in Iraq and finally conclude the research in summary.

This study aims to show the Possibility of the solutions for water scarcity problem in southern Iraq an utilization of the marine water in technology of desalination and environmental conditions of the in Iraqi Sea Water influential in the establishment of desalination plants, the primary perception of the impact of the current conditions of Iraqi Sea Water on the establishment of desalination plants overall Oceanographic conditions affecting the establishment of desalination plants and to clarify the natural obstacles and the possibility of overcoming them, this part of the necessary studies in order to see the establishment of these plants requirements, there are other studies designed to identify the projected desalination plants effects on the environment posed by remnants of what occurs from environmental changes.
The study included a presentation and assessment of the marine and coastal Water characteristics affecting the possibility of the establishment of desalination in Iraqi Sea Water, a contribution to the preparation of a primary study on the appropriateness of the activity of desalination, and try to raise awareness of the importance of the adoption of desalination techniques to provide drinking water in the province of Basra.

The scientific method is one of the most important pillars of the results ,and the validity of the hypotheses developed the researchers , the scientific approach addresses the phenomena that face the development of society , and the economic approach is concerned with the studying of economic phenomena and the development of solutions to them , in order to reach the most important results and the best , so the researcher went to clarify the most important scientific research methods used in the Islamic economy , the goals.
The research asked whether there is a scientific approach to the Islamic economy rely on the economic theory of positivism . The answers were based on three questions . The first dealt with the concept of economics among the islamists . While addressing the third most important methodological problems in the Islamic economy , finally , the researcher reviewed the most important findings and recommendations .

As a result, interest in nutrition as a science has increased and it has become taught in schools and universities, and laboratories and research have been established for it.

Our paper titled "The oil prices impact on the gross domestic product (GDP) for many countries in The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) for period 1990-2016)An Econometrics study), The objectives for it estimation the relation between the oil prices and the GDP for countries sample by use Econometrics model and test these models by all econometrics and statistical tests and select the best model to The representation of the relationship between oil prices and GDP , We chose the best as a result of the analysis is that oil prices directly affect the GDP for the countries sample ,We are recommendation for these results : The countries in the sample that don't depends on oil as a commodity one producer but must restructure their economies by diversifying their production of goods.

The study aimed to identify the degree of the impact of some variables on the trend of students towards the enrollment of Vocational and Technical Education, And submission of proposals to reinforce that trend. The study sample consisted of (450) students selected randomly. The researcher used the Descriptive Methodology, The scale of the trend towards enrollment of Secondary Vocational and Technical Education was used as a data collection tool. To answer the study questions, Statistical treatments were used: Arithmetic Mean, Relative Weights, Frequencies, One-Sample T- test, N- Way ANOVA, Two– Way ANCOVA, and N- Way ANCOVA. The results showed that the level of the trend of Tenth Grade Students towards enrollment in Vocational and Technical Education did not reach (85%). The results also showed that there is a significant effect for each of (Gender, Father's Profession, Mother's Profession, Mother's Education, Family Income, The interaction between Gender and Cumulative Average, The interaction between Family Income and Cumulative Average, the interaction between Father's Profession and Mother's Profession and Family Income, the interaction between Father's Education and Mother's Education and Cumulative Average) on the trend of Tenth Grade Students towards Vocational and Technical Education. The study also found a number of a suggested ways to reinforce students' trend towards the enrollment of Vocational and Technical Education. In the light of study results, The study recommended to educate community about the importance of Vocational and Technical Education and encourage students to enrollment this educational path.

This thesis deals with the study of the creed in God broof according to one of the Imams of the Muslims, Imam Ali bin Al-Hussein Al-Sajad (peace be upon him). It attempts to shed the light on the way by highlighting the issues of his own creed through Al-Sahifah Al-Sajadyiah (Al-Sajjad's Scriptur).

The third chapter devoted to the research has been allocated for the analysis of samples the (5) sample.
The fourth chapter has included the results and the submission of proposals, recommendations and came in remembrance of the approved list of sources, and significant results:
1. the tendency for engineering to be a philosophical conflict with the intellectual center of the emergence of a technical representative art elements and principles of organizational forms and employment down to the aesthetic values associated with the rigor of engineering..
