The researcher averages the descriptive approach in the survey and
relational method as a method of study where the research community
included some Nineveh governorate clubs (forums numbering 2140
players) distributed among all sports clubs (Al Fatwa Sports Club, Mosul
Sports Club, Future Sports Club, Martyr Ayad Sheit Sports Club,
Workers Club Nineveh Sports) for the 2020-2021 sports season according
to the type of sports activity and a category for sports clubs in Nineveh
Governorate.
The evaluation of the research objectives was based on the
socialization scale, verifying its validity and reliability, and in processing
the data statistically, the percentage, the arithmetic mean, the standard
deviation, the simple coefficient coefficient, the Fawnbach equation, (T)
test for two unrelated samples, the one-way analysis of variance, the least
difference test Significant LSD, the hypothetical mean.
The researcher found out
1- The effectiveness of the measure of the mathematical socialization
systems that were created in his sport.
2- The presence of discrepancies in the arrangement of the units of
socialization.
3- The presence of significant statistical differences with the average
responses of some clubs in Nineveh governorate according to the
scale of social upbringing systems according to the variable (the
players category) and in favor of the (applicants) category.
4- The presence of statistical differences of significant significance
with averages of responses of some clubs in Nineveh governorate
according to the scale of social upbringing systems according to
different dimensions (type of sports) and for the benefit of people
with (sports)

The research was conducted on five sections. The aim of the
research was to prepare two questionnaires in the body obesity
and the comprehensiveness of the physical aspect of the physical
education teachers and the supervisors and compare them
together. The research also dealt with the theoretical framework
regarding obesity and the physical aspects related to it. The
researcher used the descriptive method to implement the
procedures of the questionnaire, Of the validity and reliability of
the questionnaire to obtain the results that were treated
statistically. The most prominent conclusions were (a significant
convergence in the results of the responses on the two
questionnaires between teachers and supervisors, which the
researcher attributed to a clear imbalance in the level of obesity
Teachers and the overall physical aspect, and this is what
supervisors in their answers) The most important
recommendations (periodic tests of teachers under the
supervision of supervisors to determine their physical fitness
and skill before the start of the school year)

skill Performance and the fixed cases for young Football players, which
reflects negatively affect the performance of the team , according to the
Researchers study this problem is for the sake of advancing the reality of the
football game . the aim of research is to prepare Combinational skill
trainings in developing some offensive skills and stationary situations no
young players football . As well as knowing the effects of compatible skill
exercises in developing The offensive skills and steady situations of a young
football player, I use the experimental curriculum with two groups , the
experimental and the control, and the one with the pretest .
And after, the research sample was selected for the youth oil sports players
for the season (2021/2020) and the number of players (27)players the
researcher reached conclusions, the most important of which are that : the
use of combination skill Exercises has a clear and significant effect on skill
development Offensive and fixed cases of football for the experimental
group. As well as repetition of exercises it resulted in players mastering
offensive skills and static situations and performing tests perfectly good and
correct, the researcher recommended the Application of exercises similar to

the situations of playing Games it leads to the development of the players
skills inside The game, as well as the need to use the means educational
Exercises during the application of exercises because of their Importance in
developing offensive skills

The research problem arises in experimenting with deep
jumping exercises that use body weight only and ballistic exercises
that use additional weights on a sample of young players in the
high jump competition and their suitability for this sample in an
attempt to identify the different effects of these exercises on the
junior sample
The research aims to reveal the following :
1-The effect of deep jumping exercises on a number of physical
fitness and achievement in high jumping .
2-The effect of ballistic exercises on a number of physical fitness
and achievement elements in high jump .
3- Significance of differences in physical tests for the first and
second experimental groups
The researchers assumed the following :
1- There are statistically significant differences between the pre
and post tests for the experimental group that uses deep jumping
exercises and in favor of the post tests.

2- There are statistically significant differences between the pre
and post tests for the experimental group that uses ballistic
exercises and in favor of the post tests.
3- There are statistically significant differences in a number of
physical fitness and achievement elements between the post-tests
of the first and second experimental groups.
The researchers used the experimental method for its relevance
and the nature of the research, and the experiment was carried out
on a sample of the Nineveh national educational team players in
the high jump competition, which numbered (12) players, and their
ages (15-17) years, were chosen by the intentional method and
divided randomly into two groups (experimental) and by (( 6)
players for each group, and homogeneity was achieved in the
following variables (age, height, mass, training age), as well as
making parity between the two research groups in the physical
variables that were determined by the experts and specialists.
The experimental design with two experimental groups that
control each other was adopted. The research procedures included
determining the measurements and tests used by analyzing the
content of the scientific sources and presenting them to a group of
experts and then implementing these tests, as well as designing
two training programs, one using deep jump exercises and the
second using ballistic exercises. Conducting two exploratory
experiments on three players from the research community. The
tribal tests were conducted within three days, and then the training
programs that lasted eight weeks were implemented.
The researchers used the following statistical methods: (arithmetic
mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, percentage, ttest for related samples, t-test for independent samples, and the
researchers reached a set of conclusions that included that the
first experimental group using deep jump exercises achieved A
better development in the development of physical fitness elements
for the variables under study and achievement than the second
experimental group that uses ballistic exercises, by comparing the
results of the tests
