This Research study of stylistic phenomenon in the experience of the Mosuli poet, as he is considered one of the Mosul poets who achieved a distinguished presence in their poetic writings.
The research tried hard to approach the semantic level and the sentence structure and structures. Moreover it focused on the phenomenon of rhythm, which achieved a remarkable presence in this poetic group.
The study has taken from the constructivist stylistic approach in analyzing the poetic verses, which is how the construction of the word and how the parts have been placed in any building, which leads to the beauty of formation and highlights the semantics, structure, and rhythm.

In Iraq the identity of the individual is exposed to crises, attacks, and obliteration of features and confirmation of the presence, weakness, collapse and strength of an entity according to the circumstances surrounding it and the people who belong to it. Writers of all kinds and identities are the tentacle and the speaking tongue to confirm and consecrate identify it, and they are the speaking tongue of its existence.

Arabic grammar is considered as one of the greatest Arabic sciences, its originality, the widest material, and its richest heritage. There is no doubt that the early founders of this science wanted to protect the Arabic language from melody and error .The Arabic grammar passed in the first Hijri centuries in various stages of construction and foundation. During this period, the ways of thinking of grammar scholars varied, and they gave us a number of opinions about different issues of grammar.

Imam al-Suyuti, who died (911 A.H), is considered one of the most prominent authors in Islamic sciences, who enriched the Islamic library with more than three hundred books in various sciences and fields. Among these books is the book “the Celebrating of Children,” in which he conveyed the differences of jurists on the issue of seduction of children in their graves, and whether Munkar or Nakir ask them.

Ibn Siddah is considered one of the greatest Arabic scholars and its greats, as he compiled books that had a great impact in the field of linguistic studies. Man seeks to understand the laws of the Creator by which He created people, what we see of the various sciences and disciplines, whether scientific or human, that spread among people, to explain those laws. To explain to people the starting point of the judgment and its reasons for understanding the process of legislation, whether the judge or the condemned, the judge will trigger his judgment on the basis of causation, and the condemned person will be aware of the type of judgments against him according to the principle of causation. This research Explains the difference between causation in Islamic law and causation in man-made laws, shows the size and comprehensiveness of Sharia, and the difference between Islamic legislation and man-made laws, as it is a broader and more accurate in meaning and significance. This study divided into two parts: Introduction and two other parts. Each part deals with two inquiries. The first part tackles the concept of causation in Islamic & man-made laws and the importance of the study. The analytical view of the forms of prose discourse is based on modern trends, especially the theory of literary genres, which view the literary text as an integrated and interactive whole, regardless of its literary gender, whether it is poetry or prose. The current research aims at knowing the effect of color, symbol, and image on the achievement of fifth graders in science and their visual thinking skills. The experimental design with two equal groups, one experimental and the other control, was used. The size of the research sample was (60) students, with (30) students in the experimental group and (30) students in the control group, and the parity between the two research groups was done in the following variables: The degree of intelligence , the chronological age of the pupils calculated in months, the degree of science in the fourth grade, the educational level of the parents, a test of tribal visual thinking skills, and to achieve the goal of the research, two tools were prepared, the first: an achievement test in the science subject in its final form of (25) paragraphs, and it was characterized by honesty and stability, which amounted to (0.80) using the Couder-Richardson equation (20). As for the second tool, it is a test of visual thinking skills prepared by Abu Laila (2017). The two researchers extracted its validity, excellence, and stability, which amounted to (0.82) using the Couder-Richardson equation (20) and it may be in its final form of (26) paragraphs, and after processing the data statistically using the t-test ( T-Test) for two independent samples The results showed the effectiveness of using the color-symbol-picture strategy in the achievement of science subject by fifth-grade pupils and developing their visual thinking skills.

The current research aims at identifing the level of counter-induction among students of the College of Basic Education at the University of Mosul , and to identify the level of rational thinking, and also to identifying the relationship between counter-induction and rational thinking, and female students), including (50) male students and (50) female students) from the two departments (Special Education, Science). The study aimed to determine the degree of availability of science standards for the next generation in science books for the first grades of the primary stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study aimed at know the reality of the use of blended learning by male and female physics teachers in the city of Mosul. The study sample consisted of (99) male and female teachers. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool in collecting data, which in its final form consisted of (33) five-paragraph alternatives, after presenting it to a group of arbitrators to ensure the validity of its paragraphs, and after the researcher verified the validity of the questionnaire’s paragraphs and the stability of its paragraphs, which amounted to (0.85), the questionnaire was distributed to the individuals of the research sample. After data collection and statistical analysis, the results showed that paragraph (20) obtained the highest intensity for paragraph and paragraph (1) obtained the lowest intensity of the paragraph. The t-test was also used to identify the degree of differences due to the sex variable. The study reached the following results: the degree of the reality of blended learning among male and female physics teachers in the city of Mosul came to a medium degree in general.

The study aimed to know the reality of high school students ’practice of twenty-first century skills. The researcher used the descriptive survey method in her study, and the (questionnaire) tool was applied to a random sample of secondary school teachers in the city of Riyadh.

The valleys within the water basin and the drainage basins vary among themselves in the occurrence and severity of floods, and they are related to a number of natural and human environmental factors and variables (geology, geomorphological, hydrological, climatic, land use, and others). A multivariate method based on geographic information systems (GIS-MEC) was adopted to model the flood risks of one of the water basins in the Simil region (Kardim Basin) with an area of (100.0) km2 and its estuaries end in the Tigris River north of Mosul Dam lake on the eastern side. The study aimed at identify the obstacles on scientific research among holders of higher degrees in the specialty of physical education in the education of Nineveh. The study tool of the study was a questionnaire consisting of (41) items distributed into (6) areas, while the research sample consisted of (48) teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Physical Education. Nineveh Education, and the study resulted in the results of research obstacles facing the teaching staff and preventing them from carrying out scientific research in an optimal manner. Re-searchers have And the low level of obstacles related to professional growth related to scientific research for teachers, and the researcher recommended providing mate-rial and moral support to researchers who carry out the best scientific research in the field of physical education, facilitating the participation of researchers in internal and external scientific conferences, providing facilities for researchers to publish in sober local and international scientific journals, and holding courses developmental statistics and measurement for researchers in the Nineveh Education Directorate.

A rapid, sensitive and indirect spectral method was developed to estimate the mesalazine in the aqueous solution, as the method relied on the oxidation and reduction reaction of the mesalazine oxidation with an increase (calculated) from the oxidizing agent of bromate - bromide mixture in the medium of hydrochloric acid. The remaining (non-reducing) concentration then reacts. With a constant amount of methyl orange dye leads to color bleaching. The residual dye was followed at 507 nm wavelength. The relationship was linear between residual pigment absorption and increased drug concentration, and the micrographic quantities of mesalazine that followed Beer ٬ s law limits were estimated from 0.5 to 12.5 µg /ml with molar absorptivity 2.03 x 104 l. mol-1 . cm-1 and Sand ell’s sensitivity index (0.0075357) µg / cm2 . A relative standard deviation whose value does not exceed 0.690% and the C recovery value not less than 99.05%. The method was successfully applied to the pharmaceutical preparations as tablets and it was compatible with the original content of the pharmaceuticals and with the results of the standard addition method.

The new palladium (II) dithiocarbamate complexes of general formula
[Pd(AmDTC)2] (where AmDTC = amine dithiocarbamic acid, Am
=Histidine, Arginine, Lysine, Glycine, N-1-Naphthyl ethylene diamine and 2-
amino aniline) are prepared form the reacting of dithiocarbamate ligands with
palladium(II) chloride. All prepared compounds are characterized by using
elemental analysis, FT- IR, (H

-NMR of complex 2 and complex 3, ligand 2
and ligand 3). All complexes are tested for antibacterial effects and some of
them showed a good significant antibacterial activity.

The present study is a linguistic investigation of equivalence above word level. It deals with the difficulties of non-equivalence posed in translating English idioms into Arabic and vice versa, and the methods used by 4" year students of English to find the suitable equivalent in the target language. The aim of this study is to examine the type of difficulty students at this level face while translating idioms and tries to suggest solutions and identify strategies that may help to limit or avoid these difficulties. In this respect, a test is made up of twelve English idioms and ten Arabic ones are given to fourth level students to translate them. The results of the study are show that there are potential problems in the process of translating idioms from English into Arabic and vice versa. Furthermore, the findings show that the context of use helps a lot of students of English to guess the appropriate meaning of idioms. They also continue the hypothesis and reveal that, except word for word translation, students' use of other translation strategies is limited.

Distance education (henceforth DE) has gained momentum and become famous all over the world. It has become a feasible solution to increase worldwide access to education. This study examines the main outlooks, prospects, technologies, and challenges facing DE in line with international best practices, as well as the need to expand the benefits and interests of many learners. To present an accurate view of these aspects in this study, 20 samples referring to these aspects were randomly selected from different authoritative international universities. Then, observation and testing have been conducted to answer the research questions. Many prospects are being achieved by applying such a system of education. Moreover, the researchers identify many technical devices that have been used in this area with their advantages and disadvantages. Challenges are the most influential concepts that affect the whole process, its usefulness: development and success.

Learning a foreign language is not only mastering vocabulary and grammar rules. It is important that students know how to give opinions, give sound reasons for those opinions, evaluate and judge on specific situation. This is possible by integrating critical thinking skills into teaching English language productive skills. It explains how to enrich and develop students’ thinking and implementing it in the educational process and lifelong learning. The basic aim of the current research is to provide suggestions for integrating critical thinking skills into teaching English language productive skills. The current research ends with the conclusion that it is suggested to integrate critical thinking skills in teaching English language receptive skills for its valuable effect on developing students thinking, interaction and awareness as well as making them more interactive in the learning process.

“Osloob al-Hakeem” which means Arabic equivocation, or in English “Equivocation”, is an Arabic term referring to a kind of eloquent style of speech or writing. It is a frequently used style in the literature of Arabic whereas in English we have similar terms namely , equivocation and double speak. It has many rhetorical goals . The study attempts to identify this style, its types and objectives, with reference to the possibility of translating it into English. Further, it aims at finding the difference between this style and its equivalent in English. The study has showed that Arabic equivocation has eight objectives and has a special meaning that depends on changing the course of the dialogue to what suits the addressee and the speaker. It is found that Arabic equivocation differs from English equivocation in that the usage of Arabic equivocation is usually for positive reasons while English equivocation is usually for negative reasons. It is also found that couplet procedure in translation is the most appropriate in translating this style.

In this study, the linguistic model of Vinay and Darbelnet will be applied to translating the Qur’ānic names of surahs. In fact, this model is made up of seven main procedures with which the different texts of various meanings can be dealt. The names of surahs have been classified into twenty semantic fields, each one has a group of names sharing common notions. Practically, fifteen renditions of the names of Quranic surahs have been selected as samples for analysis. The name of surah are analyzed according to three levels: morphological, linguistic, and contextual levels, in order to specify the exact meaning precisely. Then, the renditions have been sorted under the seven procedures of the adopted model in accordance with the relevant criteria of each. Finally, the nearest and the most appropriate technique of such a surah’s name has been chosen after discussing all of the given renditions. The study concludes that the model adopted is highly applicable in this subject matter.

This study deals with the problems in translating Muqabala (opposition ) in Arabic literary texts. Muqabala term is a style depends on the principle of establishing an opposition between words, meanings, or ideas in order to achieve rhetorical goals and intellectual values. The present study aims at exploring muqabala in Arabic, showing its translatability into English, and specifying some problems that may arise in translation process. It is hypothesized that translating muqabala faces some kind of difficulty since the concept of muqabala does not exist in English. Thus, the linguistic and cross cultural differences may differ substantially in Arabic from English. It is also hypothesized that translating Muqabala is a possible process, although it does not exist in English. The study concludes that muqabala has an important role in language use and most translators succeeded in producing the opposition between the words or expressions in one way or another. It is hoped to be useful for researchers interested in Arabic literature as well as teachers and students of literary translation.
