Abstract
The current research aims to identify the effect of using the inverted class strategy on the achievement of fifth-grade literary students in the subject of Geography and developing their geographical sense. Two groups have been chosen from the fifth literary class in Al-Zuhour Secondary School for Boys affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh. The first group (experimental) that taught according to (the strategy of the flipped classroom), of (21) students. And a second group (control) who taught by the traditional method. The number of students reached (20). Thus, the current study sample will be (41) students. The equivalence between the two groups was made in the variables (age, previous knowledge, intelligence quotient). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared an achievement test consists of (35) items. And prepared the Geographical Sense Scale, consists of (54) items. They were verified and validated. The data were processed statistically by using the Mann-Whitney equation program with the Spss pacage. The researcher used the discrimination equation, effectiveness of alternatives, difficulty and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two groups in the achievement test and the geographical sense scale in favor of the experimental group.
Abstract
يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على" اثر استخدام استراتيجية الصف المقلوب في تحصيل طلبه الصف الخامس الادبي في ماده الجغرافيا وتنمية الحس الجغرافي لديهم". لقد اختير شعبتين من شعب صف الخامس الادبي في ثانوية الزهور للبنين التابعة لمديرية تربية نينوى ، حيث كانت المجموعة الاولى (تجريبيه) التي تدرس على وفق (استراتيجيه الصف المقلوب) ,وبلغ عددهم (21) طالب و مجموعه ثانيه (ضابطه) التي تدرس با لطريقه الاعتيادية . بلغ عدد طلابها(20) ، وبذلك تكون عينه الدراسة الحالية (41) طالب ., و تم تكافؤ بين مجموعتي الدراسة في متغيرات:( عمر زمني ،.معرفه سابقه, درجه ذكاء) ،ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسه اعدت الباحثه اختبار تحصيلي مؤلف من(35) فقره واعدت مقياس الحس الجغرافي وتكون من ( 54) فقره ، وتم التأكد من صدقهُم وثباتهُم .وتم استخراج بيانات احصائيا بإستخدام برنامج معادله مان وتني ببرنامج Spss واستخدمت الباحثة معادله التمييز وفعاليه البدائل والصعوبه ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون. اظهرت نتائج الدراسه وجود فروق ذات دلاله احصائيه بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعتين في اَختبار تحصيل واختبار الحس جغرافي لصالح المجموعه التجريبيه.
