This research work is an attempt to find out the effect of the university leaders, acquisition of emotional intelligence on their application of the transformational leadership model in a frame of wisdom.
The field research covers eleven universities in the middle and south of Iraq. The sample consists of one hundred leaders including chancellors as well as their administrative and scientific assistants and college deans. The tool of data collection is a questionnaire.
The hypothesis of this research reads as follows: '' there are statistically significant direct and indirect effects of emotional intelligence on the transformational leadership model''.
Among the results of the research is that the emotional intelligence is worth being a criterion upon which the selection of university leaders should be based.This research ends with set of recommendations the most important of which is that the advice that university leaders must pass an auto test to measure their emotional intelligence.

The research aim to identifying the possibility of applying reverse engineering process in Al-kindi state company in Mosul, since the company is concern both research and development and production activities so the design is used in its production processes in different ways, According to field visits which has been done by researcher, many of problems relate to design were indicated. The objective of research is to build theoretical and practical framework can assist the research company to adopt the process of reverse engineering. The descriptive and analytical methods has been used in determiney the research problem and also presenting the data. This methods utilize from quantitative and qualitative tools in presenting and analyzing the collected data from the company. According to the research conclusions, many of suggestions were introduced.

The performance evaluation process requires the availability of a set of indicators for the purpose of standing on the level of the performance attained by the enterprise, and as well, in order to determine the development degree of any aspect of its activity. Hence, this research came to study these indicators, analyze them, classify them according to multiple dimensions and make them a subject to various practical applications to test its standard power which means to what extent these indicators are able to determine the achievement levels in the enterprise during a certain period of time. The standard strength of the indicators is linked to its ability to draw a clear picture of the enterprise at the present time in order to get a better picture of her in the future. Through this study, we have been able to achieve a set of results, the most important is that the financial indicators have became unable alone to provide an honest and comprehensive picture about the enterprise performance, but this does not mean to abandon them. It should be kept and strengthened with other non-financial indicators. As a conclusion, we can say that the non-financial indicators are a complementary to the financial indicators and not a substitution.

Internal Audit Environment faces big changes, on the application and also on the theoretical aspects of Internal Audit. Those changes that occur in internal and external environment create many risks that affect the continuity of organizations. The organizations have to manage those risks to achieve its objectives, this lead to represent a new concept which is Risk Management and it used by a lot of organizations. The use of this concept leads the organization management to use different approaches to make sure that the procedures are used in accurate way to reduce risk. The internal audit function has the main role in this area.
This development creates a new audit approach in mid nineteenth called Risk Based Internal Audit. These changes in internal audit function bring with it inability of the traditional approach of internal audit function to meet these requirements, and this create a need to redesign the internal audit function to be able to meet the risk management requirement. Due to the importance of this aspect, this research is focus on redesigning of internal audit function to meet the risk management needs.

Central bank plays a crucial role in effective on economic activity and normally that effectiveness has been different among states according to its economic system nature, The degree of development as well as the central bank independency and monetary tools which is using.
The most important factors which effect on the central bank monetarism effectiveness is the extent to its operational target and economic structural as well as the nature of central bank tools for the degree of response of central bank toward economic changes reflect the effectiveness of central bank and its higher degree means higher effectiveness and vice versa.
The talking about Iraqi central bank and the fiscal policy relate with a many changes that effect-generally- on the performance of central bank and Specially on its fiscal policy .
Because a very difficult circumstances have done on the political and economic level which contribute to the weaken of central bank role. The wars which destroyed the infrastructures of Iraq economy and put back the humanity and economic development process for the losing to a great amount of human and natural resources and the embargo which is caused many economic and social problems for,for instance of these problems the anticorruption and loss of many investments opportunities and the change of political system after April 2003 which is caused to delete many laws that was managed fiscal monetary policy.

This research deals with the study of Knowledge management processes and the role of the strategy of advancement at the university education, from providing a theoretical framework of modern put forward by the most prominent raised by writers and researchers around the variables of the study as well as part of a practical analytical views of a selected sample within the study population included managers in the higher education sector - in the faculties of the University of Maysan (university president and his assistants, the deans and their associates and heads of departments) and the sample size (40) manager. The main hypothesis of the research that ( the adoption of Knowledge management, according to the its dimensions in the diagnosis of Knowledge, Knowledge identify, Knowledge generation, Knowledge storage, Knowledge distribution, Knowledge application leads to the upgrading strategy in the advancement of higher education.
The two researchers used the descriptive method in the theoretical part and statistical analysis in the practical part, and developed for this purpose questionnaire fit the nature of the research and its objectives. The research found many of conclusions , the most important of which Knowledge management in substance represent overall positive trend is particularly evident embody in dialogues and exchange of expertise and commitment to studying the workflow and the chances of success, and direct dialogues with experts and dissemination of innovations. Find out as a set of recommendations was the most important, the need to activate the communication with the external environment by the university study sample for the purpose of sharing Knowledge through the participation of experts from the Knowledge inside and outside the country and at the level of prestigious universities.

This research discusses the essence of entrepreneurial organizations, especially the big ones, through their ability to employ Knowledge Management (KM) methodologies in order to share best practices and lessons learned about managing the various and diverse organizational resources efficiently and effectively. So, the research problem lies in the real challenge about employing Organizational Storytelling (OS) as an entrepreneurial methodology and as an ideal way to invest in the new and creative ideas and knowledge. As a result, OS will helps organizations to motivate its individuals, working groups and teams, and other stakeholders in order to share these ideas and knowledge, besides taking the actions that would reduce the risks and seize the opportunities through the promotion of trust and loyalty for stakeholders in their organizations. The case study methodology was used through the in-depth study in the dimensions of phenomenon about the Islamic Development Bank as a sample of this research. This in-depth study has been come in the framework of the content analysis of the letters of the President of bank, as well as to find the patterns of storytelling and its trends employed. The study has reached several conclusions, the most important of which: OS works as an entrepreneurial methodology adopted by the bank to help enterprises and individuals in developing the relations among their concepts in a joint framework which govern by the values and beliefs of those enterprises and individuals. This joint framework helps in building organizations and teams who are guiding and pushing them to feel strongest (agreement heart and mind) to change the economy and society. In addition, the research recommends Iraqi and Arab organizations to attention with appropriate preparation for telling stories, besides taking the considerations of audience and the purpose of the story. As a final result, this attention will lead to develop an effective narrative which in turn achieves the desired results across the entire gamut of organizational diversity.

This study highlights the role of the principles of TQM as an independent variable in improving institutional performance as the dependent variable in the hospitalsof Basra Health Directorate, which represents the population of the study, a field study in Al-Mawani General Hospital, which represents a sample of the study and the total number of respondents (136 workers and 136 patients). This subject was chosen from the researcher because of his attention to apply technical and solid foundations for TQM to improve the performance of these institutions، as well as recognize the reality of TQM system in place in the hospital sample، researcher has used in this study checklist accredited to the Iraqi Ministry of Health to assess the performance of their organizations in addition totwo questionnaire designed specifically for this study (questionnaire for workers and a questionnaire for patients). The study relied on primary and secondary hypotheses to role ofTQM to improve the institutional performance at thishospital، research sample through the relationship and impact and also calculated the statistical laboratory (T) of the answers contained in the questionnaires.The study foundto the following most important conclusions:
1 - There is a disparity in the application of standards installed in the checklist for assessing hospital study sample. Emerged as some of the results are high and the results of other are very low whichreached in some sections to( 0%)
2 -Big weakness in the culture of TQM in both hospital staff and patients.
3 - The lack of a special guide to TQM and there is no specialized technical team and holds certificates of competence in the field of work of TQM

Corruption remains one of the main topics that occupied the attention of scholars and researchers in the different areas of knowledge, including the administrative area because of the adverse and direct effect of the departments of Public Government institutions on the success of development programs and plans to achieve societal goals, as the process of implementation of these programs rests with the managements of these institutions in the context of the commitment of its staff to achieve the objectives and policies development of the State, and their eagerness to meet the basic needs of the community within the limits of public spending to ensure the efficient and effective performance of their institutions, and Iraq as The majority of developing countries suffered from, The spread of the phenomenon of administrative and financial corruption in government institutions and particularly after the political and economic transformations that have witnessed in the last decade, the aim of this research is displayed corruption motives in the government institutions and the statement of its impact on the achieved diverse development goals , with an attempt to identify the techniques that should be used to reduce practices corruption in these institutions from the point of the research sample , which included consideration of (100) people working in the regulatory bodies in a number of Iraqi ministries in various administrative levels,
The research found a set of conclusions highlighted by the presence of relatively high for the concerns of corruption in institutions of public administration perception by individuals research sample and the importance of such departments of these institutions to commitment to apply the appropriate techniques to face corruption , and the recommendations have emphasized the need to focus public institutions and its departments to study the conditions and / or the motives driving to practice the corrupt behaviors , and identify techniques and procedures needed to reduce corruption.
